We're done. >> I didn't fly out of here. >> Why don't you I'm not talking to you. >> There's a line that should never be crossed. And these passengers went well beyond it. These moments involve passengers attempting to attack flight attendants at the airport. This CEO thought he was untouchable. Airport police disagreed. On June 4th, 2025, officers responded to a distress call from TSA staff at a local airport after a highly intoxicated passenger was denied [music] boarding, triggering a chaotic outburst that shows no sign of slowing down. Here's how things unfolded once officers arrived to take control. >> Which one of you guys is the equal? We're equals. >> Okay. I seem intoxicated. Um, I've only been talking to you about 10 seconds, but I don't know yet. I haven't made that determination. How's that sound? Okay. I got here. I had one shot at the bar and I bought everybody a shot on Bob. >> Hey, Bob. >> All right. >> Okay. One shot. >> Okay. >> And then, um, now they're saying I'm intoxicated. It's going to get trouble with customer disorderly individual >> like how does that have to do with this situation? >> How about I'm mad? I'm not intoxicated. I'm not intoxicated at all. >> Okay. Well, guess what? >> We have no control over who they left fly and who they don't let fly. We can't do anything. >> How about you guys go give this guy a stern warning so I can get on the plane? >> Uh, we can't tell a private airline who to let fly. >> You guys can't hook a brother up. >> There's nothing. We have no control. >> I'm not drunk. I'm angry. >> Okay. You might be angry. You might be drunk. I, like I said, I really haven't made that deter. >> Do I seem drunk? You probably had something to drink and you admitted that you only one shot. Okay. One shot. You can't get drunk on one shot. >> And so they made that determination. A private entity, a private company. Southwest Airlines. I'm going to match any you were flying with today. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So they made that. >> You can't put a good word in for me. >> No matter what you're not drunk, they already done this long enough. They don't care. They don't waste time. >> So what we're going to do now, >> hey, listen, Bob. >> No. Oh god. >> Here we go. With things not going his way, the suspect attempts to storm off, but the officers quickly step in and make it clear they're not letting him walk out of this one. >> What's going to happen now? Okay. So, now what? >> I'm going to get my job. >> Okay. Well, already all down there. So, what we're going to do >> I'm telling you it's down there. That's how you get it back. Okay. So, what we'll do is help you get your stuff so then you can then leave. Okay. That's what we can help you with. Okay. How's that sound? Sounds great. >> All right, let's ride out this way. >> Sounds fantastic. >> Right. So, let's walk out this way. >> Officer Rose. >> So, we're going this way. >> My I'm going to go get my girlfriend if you don't mind. >> Perfect. We'll walk right with you, Bob. >> You look pretty >> just by walking. Get your girlfriend and we're going to get her out of here. And you out of here. And then we're going to have a great rest of the day and not drink. Try to do it again tomorrow. How's that sound? >> Sounds good. >> Everything appears to be under control, but without warning, the suspect suddenly escalates the situation. >> We're going to deal with this. >> Hey, what's my flight tomorrow? Let's go. >> Hey, listen. >> We're not doing this right now. >> This is what's going to happen. You're not doing that. >> All right. I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. >> Hey, you push me now. Why? He's pushing me. >> Come over here. >> Don't. Please don't do that to me. Please. Officers >> officers. >> Officers, excuse me, sir. >> I want to breathe. >> Okay. >> Walking. >> Please stop. >> As the officers move to handle the situation, the suspect doesn't back down and tries something else. Fine. Please. Just let me breathe, man. >> Just let me breathe. >> Let me breathe. >> Shut up. >> Why you Why are you calling me? >> Cuz you are. >> I didn't do anything. >> Can I get a wheelchair? Got one >> and act like a grown man yet. >> I need to breathe. Okay. >> Anxiety. >> Great. You're in recovery position. You're breathing just fine. >> Can you just let me walk? Yep. Stand up. >> I will stand. >> I will be peaceful. >> Don't drag me. >> Drag me. >> This is not cool. >> We're