I swear to God. Get the away from me. >> Take her. >> You ain't taking me. No. No. >> Uhuh. >> You know what? People should mind their business. >> I agree. >> I'm a mental health person. >> I'm off my meds. Everybody knows, including your department. >> Some people think causing a scene will solve the problem. But these encounters prove otherwise. Watch what happens when crazy entitled customers attack staff and everything flips fast. This man's biggest mistake was picking on a senior citizen. On April 18th, 2025, officers were called to a golf course after an employee reported that a golfer had allegedly become physical with him. As soon as the officers arrived, they went straight to the employee to find out what had [music] occurred. >> Unruly customer go after a couple of our car guys. >> Oh, he went out there a couple of them. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He got me and you got him. He >> hit both of you guys. >> Yeah. He got him better than he got me. >> But he did put his hands on you though. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> He first he Ralph just went to talk to him to tell him to speed it up. Jumped out of his car, pushed this man down on the ground. That's what I ran over. >> Then he was on top of me. >> Then he got on top of you. >> Yeah. >> And both you guys are employed here, staff. Correct. >> Okay. >> All right. Biggest thing right now. You on EMS? Just check that out. >> Would you like to have EMS? Check it out. >> I don't know. Should I? >> N. Is it a >> No, it No, >> you didn't split it. >> I mean, I wouldn't, but you know, >> you I'm okay. At the end of the day, the end of the day, you may feel that, but >> we want to press charges against >> Oh, yeah. Okay. Okay. >> He started. >> We're going to take all the statements from the people that were that did um see everything. >> He says he first there ain't no way he hit him. >> Okay. >> He just walked over to talk to him and he shoved him back. >> This is his car. >> Is it his car? >> Can you just leave that? Just leave it there. >> He left three empties. I don't know how many he had. >> Okay. >> But he left three empties in the cart. >> Okay. All right. >> What's up, boss man? How you doing? Mind taking your hands out of your pockets for me? >> Okay. >> And my lady. Having gathered the employees account, the officers turned their attention to the golfer involved, 24year-old Aaron Carbo, to hear his side of the story. >> All right, >> that's it. >> Okay, you're good. You bleeding? >> I am because they hit me and they're saying they didn't hit me. >> Okay, so hold on. I mean, both sides of the stories. That's fine. >> No, it's fine. >> Okay. I just wanted to come talk to you before we took off and they made some allegations against you. Okay. >> No, they did. And I have ID on you or something? >> She has it. >> You have his ID? ID? >> What? My ID? Yeah. >> And they're all against me. And as you can see, I'm sure there's blood all over my mouth cuz I have cotton mouth now because >> But who are you with? You were with her and anybody else? >> With her and one other golfer, but it was a random. >> They were they moved. >> So random. What happened to her? >> So we were on the back nine. >> I'm going to wait till he leaves cuz I'm not I'm not going to have him go over there and tell him. >> Mike, you mind uh going over there and waiting for me over there? >> Absolutely. >> Thank you. Okay. So, we were on the back nine. I'm a beginner. I was with three other beginners. Okay. >> None. She would did not golf. None of us know how to golf. >> Okay. >> So, we're taking our time. You know, we're having fun. I've been drinking. I'm not I'm straight up. I'm going to tell you, I've been drinking. I'm not going to lie to you. There's no point. >> I've been drinking. We've been golfing. And they came up behind us and they said, not word for word cuz I don't remember what they said, but basically it was, "Can you guys speed it up?" You know, there was a group of four and another group of four behind us. >> But you need to pick up a space. You need to pick up the date >> because I'll come talk to you after. Okay. I just don't want conflicting. So, you're fine. [clears throat] >> This might have anything to do with it, but I was originally supposed to go out at 12:15. >> Okay. >> And I went out to, you know, to whole 10. >> Aaron makes it clear he's still upset about how the employee approached his group and told them to speed things up. The officer, however, steers the conversation back to the physical confrontation that followed. >> And everyone was complaining. You know, no one like I I get it. It's golf. >> They want to be where they're at. They don't want to tell me to jump in front. So, I went back to that jump. >> So, I got all this. So, let's I want to get to the altercation part, right? So, they come say, "Hey, can you speed it up?" Right? >> We get back to that back nine. We like I think we just finished hole nine or I guess hole 18, whatever. Back nine. >> Okay. >> You know, >> and we're on the back 18, I'll call it. And we're coming up, you know, right across where that canopy tent where all the carts are. >> Okay. and we're coming up and I said something to him because the lady in front of us said something. I said, "Hey, were you a Cisco?" Like, you know, I'm just I'm a beginner. I don't know how to golf. I