Cops deal with a lot, but even they weren't ready for this level of nonsense. Here are five cases when cops can't keep a straight face with these dumb Karens. Number five, officers intervene moments before a drunk driver could hit the road. On January 19th, 2023, the police responded to a grocery store where reports came in about a woman trying to drive off while allegedly under the influence. They arrived just in time to intercept the woman. >> Hi, ma'am. Can you sit back here for a second? >> Yeah. >> All right. If you can put that just stuff in your seat. I want to check your eyes and make sure everything's okay. >> Okay. Okay. I I came up here shopping with my mom. >> No problem. No problem. If you'll step back here just back your car. I want to check your eyes real quick. Okay. You'll stand right back here and back your car. >> Uh yes, sir. >> All right. Just if you could take your head off for me if you would. >> Okay. I'm a mess. No, >> you're fine. There you go. Okay. >> Uh, hi. >> Okay. I just came here with my mom and my baby. >> Okay. All right. This officer here is going to check you out. >> Can you turn around and face me? Nope. Turn around. Face me. >> Okay. >> Do you want to hand that to officer? Okay. That that works, too. The one way. >> Yes, sir. >> Feet together just like that. >> Yes, sir. >> Heel to heel. Toe to toe. Hands down at your sides. >> Yes. >> Can you see the tip of my finger? >> Yes, sir. >> Your eyeballs and your eyeballs will only follow my finger. Don't move your head. Okay. >> This is so embarrassing. I'm sorry. >> You're fine. >> Hands down at your side. You got to keep looking. Got start this one over. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> Oh, you're fine. >> You got to keep your down hand down at your side. Okay. Eyes on the tip of my finger, please. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> I'm watching the tip of your finger. >> We're going to go up. Okay. If you lose it, just >> go up. Just follow or find it on its way down. Okay. Oh, >> hand down on your side. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> You're fine. >> It's just embarrassing. Like I I I know y'all are doing this because of my past over the summer. >> You're okay. You're doing okay. >> No, I've been doing everything right in my life. >> Let's just finish up with tags. Okay. >> Yes, sir. Okay. I'm I'm sorry. I'm following up and down, not moving my head. Okay. Okay. The woman attempts the horizontal gaze test, but keeping up with the officer's instructions is proving difficult. Before the next test can even begin, her emotions start to surface. >> All right, next test. >> Oh, you're giving me another test? >> Yeah, I got to go through them all. So, well, actually, if you'll just stand right here, let me discuss it with my carpal real quick. Okay. everything else. >> Okay. >> The reason why we're out here is because someone, >> okay? So, we got to make sure that you're okay to drive. Okay. That's the reason why we're doing this. It's not not to embarrass you. We just got to make it sure it's okay for you to be driving because we want to make sure. >> Yeah. We just want to make sure you're okay. Like I said, >> these are like I understand. >> Okay. We're going to go ahead and go through them all just because because we're here. If you pass, you you'll be ready to go. So, um Okay, you you can set that back down. Okay. >> Okay. >> Hands at your side, feet together, heel to heel. >> Just stop. Okay. >> That was horrible. But I haven't even had Tylen all today. I I know I messed up this summer and I got help for just Relax for a second. >> I want to box that I get a shot every 30 days. >> Relax. >> Just relax. I need you to take a step forward with me and understand that I can't be 100% honest with me because if you're not willing to help yourself, I can't help you right now. Okay, you're really upset. Okay, you're overly upset just to be yourself. Right. >> What have you taken today that I need to know about? And hear me out >> right now. What I'm trying to do >> is >> is do what I can to make sure you're safe and the people driving on this road are safe. >> And I'm I'm going to be honest with you. I I I do think that you're inebriated on something, but I need you to be honest with me. That way we can figure this out. >> The officer pushes for the truth, but she's not giving in. Whatever happened, she's not ready to talk about it. >> It wasn't June 14th, I got pulled over and I was saddled by three cops because I should have been. Okay. And I got I was told to get I'm not worried about I'm worried about today. >> No, I have PTSD from that. I spent two days in town. >> Okay. >> And never would go back to So, ever since that day, my attorney say, "We're not helping you unless you count." So I got help. It was August 23rd >> was my first sobriety vaccine and I go so I get a monthly shot in my arm. So it's it like suboxin and it has the blocks the it has a box in it. >> Are you supposed to drive when you're on that? >> Yes. You Yes, you are absolutely allowed to drive on it because that was my first question because >> you haven't taken anything extra today. >> No. Not a single thing. >> Not