walking with it. Ain't dragging. If you walk, we walk. >> No, you're dragging them. >> How about I came and ask for help? >> Yeah. How'd that work out for you? Yeah, it's good. >> Can you please let me go? >> No. >> You think I'm going anywhere? >> Yeah, right in here. >> No, you're not. That's >> all right. You guys going to beat me up, too? >> No. No. No. >> Right where you're going. >> Want to get room sick? >> Not at all. >> Shut up. No. >> How about you let me go? I'm not causing a problem. Why you act like a adult that you are instead of a idiot? You smell like a lot of booze. Walk through. >> I do appreciate you guys taking it easy on me right now. >> Yeah, >> thank you. >> No, you guys were being >> Yeah. The officers [music] moved the suspect to a more secure area, but even then he continues to voice his complaints without holding back. >> All right, take a >> Why are they pushing me? >> Cuz you need to sit. >> You put the air conditioning in here. was requiring >> what? >> No, >> I want my phone and call my lawyer. >> Hey, stupid. I want my phone. >> It's not my girlfriend. >> You're not getting either one of those. >> No. I want my phone and I want my girlfriend. >> Do you see where you're at right now? >> I don't care, dude. Okay. >> You think I give you? >> Okay. I don't care when we take you to the jail. >> Yeah. Good luck with that. >> Today's Wednesday. Pre- Randy Ty. You'll sit there calling courts. That that against the law. >> No, it's not. >> I want my lawyer. >> Give me my phone. I'm calling my lawyer. He's going to you up. >> Okay. >> That's what's going to happen. >> Despite the situation he's in, the suspect remains arrogant. But the officers waste no time shutting that down. >> You're going to jail for now. You going to see the drugs later? >> I'm not going to jail. >> No, you're going to jail. You're going to be there until you go see the judge. >> Yeah, that >> you see the judge at 6:00 tonight. >> I I need to make my phone call. >> You're not making a phone call. I could punch 30 words a minute. >> That's good. >> I did 39. >> Yeah. Still kick either one of your with one hand. >> What are you doing right now? >> I'm standing. >> Why? >> Just so you think you needed to tackle me at the table. >> Think about it. Okay. >> Losing his composure once more, the suspect begins throwing out claims that only make things worse. Just because I'm bigger and stronger and nastier than both of you doesn't mean you have to treat me like I'm a president. I have 34 people. My payroll is 2.6 million dollars. How are you ask me nicely? Yes, sir. >> It's not fair. I want everybody's names. >> Yeah. And you know what? If I didn't think I get trouble, I'd rip this thing off the wall. Kick the out of both of you. I don't care. >> Do you guys are How about the way you handled me? >> I'm a president of a company. I command respect. I respect people. >> Yeah, I started my own company, too. I'm a president, too. >> Yeah. You >> You paid $2.5 million in payroll. >> I don't think so. >> It's really not that much. 2.5 million. >> Yeah. >> 30 people. >> Yeah. >> Average that. >> All right. Do the math. >> Yeah. It's not that much. >> All right. You're a god, dude. Scratch your >> dude. I'm not drunk. You think I'm drunk? I'm >> kind of victim. >> Okay. Uh, >> yeah. >> No. So, that's okay. This I both schooled both these guys. I said next time >> cuz I'm >> No. How about Yeah. >> Words? >> Yeah. >> Don't tackle me in a restaurant. >> You think I would have went calm? I would have went calm. I own a company. I have a lot to lose. Don't tackle me in a restaurant and public in a airport. you. >> The suspect makes one last attempt to assert his demands, but the officers finally spell out how things are going to go. >> Listen, how about this, officer? Sir, >> check this out. Can I get out of here now? >> Can I have you stand? >> Absolutely. You have handcuffs behind your back and then we're going to bring you over to the jail. You're going to sit there for a couple hours and then you're going to go to court. Okay? Just like we've explained to you a couple times now. Listen, my lawyer said that I'm not going to >> Your lawyer is going to be the jail. >> You're not going to be booked into the jail. You're going to wait there for a couple hours. >> Any cuffs? >> Uh, no. You will be out of custo when you get to the jail. >> Boy, this is a first time, guys. >> I'm sorry. >> And just so you know, I offered if he