came out here to have fun. I paid the money. I wanted to golf. >> Okay. >> And so I said to one of those three in the red, I don't know who. I don't want to point out you and it wasn't you. >> Okay. >> So I come behind him and I say, "Hey, were you this good when you first started?" >> Y. >> And he said, "No." And I said, "Okay, we're all beginners. We're trying to have fun." Cuz they were trying to speed us up cuz I guess the group behind was complaining. And so we come up here to, you know, like lit right there, straight, >> I guess, their clubhouse, whatever it is. And I don't remember how it started, but the one dude that I pushed got in my face and to me, I felt threatened. >> So, did you push him first? >> I did push him, but he was, you know, I I can't do it to you cuz you're a cop. But, you know, he's in my cart and I felt threatened, so I pushed him. And >> So, were you sitting in the golf cart? >> I was sitting and he came up to >> Yes. So, I I did. And I mean, I might have been the problem. I I don't know. I got to me I felt threatened. I have my girlfriend here. >> Okay. Were you driving the golf cart? >> I was not. She was driving. I was not driving. >> I got up and I pushed him and I me being drinking not realizing he is an older man and he fell on his back >> and then his buddy I think it was the tall No, that's the guy that I pushed. Okay. >> Another gentleman that's not going to show came over to me and I think he hit I mean I'm bleeding. I You don't just bleed from bleeding. >> He did. >> And he's saying he didn't. Everyone's saying over there they didn't hit me, but I I stumbled and fell. The old man must have had a punch on them or I'm just one of the two. You can laugh. >> According to the statements [music] gathered so far, both men were involved once the confrontation became physical. >> I fell into those trees, lit into the trees, and I got up and that's when I came after whoever hit me cuz I was pissed off and some gentleman. >> So, let me pause for a second. So, you push him, he falls on the ground, you get out of the golf cart, and then you feel somebody push you or do they punch you in the face? So, I got out of the golf cart when he came up to me and I pushed him. I did push him. And I, you know, you got out of the golf cart. >> I did get out of the golf cart because at that point, I'm already threatened. You know, I have my girlfriend with me. I'm not going to let no one touch her. So, I got over you know, I was >> You're over top of him. And then I got hit or pushed. I don't know what. I I'm not going to try and tell you I hit him or I pushed him or he pushed me or hit me. I don't know >> what we're going to do right now. Okay. >> This doesn't mean you're going to jail, okay? Just based off the thing, I'm going to put you in the back of my car. I'm going to entertain you for right now. Okay, that's >> turn around for me. Hands behind your back. Perfect. All right, >> we'll see. They might not even want to press charges, bro. You never know. >> They already said they're going to press charges. I might be wrong, but it's okay. >> I appreciate you guys. It's all >> right. Here, I'm going to take your golf club out anymore in there. >> The officers have heard from everyone involved. Now, it's time to find out what the cameras actually captured. Hi again. Um, you have access to the video. >> We do. Okay. That camera is pointing this way, so I'm not really sure where that might >> Are we able to see if it caught anything? >> Yeah, let's talking to him. He's asking him. >> Oh, there it is. >> Oh, he's just talking to him. >> He just went off. >> Look at She's pushing him away now. Here comes the other guy. He's running over >> and it's Scott's running. That's Scott. >> Wow. Well, we see that he went after him, >> but he was defended his coworker >> and now they're doesn't look good on him. >> To me, it doesn't appear that he's being threatening to him while we standing by him by the car. >> Ralph was just out of there talking to him. The kid came and pushed him. >> I'll go talk to the officer real quick. >> You got all that? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> How do I get these in front of me? I'm being nice. >> Okay. Get a picture of my my scratch. >> All right. Ready? >> I guess >> we'll be taking a sworn statement/ Miranda rightites from Aaron at this time. He is unable to raise his right hand. He has admitted to being intoxicated and I am going to describe to him what perjury is. Perjury is is telling an outright lie or knowingly leaving all all or part of the truth in order to deceive or mislead the investigation. Okay? >> And that's what I did. Okay. >> The investigation now circles back to Aaron. This time the officer begins by reading him as Miranda rightites before continuing the interview. >> So you don't have to raise your right hand. I'm going to read your Miranda. You have the right. Anything you say can't be used against you in a court of law. Um you have the right to attorney. If you cannot afford one won't be appointed to you for your charge. Okay. Um do you understand these rights I've explained to you? >> I don't have the answer right. Do you understand these words I've explained to you? >> I'd like to speak with my attorney. >> Okay. So, this is regarding the battery from the other guy that hit you, >> but you said I hit him. >> Okay. You're in