a single thing. >> So, >> no. >> Were you blowing the PVT for me? >> I'll do anything to ask you. >> I don't want see if I have way right here. You can put your shoes back on. Okay. >> My feet are freezing. >> I bet too cold for football. >> I know you all think I'm lying. >> No. No. We're just making sure you're safe. Okay. >> But I'm not lying. >> We're We're not saying you're lying. We're We got a call. We're responding to a call. We have to do everything we can to make sure that you're safe. The people on the road are safe. Just as he said, >> I don't care about your history. >> And I've never been in trouble before. >> I'm just This is my first time talking to you, okay? So, I'm going to treat you like we're like I've never I've never known you before. Okay. >> With the woman in tears, one officer works to keep her calm while the other moves forward with a breath test. Whether or not she should be behind the wheel is about to be answered. >> I try to treat people like family till I can, you know. So, >> I just want to make sure you're safe. If you're if you're safe, >> another cop is coming. I'm so >> Oh, he's just got that uh he's got that uh little tester that I think uh you're going to blow into. Okay. >> And I know how to cry, baby. Like what is this? What is this tester? >> It's It stands for portable breath test. All it does >> Can I please can I can I My feet are freezing. I don't want to sit in a cop car. That That scares me. But okay, tell me about I'm sorry. >> So she'll officer Zimmerman will correct me. He said, "I was a Missouri police officer for a long time. And I'm still new in Arkansas, so I'm learning things. >> So in Missouri, portable breath test, all it all we can do is it measures the presence of alcohol. The the quantity it doesn't measure. It just measures presence. >> So all it essentially says is positive or negative. >> Are you willing to blow into the PVP? >> Yes. >> Yes. I take a shot of suboxin but it stops my when I was in college I got menitis and >> my dad told me the first day he filled my script he said Anna they called me an antic and that was my that was in college and then I everything went fine driving me to school one day and got caught got caught with a screw that wasn't fine job felony. Lost my job. Wasn't allowed to say bye to my kindergarteners. I went to rehab twice. The doctor started me on this medication and it is life saving and get my teacher license. The woman tells officers she's in treatment for substance abuse and that her medication might be affecting her balance and speech. The officers listen, but they're not buying it. I feel as an adult like I feel like they hate me and they judge me and I'm a mom. I I know my bad mistakes what I've done. But I have two little boys. There's another >> See, he's driving away. That's the same one coming back that we already had. >> At least I'm inside. My toes are so frozen. I can't >> We're almost finished. We're almost finished. Okay, >> we'll go in there. >> You're not gonna do anything crazy, right? >> I was gonna let her step inside. >> My toes are so burning. >> Okay. All right. I'm going to I'm going to do something with you real quick. We're going to walk to the front of your car. >> Okay. >> What I'm going to do is myself just to reassure that way before I send you down the road. I I'm okay with you. >> Listen, this is officing right now. So, I'm going to read what you do in this test and then we'll we'll go from there. Okay. Step up here. 1,002 1,003 1,004. Despite our effort to follow through, [music] it's clear to the officers that the test doesn't need to continue. They've seen enough. >> Right now you're going to be under God. I just relax. We're going to go back. Good night. Please call my lawyer. >> I'm I get your hat. Okay. >> I'm out here with you. Get the heater on. Okay. The woman was ultimately charged with DUI. Number four, drunk Karen assaults an elderly person and quickly meets nononsense officers. On July 18th, 2024, police in Fort Myers, Florida, received a report from Hurricane Tina's Bar about an alleged assault involving a 97year-old bartender. According to staff, a woman punched the elderly employee after the bartender refused to serve her more drinks. The suspect wasn't located until the following day. Here's what happened when police made contact. >> Dan Shenko. >> Spell it for me. >> Dean Shenko. You know how to spell that? >> No, I don't. Can you spell it for me? >> I don't know how to spell it. >> You don't know how to spell your last name? >> Dean Shenko. Okay, spell it for me. >> Anyways, um >> Anyways, you are not free to leave. That is the last time that I'm going to tell you. Okay, >> spell your last name. >> Spell your last name. >> I don't like what I don't like to be uh by the p ugly ass lease. >> Okay. What is your last name? >> Denko. >> Spell that. >> Are you going to spell that for me? I don't know how to spell it. >> You don't know how to spell your last name? >> No. >> Okay. >> Come here. All right, that's it. Stop. Stop. Stop. I'm about to put you on the floor. You're about to go on the floor. Come on, man. Cut it out. Headquarters. Give me a unit. >> It burns. Do not move or you're going to get tased. >> Okay. It burns. It burns. It burns. Oh, my back. >> Roll over. >> Roll over. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Roll over. Put your hands behind your back right now. Put your hands behind your back right now. Pull your other hand behind your back right now. Pull your other hand BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HOLD ON. >> Now I'll be good. >> I can't get my phone. Owie. >> Stop. >> Burn. Burns. >> Stand up then. You can sit right there. >> With her in cuffs, officers note that she matches the description. But now they need to confirm her identity and keep the situation under control. >> My earpiece came out. >> Yep. >> Yeah, I figured. >> Hi, Sarah. >> So, your name is now. What is it? >> WHY ANYBODY WANT FOR ME? >> WELL, why do you keep lying about your name? >> I got one. >> I have to get >> Okay, get her up. Put her in the car. >> STAND UP that way. Can you pick my phone up? >> Get it. Get it. >> You don't have anything on you, do you? >> Oh, wait a minute. >> Okay. >> Can you get my phone? >> Sure. >> Can I get water? >> That's your wallet. And your phone? No, that's not my wallet. >> Your purse? I mean, is that your purse and your wallet? I mean, your phone >> and a charger. >> MY PHONE. >> OKAY. SO, you said your name is Sky. What? But that's weird. There's paperwork here for a Sarah Powell. And you said that's your stuff. >> Who said that? >> You said your name wasn't Sarah, right? >> No. >> No. So, what's your name? >> You want an additional >> Do you want an additional charge? Okay. >> All right, then. Cut the unless you want the additional charge. >> Like, >> you want to give me a fake name and you're going to get an additional charge? >> What's that? >> She already gave me a fake name. >> Okay. Yeah, you're full. >> With the woman finally inside the cruiser, the officers now deliberate together. The primary officer telling the others about what led to the arrest. >> You try to take off. She probably take off her. >> I I hopped out on her right there cuz I I saw the picture of her so I already knew who it was. I was like, "Hey, how you doing? Sarah, >> my name is not Sarah. My name is Sky." I'm like, "Oh, all right, Sky. Cool. What's your last name?" >> So, I'm literally trying to write it down on my thing and she's like, "I'm not dealing with you." And starts to walk away. I'm like, "You're not free to leave. I already know who you are. I'm just writing this down so I can charge you with false IDO." >> And that's when she tried to pull away. I grabbed her and she like tried to push off. I pushed her up against the car. I was going to turn her around. Then she started swinging, so I just leg sweeped her and duck her on the ground. I would just roll the window down. Honestly, I'd roll the window down and let her know her. >> Okay, we're going to have to take her out and recover. >> I'm not wearing that. >> Well, she's 312. The officers are caught off guard when they notice she's out of her cuffs. What follows is a second round of chaos with three officers now working to restrain her. >> Listen. Put your fist away. Put your fist away. >> Back to the ground. Back to the ground. >> I'm stronger than anything. Hey, >> get on the ground. Shut the up. Hey, >> I got you. I got >> Hey, give me another relax. >> Can you just repeat your last >> this thing? >> I just want to make sure you have me on this one, too. All right. Can I get that other hand whenever you're ready off of me? You mad or no? >> I don't care. Just hold it there for a second. >> Get your off of me. Stop fighting us. >> Stop getting off of me. Get your little off of me. Off of me. Off of me. Off of me. You can handcuff me all you want to. >> Where's my water? >> Get off of me right now. >> Are you done? You got legs on? >> Do you have uh something to drink? >> Yep. Not right now. >> In the end, the authorities find a way to calm the woman down. And from here the rest of the process goes without incident. >> Do you have water? >> Are you going to comply? >> Yeah. Do you have water? I will comply if you have water. >> 100%. I'll give you water. >> Thank you. I will comply. >> All right. Check it out. >> Do I have water? >> Yep. You are going to have water. They are going to get off. >> I am going to help you to your feet. Understood. >> 3592. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. I will get you water. Okay, >> you need to sit down. >> How long is it going to take? >> Two seconds. >> Okay, >> sit down. >> Come on. >> All the way in. >> All the way in. >> Okay. >> Help me. All right. Thanks. >> The incident ends with a woman facing multiple charges, including battery on an elderly person, battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and giving false information. Number three, one wrong decision in the drive-thru turns [music] into a bigger problem. On August 13th, 2020, officers responded to a call about a possible road rage incident in a McDonald's parking lot. Here's what unfolded when they arrived on the scene. >> It's going to be out of Alabama. 