Claiming to be a sovereign citizen might work on the internet, but these folks learn fast that they don't get a free pass in real life. Here are five cases when sovereign citizens learn a swift lesson from nononsense cops. Number five, man tried the sovereign speech. Police shut it down fast. While patrolling on March 7th, 2025, officers observed a vehicle with what appears to be a counterfeit license plate partially obscured in a way that raises immediate concern. >> Good. How are you? >> I'm good. >> I'm deputy going with the sheriff's office. I'm interested in your license plate. What's going on with that? >> Okay. >> It's uh it's part of the DOT. >> Okay. >> Basically, what I'm doing is we're just I'm I'm a pastor. >> Okay. Okay. Ministry and so we're doing the whole um we're separating as far as off of the actual corporation in the United States, you know, and so we're kind of separating that way. So it's out of the jurisdiction, but we just travel in peace. >> Okay. I'm not I'm not familiar. I haven't heard of that before. >> Um well, a lot a lot a lot haven't because they don't really train up on it because, you know, you guys just serve the public and as a corporation. Um but yeah. Okay, >> we just traveling piece. We're not an actual commercial motor vehicle. It's a private entity. >> Okay. >> So, and that's why it's just the right to travel. It's not the whole big citizen thing like that. We're actually noncitizen because we're not a foreign entity. And so, that's what we register with EOT. So we just so let them know, okay, we're just traveling in a private vehicle, not in actually not a motor vehicle, but actual private auto. >> Okay. Do you have a driver's license on you? >> I don't because we're turning that in and and and because we're separating from that corporate tie, so it's not part of that whole theft protection thing that that the motor vehicle department stands for and we're not traveling in commercial. >> Okay. Do you have any sort of identification on you? >> Um, I don't have my passport. I do I do have a a license that I haven't turned in yet. >> Okay. >> I mean, but >> with several red flags already present, the primary officer decides it's best not to handle this alone and calls for backup to assist. >> I'm not obligated to give that identification, but I work peacefully, so I I you know, I'm not I'm not a rebellion. I [snorts] know this is new to you. I'm just I'm trying to get to work. I'm obeying all the things and stuff like that, but I have to get to work. Um >> Okay. >> I'd love to I'd love to chat with you and and and get together and and inform you some more so you know more about it. >> My my point and concern is that I can't prove what you're saying. >> So, first of all, like I said, I'm not familiar with what you're referring to. So, in order for me to confirm what you're saying, >> I'd like to have some sort of identity from you. be a supervisor would understand about it as far as that one because it is under UCC. >> Okay. >> Hey officer, >> tell you I'll just step in. I can barely hear you with the window just partially open and in traffic. I can barely hear what's going on. >> He's been cooperative so far. We got no issues, but I He's not going to identify himself. So, >> okay. >> I'm trying to figure out. >> Well, I I can verbally say I'm George. I'm I'm >> Okay. So, you know, there's probably about a million Georgees, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, we we need to know exactly who you are. Just saying your name George doesn't identify who you are. We have to be able to positively identify you as your specific identity >> because going by George, like I said, there's there's a million of Georgees. >> Okay. >> We just need a way to positively ID you as your individual self. Okay. >> Do you have anything with your with your full name or any kind of documentation? >> But I don't want to step in under the jurisdiction of the corporation. I was explaining to him. I >> Okay. >> Because I'm just acting as a as a free human. I'm traveling, going to work, doing that. >> So, we understand that. So, you're you're in the state of Florida, correct? Right now, are we in the state of Florida? Inside the continental US. >> Okay. You agree with that? >> So, in the state of Florida and continental US, to operate a motor vehicle on public roadway, you have to have a valid driver's license. During a traffic stop, you have to identify yourself to law enforcement. >> The man starts quoting the uniform commercial code as if it gives him leverage here. In reality, he's misinformed and he's not interested in hearing otherwise. And my my only statement is that I'm not actually operating a motor vehicle. Okay. So driving a private auto it is a motor vehicle. It is a vehicle with four wheels and a motor and it is propelled on the roadway by not your feet. It is a motorized vehicle. Okay. >> But by definition in the UCCC codes even it's a private automobile. >> Okay. It it's not okay. You're going by by stuff that is written a hundred years ago and has changed and updated since the time you want to >> what you're trying to quote us by. Okay. Okay. Uh, it really isn't. It's a UCCC code and that's what they're going. >> So, the car come back who's caring about No, the tag's not legit. It's >> a paper tag that's for high or not not >> No, it's it's not for high. It's a private automobile and it's and it's registered with the DOT. >> It's registered with the DOT. >> Okay. Okay. Well, he's going to run the bin. We're going to try and figure out what's going on. >> Explain it to you. I'm not sure what you're talking