these five workers went from clocking in to getting locked up all in one shift here are five cases that are the definition of a bad day at the office number five woman gets drunk at work and refuses to leave on February 20th 2023 officers received a call about an intoxicated ex-employee at a Chevrolet dealership the woman arrived at work early clearly not under the influence but as the day wore on her behavior became became more alarming when officers arrive they attempt to talk to the woman and convince her to leave she was on the phone and one of my other employees downstairs heard the and resisting without violence number four woman gets caught after hitting coworker with a tray on June 20th 2024 officers were called to Chipotle when a dispute arose between two employees how you doing I was huh I was ni okay so I was in there and I was ringing out a customer okay my um coworker tried to help me I told him I don't need your help I didn't ask for it please let me do it okay and he goes to my manager he goes I'm going to beat the of this okay and then after a customer starts walking out he go ahead and slaps the on me all right so I start hitting him back so self-defend okay and that's all that happened but he broke my glasses okay and I went to play charges on him all right hello did you call I I did okay what did you see Happ so all I know is he kept telling her to leave her alone and she kept like taunting him and saying stuff to him as he was trying to bag my order okay and next thing I know like they went towards the back and she like shoulder checked him okay so he pushed her off of her and then he she grabbed a metal I guess like a pizza dish one second I'm with the police it's like a pizza dish it was circular and she hit him with it is he all right I think so but he's pissed okay can I see your driver's license real quick I'm just going to have you added in as a witness I I texted my manager for that video proof his K I texted Caleb okay cuz her into the fryer like and she still trying to hit me so I hit her like I hit her twice and then I let go of her and she's still trying to run at me and my manager grabbed her and I just ran I just like walk casually to the back and started calling my mom and my manager and stuff trying to tell them what happened yeah why is she putting her hands a minor like did good did she hit you with anything uh she tried to yeah she tried to hit me in the head with a uh uh a dining tape like tray okay is that the one that's on the ground then y the with conflicting stories officers continue to obtain statements to clear out the situation I H also break my glasses and they're very expensive M so I need to know what happened for that CU I need them how much are your glasses they were over5 100 bucks there these are glasses I forget what brand it is it's all Versace glasses verace yeah so you're ringing customers out he came over to ask if he can help if he can help you no he started telling me what to do this and then and I tell him I don't need your help okay and then he walks away goes to the maner Alicia yeah he walks by her and say I'm going to be the of that and then he she starts throwing her hands up is yelling at him she pushes him they like walk past each other and he pushes her back and then they kind of go into the gril area yeah and then if that's off the camera you can't see it but that's in there there's a one of those silver tra sitting on the floor door Dash she H with talk to Door Dash door Dash has her being primary for it but it sounds like Mutual inating back and forth uh I will say that we do get complaints about her I probably talked to her about three times she's on close to her final right episode right yeah that's probably why she's trying to swing the story in her face yeah I to me just watching the video she seemed like she's the instigator yeah so with the situation turned on its head the the officers arrest the woman who tries to defend herself officers eventually escort her to the police car in handcuffs did you give my uh partner your information yes sir okay how old are you I'm 19 you're 19 okay can you go ahead and stand up for me real quick all you turn around put your on your back for me he hit me first that's so defensive right now you're going to be placed under arrest for our assault okay I go through first charges me he h me first okay well you're being considered the prime aggressor all right how can I please call my boyfriend uh you'll be able to make calls when you get out to County okay you have any items inside that you need I got my backpack in there okay anything anything in your pockets I got my vape in there Vape yes sir I think that's all I got anything else anywhere I don't believe so no sir okay war in custody am I still at the first charges he hit me first you're considered the primary rester man how because we have video and video evidence and witnesses that are pointing at her the woman was arrested and charged with assault number three KFC employee gets arrested at work after threatening a Burger King worker officers arrive at a Burger King after a KFC employee breaks into the store and begins harassing various employees the Burger King store manager shares the man repeatedly trespassed previously what's up hi what's going on today um he was told he's not allowed in the store multiple times the last time he threw stuff at me um starting to come count across the counter one of my workers had to stand in the way okay um he was asked multiple times even by my supervisors not to come in here okay and he keeps trying to come in to his name's uh what is it is it what what is this what do they call him you want you want letters or no letter to return before yes all right so trespassing resisting up sharing he told that he's not allowed in the store the last time he was in the store he got into with me and another crew member and then well not even the last time the time before that and then the last time he was in here he threatened to come across the counter my my workers had to stand in front of him trying to punch me in my jaw and he threw pennies at me trying to hit me as hard as he could with the pennies and everything he got told he was not allowed in the store my supervisor told him he's not allowed in the store cuz he got into with my supervisor in the dining room mhm um he's been asked multiple times he he keeps Tom coming in here he says that we don't have the right to tell him he can't come in here so the last time I called um you's guys were busy across town something was going on down there um the woman said that if he came