These people were given a choice. Leave peacefully or make things worse. Unfortunately, they chose the latter. Here are five cases when cops tell them to leave, then all hell breaks loose. Number five, a breakup wasn't enough, so she made another terrible decision. On February 16th, 2025, officers are called to a Circle K parking lot after a woman is seen blaring her horn repeatedly, refusing to leave and demanding her boyfriend come outside. Here's what happens as officers move in. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Finally. >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm not. >> What's going on? >> I don't have a phone. I've been trying to get him to come out. Jesus Christ. Took that long. >> Who's him? >> David, my boyfriend. He broke up with me. I don't know what he's doing. He left me in his car and he doesn't want to pay any attention to me. I don't have a cell phone. I don't have anything. So, me blaring on the horn, I feel like that would get attention to somebody. >> Sure did. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Oh, it sure did. It sureing did. >> Okay. Um, do you need any help? >> I do need help. >> What do you need? >> I need him to close his doors and get whatever the he needs to get. And I need to leave. >> Okay. It's my fault. >> Do you have anybody who can come pick you up? No, I don't. No, I >> You don't have any friends or family? >> I don't. >> Okay. Okay. Do you have your ID with you? >> I do, man. >> I do. Can I reach >> David or >> David? David is >> here. Just focus on getting your ID right now. Okay. And and we'll try to figure something out. >> It's clear to the officers that she's emotionally unstable. So, they tread carefully, trying to calm her down while collecting basic information. But the longer the exchange goes on, the harder it becomes to keep their patience. >> What was your name? >> I'm officer Sturgis with the police department. What's your name? >> I'm all What? >> What did he just say? >> Like, I'm sorry. I'm not going to deal with this. I'm not dealing with that. What? Like, nah, bro. I'm done. I'm done with this. I'm done with people talking behind my back like this dump piece. Okay. >> He thinks that I'm cheating on him, that I'm manipulating him, that I'm doing this, that, and that. >> All right. Well, do you do you have your ID? >> You guys about my ID? You guys look for it. >> Okay. Is it in your wallet? >> He has it. >> He has the keys. >> David has the keys. You want to go look for it? Matter of fact, >> well, actually at this window, I'm going to stand here and we're going to talk. >> Get away from my window. >> If you don't want to talk to me, >> get the away from my window. I don't want to talk to you. I don't want to talk to you. there blowing the horn loud enough. >> Get the away from my window. >> Well, at this time I'm making Get the away from my window. >> Listen to me. >> Get away from me. This time I'm making contact with you because get away from me. Get away from me. >> Officers continue trying to reason with the woman, asking for her information and urging her to step out of the vehicle. But the longer she refuses, the more damage she does to her own case. >> Get the away from my window. >> You're being a public nuisance. >> Get Oh, public nuisance. >> Yeah, you're laying on your horse. Get the away from my window. It >> doesn't matter what you tell us to do. We're here. >> I don't give a I'm talking to you. >> Then what's your name? >> I ain't talking to you. I'm talking to him. >> Don't reach for anything. >> Oh, I'm reaching for a gun. Holy. >> I'm reaching for a grenade. I'm going to you guys. I'm going to you. I'm reaching for a knife. I'm going to stab you in your torso. >> Stupid. You're so overmpowered with control just because you have police badges. Shut the up. Shut the up. >> Shut the come on you and then you're intoxicated. If you don't stop doing that, we're going to arrest you for being a public nuisance and then you go to jail. How about that? >> It's your last chance to stop doing that. Otherwise, we're going to pull you out of the car. I can ask you once to step out of the car. Sorry if you don't step out of the car, we're going to have to pull you out of the car. >> I'm out of it. >> All right, >> cool. >> Go ahead. You can >> Oh, I I'll pull my sleeves up for you guys. >> So, all we need is your name. We're just trying to help. >> See, that's not a r i s. >> You know my name. You know my last name. >> Yeah. >> You know why I'm here. >> We're trying to help you. >> Then shut the up. What else do you need? >> We don't need your What else do you need? >> What else do you need? >> Marissa, we're not yelling at you. >> Shut the up cuz I have a warrant and