apologized and he apologized, I would not press charges. >> You know, the kids, right? >> I don't care, dude. >> All right. Here. >> No. Now they're getting hammered. >> Do me a favor and face that wall, please. Yeah, whatever. I'll rip this thing off the wall. >> I'm just going to grab this from you. Okay, >> just get me out of here. >> Perfect. I'm going to pull you all the way over there. >> You put them on tight, dude. I'm going to punch somebody. >> Okay. >> Thank you. That's not too bad. >> I appreciate that. >> Oh, this is going to be a little uncomfortable. >> How about all I had to do was apologize and I wasn't going to press charges, you know. Sorry to uh >> they're too proud >> that we're a little >> Yeah. >> Now I'm pressing charges. >> Okay. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Easy, Scott. >> Take it easy on me, please. >> I'm trying. >> Okay. You think I deserve this? >> So they don't get tight on me. >> All right. Well, anyway, this one's tight on the left side now. >> Put both two fingers right in there. Is this all your stuff in the brown bag? >> Yes, sir. >> As things start to come to a close, the suspect still chooses to act [music] out, refusing to go quietly. >> I still want my phone. I need to call my lawyer. My phone. I'm going to lose my right. >> We're going to take a left. >> You never gave me water either. >> Don't push me. I'm not You think I'm right? Don't push me. >> I'm literally not. >> All right. Where's my It's all with us. >> Listen, I'm not leaving here without my phone. >> Listen, I'm not leaving here without my phone. >> Guys, we're not going to fight with you, okay? >> I'm not leaving here without my phone. >> You're still >> It's my right. I want my phone. My phone is not in there, young lady. >> It's open. Should be. >> I want my phone off. >> What did I say I did with it? >> Come on. Yeah, you gave it to my girlfriend, Grace. She doesn't know what to do with it. >> Come on. Sit down. >> You don't trust me. >> That's not cool. I want my phone. I'm not fighting with you. >> I'm going to have heyday on you guys. >> I can't even fit in this car. I'm not comfort. Here, I'm going put the seat belt on you first. >> I don't want >> you guys feel like >> In the end, the suspect learned the hard way that things won't go his way. Facing charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest without violence and obstruction, drunk dad's airport meltdown ends in arrest in front of his kids. On July 7th, 2025, officers responded to an airport after a man reportedly caused a scene and fought with staff, resulting in him being kicked off the plane. Here's what happened. >> You know what I mean? And I'm here with my kids, bro. Like, I'm not trying to So, >> I understand, >> right? So, obviously I get up pissed off, right? So, now I'm pissed off. >> Okay. >> You know what I mean? >> Cuz like I don't have a ride home. >> I understand. >> You know what I mean? Like I'm >> So this is all I'm trying to figure. This is all I'm trying to figure out. Okay. >> So I'm just pissed. >> I have nothing to do with the airline. >> The airline called the complaint that I got was a call came out. I'm sitting right here at my checkpoint and I got a call say, "Hey, there was a gentleman that kicked off the flight. Had two kids." Right. >> I don't know. I never met you. >> Yeah. >> According to them. Sure. >> You're belligerent. You're intoxicated. Right. Now that I see you, you obviously know where you're at. You're >> just being a little loud. Draw a little attention to yourself. That's on you. Okay. >> Yeah, dude. I I'm waiting for the person who called. >> I think he's on the >> So if they're if they're gone already, then they're gone. Then you could be on your way. I I just wanted to know what it is they wanted because they called. >> So that's what happened. >> They said they you were making verbal threats. Okay. But if I don't have No, I made no verbal threat. Correct. Well, that's all I'm trying to find out. >> Zero, bro. Zero. I was just like I was pissed off with my All I said was to the lady cuz Okay. Okay. And this is a personal opinion. This is not a verbal threat in my opinion. She's a black lady with glasses. I go, "Oh, are you the DEI standin here?" Like giving me to get off the plane. Give me a break. I I got a little political. I said the DEI that was it. You know what I mean? But I didn't I didn't get I didn't say nothing threatening or anything like that, you