about. I've never seen that tag before and you're not identifying yourself so that I can prove Hey, that's just printed on piece of paper. >> What's that? What? I'm sorry. >> If I give you my name, what's that going to prove to you? >> That you have a valid driver's license, first of all, and that that you're operating under this USC US code that you're referring to. >> Yeah, the the US code. >> So, I understand that you're I understand what you're saying, but I'm not familiar with it. And you saying that essentially that's my job. I get that, but I don't I don't know the code. So if you could provide that so that I can prove that cuz right now we are >> the public operates under you have to have a valid license >> perhaps the supervis code the numbers off hand but it's I'm just I'm just trying to >> okay like I said that's why I just asked if you had an ID so we can actually figure out who you are >> if you can ID yourself to us then no if >> you might be if you you are currently detained on a traffic ID yourself. You can get out of here a lot quicker. The longer you prolong this, the longer you're going to sit here, the longer you're going to be late for work. Okay. >> Well, >> so that's all we need is we need to be able to identify who you are. Okay. Do you have a picture of an ID or anything? >> Instead of producing a valid ID, the man offers something else entirely, catching the officers off guard. >> Me baptizing my wife. >> Okay, that's not that's not that's not an ID. You >> want me to rapid him? No, I I got him. >> You got him. >> It's George. He just the the registration's expired on this. >> He has a valid driver's license, but he's refusing to identify himself. >> Yeah, cuz basically cuz when it expired and I've learned about the private beer and I must take it for expired registration and be >> I'm doing the whole trust thing and so we're just trying to transfer it into that and be peaceful. I I mean I stop and pray for I probably pray for you somewhere down the line, you know. I pray for protection for everybody. We help people. I go, you know, I know it's different cuz you're traffic, but I'm not committing any crime against >> you. You are. You're creating a a motor violation. >> Crime. >> It is a motor violation. >> Uh a crime. We have crimes. I can arrest people for criminal citations in as far as motor as far as traffic violations. There are criminal citations. Okay. >> I have not committed a crime against my fellow man. >> Okay. We're not saying you committed a crime against your fellow man. Okay. A crime against a fellow man is going to be theft, stuff like that. We are traffic enforcement. So, we enforce traffic laws. >> And when I >> You are violating a current traffic law. >> If you ask your supervisor, >> you are violating a current traffic law. >> If you ask you fine. >> So, Giovani Richard gave him a warning in September for expired tag. His tag expired in May. >> So, it's time for Yeah. Time for a ticket today. >> So, and so if you want to get a ticket, then you can give a ticket. He said he said he's no no no crime against his fellow man. I was like, "Well, no, this is a crime against traffic violations >> cuz you're violating violation, but that's if I'm operating with motor vehicle commercial." >> Let's let's have a let's have a discussion cuz now I'm curious. >> Yeah. >> You you hold a valid driver's license. >> Yes. And I'm turning that in right now with the with the plane. >> So that's what I'm in the process of doing is discovering that and to do that. >> Okay. But all this this charade of >> well it's not really because what I'm doing is as a human being I'm deciding okay I'm just going to operate privately. While his driver's license checks out his tag is expired a long time ago. The man says that's when he read about traveling privately leading him to believe he could drive without complying with standard requirements. Want to >> hurt anybody? I know those are glasses. Yes. So >> but here's the thing. If if I give you a ticket, first of all, you're still refusing to identify yourself. I found your identity. >> Even though that's not >> right, but I'm saying you're you're by law required to identify yourself. You could be arrested for that. Let me just go through what's going on here. Okay. >> I mean, I've got it. I told you I've got it with me. >> Then why wouldn't you provide it? >> I'm concerned with >> No, I was just because I wanted to explain it to them is the whole freedom thing because what happens is >> Okay. So, you're saying I'm going to pause you for a second. You're saying you're you're you're you said you're you're trying to operate freely this that blah blah blah. Why are you carrying a valid driver's license? >> Because I haven't finished the whole process yet. I'm learning about it and I'm trying transferring it. It's like >> Okay. So So you're new to the whole system. So you really don't have 100% idea what you're trying to explain. >> No, actually I've been studying for for a while now. >> So you're carrying a valid driver's license. So that means that you have agreed at some point in your life that you're going to follow Florida law >> unknowingly because I didn't realize that's where we're at old though. >> But I'm not but I'm not acting commercially right now. I'm not >> Nobody said you're acting commercially. >> But that's what if you look at it your whole traffic code it's all commercially. >> No it's not. >> It's the uniform commercially. >> It's not insurance for the vehicle. >> I'm sorry. >> You have insurance for the vehicle? >> Yeah. Yeah. It's super progressive. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I mean, I could call him and get the thing again cuz again, >> you don't you don't carry that with you? >> I was sending that all in. >> No. >> So, here's here's my concern here. Okay. So, we still have not resolved a situation where you were warned last September for your expired tag. It's still expired. You've now put fraudulent paper license plate on. >> Well, it really is. That's >> It is fraudulent. >> It doesn't populate into any database. That means it is fraudulent. >> No, it just means it's not registered commercial. >> No, it means it is fraudulent. If it does not populate to your motor vehicle or a a motor vehicle, it is a fraudulent plate >> which is a felony in the state of Florida. >> No, I'm merely stating showing that it's been registered with a D. >> It has not been it has not been. >> We our system is connected straight to them. Okay. >> Have a different license plate attached to the federal I'm sorry the FMST. >> Despite the man's unwillingness to understand their explanation, he remains cooperative enough that officers keep the discussion going. So now you keep changing because earlier you're saying FDOT. FDOT is Florida Department. We're connected straight to the system. >> Who's the supervisor to call in this uh Alocron? >> I'm not ready. I'm just driving and I'm driving >> cuz my concern is he's already been stopped for this once. >> Well, >> and now he's put in front. >> You can hear him for the felony. >> That's why I'm actually started the process because since then I'm like, okay, I I I shouldn't reregister it. I need to go through this process. So that's what it is. cuz I'm in the process of >> He was over on 41. You want to see if he can kick over here? >> Yeah. Yeah. Cuz I I I don't think that So, I don't think a ticket is going to resolve this this matter. You know what I mean? Like his tags still. >> He's not He's not a values. I'm not scared. Like I said, >> what happens if you Let's give this example while he's making a phone call. What happens if you hit somebody out here in the roadway? What's the process then? Well, I I still purchase some insurance to help offset that. But then we actually have a bond. Everybody has a bond tied to their social security and so you can actually access that and set up a bond to then take care of anything. So anything that I'm liable for, if I've committed uh any damage to anybody, then I become liable for it and and take care of it. And so I either do it through my own personal or do it through the bond that's attached. >> Kilo sergeant's on his way. We're still for Thank you. >> Do you Do you have anything that I can Google or any paperwork for me that I can look at? >> Hey, you know the best thing? He just taped this to the valid license plate for the Florida. >> That's what I was asking him. When did this charade just randomly >> when he got his last citation? >> Now while waiting for a supervisor, the officers deliberate on how they should proceed with a case >> actually. So that's the concern is >> just the warning. >> Yeah, it was warning and and that's and that's when I started to research more about it cuz I'd heard stuff about it and actually I researched before. >> Okay, that's what I'm asking for. Let's see what she can provide for us. Uh, let's use the car. >> The problem is is we're not going to come to a resolution if we give him a ticket and he drives off. He still can't drive off because he doesn't have a valid registration for the vehicle. >> But no, cuz then you're detained and then you're kidnapped. >> No, it's not kidnapping because I'm a private individual and I'm not falling under. >> I'm asking him to provide that. So, right now I'm just having a conversation with him while you look for that. Okay. Yeah, >> cuz as far as we're concerned, the law is that you cannot number one have attempted license plate cover your license plate and then two once I get you stopped and I can verify the license plate I can't verify it. So you have two violations for the traffic stop. Okay. >> So I'm going to be sar very kind of sarcastic. So you live in Kings Point which is a gated neighborhood correct? >> I actually don't live in Kings Point. >> Okay. Why do you have Kings Point? >> Uh because because I do because I do stuff. I I go people all the time. I help elderly people. >> Okay. So then I need to go to Kings Point and let them know that you're not welcome in there because you have to be able to ID yourself when you go into Kings Point. >> I >> Do you provide ID to the security guards at Kings Point? >> No. Somebody cuz somebody always says calls me in. They say, >> "Okay, but you still have to ID yourself when you enter in these neighborhood." >> But I say, "Yes, I'm Pastor George. Anybody can travel. It's it's it's honestly again it's a free like you as flesh and blood. You should be able to travel and walk and ride anywhere you want privately. Okay. >> You shouldn't be inhibited. If you're inhibited, then you become you're a slave. >> At this point, the officer asks a simple question. When did the man first start believing he could travel freely, even with an expired tag? >> And you're not free to do those things. So what decided what what point in your life did you decide to convert to this this belief? >> Well, it's not converting to a belief. It's just I've learned about it. I've been I've been since 2001. I've been, you know, saved and and and born again. So I actually serve God. I serve people. I I serve the elderly. I pray for folks. I I I do know to >> being saved and praying and all that stuff. That is a religious