Believing you're always right might work in customer service, but it doesn't work with law enforcement. These people learned that lesson the hard way. Here are five cases when customers at Walmart, Target, and other stores think they're above the law. Number five. Woman had the chance to walk away peacefully. She chose arrest instead. In our first case on July 28th, 2025, officers were called to a local Walmart after staff reported a woman who refused to leave despite a trespass order. Instead of complying, she allegedly became aggressive and even started fighting back. Here's what happened when an officer stepped in. So, I approached her and I said, "I'm sorry, but you have been trespassed." Has she already paid or is You uh So, I want you to stop her and have her leave now and we'll take care of it. Are you guys good with me charging her for trespassing? Miss Siska. You're going to come outside with me. You were trespassed prior. Come on. We're leaving this here. Walk outside with me. Or we can go You've been trespassed, okay? You can go and Stop. Let me Let Let go. You have been trespassed. You are committing a crime. Woman. [Music] This is all you. If she simply left when told, officers wouldn't be involved and she wouldn't be in cuffs. However, from this point forward, it's clear she's only interested in making things worse. Sit down in the car. All the way in. In the car. In the car. You're going to go to jail now. No, I'll get your info in a little bit. SIT DOWN. STOP. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. SISKA. STOP. I TRIED to get you to walk outside with me AND YOU REFUSED. LAST NAME? SISKA. YOU'RE GOING TO YOU'RE GOING TO get put in a wrap. You're going to jail now. YOU WOULD HAVE COME ON BUY FOOD. NO. So, um June 30th, she had came in and she did a money transfer. Um the money transfer for some reason was not going through. She was red flagged. Um she had a couple of her kids and uh she got really upset. She went at the store manager. Uh she They called the cops. Whenever she the cop got here, she started throwing stuff at the cop. So, they arrested her. She threw everything on the floor. Um the same thing that she's doing right now. And when asked about the woman's prior behavior, the staff doesn't hesitate to give officers the full picture. So, a couple days after she came in to get her money, um we told her she was trespassed. She left really good. Right now, um she was shopping and I went up to her and said, "I'm sorry, but you really need to leave." Um you are trespassed and she got the cart and she was like throwing the trash cans all over, getting merchandise and throwing it on the floor. She's like, "The cops can't do anything." I was like, "Ma'am, I'm just letting you know, can you please just get out of our store? You know, you can't be shopping here." And so, she started throwing merchandise and she pushed one of the customers. Siska, freeze. YOU'RE MAKING THIS WORSE. WHAT IS YOUR DATE OF BIRTH? But once again, it's clear that she has no plans of making anything easier. Miss Siska, do you have any injuries or anything? Give me my food. Okay, Siska. Do you HAVE ANY INJURIES? SISKA, ARE YOU GOING TO GET OUT SO WE CAN TAKE the photos? Would you like your shoes on? Would you like your shoes? This is for me. Siska, I need to get some pictures of you. Are you going to cooperate? Go ahead and step out. He's going to get photos of you. In the end, the woman was formally charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Number four. Walmart customer threatens other shoppers and quickly learns why the police don't play games. In this next case, once again at a local Walmart, officers were called on February 28th, 2025 after staff reported a man not only stealing merchandise, but also threatening shoppers with a meat mallet. And when officers arrived, his response immediately escalated the situation. Here is what unfolded. Hey, man. Excuse me, sir. No, I got to talk to you, all right? You're not free to leave right now. You're being detained. Hm? You're not free to leave. You're being detained right now. Do you have an ID on you? Do you have any kind of ID on you whatsoever? Okay. You got his name? Look, man. We know you came in here. You didn't pay for some stuff. It's not that big of a deal. All right, but we got to talk about it at least. Okay, we're not here picking you out for no reason. There's a reason No, no, no. You're not free to leave. You are not free to leave. If you walk away, you're going to be under arrest. Do you understand me? Acknowledge you understand me. Stop. >> You're going to get tased. Put your hands behind your back. Stop tensing up. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're not All right. Stop tensing up. Right now, you are now under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. I don't want to tase you. You seem like a respectable guy. I know you're freaking out a little bit right now. Put your hands behind your back. We don't want to hurt you. We'll walk through the whole thing, but we need you to comprehend what we're saying and put your hands behind your back. No, please let me go. What do you want to do? What do you want to do? You want to what? You talking about the bag? Okay. Put your hands on your back. Put your hands behind your back. Appreciate you. It's all we're asking you to do. [Music] Appreciate you. For a lot of mail, $95. >> While he refused to listen to Walmart staff, he's now at least showing signs of cooperation with the officers. He's finally answering their questions without much of a fight. Take your what? No, they were. What do you want them What do you want them off? My boots. Oh. My dry boots. Is there a way to turn them off so they don't die? Um That button right there? Yes, sir. Thank you, sir. Where do you want them? Um In your backpack? >> You can keep it. How much of this is yours? This is all mine. Okay. All right. Well, real fast and before we can continue that conversation, just cuz now you're in handcuffs and you're under arrest. Yes, sir. You okay? You all right? Let's go to the I don't want We're not going to embarrass you in front of the public like this. We're going to get you inside the security office over here just so you have some dignity. We'll start going over there. >> man? No, I cuz I don't want to have you in handcuffs in front of everybody. I'm sure you don't want to be there, either. So, I'm trying to show you some respect. It's a private room. We can talk more there. That's what I'm trying to say. Does that make Do you understand? I'm not screwing with you. I'm just saying I don't think you want to be in public in front of handcuffs and everybody right now. So, I'm trying to show you some respect. There's going to be other people in there and it's not like we're saying we're going to beat you up or that's what you're thinking right now. We're just literally going to talk to you in a private room. We're going to get everything sorted out there, all right? I'm not I'm not lying to you. I'm not lying. You got to communicate with us. Like, what are you thinking right now? Come on. Come on. Come on, man. Let's take a seat here first, man. I'll walk you to this whole What's that? Yeah, no, there's a bench in there. You want to sit down there? Come on. Come on, dude. Why are you doing this, man? I'm fully hurt. No, no, it doesn't. No, it doesn't. Do you think we doesn't want to do the right thing? I really do. All right. Well, if you're going to sit here with us All right. All right. Time to exercise these rights. Do you understand those rights? Well, you've been understanding English so far, so I'm going to assume you do. But just when it seems things are settling down, the man stalls in the most unexpected way. He's now refusing to stand to answer more questions, only making a situation go from bad to worse. Keep him on the ground. Stop. All right. Just cuz I don't want him to have anything down here. They were not on me. What do you got in your My dry boots. And now I got to Excuse me, sir. Yeah. Why are you taking my bag? Oh, you're under arrest. Everything's going to be checked. You don't have probable cause. >> I just You're under arrest. Everything's going to be checked. [Music] How much of that How much of that tequila did you drink tonight? I can smell it on your breath. Is it just that little amount? Did you just start drinking? You want to talk about it? So, you like to work out, right? How much do you bench nowadays? You all right, man? I don't know if this is stuff that he went back and got. It's I'm having them confirm exactly what he took. A quick search of his bags turns up an open alcohol container, some water, and the meat mallet he allegedly used to intimidate people inside the store. What is he going to go for? Obstruction at least. And the retail theft unless they suddenly say he didn't, but they were pretty confident. I wasn't even buying anything. Oh, we're I wasn't even buying anything. Well, what what say you? What's your name? I didn't even What is it? I wasn't buying anything. You said What's your name? Are you We're going to stand you up, okay? I'm going to walk you outside. I ain't even buying anything. Get on your knees. There you go. Why are you Maybe we should walk outside. Please, please don't do that. You're going to go. Come on. Stop. Oh, no. Wait, please, please, please don't do it. Give me your shoulder. You got it. All right. Now out at the store, the man makes one last attempt to resist, but the officers don't waste time reminding him of the consequences. Every move he makes from here on out will count against him. Sir. All right. You just Grab him. Get What? Grab one. Got him. Nice kicking. Stop. You hit any of us, you're going to catch a felony charge. Charges? I'm going to give you one chance. If you do not sit in there, you will have to force you in and you're going to catch more charges. If you kick or hit or anything to one of us, you're going to catch more charges. So, we're going to give you the chance to go in here voluntarily. Do you understand? Yes, sir. All right. At the very least, can