you guys don't want expected. Matter of fact, I have you guys checked it four different times cuz I had four of you guys checked on me. Oh, she's intoxicated. Holy. You're going to arrest me for being intoxicated. You're going to arrest me for being intoxicated. >> You're dumb, bro. You're dumb. Then she makes a move that pushes things past the point of patience. At this moment, the officers realize it's time to act before things spiral even further out of control. >> Get him the away from me. >> Is there is anyone >> Get him [screaming] the away from me. I don't want to look at him through that window and because they're still staring at me. >> So, I got to I got to go towards him, right? I got to go. I got to go towards him, right? >> No, you don't have to do anything. >> Get him away from me. Get him away from me. >> Hey, is there somewhere else that you're staying? >> I got to go towards him, right? >> I got to go towards him, right? Cuz you guys keep him. >> Yeah, right. Like >> what is your want to keep him in front of me? >> I got you. Go ahead. >> Let go of the handle. >> Let go of the handle. Now you're breaking. >> Let go of the handle. Let go of the handle. Let go of the handle. >> Let go of the handle. We're just trying to keep it from falling and hurting yourself and it is pulling away. Even after everything, one officer makes a final effort to show concern, checking if she's okay and trying to offer her a moment of calm. But despite the leniency, the woman keeps pushing back. >> I'm just concerned cuz you know, if you would understand, like people are doing. >> I don't need the hospital. I don't need the hospital. >> I just want to make sure you're okay. >> Perfectly fine. Did you have All of you guys drank before, right? All of you guys gotten drunk before. All of you guys deal with a toxic relationship. This is Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I'm pretty sure that you, you and you, and you have dealt with a toxic relationship and dealt with a person who thinks that you're chained every day and thinks that you're manipulating them and thinks the worst of you. This is Albuquerque, New Mexico. And I'm pretty sure all you are from here and deal with this blames me every day. Every day of cheating every >> day. You can talk to me about what's going on. >> Talking about a boyfriend. >> Oh, I hope you guys have your little little campers. or something. [laughter] >> I can't wait to meet >> cuz I've been waiting to meet this piece. No, >> you don't. >> I'm going to keep >> police is so corrupted. You guys dismissed two years of DWI cases. One of them being mine. One of them being mine. You guys dismissed. It's so funny cuz I didn't have to go through the interlock. I didn't have to go through the probation. You guys dismissed it. >> You dismissed it. You dismissed it. You dismissed. [laughter] >> The situation didn't have to go this far, but her choices sealed the outcome. She's now facing charges for public intoxication [music] and disorderly conduct. Number four. Woman tries blocking the door with a fridge to stop officers. It doesn't work. On July 12th, 2025, officers responded to a hotel after management reported that a guest had overstayed her welcome, refused to let staff inspect the room, and repeatedly ignored demands to leave. When officers arrived, the manager lays out exactly what they've been dealing with. >> It's 4:08. Okay. >> So, got noise complaints Tuesday, Wednesday. went to the room, >> did not want open the door, did not want to communicate, did not want me to even check the window. >> We have a policy in place here. If you're here for 14 or more days, I have to visually inspect the room, make sure it's in good order. Did not allow that. Pass control came yesterday, did not allow access. You are not allowed to not allow us to enter the room. Called her yesterday, spoke her on the phone, profanity, vulgarity, yelling on the phone, person yelling, blah blah blah. She just came to the desk for her package. The letter signed for it, gave her her package, identifies her. Hey, based upon our interactions yesterday, you have to depart. >> She turned right or loud and walked away. Not a word, not a sound. Ignored me. Left. >> Okay. >> She's now in the room. Please, I would like her to depart and trespass. >> Okay. >> Room 408. Hey, >> I'll be right there. Miss, >> did you give me 5 minutes? >> [clears throat] >> But at least the new law that they passed when it comes to evictions and stuff is no longer required. We don't need evictions anymore. They just need a 24-hour notice. We call you guys and adios. It makes it so much easier cuz you guys hands were tied in, >> you know, it was kind of a Yeah, it was it was really hard to deal