44 Adam 544 Adam 175 out of Alabama. >> Hi. You guys are the ones who called, right? >> Yeah, I think we both called, but she took call. >> Yeah. Okay. Um, do you guys both have IDs on you? And then just proof of insurance. >> Yeah. >> Where'd she hit you at? >> On the right corner. >> Okay. >> Good. 29. There is damage to the vehicle. Thank you. >> I have a dash cam and everything. >> Okay. How are you are you able to get that at all? >> Yeah. >> All right. Okay. Tell you what, Reisha. Hey, can you >> No, my car again. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> He punched my car like he was going to get in the car. >> Get your side. Hey, Reisha. Stop before you get yourself in trouble. As soon as the officer recognizes one of the women involved, she calls for additional support. But the situation boils over before backup even shows up. >> Reisha, stop it before you get in trouble. >> California, it's Reisha. Another female that just pulled up. There's no need to >> go ahead. >> Reisha, get >> Reisha. Stop. He did that to my car. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car. >> You guys are both going to get arrested. You realize that, right? >> I didn't do nothing. >> All right, I can get >> That's ridiculous. Get the camera. Everything. >> I understand that. That's what I'm going to do. But right now, you guys are getting yourselves in trouble. All right. >> Get in. I it was my turn to go. I had stop talking. Get in the car. >> Both of you get why you listen. >> I'm trying to get her. That's all I'm trying to do. >> It's an accident. Okay. >> And I can talk to you, but neither are you being cooperative. I need the car. >> All right. Go ahead. >> All right, chill out. Can you please get them somewhere else and go talk to them in the corner? Both of you guys, >> can you guys both get out of the car and go over there and talk to these two options over here, please? Thank you, >> Reisha. Stop. How many times do I have to tell you before you get yourself in trouble? California, you got another file to Lan when you're ready. >> 811 33 0. >> Before taking a full statement from the complainant, the officer radios in what she currently knows about the situation. >> Everything's done for now. They're separated. They're just verbally yelling for 43 hit. the offender's car and threatened to shoot the the other the victim and threatened to beat their >> All right. So, what happened? >> Yeah, I know it's a lot, but if you just tell me your side about what happened with the accident. >> Well, and you know the car goes like that. >> Okay. So, you guys were in each side of the drive-thru. >> Okay. >> And she just forced away. I used up and she kept driving and sprayed over her side along my car. >> Okay. All right. So then what happened after that? Did you guys get in a fight? Did she come out and yell at you guys? >> All right. She just drove off. >> No. I walked back in my car and she jumped out suddenly and we just kept going around my car and us and all. >> Okay. >> And then a few seconds later she took off. >> Okay. So, you guys didn't have any contact with each other or anything like that? >> Yelling. >> Yelling. Okay. Um, you guys, did you guys both get out of the car and just yell at each other? Not at the same time. No. >> Okay. When you guys were fighting or anything like that, did she I mean, what what did she say? >> She said, "Oh, my fault. My fault." I said, "No, it's your fault." >> Okay. And then she drove off. >> Well, she stopped. Well, first she just continued dragging her car along mine until she got off of it. >> Okay. >> And then she was there for 20 minutes, second half a minute and then she just started out of there. >> Okay. >> I guess she needed to get assistance from her family. >> Okay. Okay. Do you mind just hanging on your car and looking at that trying to get that dash stuff loaded? Okay. Now, let's figure out what's going on here. All right. I know you just told them, but do you mind just telling me briefly what occurred after I just spoke with him? >> Yes, I will tell you. It's a BYU. >> Oh. >> While the driver stays calm and cooperative, her companion is agitated, pushing the situation closer to conflict. However, if they want this to end smoothly, cooperation is their best option. >> So, when I was driving, I had ordered cuz I all I only thing I get got was a coffee. So, I was done way before him. He had got done like right after me. >> He got done right after me. And you see how that car was right there? >> Okay, it was up. That's how the car just was in front of me. I went up behind it. I was like up right there. Like, you see how he's still >> he's still ordering food. >> I went up a just a little bit. >> Okay. So, he he came up forward and was like soon as I was trying to go up more, he was going up more, but it was I was already I was already done. So, okay. Which side of the which side of the drivethru were you at? >> I went on the end right here where this blue car is. >> So, what happened? >> So, what happened after the accident, though? >> He walked up to my car. He got out the car and he walked up to the car and he punched it >> like like he was going to punch in my face. >> Where did he punch the car? >> Right there where that D is in the um door. >> He did. >> Yes. He did this, >> bro. >> Okay. And