know? >> So, >> yeah. But I if all they want >> Yeah. I might ask this up with >> Hang on. Give us one second. >> Yeah, just hang tight. >> Yeah, if you just find out if they want to if they Tony, if they want to press charges for whatever they want to press charges, I don't I mean, I don't have anything right now. >> After hearing the suspect's sight, the officers turn to the airline staff looking for witnesses who can help piece together what really happened. >> Hey, what y'all want to do with that guy, man? >> Hey, well, listen. So, I'm not I'm not the one that kicked him off the aircraft. Um, I'm just the one that called it in because the altercation was more in front of here. The ops agent that actually had the altercation with him is on the jet bridge right now. So, let's let's let him come up and then >> the opac. >> Yeah. >> No, not obsseack, but our operations. >> Oh, operation. Okay. >> Um, but he apparently was pulled off the aircraft for intoxication. >> Okay. So, >> I got to get a gist of he was being unruly. >> So, bottom line was um >> he he went down. on the aircraft. Um he was walking fine and you can tell he had a couple drinks but he wasn't too out of hand. Um so you could understand the word he was saying so we let him board. Anyways he got on the aircraft. Now whatever he did on the aircraft I did not see. All I was told is he needs to come off and he had two young girls with him. So we asked him to come off. Finally did. He walked about halfway up the jet bridge and came back down. So he needed his bag. He started kind of running his mouth there in the jet bridge. Um, nobody really paid attention there and he kind of turned around and left. Um, so he went up. I assume he went this way, I guess. I don't really know cuz that's where he came from. We came back to the top uh to finish boarding, >> but he didn't get violent with anybody, right? >> No, not like swinging or anything. So then he came back then he asked me why he was why he was removed from the from the aircraft. He said I would tell him. I said I never said I'll tell you anything. But however, if you need to know, you were removed cuz you been having some drinks. You're intoxicated. Um that's when it all started. That was when seeing it was about just going on n. So of course I I walked over to here whether I should or not. I said, "You know what? Come here. Come here. I need you to come here. You know, I need you to sit down here. I want to call you guys." Well, he wasn't doing it. He kept rolling off. So I kind of walked kind of not bumping a bump, but I was dead space from him. >> Removed from the flight for being disruptive, [music] the man doubles down on his behavior. Now the officers need to determine if the staff involved wants to press charges. >> Asked him to come over here, but he just kept saying, you know, just going off and off and off and off with the names and everything else. Turn around, you know what? I'll knock your out piece of and everything else. So I don't remember all the words. I don't know if you that heard all the words. >> I mean, I just remember him saying he was going to drop kick you. >> Yeah, drop kick me. Um, there was a few things said kind of a if you want to take that as a threat. Yeah, I guess it is. Um, and then so that's when I just Yeah. Yeah. And then these two were here. There was another guy here, but now he just kind of turned over this way and he [clears throat] kept rolling that way then. >> Um, I don't know where the girls were. The girls weren't with him the second time he came back. >> I have no idea. And then I just kind of rolled that way and I went back to my game. finish up what I was doing. >> So obviously he's in talk. He won't be able to fly tonight or >> probably late on tomorrow if he acts correct. But you want to press charges on those stretch you made? >> I don't need to. I mean he didn't you know it's just worse. >> Okay. >> So you know um >> truthfully I was just hoping he would just >> calm down. I mean well just in the beginning >> Yeah. He still worked >> crazy. Okay. So he's still going crazy. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. >> All right. Yeah. We're good. >> Okay. >> Thank you. Appreciate it, man. >> I mean, there's zero reason. And I just missed my flight and both of their swim tournament and karate because of this stupid DI fat black piece of >> go, oh, I'm going to do my job. >> You know exactly. >> Easy, man. Watch the language, man. >> No, I can I No, it's your freedom of speech, homie. I can say what I want and that just a >> for the sake of your kids, man. Just relax. They've already heard worse. >> That's a >> for the sake of your kids. That's all. >> That's a animal right there. >> You're just not kids. That's all. >> Hey, you know what? I You know what? Who says things for my kids? The public school system I hear out of their mouth. >> Okay. All right. We're We're done talking, man. Exactly. Just hang tight. You I need you to hang tight, though. >> Yeah, exactly. >> The man hurls insults at the officer, who keeps their composure, knowing two young children are witnessing the scene. However, it's clear the suspect is eager to test their boundaries. >> What do I do? Am I detained? >> You are detained. Legal detained. >> For what? For what? For what? >> I'm investigating what happened. They file the >> What are you You're not You're not even talking to anybody. How are you investigating anything? You're literally walking around back and forth. You ain't talking to anybody. >> I have a radio, sir. >> Yeah. Okay. So, what's going on? >> Okay. Well, when I find out, I'll let you know. >> Yeah. When my dad gets here, you're going to find out. >> Okay. Just relax. >> You You understand? I know the law, too, right? >> Okay. Sure. >> Yeah. Everybody says that. >> Stand there and while I walk outside. >> Uh, you know, you're not going anywhere. You're you're detained right now. >> For what? >> I just told you I'm I'm conducting investigation right now. >> What am I detained for? What is the crime that I'm detained for? >> I'm trying to figure that out. Are >> you listening this? Are you listening to this? >> I don't want you. >> No, you need to listen to this. This is very important for law reasons. >> Ella, the traveler, come over here. >> Stop. >> Ella, you need to listen to this. >> What am I detained for, sir? >> Relax, man. >> What am I detained for, sir? >> When I find out, I'll tell you. >> Exactly. So, when you find out So, when you find out, you can leave me right out there. >> Don't Don't make me embarrass you in front of your kids to put your hand cuz just relax, dude. Relax. Relax. Okay. Just calm down. >> All right. Now, you're going to make me make a phone call that's going to embarrass you. >> Okay. Sure. >> Okay. He makes a call he believes will get him out of trouble, but instead it only sets the stage for things to get worse. >> You are legally detained, by the way. >> Then prove it. >> I just told you I did. Relax. >> You have my ID. You even know. >> For the sake of your kids, why don't you relax? >> Why don't you relax? >> Why don't you relax? >> Hello. >> Hey, I got this. >> Kids are acting more mature than you, dude. Relax. 6:30 sitting here telling me that I'm detained and that if I go outside I'm going to be under arrest. And then I asked him, "What am I being detained for? What crime did I commit?" And he says he's figuring it out. So, I'm going to go I'm going to go ahead and tell him to go himself and then I'm going to go outside. Okay. Oh, and now Oh, and now he's now he's doing the big boy move. He pulled his handcuffs out and put his hands in his pocket. He's a big boy. He's a big boy. See why they kicked off the >> He's so awesome and scared. >> Wowee. Wowee. You're such a big boy cop. Oh, look at you with your handcuffs already and stuff, >> right? Keep it up. I'll put them Hello. >> I'm I'm waiting on I'm waiting on Tony. He's just being Now he's acting belligerent because I told he's detained >> and now he's just acting like a fool in front of his kids. >> Okay. So, I'm going to wait. So, I'm going to wait and listen for your answer of why I'm detained. >> Cool. Appreciate it. Thank you, sir. >> Cool. So, let me know whenever you get whenever you get there. I'm definitely not on a time crunch or anything like that. Whenever you get your answer of who I'm detained right now, >> let me know. >> I'm glad you come around. Thank you, sir. >> After all the trouble he caused, the airline staff ultimately declined to press charges and the officers now turned to inform him. >> Hey, we got >> So, yeah. No, we don't have anything. He said he don't want to press any charges for you. I'm saying I'll drop that kind of thing. So, he needs he needs to chill out, right? You guys must >> Nicholas. >> Sorry. >> Do you have a right here? Are they Are they here to pick you up, Ernie? >> Yeah, they're