with and just trying to get it all to work. This is like an annoying gray area that you couldn't kind of maneuver, >> but now it's so much easier. >> Management. >> What's your name? Christy. Franklin, [laughter] >> Miss Franklin. For several minutes, officers and hotel staff knock and call out, hoping the woman will come out on her own, but there's no response, and time is running out before they'll have to escalate. >> Miss Franklin. Miss Franklin, the sheriff's office is here as well. Need you to please open the door. >> Sheriff's office, if you're inside, make yourself known. If you're inside, make yourself known. >> We'll grab the key from here for a second. >> You have the key? >> I have my old to go down and get another one. >> Oh, yeah. Real quick, just in case we get to that side. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. responds. >> No, one more time. >> Sheriff's office, open the door. Good. >> Hello, >> Miss Franklin. >> After several unanswered warnings, officers decide it's time to force entry. What they don't expect is how far the woman is willing to go to keep them out. They soon learn that she's doing everything she can to barricade herself inside. >> Oh, I think she moved the fridge in front of that dude. >> I got to let go first. >> Yep. She moved it. >> Move the fridge. >> Open the door. She got the last. You >> need to open the door. You need to come out now. empty. She not responding. >> The woman's gone as far as using the refrigerator to stop the door from opening, forcing officers to escalate. With help from the fire department and heavyduty tools, they dismantle the door and gain entry. Yes. Stop. Get away from the door. >> Get away. Get away from the door. >> [screaming] >> Let me see your hands. You're going to get tased. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. I got >> hands. >> Are you out of your mind? >> The whole thing was recorded, too. >> All right, she's puffed. >> Lock it. >> You just kept pushing against the door. Hey, let's go. >> You can keep walking. >> She's finally out of the apartment and on her way to the cruiser, but anyone thinking the chaos ends here is in for a surprise. Should have done that. >> Turn over on your back. >> Turn over on your back. Do it now. >> You need another set. >> Coming. >> Yeah, you're fine. >> You're good. Slow it down. We're good. >> We're good. You need another one. All right, >> now you're going. >> She hit you. >> Definitely try. She got you >> a little bit. >> All right. >> You guys just pick her straight up. We'll stretch her right underneath. >> Oh, okay. >> All right. That'll work. >> Got it. There you go. >> With a suspect in custody, another officer steps aside to speak with a hotel manager and gather more details about what triggered the call. >> Yeah. >> All right. I guess I'm going to go with them. >> All right. So, just run me through what happened and what led up to >> So, the guest did check in on June the 18th. She was here for 30 days until July 18th. Um, every 14 days we have to physically inspect the room to make sure everything's clean in an order. She refused entry to her room on the 14th day. Um, just this past Wednesday, which was the 9th, we had noise complaints coming from her room uh from other guests surrounding her room. >> So, can you real quick just tell me what the noises they were hearing were? >> Banging, drawers slamming. Uh, so guests that were next door to her was uh complaining of noise. >> Okay. >> Upon sorry, to your knowledge, do you know if she had any visitors or anything like that? >> As far as I know, no. She was the only one in the room. Now, upon attempting to go up to the room to speak to her, knocked on the door, she opened the door. The latch was on. She slammed the door. Did not want to respond. Did not want to speak. I told her multiple times, "Please talk to me. I need entry to the room to to to speak to her about the noise complaints. No, no, she was not cooperative at all. >> Okay. >> Uh so I left it alone. Um then yesterday we had our uh standard pest monthly pest control. Her room number was one of the room numbers that needed to be treated. Um she refused entry again. She per our policy, you're not allowed to not allow us to enter. Period. Okay. So we had to do our treatment and she did not allow it. Um, she was using vulgarity, profanity as she slapped the door in front in my maintenances uh presence with the pest control. Uh, >> aside from her rude behavior, things took a turn when she was told her package wasn't available. >> Um, she did come to the desk this morning. She had a package. I g I allowed her to sign for her package. She inquired about a Walmart delivery that she had brought to the property that was