belief. That is not a a a a freedom on the road. I've extended that so that I I've learned about the actual UCCC codes >> enough to see that wait a second we are privately and we can operate privately ourselves. We can walk and and and do those things. >> You can walk wherever you want. A motor vehicle is is a right and privilege. It is not it is not your freedom >> if you Well, it actually is if you're in the under the corporation. >> No. So So the motor vehicle traveling on public roadways is not a freedom. It is a right. It is something that is allowed and provided to you as long as you follow what the laws and the guidelines that are provided. >> What you just said is actually perfect. You're absolutely right. It is a right once you're part of the corporation. >> It is a right. So it is a right. So if you follow the rules and guidelines that allow you that give you the right to operate your motor vehicle, then yeah, you can operate a motor vehicle on roadway. Part of that is involved in the state of Florida specifically is one, you have to have a valid driver's license. Two, you have to have registration for a vehicle. And three, you have to have insurance for that vehicle. So far, you do not have registration for this vehicle. You have not provided insurance for the vehicle. And you will not provide your ID. You made us take the long way around to figure out who you actually are. Okay. So, >> I I told you honestly who I was. >> You told us your name was George, and I told you there's probably a million Georgees in the state of Florida. The more he explains himself, the less sense it makes with inconsistencies quickly surfacing in his own words. >> That does not ID you. That is not your physical personal ID. >> Everything you just said is absolutely true. If you're under the corporation of the United States, >> do you live in Do you live in the United States? >> What I'm choosing. >> Are you residing in the United States? >> No, I'm not residing there. >> Okay. Are you traveling in the United States? >> I reside here in the spirit. >> Okay. Are you traveling in the United States? >> I'm not traveling by this. You just told us you were traveling. Not of the UCCC code. >> You just told us you were traveling. >> I'm actually >> Can you Can you decide if you're traveling or not traveling? >> I'm not commercially traveling. >> You are traveling. Traveling. >> I'm moving my body. >> You Okay. You're Are you walking on two feet or you driving a motor vehicle? >> Doesn't matter. I'm moving. I'm moving. >> You're operating a motor vehicle. Correct. >> No. Not correct. I'm operating. >> This is a motor vehicle. >> By definition, go to go to UCCC code. >> Okay. Well, we're not UCCC. This is Florida. We follow Florida code. Okay. >> Well, Florida code. So, Okay. You have your levels of government if you want to go all through your governments. You have your federal government. You have your state and local governments. State and local governments are what you have to follow. State and local can trump over top of your federal government that corporation. >> Okay. So, you just you just said you agreed with it. Now you don't agree with it. >> No, I agree that that's true. If you're stepping into that corporation, >> okay, you're in the state of Florida. So, the state of Florida requires you to have that stuff and you don't want to provide that stuff >> as a person identified as a commercial unit of the corporation. But I'm not. That's what I'm saying. I'm just I'm now trying to say, okay, I'm functioning as a flesh and blood. >> So, I'm just going to give you a tidbit of information. Okay? You can take it however you want. So, that piece of paper that you have that has a private property number on there, that is what we call consider the state of Florida considers that a fraudulent tag or counterfeit tag, which is a felony in the state of Florida and is an arrestable offense. Okay? Because it is not proper registration. It is a falsified document to say you have the registration for a vehicle. Okay. >> Yeah. I'm not saying I >> and then having multiple copies of it is the felony alone. Okay. So, in the state of Florida, having a piece of paper with random numbers printed on it that do not register back to a vehicle is classified as a felony. Okay. >> While they initially try to wait things out, the officers reach a point where enough is enough. None of his arguments carries weight and continued refusal is only going to make things worse for him. >> He's at 19th 19th in the interstate. >> I need so >> his body is traveling. >> I I called Hes just to let him know. He said 10:15. Yeah, I figured we just wait for the sergeant >> cuz like I said, my concern is if you give him a ticket, he's just going to drive from here. >> He's going to drive from here, he's not going to pay the ticket. Then he's going to get stopped again. >> Did he show you proof of insurance? >> He won't show me nothing. He still can't find his UCCc. >> This stuff is going to provide that. >> Yeah, this stuff. >> He doesn't have it. >> The stuff that I Googled is literally for commercial. >> It's for commercial businesses. >> Right. And then if you look up the definition of commercial, >> this is not a commercial vehicle. This is a personal vehicle. It is owned underneath you and you alone. is not underneath a corporation or a company. >> Well, actually passenger vehicle. >> See, when you do the registration, you handing that ownership. >> It's a passenger vehicle. Literally, this car is classified as a passenger vehicle. It is not a commercial vehicle. Okay. >> A sergeant steps in shortly after, marking a turning point in how this situation is about to be handled. >> This right here. >> No, we're going to get out of the car. Okay. George. >> Okay. Come on. >> No. No. You're not You're not supposed to detain me. >> Come on, George. Don't make it. You don't have to make it harder than it is. Let's just come on out. Okay. >> Come on. >> You're not supposed to have to step on. >> Okay, George. Out of the car. >> Stop reaching for things. Okay. >> Phone's going right here on the roof. Phone is going on the roof. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Face the vehicle. >> Face the vehicle. What? >> Face the vehicle. >> I'm I'm cool. >> Hands behind your back. >> Wait a minute. >> Hands behind your back. >> This is detainment. It >> absolutely is detainment. Okay. We'll >> explain everything here in just a minute. Once we get you chopped and get you started, we'll explain everything for you. Okay. You ever >> just a pastor trying to learn an interview? >> Okay. >> Do you have any weapons on you? No. Any >> No. >> Okay. I'm take this side. >> All right. It looks like you're all good to go. No weapons? >> No. >> So, we've already explained the reason for the stop. Okay. So, we don't have to explain that again. Now, you're being detained for refusing to identify yourself. >> Okay. That's a misdemeanor. >> I just showed him right there. >> Okay. But we we asked you several times. You did not give it to him. >> I showed that right there. Ask you for registration and insurance. >> Now you've committed a felony like my partner explained to you by putting a fake license plate on your vehicle. >> It's It's not fake. >> It is. It is probably Yes. And I asked them to provide me some sort of information that says that you abide by this code, which you did not do that. >> When I Google it and look up some information, >> UC codes. >> Yes. That that that applies to commercials, commercial vehicles and businesses. This is a passenger vehicle. It's not a commercial vehicle. Okay. The passenger vehicle is not >> a private vehicle when I >> But you're operating on a public roadway. Okay. Does that make sense? >> But everybody is free to travel as a human being. >> KJ, I just I think Kilo 41 or somebody's coming. Okay. >> So, if you want to relax, you can lean up against >> You can turn around and lean against your car. Okay. >> We've already explained this to you multiple times. Okay. Although the man goes into cuffs without resistance, he continues to push back against what the officers are explaining. Despite that, they give him another chance to listen. >> You're going to be going to jail for refusing to identify yourself. >> I did identify you through your Let me Let me explain. But listen, you did not identify yourself at first. Okay? You've also been warned for your registration that's been expired. So, if I give you a ticket today, I know that you're not going to get your registration fixed because you're already telling us that you don't operate under that law, if you will, because you don't believe that you need to operate under that. >> It's it's private. I'm trying to go through that process. That's all. >> I I mean, >> whatever process, >> I can put the paperworks together. I said, >> it's not a valid process to take it to the judge. >> It is not a valid process that is recognized in the state of Florida under underneath transportation. Okay. >> It's it's that's because it's private. >> Yeah. As I explained to you though, your your your piece of paper that is on your vehicle, it is a fraudulent or fake tag. In the state of Florida, it is a felony. Okay? It is a felony to produce a piece of paper to falsely identify a car. >> That number is when we run the numbers on your vehicle right now. It is not populating in any system. Okay? >> That means that it is not an accurate number. >> Federal Motor Safety, it doesn't it doesn't pop in there. No. Is the trust because it's not it's not a valid system. Okay? It it's it's not okay. >> But what's I mean I Who have I harmed? >> As I explained to you, you're you're not >> as I explained to you this there's cameras recording you all the way around. >> But who is my explain to you? You keep saying there's not a crime against a against a person >> as a private individual. >> I told you you are notating committing a crime against an individual. >> You're violating traffic violations. Okay. traffic violations because you're driving a motor vehic operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway in the state of Florida. My job and that gentleman jobs over there, our main job, main job is traffic enforcement. We follow the rules set by Florida. We enforce the rules set by Florida. Okay? >> They don't fall under the UC under the uniform commercial code. >> UC doesn't say anything about freedom to travel without valid registration. Yet, the man continues to argue otherwise. Unfortunately for him, the law doesn't bend to personal interpretation. >> I'm not going to answer because he's saying everything right. If he says something wrong, I'll answer. So far, he's doing everything perfect. >> No. And I know that's that's true. I'm just I'm just asking, >> you know, why we have to >> commercial. He knows his stuff, so I'm not going to answer for him. He's doing a good job. >> It's commercial equipment. >> Okay. Right. >> You're you're you're classifying it. But you told me this is your personal car to for you to transport yourself. Okay. I'm just >> So it is a is a it is a is a privately owned vehicle >> for transportation. >> When you do the regist passenger vehicle or passenger car, correct? >> I'm