custody, so I have to read you Miranda versus a statement affidavit. >> I just still don't understand. >> The guy who hit you is a separate incident from the guy that >> But why am I in custody? He's >> cuz yours is a felony because he's older than 65. In the state of Florida, that ups it to a felony. >> I still get hit by someone else. It's the same thing. >> Do you want to talk to me and give me a statement about the situation or not? I can let him go. It doesn't matter. >> Talk to an attorney. >> Talk to So, this is what's going on. So, we're trying to press charges on this guy. He has to give me a sworn statement, but I have to read him his Miranda rightites to tell me what happened. We already have the video. We've seen what happened. He's being charged on his battery. The only reason that he's going in cuffs is because the guy was older than 65, which in the state of Florida that makes it a felony. The guy, this guy is getting charged with a misdemeanor battery against him. >> He's just not going in cuffs because it's a misdemeanor cuz he is not over 65. >> He has to go. >> He's still getting arrested. It's just a ticket instead of a >> It's a misdemeanor ticket. It's still an arrest. >> I got to go and deal with this 4 hours and then go home. Aaron now finds himself weighing his options, unsure whether continuing to answer questions will help or hurt his situation. >> Well, do you want to give me Steam or not? I'm trying to You want to charge it, guys? >> Just do it. >> Well, what was the other part about me supposedly lying or whatever? >> That's perjury. I'm telling you. >> I don't know what perjury is. >> That's why I explained it to you. >> I can't explain to you what I don't know. >> Like, there's a whole video. >> So, let me tell you. >> Yes. I'm trying to be nice to you, but I'm getting pissed off because I don't remember everything. I'm trying. >> So, you say that that's your ability. I already know what happened. >> I'm still being accused of lying. >> Okay. >> Is that right? >> I'm being accused. I'm not being accused of lying. >> So, then what's perjury? Me being accused of lying. >> No, it's not. What are you talking about? >> I perjury is telling leaving all out part or all the truth in order to deceive or mislead the investigation. >> But if that is telling you what perjury is, stop. >> No, I'm getting pissed. So, I don't care. I will not charge him. I really do not care. Do you understand? I can. >> I'm not talking. >> Do you want to give me a statement or not? I'm not playing this game with you. >> Sure. Sure. Okay. >> It's not going to work in my favor anyway. >> It is. We're charging him. >> I'm trying to be as honest as I can. >> So, we come up to the clubhouse and I said to her, I said, "Let's go with that girl. >> We didn't pay for it. >> Yes. But we never went. So, it's a >> if what if." And the guy came over and he said, "Hey, can I see your receipt for I don't I don't want to put words in your mouth. Whatever you paid for." And I think I said, "We only paid for nine. We're leaving." And then that's when he walked up on me. There might have been said I don't know. I don't remember. He walked up. I felt threatened cuz I'm with her. No one I don't let no one touch her. He came up. I pushed him. He fell. I was being I stood over top of him. And then I either got pushed, hit, or something. And then I got back up and I tried swinging. And I think I missed him. I don't know if I hit him. I don't know if I hit missed him. >> I felt blood. I was spitting it out. It's on my shirt. Scratched up. So I'm assuming something happened. So that is all that I know. And now I'm sitting in a hot sweat. >> Aaron isn't the only person the officer needs to speak with. Next comes the other employee who allegedly joined the altercation while trying to help his coworker. But I think and then we stopped out. >> So Scott, I'm going to tell you like this. We have enough evidence to charge you with battery. You have one of two decisions. You make a confession and you go around the route of an arrest preverse adult prereversion program. It's a short program where you attend a class in Port Charlotte. You pay a small, you may pay a fine, you may not. And then it's maybe a a couple day course where you might do community service, you might not. And as soon as you're done, this is expuned from your record and it basically keeps you from having a record. That's why we have this. Or it's I arrest you right now and I take you down to Charlotte County Jail to where you have to go down there. >> No, I don't want to go to Charlotte County Jail. >> So, do you want to revise your statement? >> Revise my statement as of what? >> As to saying whether you struck the Dream that I keep on saying that. My bad. Struck the general. >> No, I never got my hands on. >> We Okay. >> I I was going back there to look. She said all she saw was me running towards that way. >> Okay. We saw >> and then people got in front of me. He hit me and then I was still trying to chase him away cuz he kept still coming. >> I got video of you being aggressive when I came to him. >> Yes, he did push down the first gentleman which he is getting charged with that. Um then afterwards he's already off the guy being held by his girlfriend. You run over and you throw a punch at >> I did not throw a punch at him. I swear I got the video. >> You think I'm mind