we start Despite struggling to communicate before, being in the cruiser seems to have cleared that up and the suspect is now speaking perfect English. My thumb hurt like a Which thumb? >> He's trying He's trying to He's trying to get Oh, yeah. He's trying He's trying to go like this with his thumb to get out. One for one. All right. That one's tightened up, so you can't do that. You want to see my shoes, too? What What What do you have to Okay, I appreciate you. Trust me, I know. Why don't you get in there? Feet's cold. Your The ground's cold. Take a big step. There you go. There you go. Scoot your butt. I ain't got nothing on me. Nothing. No, I believe you. Put your Put your legs in. Do you want the window down? My shit's You want some air? No, you're good? All right. This is a seat belt so you don't go flying around in here. The evening ended with the suspect receiving multiple charges, including three counts of resisting arrest, two counts of disorderly conduct, battery on a law enforcement officer, and retail theft. Number three. Woman acted up so much that the laundromat wanted her gone. On August 3rd, 2025, officers were called out to a laundromat after staff reported that an argument between two customers had escalated. By the time the primary officer walked through the door, the staff were ready to explain exactly what went wrong. Hello. What happened? Um I I don't know what happened. All I know is that they were coming to get their clothes. I thought they were going to talk to um but then I guess the other daughter was telling me that she pushed the other one. The lady the lady I guess they It may have been the Yeah, I guess she asked her to move. She became upset or something. Yeah. Um So, she Did you see anything between the two of them other than talking? No, not really. Um She wanted to get her clothes out of the dryer right next to where she's standing and she wouldn't move. So, it's like she's right here, but the opening dryer is there. >> Right. >> So, I asked the person to move to the side so the lady could get her clothes. >> I'm not in her way. I'm not in her way. And so, I called my boss to ask him I need you to handle the situation. He said that if she didn't move to call you all. You want her to go to be trespassed or not? I want to call my boss to ask. That's up to you. I mean Let me Let me call him and ask him. >> Because if she's going to act a certain way and not listen to you, then you don't have to put up with that. Right, right. She If she She always have a little problem. I ain't never I guess came to get that Is she a problem child out here? Yes. It's like whatever she got up from washing here, don't be in my space. Do you want to call your boss to see if he wants to trespass? You don't have to. I mean, you have the authority to to do that yourself without your boss. I mean, you're an employee. You're a representative. Right, right. But, um I asked him so I want to ask him but Witnesses said the argument began like any other. It started as a petty dispute between customers, but the line was quickly crossed. With that, the officer briefs his colleague about what transpired. Listen to what he has to say. The basically Spanish lady and the black lady down there, they they have a the drying clothes next to each other. Spanish lady asked her to according to her, kindly move cuz so she can get her clothes. She ignored her. Um she asked her again to move and I guess she kind of turned the cart um and it hit her. Said it was maybe accidental, I don't know, but um I guess she got involved with the manager and said, "Hey, can you move?" and she kind of gave her a hard time. So, I'm asking her if she wants her to be trespassed because according to her, she's have a problem child when she's here. So. But, there there's no no crime or nothing. It's just Yeah, it's just a 22, but lady over there apparently man the We can ask her to leave. Yeah, that's what I'm Yeah. We can ask her to leave. Yeah, if she's a problem right now, she doesn't If you don't want to trespass her, we don't have to. We don't have to. You can tell her to leave to to remove the situation. Do you want her to leave? Hello. Do you want her to leave now? Yeah. All right. Once employees made it clear that they wanted the customer formally trespassed, the officers moved forward with escorting her from the building. Yes. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. [Music] I'm not hostile. Ma'am. We don't want this to escalate. We need you to move. [Music] Ma'am. [Music] You need to leave. Ma'am. Ma'am. You need to leave. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Get your You need to leave. You need to leave. >> Ma'am. Okay. Oh my god, THE POLICE WILL NOT STOP ARRESTING ME. OH MY GOD. ALL RIGHT, YOU NEED TO LEAVE, OKAY? HELP. HELP. ALL RIGHT, MA'AM. DON'T >> OH MY GOD. DON'T MAKE THIS DON'T BEAT ME. THE POLICE ARE ATTACKING ME. MA'AM. HELP ME, GOD. HELP ME. MA'AM. MA'AM. Can you get your stuff and please leave, ma'am? Oh my god, the police will not stop. Ma'am. All right, let me see if she wants to get trespassed. Go ahead. All right. You want to trespass her? Go ahead. All right. Go ahead. All right, go ahead. Go ahead. All right. I'm going to write you up cuz I'm on my way to the Supreme Court. And everybody involved Ma'am. Go ahead. Ma'am. Can Can you listen to what I have to say? I'm listening to my music. All right. You're not allowed to tell me something. Cuz you got on a uniform. >> Ma'am, the The manager wants you to leave. >> Okay. Okay? If you don't get your stuff and leave, you are going to be arrested for trespassing after warning. >> Go ahead. Okay. The officer tries to keep things simple, allowing her the option to leave peacefully. But based on everything we've seen, she doesn't appear willing to take that option. Are you refusing to leave? >> to do. Are you refusing to leave? I got it. Ma'am, are you refusing to leave? >> you got to do. I'm listening to my music. Are you refusing to leave? So I wonder what happened in the 1960s when um individuals criminalized >> and utilized the police Are you refusing to leave, ma'am? Are you refusing to leave? Do what you got to do. Are you refusing to leave? All right. Get up. [Music] Get up. [Music] Don't do this. I got Don't resist. Don't resist. Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't do it. Don't scratch me. All right. Don't do it. Yeah. Look at the cameras. Look at this video. Look at the cameras and these people will see I was listening. Look at the cameras. We know We know We know right now. And you got to stop opening the door. You got to stop opening the door, okay? So you open the door as soon as I'm being arrested by the police. As paramedics conduct their evaluation, a second officer arrives to engage with the suspect. Yet much like her earlier exchange with the two officers, she refuses to offer anything resembling a proper response. Sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Kennedy. >> Um some level of force today to arrest you? >> I don't know. The The police were just cuz they was the only ones jumping around. That is You'll see it on the camera. Do you want to talk to me? This is my name. I'm sorry, what's your name? Okay. Well, that's okay. You can do that. Yeah, yeah, I know. I know. They didn't call They didn't call another They didn't call another They You don't have to say that. >> They called another You want to say it. He called another Hold up. Let me get a picture of you, ma'am. Ma'am, can you look Ma'am, can you look at me? Let me take your picture, please. Y'all will. Y'all will. Ma'am, can you Can you just turn your face towards me and let me get a picture of you? Look at him. He's Ma'am, can you Can you look at me so I can take your picture? Ma'am, could you please cooperate? I'm sorry. Do you have any Is she the problem child here? Yes, she is. Is this a Okay. I just want to see >> talk to her and not have a problem with her no more, but I don't know why I did it today, so We asked her to leave. She didn't leave. We asked her politely to leave, then she wouldn't leave. Then I asked her if she wants to trespass, and I asked her to leave again under her trespass warning. She refused to leave. Uh we had to use force. Authorities acknowledge that her behavior might have been connected to a mental health concern. Nevertheless, she was ultimately booked on charges of battery and resisting arrest. Number two. What started as a night of drinking ends with criminal charges. Our next case takes us to Ohio, where officers were called to a Chili's after reports of a woman who had already caused a disturbance inside a restaurant before causing even more trouble in the parking lot. Watch what happens when police arrive. Don't hit my car no more. Don't hit my Lady, get over here. Hey, come here. So what's going on? We already gotten a call about her. I pulled in the Kroger and she was trying to throw a handle like a gesture like she needed a lighter. I was like, "I don't have a lighter." So she punched my window. It didn't damage, she just punched it? >> Yes, sir. All right. We already got a call about her, so we're going to handle it. Sorry you had to deal with that. Did you hit his car? No, I didn't touch him. Did you touch his car? >> No, I didn't. All right, so what is going on with you here? They saying you're walk They saying you're walking up to people's cars? No, no. Officer, what's happening is Okay, so my my friend went to the shower and he's really like, "Okay." Like he's very um Hold on. feminine. Go ahead. And he was >> What are you doing out here tonight? So he was said take out the So they were in the room when he was in the shower. What What specifically she doing? I mean, she's drunk, but like what is she doing? We had to get to her all over there. They had to pull her out, taking her clothes off. So she She came in here, went to the bathroom, and was using racial slurs towards the guests, so I asked her to leave. Okay. Um So you heard her saying Like What was it? What was it? N-word? >> yes, three times. To the point of I had to get her out of the