sorry. >> Isn't it? >> It's a passenger vehicle or passenger car is what we're going to classify it as. >> It's a private autom even in the Florida code because they use the federal commercial code. >> Okay. So, so the UCCC like you, like I said, you keep referring back to the UCCC. You you you're not he's he's tried looking up. You can't you told us you're going to provide documentation. You never provided any documentation. >> I thought I said I think I might have a copy of it in here. >> And and like I told you, you if you're going to follow this belief, if you're going to try to to express your belief on that, it it's probably best that you have your documentation to back it. And and I need to >> All you have is a dozen copies of a fraudulent tag is what you're want to call it. Okay. That's all you have is a dozen copies of the same thing. >> Identification. I thought >> it's not identification with the Federal Motor Safety. >> No, which oversees all of it. I thought >> it I I think it does. It does not. You're in the state of Florida within the United States. >> That doesn't fall under the federal. >> You're in the state of Florida. Moments later, a transport vehicle arrives on scene, allowing officers to begin wrapping up the case. >> And just say, "Okay, I'm not hurting anybody. I don't want to be enslaved to every system. That's all." >> Okay, George, somebody's going to pull up and you're going to be going in their car. Is there anything you would like to take with you? Phones, wallet, anything like that. >> I need >> You can only take very minimal things. >> We're going to take phones, wallets, ID, something like that. Anything you take with you has to have your personal name on it. >> Why am I being taken away? >> We've already told you that. We've already explained this to you. Okay. >> I mean, what's what's the next step? What's the solution? >> You're going to go to jail is where you're going. Okay. He explained that to you already >> because you didn't actually take my license. >> No, stop because I go over here. >> No. No. I need my stuff. >> Okay. Come over. We'll get >> Did I close the window and stuff? >> We'll take care of everything. >> We'll take care of everything. >> We'll take care of everything. >> My phone. >> We'll get what you need to get. >> Yep. So, usually phones, wallets, stuff like that. >> Next. The next is you're going to go to jail. I have somebody come get it. Only the only person that can pick the vehicle up on the side of the road is a registered owner. Ironically, you're the registered owner and you're going to jail. You can't pick up your own vehicle when you're going to jail. >> Okay. >> So, how >> So, your car is getting towed >> and you're going to jail. >> Why are you guys doing all this? >> Well, unfortunately, you you brought a lot of this upon yourself. Okay. >> I was He was asking questions. He and I were talking and then you came and all of a sudden you're just like going full throttle. >> Okay. All right. Go ahead and and turn. He's not getting out of the car. As officers begin investigating, they notice several red flags, including the smell of alcohol and the driver's behavior behind the wheel. On top of that, the driver seems eager to resist. >> Listen, there's two different ways we can go about doing this. Okay? I want you to >> I'm going to show you my license. I'm going to show you what I am. What do you need? >> I want you to step out of the car cuz I believe you're intoxicated. But instead of backing down, the driver escalates the situation. Now throwing threats aimed at the officers. >> What if my corporal talks to you? >> Is that going to change anything for you? >> You already know, bro. You already know. I already know what >> I do know law. >> And I want you to step out of the car cuz I'm giving you a lot of work. >> I'm not going to do anything. >> Period. >> Okay. >> Period. >> Do you want to talk to my corporal? They crushed me. >> Who did? >> After several minutes and countless attempts to gain cooperation, the officers reach a point where talking is no longer effective. They've decided that it's time to change their approach. >> So, let's just all get on the same page. Why don't you just >> get on the same page? >> Why don't you just come out here and talk to us? I'm good. What? >> We don't want to do any of this. None of us want to do any of this stuff. >> I know that. >> I don't I know you don't want to go to jail. >> No one wants to go. >> I'm not going to go to jail. I know for sure. Does it rain like booze in there? >> Your flies on by the way. >> Handcuffs usually mark the point where things calm down, but not here. The driver remains arrogant, continuing to challenge the officers. >> Yeah, thank God we had that video of pulling someone out of the car. We just had to do it. [laughter] >> We gave him more than enough opportunity. So, >> I just pulled up the light there and I saw him on the ground. You guys, I was like, >> he didn't want to get out of his car. >> Nothing. >> Um, do you want me to do the toe shoot or do you want me to go look? Cuz look at this. I can go all the way down to Kirk. >> Some of that damage might be pre-existing. That light that screwed in. >> Hold on. >> Just do the top. >> I'll take a look around. >> Something green. >> That's all you had to do. I'm >> moving your hands. Stop moving your hands. I'm trying to make up. >> You want to tense up? We're going to go straight to the car. And >> why are you tensing up? That's why you're under arrest. >> For real? Like that? >> Yeah. >> He's got >> I'll go back with you. >> He's got alcohol in the