you right now? Well, after I get hit in the face, >> and I work here. >> It's fine if you work here. But >> he hit me first. I did not hit him. >> He already gave you the option. What What are we >> I'll take the option. >> So, do you wish to revise your statement? >> What? That I hit him? >> Yes. Cuz you said you already said you touched him, so you pushed him. So, that's technically battery enough as is. So, you battered him at one point in time, correct? By shoving him. >> Yeah. I was trying to get him down to the ground. [snorts] >> All right. So, what you need to do before next Wednesday is you need to contact this phone number. Okay? It's to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, the justice center that we have. It's on East Marian. I guess they moved it down to Panagorta. You just contact him. He'll get in touch with you about the program and what you need to do. >> Okay. >> The back and forth isn't over just yet as the officer continues trying to make sure the employee understands the options in front of him. >> Get in touch with him before Wednesday. If not, then we're going to have to put a no probable cause name for you, which is basically a warrant to be arrested for battery. >> We don't exactly. We don't want >> Trying to protect my 80-year-old friend. >> Okay. >> So, this is your copy. All I need is a signature right down here. >> Is that admitting guilt? >> There's a signature admitting guilt >> for battering. Yes. It means that you did. You shoved in. Just shoving off is battery. Unwanted touch or strike. That's a statute in the state of Florida. >> Okay. But I work here. I was trying to get him off the course. >> He was already off. He was already off. >> No, he wasn't. >> He was We watched the video. >> He wasn't off the >> We watched the video. You may not. >> When was he off the course? He was >> He was off the course. He was off of him. He was off and pushed against the golf cart by his girlfriend. >> Are you admitting to what? Cuz we're not We're not going to stay here and say that we force you to say that you that we told you that you're guilty. We're not We're not doing that. >> Okay. Well, I'm not guilty of anything. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You have to >> push your hands behind your back. >> Get my wallet. >> Absolutely. >> Walk this way. >> We'll get your stuff. >> Okay. >> I'm just going to take your sunglasses off. All right. You're going to go in the bathroom without your problem. All right. Sit in. Sit in. Okay. The investigation ultimately ended with Aaron being charged with battery on a person over 65 while the employee also faced a battery charge. According to Charlotte County Sheriff's Office records, Aaron was released a day after the incident on a $2,500 bond. Woman's birthday night ends in the worst way possible. On November 1st, 2025, officers were called to a bar after reports of a woman allegedly causing a disturbance. Here's how the encounter unfolded. JC Randall 2002. I just turned 23. >> Yeah. Sorry. >> Who uh >> did you come down with these people are I know that you're >> I was down here by myself. >> Okay. >> When I was sober. >> How are you going to get home tonight? >> She said with a group of people I was going to call something. I was going to call them and then we're going to take you home or I was going to just like wherever they >> take them. >> Well, these people said they found you kind of like laying in the grass >> and they were just a little worried. >> 27 29 number Florida. >> No, I was with them the whole entire time and I was not laid in the grass. >> Trying to get you in trouble or anything. We just want to make sure you're safe. >> Who the who the said anything? >> Somebody said they saw you in the grass and they saw these people helping you. saw me in the grass and it's like >> I just I'm drunk. That's all we're worried about. >> At the same time, I'm not going to drive home. Look, I appreciate that. >> I I've seen this. >> No, I don't mean that. I'm sorry. I've seen him before. >> All right. So, do you have friends that you can call and get a hold of? >> Um, no. But I can sit out here and wait. I don't care. Like I'm not trying to cause any drama, bro. Like >> listen, we're not either. We're not either. >> We're not in trouble. I'm trying to figure out how to get you home. >> I don't care. I am just sitting in my car. >> No, you can't. You can't do that. >> I promise I won't drive. I don't care. I won't do anything. Like, I've been pulled over like seven times by St. John's County and St. I can see. I don't give a like I am not going to. >> What if you get an Uber home? >> The officers aren't willing to take her word that she won't drive. Instead, they give her three options. Call an Uber, have someone pick her up or wait at the station until she's sober enough to leave safely. >> I can't get over home. I am broke. I have $2 to my name. >> Look, why are you out here drinking on a Halloween night $2 buying me drinks. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm I'm sorry. I don't give a all stuff. >> You're going to have to phone a friend. >> I don't give a seat in the parking lot. >> Listen, you're not going to do that. Listen, we've now gotten involved. So >> to do what? See, you pit you >> to do what? >> To fit you in the drunk tank or get you a safe ride home. If you can't safely get home, we're going to put you in the drunk tank. >> Drunk tank for what? Whether or not it's done wrong, I have not done I'm drunk on on on public property. >> Yeah, you said it. >> That has nothing to do with anything. I'm not I'm not calling to thements. I'm not doing anything. I'm just standing here. They flagged us down. >> You guys can go up that is that white Ryan and no name and all of that weaponry and everything. You guys, you know what? You and I. >> By now, it's clear the officers aren't getting anywhere. It's time to bring the encounter to an end. >> Get the me because I swear to God I will ask for your sheriff and I know that will side with me. I swear to God. Get the away from me. >> Take her. >> You ain't taking me. No. No. >> Uhuh. >> You hurt yourself. >> I don't. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. [screaming] HELP [screaming] ME. [screaming] Help me. Help me. Help me. I didn't do nothing. I can't do nothing. I didn't do anything. Please. I can't do anything. And stop myself. Leave me. Please. Do you >> It's my babe. Just let No. No. Just let me have my baby. >> Quit trying to [laughter] kick me. >> As long as you guys Is that her talking at you? No. I don't give a you guys. I didn't do anything. I can you please loosen up the my please. Someone block me. Block me. Block. Just block me. So my out. Please. Wait. You're the one who >> No. No. You guys are I am myself. I do. [screaming] >> The encounter didn't have to end this way. However, even after being placed in handcuffs, she continues creating problems for the officers. You got it. I got to the >> car. Step up in there. [laughter] >> I can't use my hand. >> Step up in there. >> Hold on. Give me [laughter and gasps] I have [crying] I have anxiety. Wait, wait, wait. Don't push me. Don't push me. Get >> in the car. >> I will. Can you give me a second to breathe? >> [music] >> inside right now to pull you in. >> I was just trying to I'm fine. I got it. Why are you doing this? Is it jail? >> Yes. >> The ride to the station brings more yelling. The officer, however, simply tunes her out. >> What did I do wrong? >> You resisted. >> Tell me what I did wrong. >> Resisting. [laughter] What? >> Resisting arrest. >> RESISTING ARREST FROM WHAT? I DIDN'T DO anything wrong. YOU'RE GOING TO SIT HERE AND TELL ME RECORD THIS. DIDN'T DO NOTHING. Do anything wrong. It's >> all recorded. >> I did nothing. My parents will fight you in this because I didn't do anything wrong. I DID NOTHING WRONG. WHAT DID I DO WRONG? >> Tell me. >> We're going to take it. >> What did I do wrong? >> We told you you needed to get a ride or else you're going to get a drunk take. And they were going to take a drunk take and you ran from us. >> Tell me what did I do wrong? >> And then you tried to kick the sergeant. So that was I see. >> I didn't do No. I did not try to do that. You were mine. >> All right. >> You are mine. >> It's all on body camera, so don't worry. I want to go into the military. You're sitting there trying to tell me that I try to treat somebody like that. I love everybody. I go to festivals. >> You literally just called us. >> You call us a piece of >> 5 seconds ago >> in this world. I love everybody. >> Apparently not us. >> Everybody you treat me wrong. >> We didn't treat you wrong. We're literally going to try and get you a ride home. >> Never. I wouldn't. The encounter ultimately ended with a woman facing charges of disorderly conduct and resisting [music] arrest. Customer picked the wrong employees to mess with. In this next case, officers were dispatched to a restaurant after reports of a man allegedly harassing employees and causing a disturbance. Here's how the encounter unfolded. >> Oh, okay. >> This is his card. Um, >> can you also see if you can get video that way we can charge him or maybe as well? >> Yeah, I'll get it with my You have good video? >> Yeah, they have video up here. >> You have access to it? >> Yeah, just go ahead and ask this guy. >> Oh, okay. >> Also, I believe this guy that you just resced, he was the same one that was downtown messing with the Zia comics. >> Yeah, [music] it's the same dude. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah, the same guy. >> Video footage of the gentleman that was hacking up in here. >> Footage? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, we have the surveillance. Were you wanting the footage? Just wanted to look at it. >> Can I just look at it at least? Game [music] [music] of [music] Okay. So, [music] >> he's walking in right now. >> And the security guard obviously reacts a he's asking me questions, asking if he could go and look around. >> Yeah. >> And the security guard, you're not a paying customer. You're going to have to leave. >> All right. Thank you. >> Did we get off? >> Oh, [music] I already did. Security guard has the card. >> Okay, perfect. >> Yeah. So, sounds good. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> If there's anything further that comes out of it, can we work on another piece involving him? We'll let you know. [music] >> With a complaintant statement documented, the officers set out to find the suspect. They don't have to look very far before spotting him still lingering around the property. >> No, we got to go. >> We got to go back to my house. >> A brother strikes me and he says no domestic I >> I'll hit a guy. Have a seat. >> I can hit David. No, she said that she can't have >> all you want to turn around. You >> want to hit you guys? >> Did I hit somebody? Is that what you're >> saying? >> Don't do that. This is >> my number. >> Oh yeah. Remember the song about deal. >> I'll do that. I got >> Oh, holy water. >> Separate your feet, please. >> Thanks, if you could take me back home. No, I mean county. >> No, I'm not going to county, man. Why? >> I just told you. >> I didn't do anything. >> You need >> I didn't do anything except tell them I was going to come again on Monday. >> The suspect doesn't stop defending himself. But the officers make it clear the investigation is moving forward with or without his [music] agreement. >> And the guy was following me and they just fell in. It was common ruse and it was a sham tactic. Okay. Now, here. >> Only that. >> My reactions are too cement for them to not briquette. Okay. Here, sir. Sir, you got to take this off of me, man. >> Oh, no. No. >> No. Sir, it's actually contraindicated to moving people with these inside of here. >> Hey, can you take me home, bro? >> Dude. Dude, you need to help me. My brother's trying to take my house. >> I'll help you with that. >> I got going to county, man. >> I can't. Okay. Where do you want to go? >> I need to go back to my brother's house. I need Susie to help me. >> Susie needs to help me. >> Yes, you're going to take me to Ryan's house, right? >> Just go inside, please. >> Okay. Okay. Take me to Ryan's house. Don't take me count. >> I made it. >> Yes. Right. What's the conditions for that code two stuff? >> I don't know, dude. I really don't know how that works. >> Let's get him on that. >> I'm down. Yeah, that's what you >> And then I mean he's here. >> That's what I'm saying. Shopper picked the wrong store to cause a scene. On January 7th, 2024, officers in Washington were dispatched to a Safeway after reports that a customer was allegedly harassing shoppers inside the store. Here's how the encounter unfolded. >> Uh, she was threatening other customers. >> Okay. Did she threaten you? >> No, she did not. >> She did not threaten you. Are any of these other customers around? >> Uh, they might be still in the store. Yes. >> Can you go see if you can find them? >> Sure. >> And then if if anyone I need to know, ask them if the other customers are still around if they want to come talk to the police or press charges. We'll do. >> Hey, Officer Quay, our Federal Police Department. >> What? >> Just so you know, you're being audio and video recorded. >> I'm always being audio and video recorded. >> So, what's going on? >> Um, the man I bumped into him in his car. Um, he aggressively approached me with my kids. I cussed him out. >> Then another man told me to shut up and I went off. >> Are you involved in any way? Can you Can you just Thank you. >> No, he's just at his car. He's crying, you guys. >> And I threaten everybody. Don't address me with my children. Okay, >> that's it. There's nothing to see here. >> Good if I go talk. >> He's trying to find the other customers. >> Go ahead. Cuz I'm going to beat up. >> Yeah. What happened? What? Why? What happened? They just >> disrespectful. Not minding people. You know what? People should mind their business. >> I agree. >> I'm a mental health person. I'm off my meds. What happened was I threatened to She wrote she approached me >> and then the other man told me to shut up. They didn't mind their business. >> I agree. >> Is it cool if I just get your info just so you know who I'm talking to? >> Yeah, it's in the computer, man. Run the plates. I'm not giving you nothing. I can put my kids. >> Are you the registered owner? >> Yeah. >> With the suspect's account documented, the officers returned to the store to gather statements from the employees and customers who were there. >> Okay. So, no one's flagging me down yet. Were any employees? Was she directly threatening any employees? >> No, I was including yourself. >> I was the first point of contact. She did not threaten. >> No weapons. Nothing I saw. >> She threatened me, too. But I'm worried about her kids. I'm a mental health um CPR teacher. >> Okay. >> And those kids are in bad shape. >> How close were you when she said she's going to >> Well, I stopped talking to him. I turned around and then she said, "No, I'll you too. I'll >> Any weapon scenes? >> Did you think she was going to kill you?" >> She was pretty outrage. And I've had people attack me for less. >> Do you want to press charges? >> Do you? >> Uh, no. That's not how that works. >> Oh, she was going out that door looking for the people that she threat. >> She was going to run over with that. >> Right now, no one is out there though flagging us down. That's why I'm trying to figure out who actually >> Is there any way that you can go and and >> we're talking to her right now, but >> we'll investigate that further. But right now, my job is to see if there's anyone in here who is willing to be a victim and press charges cuz that determines how much what we what we're going to do out there. because I don't want her to get, you know, hurt or anything if I don't have and it's not something that you I'm gonna keep looking. It's not something you converse with other people like >> I got you. >> I'm just a little uh freaked out because I mean she you know she said I'll be waiting outside for you. I'll run I'll with my car. I