here. >> All right, you're free to go back. Just need you to calm down. >> Yeah, I know. >> What was the charge that you were detaining me on >> at this point? No, they don't want to press charges now. >> What was the charge? >> Because you made a threat to them >> to threat to the customer service person over there. >> No, I did not. >> Okay. Well, that's what they said. That's why you're being detained. You're intoxicated. That's the other reason why you're not. Okay. Because you threatened to assault me. See if you matter. They don't want to press charges. So you're free to go. >> I don't give a They want to press charges. Can I press charges? >> No. >> No. Oh. Isn't that funny how that works? Isn't that funny? I was just telling go because I was trying to go outside. >> A different choice could have kept him out of cuffs, but now he's stuck trying to defend the very actions that led to this. >> Why don't you listen to me? >> You didn't. All you wanted to do was argue with us. And now that we actually took action, now you're >> You know what? Arguing are listen to me. Arguing and saying words is not against the law. >> No, it is not. But when you're publicly intoxicated and you're free to publicly not comply with an officer or was insane to do on top of me and puked all over the plane and they kicked me off for that. >> Okay, >> that's not my fault. >> Should have just walked your girls out and gone home. >> I did walk my girls out and I'm waiting for my ride right there and then this guy shows up and wants to start problems and then you show up and wants I'm waiting for my ride, bro. What do you think I'm going to do? like another plane. >> You're in Can you refuse to comply with moving on? >> Oh, yeah. >> Moving on. Where? I can't go anywhere. I'm waiting for you to run. I don't give you plenty of opportunity to leave. >> Dude, I've never been here. I don't know where to exit. >> Where do you exit? I don't know. I've never been here in my life. >> But you just wanted to sit there and cuss us out. >> No, I want to go out of the airport. I'm waiting for my ride. >> And now that we actually did something, now you're upset. >> God, come on, man. Dude, how it works? Dude. Please, my dad's right there. Please, my kids and everything. Please, sir. >> Hold on, man. >> When can I get out? >> Usually, you have to stay about 4 to 6 hours. >> 4 to 6 hours. >> Not 46. Four to six. >> Four to six. >> Okay. >> Get there and sober up and then get come back here and be just don't don't drink. Don't drink anymore. Bro, I'm What do you mean are you talking about? What are you thinking you give me beer in the place, >> dude? I'm not drinking. Come on. >> With a suspect on his way to the station, [music] the officers speak with his father who arrived to pick up his grandchildren. Their reaction to the situation is not what you'd expect. >> Okay, so this is what happened. >> And I'm sorry the girls had to even uh >> Well, it's not new to them. So, >> yeah. No apologies. So, I'm here on checkpoint right where TSA is. Uh, I mean, it's really quiet. It's only like two flights going out at this late at night. >> Dispatcher mentioned that Southwest Airlines, they were on a flight to go to San Francisco, got kicked off the flight, that he was being belligerent. >> Sacramento, >> Sacramento, uh, that he was intoxicated, been belligerent, was threatening the flight staff, so they kicked him off the flight. His story told me a little bit different story, but, >> you know, take it with a grain of salt. two sides of the story. >> Uh but regardless, I had nothing to do with the airlines. I don't work for Southwest Airlines. Worked here for the for the Austin Police Department. I just happen to work at the airport. Um so they said they last seen him leaving walking towards gate 15, which is right where my checkpoint is. >> Um I said, "Well, you know what? Let me go check on him. See, okay." They didn't come to me and tell me, "Hey, we want him arrested." Or, "Hey, they just wanted him off the flight." >> So, yeah. >> Or he could have went straight to Southwest, rebooked the new flight. >> That's what I was trying to tell. I said, "You're not helping yourself here." >> So, he was sitting there by the Starbucks, which is closed, and I just happened to get a description like, "Oh, he's right here." I see two wearing orange backpack, two two little girls, and as soon as I walk up to him, he's just attacks verbally attacks. I'm