building, so the other lady did. Okay. But got her out, then she was out here just beating on cars. Yeah, the gentleman that was right here. Yeah, he She said he Yeah, he had pulled in. He was clearly going to Kroger. She stepped out in front of his car, and he wasn't going to stop and give her money or whatever, so she beat on the side of his car. >> just walking out here hitting on cars? >> Hitting on cars, trying to make them stop and for whatever reason. Her jacket's over here. Her socks are in the bushes. Well, she's drunk, and I think she's got warrants. We're going to have to deal with this. [Music] Employees and diners back up the claim, saying the woman was hostile inside and even hurled racial slurs. Officers strongly suspect alcohol is a factor, yet they still have to verify that before making any other decision. So, were you in the store Were you in Were you in Chili's just now? No. Well, they said you were in there using the N-word. That's I've never been in that store. All right. Well, then why were you beating on that guy's car when he drove by? Well, that man was about to punch you cuz you walked up and you hit his window. How much you had to drink tonight? Huh? Have you been drinking today? Where do you live? You ain't got no warrants. I think I've seen you before. Ma'am, I want to try something. Troy um We're in um Mariott. He's my uh He He has His daddy is a lieutenant in the army. So we have like over there. So I think one of the things we're worried about now cuz you told me you I don't know. I was talking to him. Oh, yeah. I just I want to see if this works. The thing is they have a feeling they have like power over me. Yeah, we'll get to that. We'll get the story, ma'am. We just want to make sure you're safe right now. We just want to make sure Right there. Hey, if you don't mind blowing into this. You don't have to. I just want to see if this works. You want to blow into it for me? Well, he's right there. Do you want to blow into this for me? Yeah. All right, go ahead. Put your mouth on it. Blow. Blow. Blow. I don't even think it works. I was just trying to test it cuz it's been years. Yeah, I knew that. I just wanted to But yeah, uh I'll go get the manager's number. Let's take her for a public intoxication. Uh she was in there screaming the N-word. When I pulled up, she she had just beat up beat on a guy's window. Um yeah, we can do disorderly and public intox. Uh we got a witness that was there. Officer, sergeant. Yes. Yes. May I speak to you for a minute? You can speak to me anytime you want. What's up? >> So, can I speak to you for a minute? >> Yes. Not trying to finesse you or nothing. Uh-huh. But Tory, the man I stay with Okay, well, you're going You have a warrant anyway, but you're going to jail for public intoxication cuz you're drunk in public. You're in there screaming the N-word. We have a witness >> right. That's What was my warrant for? Well, I don't know, but you're going to jail for public intoxication and uh disorderly conduct. With the suspect in custody, another officer circles back to the restaurant, gathering a formal statement from a staff member to complete the report. How you doing, sir? I'm already good. Yeah, so we got to meet under these circumstances. Rather than be sitting at the table in there. I know you spoke to him. Can you just give me a brief rundown on what happened? She went into our bathroom. Um there was a African-American female in there. Um they came out yelling at each other and she had dropped the N-bomb and then she continued to do it three more times to the point I said, "Hey, hey, hey, you just got to go. You got to get out. Like you can't use that word in here." So Okay. She sat her out here and then uh kept an eye. She sat down in the middle of the road and she started beating on cars trying to stop them. Um the gentleman that was over here and he pulled up. She tried to stop the car and he obviously wasn't going to give her money or whatever and tried to slowly and she just started beating on the side of his car or something. And uh when you heard her say the N-word, was it E like with N with a E R or N with a A? >> Yeah, with an E R. Okay. I see. Matters for the report as well. I mean, either either way, I'd still say it's the N-word she's yelling, but um cuz that's considered fighting words. Um Yeah. So, and you said you wanted to have her barred? Yeah. Walk right over here. Walk over there. Stop it. I thought you said you weren't saying the N-word. What? Okay. What did I do to you? You You was the one who was saying [Music] Oh, blow. Nope, nope, nope, nope. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Lay Lay her forward. I I I got a spit mask. Stand by. There you are. You just earned yourself a spit mask. With the woman's behavior, the officers were forced to use a spit hood to stop her from causing an even bigger mess during transport. Hey Christie, it's over. It's over. Let's stop doing this. And we're going to put this on you because of the actions you've taken so far, okay? This was because of actions that you took. This is not something we like to do. That's part of the disorderly. Walk her back to that car. Christie. Flying over Hey! Stop! Okay. Do you have a wrist cam ready? Yeah, we'll get you a Our goal is not to search you. Are you going to cause problems back here? Ultimately, the woman's night of drinking led to serious consequences and she was later charged with disorderly conduct, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest. Number one. When officers instantly know they're facing someone that's in for trouble. Our final case starts with a report from a retail store where employees say a woman had just assaulted another customer. Officers wasted no time and soon found a woman matching the suspect description at a nearby restaurant. Watch what happens when they make contact. Hello. Hi, how are you? Good. Good. All right, what's going on? I don't know. I was shopping or whatever and this girl wanted to walk by and she I I saw her do something to her child and I smacked her because I'm not with people children and I was trying to get out of the store and she was kind of in my way and then she had people following me around or whatever and I'm not with that. But the thing about her was that I saw her touch the baby's like whatever whatever whatever the baby's private area was and then she wanted to be upset because I smacked her in the face. All right, do you Can you do me a favor? Could you just have a seat at the table here? All right. Perfect. The officers weren't expecting the suspect's look and her makeup certainly stood out. However, the officers aren't phased. Her appearance didn't stop them from hearing her side of the story about the earlier incident at the retail store. All right, so tonight, do you want to explain me kind of again what happened? The girl I was coming out and I was trying to get out of the store and the girl was Yeah, the Dollar Tree. She was kind of in my way, but I saw her touch her child or whatever and I was like, "I'm not with that." and I smacked her. But the reason is because I've had people tell me things about that and she was like she thought she was going to get in my way that way, but she thought she was going to get in my way. BUT SHE ALSO MADE A COMMENT or or smiled at me like she She said I can't explain to you how. Like she smiled or she sneered or something and I was I was going to just WALK BY HER, BUT SHE PISSED ME off and I hit her. But the reason I hit her is because I saw her touch the child's whatever private area or whatever the pants or whatever. Maybe she just did the pants, but whatever it was when she sneered at me when when I when she got up and I was going to get out of her way, she sneered at me like she she smiled like like real evil and I was like, "I'm not trying I'm not trying to be with you, but I'm not trying to I had exited the store and I was I was trying to go out and these two other ladies were ahead of me and then she was looking at me and then the lady was in the way and then I was trying to pass her and she had touched her child or she had zipped up her whatever and then she got up and I hit her because I was trying I hit her because she sneered at me, but she was trying to like insinuate that I had something to do with her touching the child. That's all I'm trying to say. Why would she I don't know. It's just the look that she gave me. You'd have to like If anybody ever looked at you to try to insinuate something, that's all. And I was just really tired of like that I was trying to get that I was trying to get to to go somewhere to help myself to get something to eat or to do something like that. She gave me a sneer It's not that she gave you It's like I'll I'll I'll look at you if if you don't mind. Like like smile at you like like that like a real evil smile. Like just something really not It was something rude and that's why I hit her. She just made a look like But the thing was that she had touched her child or whatever. And how'd you hit her? I hit her in the face just like that. Like I slapped her in the face. The woman's honesty about the assault takes officers off guard, but her reasoning makes things even harder to believe. Open hand like this? Yeah, but yeah, she earned it. She I'm not I am not in any part of her and her uh uh touch I know her like that. But I've had people try to say that I've done things like that and I don't do children and I've had children taken from me for nothing because I didn't have any money. Did she say something about being a No, she didn't. It's just that she touched her child with my face and I think that's wrong and that's why I hit her. And how'd she touch her child? I don't know. She zipped up her zipper or something. I don't know. I caught the tail end of that and I was trying to get out of her way and that's why I smacked her. Well, I don't know if there's any way you could see outside and see that she was doing a zipper or touching whatever his or her's whoever the child was that she just walked up, but when she got up, she smiled in my