have a gun in my car. I'll >> So that's I'm asking is do you want to be a victim to a crime and provide me a statement? >> Yeah, I can give you a statement. >> Give me a state but do you want to press charges against her for your own? >> Yeah. Um as long as she can't find me. Yeah. Okay. >> And listen, I already got a CPS worker, too. They was trying to scare me with CPS. I already have a worker with CPS. >> I'm not trying to scare you with >> No, no, no. But they can't scare me cuz I work with the CPS department. They are supporting me and my family because I'm a single black mom. And it don't matter if I was single, black, white, purple, or green. Me and CPS is working with me. >> Are Are you Dominique? >> Yeah. You pronounced that right? Dominique. >> Dominique. >> Dominique. Got it. After plenty of back and forth, the woman finally seems willing to open up and answer the officer's questions about what happened inside the store. >> Okay. Well, you mind just hanging with me, Dominic? You can put your kids away, obviously. >> Yeah. Put them away >> for sure. >> And let me get them a snack or something. Hi. >> She's putting her kids in the car. >> Yeah. All this for little me. What's up? >> So, Dominique, so what happened? >> I just told you what happened. You want me to repeat myself in front of her? >> I know. You said they're upset. >> They're upset because they was talking to me when I was with my kids and I turned around and made a whole bunch of threats. Don't address me when I'm with my children. I'm by myself. I have no men. >> Two men address me. Two grown men. I'm 37 years old. They were probably his age. Come on, man. Hey, you're not going to address me with my children. >> They were trying to undress you. >> No. Address me. >> Quit playing with my words. >> I just couldn't. >> Don't do that. I said address. You heard me. I said address. That's why I'm telling you. >> Why would I say they want to address me? >> Well, Dominique, we're just trying to figure it all out. Okay. >> Yeah, don't do that. That's rude. Which way? >> That was rude when she did fit. >> I thought they were being rude, >> [ __ ] I don't need my green card. >> Yeah, >> I don't like that. I'm very upset. >> I thought she was going to attack somebody. >> Okay. >> Whether it be me or whatever. >> Well, she was threatening that she had a gun. She was threatening to hit us with a car. So, because I didn't see one, I don't know if she didn't have one. >> So, you feel personally threatened? >> Of course, I felt threatened. >> Okay, sir. I understand that you were involved. Yes. >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened? >> She just she's just yelling and screaming at everybody. >> Okay. Did she make any personal threats to you? >> She did. She threatened hit me with her car when I went outside. Okay. >> I was more concerned for her kids. >> Okay. When uh given everything that happened in mine, so you felt your personal safety was in jeopardy? >> No, I felt her kids safety was in jeopardy. I didn't feel you didn't feel personal. >> No, I want to provide a statement, a recorded statement. >> No. Okay. All right. Thank you. I'm going to go find this other lady I talk to. >> Okay. >> The investigation isn't over yet, but before it can move forward, the officers first have to keep the situation under control. I >> appreciate you just hanging with us, Dominique. >> Yeah, >> we'll get this figured out. >> No problem. I don't care. I Listen, I cooperate. >> I'm not one of those citizens. >> And and I will beat the up and go do my time. If it wasn't for these boys, then nobody will be safe. If I didn't have kids, nobody would be safe. If I didn't have kids, I would be in party a long time ago. >> What else you up to today, Dominique? Besides Safeway, >> I got to go uh my godmother and my uncle who's a US Navy vet. I have to go take them the ground beef, their bread, and the organic bananas that she asked for. Then I'm taking my black home. Is there anything else? Cuz now I got to go take her ground beef. >> Got it. >> Cuz she asked for it. >> We have someone possibly detained. This person may or may not be the person responsible. It's important to uh identify those who are innocent as well as those who are guilty. Okay. >> So, who are we waiting on you guys? >> The person say, >> "Oh, okay." [laughter] And I did make a lot of threats. I told the girl, she was up on me. I told her if she didn't back up, I would. I did say that. >> Do you have weapons on you now? >> No. But I'mma do what I got to do. The do you mean her back up? Thank god my best friend told me not to purchase a weapon. The mental health told me not to get a weapon. >> Hey Paul, can you just have her look at Starbucks really quick? Right there. Uh, >> yep. >> Okay, perfect. Thank you. 46, we applause. >> With one of the customers positively identifying the woman, the officers finally have what they need to move the investigation forward. >> Got no water. I can't breathe. When you guys got water I'm about to throw up. >> My blood pressure is high. >> We can get you. >> And when I'm in a manic episode, my blood pressure rises. I don't want to pass out. Please, >> cuz I I will tell you right now, you are under arrest for harassment. >> Okay. >> Take the kids. Call CPS. Let me ask somebody to come get my kids. >> Okay. >> Hold on. >> Okay. We can let you do