delivered to the property yesterday. I told her, "If it's not in the lobby, that means someone had has moved it. You are responsible for the items that are delivered to the property. If you knew that it was delivered yesterday, you should have came down when it was delivered." So, so I said, "I will look into it and I'll get back to you. I have to rewind the cameras." Upon her leaving the desk, I did advise her. I said based upon her interact interactions yesterday because yesterday after she refused service from my pest control company, I called her. She started to use vulgarity, yell at me, threaten me, f word, b- word, everything under the sun. At that point yesterday, I advised her. I said, "I'm sorry. We could no longer continue your stay. You'll have to depart tomorrow, meaning today at 11:00." When she came to the desk this morning to get her package, and we interacted, I advised her, "Hey, at this point, I'm going to have to ask you to check out." >> Gotcha. >> She turned right around, did not respond, did not say a word to me. She left the front desk and went back to her room. That's when I called you guys to facilitate her departure and then everything else transpired from there. >> Gotcha. Okay. Um, so how would you classify your interactions with her as a whole? Like would you say they were I know you were saying that she was very vulgar. Was she ever a different way or was she always just that verbally aggressive? anytime I was able to actually speak to her except for this morning when she was signing for her package, >> every other interaction was vulgarity, aggressiveness, did not want to cooperate, >> so on and so forth. >> Okay. Um, have you been up to the room yet? I >> not yet. I I'm going I'll go there shortly once I run some laundry for these ladies. >> Um, I do want to trespass as well. >> Okay. >> It's from this location and then I will assess. Right now, she has, if I do check her out today, she will have a credit of $350. However, based upon my inspection, that might not even be available if once I charge for damages. >> Officers continue reviewing the situation to see if any additional charges apply. But aside from refusing to leave and being verbally abusive, she doesn't appear to have physically harmed anyone. Yeah, I will say we had to use the um >> the spreaders to open the door. >> So, I'll have to check that the fridge and >> there's there's definitely a lot of damage in the room unfortunately. Um >> but as for anything else, was she ever like violent with somebody here >> outside of outside of the noise complaints? Um she did not want to talk to anyone. >> Okay. So, she she sort of sequestered herself into her room. >> Absolutely. anytime somebody would talk to her, she became verbally aggressive, >> right? Pushing the door closed in her face, didn't want >> refused refused entry to pest control and room inspection, >> right? >> And that's the reason that she was being >> and the noise complaints. >> So, the reasons that she was not being allowed to remain here was refusing entry to pest control and room inspection >> and her vulgarity, no noise complaints from other guests. >> Yes. All right. >> Absolutely. >> Perfect. Thank you, Stephen. Thank you. You have a good day. >> Ultimately, the incident led to four serious charges for the woman, including refusal to leave, escape, battery on an officer, and resisting with violence. The choices she made that night came with consequences. Number three, woman gets stood up on a date and ends the night in handcuffs. On July 19th, 2025, officers arrive at a bar where a woman's erratic behavior is turned into a disturbance. Allegedly upset after being stood up, she's now drawing attention for all the wrong reasons. Watch how this case unfolds. [crying] >> She took she took her shoes off. >> Those are her shoes. Okay. Not [laughter] her shoes off. Those are these are hers. >> Thank you. You're welcome. Yeah, [laughter] >> she came there with like one of our friends that >> they were like >> and he didn't show up and she kind of freaked out and she's hitting people. We got her on. She's flipping. >> I've been in painful situations with her her she had a like hitting people. She's like falling over in a bar. >> Deon, >> look. Remember, >> nobody talk to me right now. >> Why are you so upset? I showed up. My friend said, "Oh, it's my friend's birthday party. Like, just come down. It's all right." And I'm like, "I'm super tired." >> And I'm like, "I'm just laying in bed like watching Netflix." >> And they're like, "Well, just come down and, you know, enjoy with us [snorts] because this is a person that we care about." out and so I was like and I had a date tonight and they didn't show up really. So I