like, "Hey, well, calm down, man." Like, what are you here for? I know what you're doing. You're I'm like, "Look, >> I just I just wanted to explain to him that like I'm conducting investigation. So, right now, you are legally detained until I find out what exactly happened on their end cuz I all I have is call text." >> Yeah. He said, >> so he was talking to you. >> He was talking on the phone, >> right? And I was trying to talk with him. I'm like, I'm like, "Hey, man. Look, >> you're right now you're just detained until I find out if they say, "Hey, you're good to go." >> But he didn't want to give me his ID. I'm like, "Look, right now, you don't have to give me your ID until they say, "Hey, I want to press charges." At that point, I will need his ID. So, um, >> from the way they respond, it's obvious this isn't the first time they've seen him act like this. finally got him calmed down and the other officer came back said, "Hey, they don't want to press." They didn't want to press charges. It was more of a verbal, you know, throwing fbombs and saying, "I'm gonna kick kick your butt." >> This could hear it. >> And we said, "Hey, you could go." And he's like, "No, you could go." So then he got mildly with the other officer back and forth and he was in talks and he just escalated up and at that point it was out of my control. The other officer said, "Hey, you know what? You're under arrest for public intoxication." He he he just he he escalated it from there and he >> Oh yeah, I know. I've seen it. >> So at at that point the >> I would hand that over to you. >> Okay. >> Yeah. They won't take that at the jail. >> Whatever. Yeah. >> But uh he just became very uncooperative and >> Okay. >> Uh so now he's just it's a class C misdemeanor. It's like a ticket. >> He'll be in and out. Once he soers up, you'll see the magistrate. There's a magistrate there at the Travis County Jail 24 hours. So as soon as he soers up, see the magistrate, they'll release him on bond. I don't know what his >> is that going to be tonight or are they going to keep them all morning? >> 46 hours. >> Yeah, it it'll be pretty it's pretty quick. When I say pretty quick, I mean like said 40 46. >> We don't want to make other travel plans though until >> he's as soon as he calms down and even before 6 hours if he's calm and cool and he has a ride calm down for 20 years. >> With everything said and done, it's finally time to bring this case to a close. >> We hated doing that kind of girl. I want to say that. It's just we couldn't just let it keep on going. And plus, he had an altercation with the uh ticket agent. I'm sure my partner >> I heard it on the phone. I was on the phone. >> Can't allow that to keep happening. And and so I just didn't have a choice. >> I was yelling at him to calm down. I told him, "You're not helping yourself. Shut up." >> Really not. And uh it's just, you know, there comes a point where can't just let it go on and go on. >> All right. Well, I appreciate you officers taking care of it. >> I hope he calms down and better better tomorrow. >> Will he give me a call or will I have to? >> He will. He has his phone. He has his stuff. Um, so he'll be able to call you once you get situated. It won't take long. And again, it could be anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. It could be two hours. It just kind of depends. If they have a uh um, you know, they talk to him and he's he's calm and cool, then they let him go in two hours. He just kind of go, "Hey, it's a little tough for him to deescalate." >> Yeah. Hopefully, you know how it is. As it always happens, you know, once handcuffs come on, then everything I apologize. >> Well, he's been arrested so many times, he just fights it. >> I could Okay. I mean, that kind of makes a little more sense now. It's just >> it didn't need to go there, especially having kids and stuff. So, and we hated doing that. I have two girls. >> So, >> no, I hate it. I hate it. >> Um, yeah, they're quite upset. I hope you're able to >> consult. Yeah, the little one's really upset. She wanted to see him before he, you know, >> he's gone. We'll see. >> A few hours he'll be back home and hopefully he'll be in a better state of mind, I think. >> Yeah, let's hope so. >> Okay. >> I appreciate I appreciate you guys this way. I'm sorry this way. Thank you, sir. >> By the end of it all, the suspect was charged with public intoxication. Drunk woman thinks the airport rules don't apply to her.