that. >> Yeah. >> Do you have any other weapons on you right now? >> She's been advised. She's under arrest. >> Don't touch me yet. Let me have them get my kids. >> Call some kids. There's two kids in the car. >> Yeah. I got to have somebody come get my kids. >> Yeah. >> Sorry to interrupt you. I got a phone call. >> Cuddy. I'm going to jail. I'm at the 320th at Safeway. I was getting something for your mom to bring it to her, but a white man approached me. A white man approached me and a black lady. I threatened them. Now I'm getting arrested for harassment. >> I have the kids in the car. Do you Is Liz home? >> Hey Dominique, >> where's Liz? >> Okay. >> I don't have her number. I need somebody says just sight and release. >> I'm about to go to jail. So if you guys can clear people, so he's not willing to go. >> Hold on. I'm sorry. Let me call him back. >> They said they're not taking me. It's all good, Cy. They're not taking me. >> No, I'm about to take your mom her bread and her ground beef and I'm going home. >> If you have her identified. >> Okay. What do you want me to do that? >> No, I got the site. >> Yeah, >> I'll see you later. >> You're good. Thank you. >> Okay, bye >> date. Fine. >> We're trying to do you a solid by not taking you into jail >> and I respect that. >> We care about the kids. We care about you being present with them. We don't want to traumatize them by watching their mom get arrested, right? >> Um, >> thank you, Officer F. >> You're very welcome. Um, so I'm going to work on that. Just hang tight with my partner. >> That all just >> the woman's cooperation makes the rest of the encounter a lot easier. >> You being cool with us. I know it's really frustrating. We're talking about the enemy, man. But when somebody listen all that happeneding to them, people started with me. I was just in there and I accidentally bumped his cart and he thought I yelled at his daughter. >> We're going to get you out of here soon, dummy. >> Thank you. I'm just going to take my auntie her step and I'm going home. You guys will never see me again. I promise. >> I was looking for some special drink that my granddaughter wants uh cuz she had her tonsils out. So, I stopped and asked the manager there and where it was and I guess she thought I was talking about her. I really don't know, but she pointed at me and she said, "I'm going to kill you. I'm going to run you over my car and I have a gun in my car you all." So, yeah, it was a little intimidating, but it's mostly the children. She was calling the children names and and shaking them in the cart and then she picked one up and threw them in the cart and then the other kid was like, "No, no, I don't want to go." So she grabbed him and she goes, "I know you don't want to, but they're making me." And she just threw them into the cart. It was very upsetting. >> So she looked at you, she pointed at you >> and said, "I'm going to run you. I'm going to wait." She said, "I'm going to wait outside and run you over with my car or I'm going to get my gun and I'm going to need to go back. I'm going to >> By now, the officers have everything they need to wrap up the encounter." >> I can't believe that girl said I was embarrassing her. She sounded like a raccoon. In our in our black community, we call those guys raccoons. >> What is that? >> A raccoon is somebody who is, you know, bows down to the government. You know what I'm saying? Obeys law. >> You know, not that I don't obey law, but like you see that these people are in a wrong and you're going to speak up for them. >> You're >> Was she the one that was involved in all this or just a rand? >> Yeah, she kind of approached me and was like, "You're embarrassing yourself in our color and >> Oh, wow. I care about your kids. I told her if she don't back up, I will beat her the >> Yeah. And then she was she spoke to my kids right in front of me. That >> Yeah. >> So you see why I don't need a weapon and I never will get a weapon. I won't survive with a weapon. Nobody will survive with a weapon. >> Not if I have one. My disorder might tell me to everybody and it don't even a voice. It's me. Like just shoot everybody. I won't do that though. I have kids. If I didn't have kids, I'd be in prison. >> Dominique, sorry to interrupt you. I know you're on a phone call. Um, >> Cy, I'm going to jail. I'm at the 320th at Safeway. I was getting something for your mom to bring it to her, but a white man approached me. A white man approached me and a black lady. I threatened them. Now I'm getting arrested for harassment. I had the kids in the car. Do you Is Liz home? >> I'll kill everybody. >> Hey, Dominique. Where's Liv? >> Okay. >> I don't have her number. I need somebody to come get the boy. >> I'm about to go to jail. >> The woman was later charged with harassment. He thought his job would get him out of trouble. [music] He was wrong. Our final case takes us to a local bar where officers were called after a report of a customer causing a disturbance. Within moments of arriving, the encounter takes an unexpected turn. >> No one. It's not not that big a deal. >> Um, and then he was like, "You can call the police. I'm not going anywhere." So, I called Jay Dog. Um, >> and then he called us. >> Yeah, no problem. >> So, you can tell me why exactly happened. >> He just didn't want to leave. And then the girls got scared because he was without t-shirt.