in I was not to say nothing to him I was just to call you guys and have you guys come out and give him a a a warning a written warning and tell him that if he comes into the store again he will be arrested if he fights the issue and he does does the threatening and everything else they're just going to take him away okay um he got into it with my worker because my worker told him that he wasn't supposed to be in here he basically bowled up his fist and everything else and he's he's an aggressive that was today yes when was the incident where he threw pennies um it should be on you guys' bi I I don't remember approximately just so I know sometime last week one week ago yeah as the employees recount previous incidents it becomes clear that the man's actions have been escalating so what's your name Mary a week ago he threw pennies over the counter and before that he threatened um me and another crew member so he was um he threatened to um come at the crew member he told the crew member to come outside because he was going to basically so he that's the reason my supervisors like when I told them what had happen and then I was here and they were stand s hand and there and he went to order food I said I can't take your order you were asked not to come back here mhm he um got into it with them and then they told him you're not allowed here permanently nothing you're not allowed to walk in the store and the last time that he was in here he was over there with the mask on and I knew who it was I walked out I told him he needed to leave I want to come back here he'd come over here and I I kept telling him I said you need to go and some other people were telling him that he needed to leave that was a week ago or that was today that was last week and this today he was told by him that you know you're not supposed to be in here and you blood on your mou yeah I know I was just like because of him uh so that there were two incidents last week yeah okay because of him oh okay so he I'm sorry you got hurt oh fine with a man in custody the officers informed the store manager of the legal steps they can take should the suspect attempt to return um yeah so no matter so he he's in jail for fighting with us over at KFC um so we're absolutely going to be able to advise them officially not to come back here even though you you already told them yeah that already counts but now he'll be told again and so it continues um from this point on same deal he's here he committed a crime call us right away okay that's what the last woman said that now on don't say nothing to him if he comes in the store I'm going to go just walk in my office call you guys let you guys handle it yeah that's perfect uh so that's when they you don't have to tell him to leave or that he's been advised just call us well this what I just advised them this is what I just advise them to today is that don't say nothing to him just come and get me I will walk in my office call the police have he own's here so that way he's in the store and you guys can take him out of here okay yeah that works best um so you guys know his name somehow or yeah because he used come in here in like he chill he's been chilling living in Burger King for for like 4 years so what hangs out in the bathroom or what no he just hangs out he just chills in here with all his stuff all day long till Lobby closes all and then right he got mad that he can't live in here anymore cuz he's been living in here for like four or five years years he hangs out like all day and I came here about told him that he can't be in here cuz he started doing his threats yeah what what's was a week ago you guys decided enough of this well probably about a couple weeks ago when the first incident happened and he got told no he tried coming over the counter he said oh yeah my my one worker Rick um stood right in right in his way I told him that um he was not coming after okay when you say you said come outside and he basically said I'm going to kill you oh he basically told him he is there anything specific cuz that's how we have to operate he told him he put him on the ground put him in the ground yeah the officers take note of additional complaints no he told him he would put him underground I forgot they were sitting right there and to me that's telling me you you're going somebody if you're trying to tell me you're going to put him underground yep so today you did tell him to leave and he didn't yeah we told him to leave and he wouldn't leave okay for about how long he I don't know about maybe 5 10 minutes we we was going back and forth right here I told he told said because he told he said dud she's calling a police need to get out of here mhm and he just looked at him like he was [Music] dumbed brought it on himself that's that's stress I mean I don't know how many I don't know how many times you got to tell somebody that they're not allowed in a place and like my boss told him you know what you don't come in here you my managers you don't anything you like I don't on my arrest with violence and trespassing number two employee loses $200,000 a year job after meltdown while in a TSA line an airport employee was selected for a pat down but refused attempting to push past staff when stopped he becomes aggressive assaulting a TSA agent before officers arrived upon arrival officers question eyewitnesses and the airport employee and uh and then he he when he started getting aggressive I I don't know why I panicked cuz he just kept pushing and pushing I tried to get him to stop so so you and the person you were no no you're not winess no you're not you're not you're not going to lose your job I got on a different train no you're not you're not going to lose your job so she didn't do anything wrong okay I saw it I got on the other train cuz I didn't want to get on right okay okay so I know you're saying he pushed past you I mean it's I just need to what what do you want to do about this I mean cuz if he's just going around you um to get on his flight I mean I mean I don't know if the state attorney's office is going to press charges against him or anything like that but I mean if he's intentionally trying to hurt you then he's committing a crime I wasn't there I didn't witness it so I can't tell he calling me I mean I can I can watch the camera and figure that all out to the gate okay take your time I don't I don't want him to go to ja the officer soon confronts the 60-year-old aggressor still com through US sir can you tell me what happened oh my God sir no no it's not my God it's not all my God you grabbed me sir why did you grab me