was like all right so I'll just take off and show up for you guys. So you got >> but this world that I showed up in >> they've been very strange honestly um I haven't been able to understand or diagnose anything uh of the people that I've encountered >> have you >> honestly I don't know uh if I've And no, honestly, please sit. >> One officer tries to lighten the mood while waiting on medics, all while subtly assessing her condition. >> My butt's kind of sore. I sit a lot. >> Your your butt sore? >> Yeah. >> Why is your butt sore? >> Cuz I sit in the car all day. >> Hey, is it okay if is is it okay if the >> you stand? Yes. >> Uh what? If the medics check you out? Yes, of course it's fine. >> I know your you say your back hurts. >> Do you feel like harming yourself? >> No, of course not. >> I just want to make sure. >> Wait, can you please sit with me? >> I stand. I'm sorry. >> It's okay. We're doing good. We're doing great. Look, these these these people are going to take make sure you're doing well. >> All right. We're good. We're good here, Deon. It's all right. >> Good, pastor. Are you so serious with your name? >> Yeah, it's my it's my real name. It's kind of crazy, right? >> Let these kind of people check you out. All right. They're going to take care of you. They want to make sure you're good. >> I am good. >> I know, but they said your back hurts, so that's not sure. >> Oh, maybe I shouldn't have said that. I see one of these fingers. >> Really? You're the only uh >> You're really concerned. Yeah. I want to make sure you're good. >> You're You're actually concerned. >> Well, yeah. >> Hey, listen. >> You got to relax, Dad. >> De Let them let him do their thing. >> No. What are you doing? Stop. >> What is he doing? >> Okay, I got this. >> She suddenly takes off, but when officers and medics find out where she ended up, all they can do is shake their heads in disbelief. Yeah. >> Yeah. 32. >> Devin, come out. >> How about you be >> just cooperate with us? pull me out >> or not. >> I guess your back doesn't hurt anymore. >> It's not. >> It's all right. [laughter] >> I don't have cuffs right now. >> Hey, >> I'll grab her. >> Is that Hey, are we going to play this game? What the is this? >> This is exactly what you wanted. >> It is not what I wanted. >> Well, you're not being very compliant and we're trying to be cool and now you're causing us to be >> this. >> Hey, Mozy, please. >> No. >> What do you mean no? >> Oh, you Hey, help. M [screaming] >> [crying] >> Let go of the cuff. Let go [screaming] of the cuff. Let go of the cuff. Let go of the cuff. Do it now. Let go of the cuff. >> You You claw me, I will [screaming] I will charge you and Why? Why? >> With the situation under control [music] for now, officers focus on keeping her calm while waiting for transport. But keeping her still is easier said than done. >> I'm just underneath the car. >> Dude, [laughter] please. Please help. [crying] >> [screaming] >> for you. >> It was all right. I just >> Listen, we have the most highly rated studio in Panelis County. Highly rated and he said he needed to come. [crying] He needed help. That's why he got down to help him. Let me [screaming] [laughter] not I'm not intoxicated. I promise you. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm always scared. I'm scared. >> [screaming] >> Wow. >> Oh, yes. >> Oh, yeah. Oh, they probably do though. Oh, look at that. Lock down legs. Hello. Lock down. Uhhuh. >> Well, she wasn't lying when she said she was going to run if you didn't give her her name. >> Okay. She's like, "You don't give me my your name, I'm going to run." She's being all sweet and sassy to him. And he walks up to talk to her. She jumps off the takes off. I'm like, "You mother [laughter] >> I was over here searching." I kept hearing her. I was like, "Where the is she?" >> I thought maybe she came around front. I went through the gate out front. There's a small gate through along the side here. >> In the end, the woman was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest. Number two, entitled man refuses to leave when asked and quickly regrets it. This next case takes place at the Sky Lounge in Palm Beach International Airport, where officers are called after a passenger allegedly became disruptive, [music] disrespecting staff, and flatout refusing to leave despite multiple warnings. Watch what happens when officers step in. N >> you can once you exit you tell me everything >> I'm a member of the platform away from disgusting witnessing anything >> insulting them tremendously >> out of the airport completely. >> Oh, you think so? >> I am. >> There's my supervisor right there. So yes, >> you can speak your mind. >> Don't talk to your supervisor. speaking for