back there. Just let me know if it's open. >> Yeah. Um, >> the stop ultimately ends with a driver being charged with both resisting [music] arrest and DUI. Number three, he was let off with a warning, but then he made things worse. On January 29th, 2025, officers responded to a local school after receiving a report of a middle-aged man repeatedly lingering on campus and causing a disturbance. By the time they arrive, it's clear this won't be a routine call. >> What's going on? >> Well, we got a young man, uh, you know, Justin Mangle. >> Oh, yeah. He's not really young. >> I know. He know he's in his 40s. >> Yeah. He I still think he's a high school student. >> Um, >> they kind He's He's been hanging around here a lot. OCC comes in. Went into the theater. I went in and I said, "Hey, Justin, what are you doing here?" And he uh I said, "This is the theater. Nothing's going on here. You can't be in here." And he told me that God had told him to come in. >> Yeah. I've heard it all. He's becoming an angel and everything. >> Yeah. And then he uh it was that being led by the Holy Spirit and I said, "Well, I'm the president of college. I'm telling you can't be in here." He's like, "Well, you can't supersede God." Well, okay. We'll see about that. [laughter] >> We deal with it all the time. Yeah. >> So, is he still in there? >> As far as I know, he didn't come out. >> Oh my god. >> Unless you want to back away. >> Anyway, we need to go through some process to keep him off. >> Well, if you want to like serve him just a written notice and give us a copy that says you're trespassed from OC and then he'd be arrested. Well, we need to uh we need to find out what our policy is regarding that because he's he hasn't basically what he's done so far prior to tonight is he just hangs around a lot and he says stuff that kind of creeps people out, especially our the employees. >> And I talked to him last week and I said, "Hey, man. Listen, you're uh you're just kind of saying some stuff that's creeping people out." I don't really mean to do that. And uh you know like just tell him all that he loves him and that he I know we deal with him all the time. So >> yeah, you're right though. He's not so young anymore. But >> yeah, but >> Well, let's get rid of him. You see >> school staff brief the officers on what's been happening and when they confront the suspect, they're met with an unusual sight. >> Oh my gosh. [music] [music] >> [music] [music] >> JJ, what's going on, man? >> Huh? >> What's going on? >> Nothing to do with some dancing. >> I see that. Probably better not quit your day job for your dancing, I don't think. >> Yeah. I thought I was doing pretty good. >> It's probably better than I could do. >> I think you are worrying some people around here. I don't think they want you here. So, you're probably going to have to go. >> Oh, they do, too. >> Um, no, they don't. I'm telling you, they don't. >> Well, the Holy Ghost. >> Well, the Holy Ghost >> about the Holy Ghost. >> Yeah, but I think the Holy Ghost and OC disagree with each other. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> I don't think so. Ted says you're on JJ angle. Justin angle. >> Uhoh. No running walking. Speed limit 2.5. Oh man. It's okay. >> Well, your dancing made my day. I'm all right. >> Boom. Appreciate that. >> Let's start walking out. They're probably going to tell you they don't want you here anymore, but they got >> That's not going to happen. So, they might as well get used to me. >> Well, if they say that they don't want you here, then you're going to get arrested if you come back. No, I'm not. >> I'm telling you that you will. >> We'll see. >> We will see about that. >> Where you living at now? With your mom. >> Everywhere. >> Your mom. >> This way, JJ. Hey. Hey. >> Good. Water fountain. The suspect insists the school has no authority to ban him from the property, but both the officer and staff are quick to set the record straight. excited to do good. >> All right. >> Hey, may I ask why you want me to leave? >> Because you're in an area that you have no reason to be in. >> And I have no reason to be here. >> You have no reason to be in the theater. I ask you I asked you to come out and you refuse. >> Well, the Holy Spirit's with me. >> No, we're not. We're not going down that road. >> Well, we are actually. >> No, we're not. >> Yeah. So, what you need to do now is >> Okay. Well, not yet. All right. Let's rock and roll, dude. You got to go. >> Let's go. >> I'm following you. >> I'm not going to hold your hand. >> Oh, come on. Don't be a baby about it. Come on. >> Not going to hold your hand. >> You can do it. >> You're going to look into whether or not you >> Sorry. >> You're going to look into what the college Okay. >> So, >> come on, man. >> All right. >> We going to do this or not? >> Yep. We're going. >> I'm done messing around. >> All right. Let's go. >> We're either doing this today or we're not. >> Yeah. Well, I'm just not going to walk in front of you. I'm going to walk at least beside you or behind you. >> All right. Well, I appreciate that. >> Yeah. After you. >> You walking somewhere? How'd you get out here? >> I walked out of here. >> Did you supposed to be flying back? But >> Well, you weren't getting very good liftoff with your dancing in there. I thought it was pretty good, actually. >> All right. >> They told me to walk across the stage. I didn't do it naked, but I mean, >> I'm glad. You probably would have went to jail if you had. >> All right, let's hit the road. >> Did it rain? >> Nope. >> He's escorted off the property and told to move along, but before