face. That's all I'm trying to say. That she wanted to smile and insinuate that I don't know that I was condoning that or that I had a part with that and that's why I hit her. Well, how do you know what she was doing if you didn't see it? So, she was zipping her zipper on the her pants? Well, say she was zipping the zipper on her pants and then she got up and smiled in my face. Okay, do you know what she was doing? I don't know. I don't care. I I smacked her because I didn't know what she was doing. >> ma'am. So, you didn't know what she was doing and you hit her. Yes. I just She looked like she was touching her So, you don't know if Okay. there's any negative wrongdoing in I smacked her because she was in my way and she was touching her child. That's why I I think it was very negative. So, you smacked her because she was in your way. Was there any way that you could have walked around her? I was trying to go this way and there was two people in front of me and then going around them, I had to go around her and I smacked her. That's why. Cuz the two people ahead of her, I was trying to go this way. They were going that way to get in my way. So, you smacked her because people were in your way. I smacked her because she was touching her kid. That's why. According to the suspect, the other woman crossed a line by zipping up her child's zipper. She asserts it was something inappropriate. That, along with standing in her way and supposedly smiling at her inappropriately, was enough to justify the assault in her mind. But when I see that for me, I don't care for any of that for anybody else. I'm not there to justify or be any part of that. Anytime Anytime you bring that up, you can kiss my now. But then people want to be like YOU AND KISS MY I have nothing to do with that. I have absolutely nothing to do with that and that's why I That's all sorry. It's just I'm tired of people on their their stereotypical over a song I wrote. That's all. Over a song, you >> Yes, I never mind. Just strike that. Forget it. And people think they're going to The lady you hit, did you know her? No, I don't know her. She just doesn't need to be touching people and rolling her eyes or looking at me and trying to smile in my face. And saying anything to you? Nothing. She was in my way. That's all. And there was two people previously in my way, too. So, what? Did you hit those people that were in your >> No. No, I was trying to go this way and then I had to go her way. So, the other two people, what happened with them? Nothing. She wanted to continue to follow me around and irritate me and film me or whatever. And then like Monday I stole some some uh uh uh Taco Bell and this guy wanted to follow me around because I was hungry and I had no money or whatever. Okay, so the two that were in your way earlier today, you just passed What is it? The two that were in your way. >> No, I They were They were in this way and so I couldn't go that way, so I went this way. I went his way and then she was in my way and I smacked her. I don't want to say You understand why that's an issue. Yeah, I understand it's an issue. Ask people not to get in my way when I'm trying to get out of the store or whatever or harass me like that because you wanted to harass me like that. There's a lot You said multiple times that you were going to say >> but but you won't let me speak is one and the other thing is you are not with me 24/7, but you can check my record and you can also say I'm not in your record and then you want to go and say I'm not in Florida's record and then you want to be like you're the nuisance. Just when it seems like she's done making strange claims, she manages to take it a step further. You want to make it look like I'm the problem when somebody sent her there to harass me. But if somebody sent me some money if somebody sent me some money via you or I had an airmail or I had something with my ID on it or my food stamp card was found, you wouldn't give it to me, but you most definitely want TO JUMP DOWN MY THROAT for her coming me. That's all I'm trying to tell you. But again Whatever the state of the Whatever. She came to with me and you want to side with her. It's like you and Florida on I-4. So, how did she come That's all. How did she COME TO I DON'T KNOW. SHE GOT IN MY WAY ALREADY AND I SMACKED HER IN THE FACE. YOU'RE saying that SHE YES, SHE DID COME TO ME BECAUSE TWO PEOPLE came and I was going to go this way, so I turned her way. So, I turned her WAY THIS WAY AND SMACKED HER IN THE THERE. WE'VE RAN OVER IT LIKE 10 20 times now. And now that your story makes no sense. YEAH, IT MAKES no sense people coming TO BECAUSE YOU WROTE A SONG. OKAY? AGAIN, the song, I don't know. But either way, you're going to get arrested All right, cool. That's wonderful. HERE. DON'T TOUCH ME. Here's my Don't There you go. That's my Don't squeeze. There's my other bag. Get my other bag and that's cool. Make sure you check out a back of vertebrae. 500 million and 500 million. At this point, the officers aren't waiting for any more explanations.