yourself. I am speaking for myself in case you wanted my supervisor because I'm telling you with my authority that you're about 2 seconds from leaving >> the airport. >> Because of why? >> Because why? Because I'm telling you you need to leave now. And you're telling me you're not going to leave? >> Because of why? I'm not going to leave. >> Because Because you don't have because you don't have the proper identification to get into the club in the first place. You have to have that card. If you don't have that card, >> what? >> Where is that in your manual? It's in their requirement that you have to have their >> in your manual. >> Okay. >> I'm going to ask one question. Are you going to leave this room right now? >> Yes, certainly. >> Then get up and leave. >> Then get up and leave. >> If you don't leave, you're under risk for trespass. Period. I'm not going to play with you. >> He's given one last chance to walk out on his own, but instead of taking it, he digs in his heels. The man could have walked out freely, but instead he chooses defiance. And officers quickly show him they're done asking nicely. >> What are you going to do? >> I'm not playing. >> One more question. Are you going to get up and leave? >> Can I ask a question? >> No, you may not. You may take your stuff and get out or you're going to go go to jail for trespassing. What is your choice? >> My choice is >> then you're going to go to jail. >> I said no. My choice is to leave. >> Sir, my choice was to leave. >> No, no, no. My choice was to leave. No. I said I'm going to leave. >> You had plenty of options. >> No. I said I'm going to leave, >> sir. I said I'm going to leave. >> I said I'm going to leave. >> No, it's too late now. >> This is unnecessary. >> No, you just need another. >> I want to leave. Never. That's the only thing I'm saying. >> I told you I said have one chance to leave and I said I'm leaving. What you're doing is what you're doing. You're talking. >> We gave him We gave you ample opportunity to stand up, walk out, and you didn't. >> Ow. Ow. Jesus Christ. >> You're not supposed to be comfortable. And there's two on you. Okay. >> Over here playing games. >> You had every opportunity to leave. >> Going to leave. >> Quiet. Exercise that. Right. Is that yours, too? >> Yeah. >> That's my bag. My medicine is in it. >> Prescribed medicine. What's the problem? Proess failure. With a man having difficulty walking, the officers give him the chance to be wheeled out of the airport. But even that becomes a problem for the man who continues voicing his complaints. >> What is There's no one here. >> There's no one here. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Turn to the side. Turn to the side. All right. >> I'm not touching your wrist. >> Sit down sideways and swing your feet around. Good job. Getting by the girls warm you are completely warm. Yes, sir. I argue with you because you're wrong. Right there. Because you're wrong. >> Okay. Everything that's in the bag. >> What are you talking about? >> Personal property. >> This is your personal property >> right here. This is my notebook and my notepad. >> You definitely did. Okay. Keep your mouth shut. Okay. >> At this point, the officer has seen enough. After everything that happened inside the airport, there's no interest in cutting him a break. >> All these cameras in here are recording right now. Okay. >> I'm not a buddy. Okay. Keep your mouth shut. Okay. That's what you should do right now. It's very personal stuff. We're going to put you in a car in a minute. Okay? We don't need your assistance on what we're doing. We know exactly what we're doing. We're inventorying your items because you are arrested. Listen to me talk. You're you're arrested right now. You're in custody. Everything that you have will be placed into evidence. So, we have to inventory every item that you have. Okay? We do not care if it's personal or private. Okay? It will get inventory. We will go through every belonging that you have, including anything in your pocket. outside. >> All right, Paul, we're going for a ride. He's now being wheeled out to the waiting transport unit. It's an outcome that could have been avoided [music] entirely if he had just followed instructions from airport staff or officers. 53. You need assistance, sir. Are you able to get up by yourself? >> I got it. I got it. Be careful. Turn it off. The man was ultimately charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. Number one, woman learns that false accusations won't save you from the truth. In our final case, officers respond to a hotel after a woman refuses to vacate a room past checkout. But when they arrive to remove her, she makes a shocking accusation against one of the staff.