leaving, he asks the officers for a favor that quickly gets shut down. >> 50° a ride. >> I can't give you a ride. >> Oh, sure can. >> No, I can't. They don't want us just giving rides for nothing. It's a nice day. >> It's balloon. You're supposed to protect and serve. >> Yeah. If it was two degrees, I would say >> this ends today. It's not happening anymore. >> If it was two degrees, I would say yeah, I'd probably give you right because it's freezing. But it's actually nice. >> I love what you guys do, but that whatever that situation is there, that ends today. >> Okay. >> There's no place for that here. >> All right. Well, let's hit the road. >> Well, I guess we're going like to a different place or what? >> Anywhere other than OC. A >> different world or what? >> Because this ain't happening anymore. This guy got to go somewhere other than here. >> Well, then take me home, man. >> Well, you can walk. You walked out here. >> Take me home or whatever cuz this ain't happening anymore. I'm not waking up and dealing with every day. Excuse my language, though. I'm over it. Been over it for a while. I don't deserve it. I don't need it. I don't want it. >> I paid for all mine and plenty others. So, >> all right. >> This ends today. Well, you just got to walk out of here, man. >> What does that mean, man? >> It just means to go get on Parker Street and walk. >> And walk. >> And then what? >> Go home. >> Where's home? >> At your mom's, probably. >> Oh, at my mom's. >> Yeah. Where would I take you to? You asked me to give you a ride. >> Apparently, she likes cats better than she likes me. So, I don't think she's my mom. So, >> where where would I take you to? >> Oh. to your mom's. >> Well, wherever fine's involved, so I choose right instead of left. So, it's whatever. >> Okay. All right. I need you to walk. I got other things I got to do, too. Hit the road. >> Well, then do whatever it is you got to do. >> I can't leave you out here. They call me out here to get you out of here. >> It's not their place, though. >> Well, it is OC's place. >> Yeah, I know. But you guys don't understand. and I'm walking with Jesus and the Holy Ghost. So, I mean, >> even though he's no longer inside the school, he's still on campus property. And if he wants to leave without further issues, he needs to head home. >> They have rule over everything here. So, I don't know why anybody thinks any different. >> Well, the OC officials can take that up with Jesus whenever judgment day comes, but for today, they don't want you on their property. Bro, I understand trials and trails, bro, but this is too far and they taking it too far. They should probably go lay down somewhere with whatever that is. >> Okay. All right. Come on. Let's go. Got to walk. >> I'm glad I got the message. They're listening. >> They're listening. >> Um, well, Weezner is one of them. >> I come talk to you guys for a little bit. >> You just got to go. Let me come talk to you guys. >> I'm leaving. I'm not even parked over there. I'm parked over here. >> Well, who's who's those two people? >> Officer Weezner. And then I don't even know who the other one is that pulled up. So, >> come on, bro. I'm begging you. >> Dude, you got to go. You got to go. >> Where? >> Wherever. Anywhere other than here. Across the road somewhere. >> Across the road. They told me they'd give me an apartment. They did say that. They told me to jump in the car earlier. I didn't do that because you know everything earned. I get that. I appreciate that. I'd rather do that. I appreciate, you know, the people putting stuff, you know, places here and there, but he can help the next time. Whoever. >> Okay. All right. Let's go. Come on. It wasn't me. Go on. Keep walking, man. >> One of you guys want to come up here? I'm going to go talk to them again. See if there's any way that we can just arrest him. >> Did he take his shirt? >> Yeah. Yeah. He thought I told him to. >> Okay. >> Um, if you guys say that you want him arrested for trespassing because he won't leave, then >> Yeah. If he will leave from that directive, then yeah, then he needs to go. uh and I'm going to figure out the uh the policy for it because basically what's happened in the time and this is not he's we had we had an incident where he came in we had a position posted for food service and this was actually last school year >> but uh he came in with the uh our food service director and and he got pretty belligerent with her uh I met with him last week because he's been hanging around for the last couple of weeks and kind of went through and told him what all he needs to do. I can't remember your name. >> Chris Simpson. >> Simpson. Okay. Yeah. All right. We're going to >> So, anyway, we're going to go after this one because I had went in earlier. We thought he had gone in the women's restroom >> and I found him in the theater and told him that he needed to come out. He refused. And we came back in and you saw him. He had the music playing on. >> That was >> I wish I'd record. [laughter] >> I did. I did. I did record it. >> All right. Good. Good. >> All right. Yeah. And then I'm going to figure out whatever our policy is and we would need to serve him that if he's back. >> Yeah. Probably his mom's house on Hall Street. I would think would be >> uh he told me when I met with him on last week he was living with uh Phil McGrady on South Branch. >> It's possible, but I thought I thought they got rid of him. I thought Phil and then kicked him out a long time ago. >> Uh yeah, he told me he was living with Phil. Oh, they were just south of that yellow little yellow house south of the >> Oh, yeah.