when this happened, you guys were still right there in the car. >> Yes, we were still right there. Everything is on camera. Everything is on camera. >> Yeah, but don't worry about it. >> So, did you did you guys both get out of the car and start yelling or did he get out of the car, start yelling, and then >> I was I was going to get out, but once he started walking to the car, I got back in cuz I got scared. Like, what are you doing? >> I was confused on like >> You need to stop, dude. Calm down. >> You need to stop. >> Reisha, look, I'm trying to help you out. You guys pulled up hot and I'm trying to prevent you from getting in trouble. All right. I have to get both sides. >> You should have came out the wrong way. Now I got to help you. >> Um I won't be able to get video until tomorrow and even with the general manager, which all that's going to happen tomorrow. They can't look at it right now. They won't let her look at it. >> Okay. >> But um I saw that she said she saw him >> hit the car. >> Hit like ram right into her and then get out and punch the window. >> Yes, he did that. No. >> While the complainant says the two women struck his car and even mentions having dash cam footage, a McDonald's employee insists that he was the one who actually hit the other party's vehicle first. With conflicting accounts, officers start pressing him for answers. >> Can you step outside so I can talk to you again real fast? All right. So, I know there's a lot going on, but what happened with the car and the on her car? >> I'm not going to admit anything. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, we got somebody that says that you hit the car. Did you hit the car cuz you were upset? >> You hear what I said? >> Okay. All right. Do you see where we're at right now? >> What? >> Do you see the situation that we're in right now? >> No. >> Okay. You're going to have to come back to the PD with us. >> Why? Because you punched her car. >> I did not. Witness. We have a witness that says you did. We have independent witness. >> I'm entitled to know who that is. >> You can get you get a copy of the report. My car >> in the meantime. >> Is she getting arrested? >> I don't see any damage on there. >> Well, it has to be damage. >> Well, here's the thing. There's a >> There's a debt on her car. Okay. So, at this time, you're going to have to come back to the PD with us. We'll get you processed. Is your Is your That's Is that your wife? I'm assuming. Okay. Is there a dent on my car? >> Is she able to take the car? In the meantime, will you go to the PD with us? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, I need you to give me your phone and need you to put your hand behind your back. >> Yeah. Accommodate you with two cuffs. >> I mean, it kind of confuses why this escalated to you punching the car. I mean, accidents happen. We understand that, but like kind of got escalated a little bit here, huh? one of these cam. >> Well, we'll see you from the McDonald's video and the witness who said they saw you do it and >> Okay. Do you have another pair of cuffs? >> Thank you. >> Yeah, that's just great. Reports would later reveal that the issue stem from confusion over who was supposed to order first in the drive-thru split lane. Both sides got heated, but the man was the one who took it too far. >> Am I going to be able am I going to be able to get your wrist in here? >> I'm not trying to hurt you. Stop. >> Stop. You already This already went too far with the punch. >> Can you help me? I can't wrist in here. >> Well, you're agitating the situation more than it has to. What? You're going to throw me in the dungeon? >> Come on, man. >> I don't know what that means by throwing in. I don't know what that you mean by that, but >> this could have been a simple accident that we could have came here and handled and >> this is how we treat everybody. Okay. >> California, I'm 95. >> All right, we're going to go to this car over here, please. >> Or no, this car right here that's on this side. This way. This way. This way. This way. Let's go. >> Give me an order. All right, we got to stop. >> We're not big man. >> Yeah. No, we're not doing where I'm going. >> No, we're not doing this. >> Telling you where to go. That's all you got to do. >> All right. Face this car, please. I have to start you real fast before you go inside the car. >> All right. >> Right now. Okay. Right now, it's just a mis misdemeanor and you get to leave soon. So, I suggest you stop. Uh, my license in my pocket. >> Yeah, she just came and got me because >> Okay. >> Reisha, come here for a sec. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Listen, girl. I get it's upsetting. Okay. But we're here to help. All right. I was going to call you guys anyway to get your side. >> I know cuz you got my number. >> Yeah. And listen, it's on private property. Okay. So, regardless, it's just a simple accident. Let's say he didn't do the actions he did. I couldn't sight anybody anyways. It's a civil accident. It got blown up. I understand it got blown up by him in the first place. But if we're already responding, you know, we're gonna come talk to you first. >> I know. >> All right. So, be cool. >> I'll just be mad. I can't control this. >> I get it. But, you know, I'm going to come and talk to you. You talked to me before. I'm going to come get your side. >> All right. So, no hard feelings. >> Okay. >> All right. Just make sure you give them everything you can in regards to your car and stuff like that so we can get you taken care of. In the end, the man was charged with assault and criminal property damage. Number two, how a Starbucks visit ended in cuffs. On March 31st, 2025, officers were dispatched to a Starbucks in response to an altercation that spiraled out of control. Here's what happened when officers arrived at the scene. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> We're not the ones that called, but we were informed that you were called. We were the ones trying to pick the old man up off the ground while the girl was trying to run us over. Okay. So, let's just hear what I did because I'm the one that got into a verbal. Yeah. Like I told her about Yeah. She works in Starbucks. She's had an attitude since we were in there at 10:30 this morning. She was a man, an elderly man. >> And he him and his wife are still in extinity if he needed to talk to them because I just had to pick him up off the ground and clean blood off of him and me because I was covered in his blood. >> And she was so impatient. She was honking. and this close to a car right out here. And the woman was trying to explain what happened. So I said, "I've got it because I know that girl. She works in Starbucks." >> Okay. >> And the car that she almost hit was literally blocking traffic so that I didn't get hit and the old man didn't get hit because I was sitting outside the nail salon and I ran over to pick him up off the ground. >> Okay. >> So yeah. >> Can I ask you a question? >> Sure. >> Did you make any threatening comments? >> Yeah. >> What' you say? I said, "If you get out of that car, I'm going to whoop your >> Okay. Is that what you said? >> Yes. >> Okay. Yes. >> The reason I asked is because there's other statements being revised, so I'm just going to ask." >> I'm sure. Yeah. No, she No, she already lied to her man. She was on the phone in two seconds cuz she's scared to die. >> Yeah. She was on the phone with the manager when we walked >> and she's already lied. We have witnesses. We have the nail salon. We also have the couple that >> I'm up here every single like >> I've been a customer here for 5 years. I I go in there every day >> and this girl I've never seen her. >> Mhm. >> So just tell me what is wrong. I'm not going to apologize to her. There is just >> My job is not to apologize. As long as there's no been no crimes have been committed, then everyone's free to go. Um, >> but I need to find out about the supposed threatening comments, okay? And do a little investigation work myself. >> And she called me a >> The woman quickly gets defensive, claiming she and her friend were only trying to help an elderly person who'd been stuck and that the employee is actually the one at fault. Officers hear her out, but they won't just take her word for it. >> Called me a grandma. She So, what do you want me to do with that, sir? And my father just passed away. So I I was teed up about this man falling for your loss. I understand emotions are high. Um >> to be honest, I don't care about name calling. Sticks and stones, right? We're not in elementary school anymore. Names are names. It is what it is. >> All right. >> But you don't say that to a customer. >> I mean, she was at that point heard a customer. >> I mean, >> so yeah, that's understandable. I mean, >> but I can't. >> She called the cops because she she got scared because the girl in the car, the lady in the car was yelling at her. She was like, "Hey, you need to calm down." She was telling her, "You need to calm down. There's a man on the ground." >> Okay. >> Like, >> and literally, if she backed up, she would have run over him. >> I I don't >> You can back up without running into it. >> I mean, I can back it up for you. It ain't hard. >> No. And look, sorry for all the name calling. I mean, I don't >> It's just name call. I'm just making sure no threats. No physical contact was made. >> No physical contact. >> Okay. >> She stayed in her car. >> You said the other couple are uh >> They should still be in Exfinity. >> Infinity. >> Yeah. >> Where's her white car? I see a bunch of white toys out here. That's why >> I don't even know what she was driving. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Oh, it's right over there. Maybe >> the one in the handicap parking spot. >> Yeah. And she ate drat. >> So right there's a 200. Please, that's rude, but people are actually handicapped. >> I understand. >> It just it got frustrating because we were literally trying to help this man off the ground. >> All right. >> And she was more worried about getting out of her parking spot than the older gentleman that was laid out in the middle of the parking lot. >> After hearing the woman's version of events, officers look for witnesses and eventually locate the elderly couple they claim to be helping. Here's what the couple has to say. >> Where's the older gentleman at? cuz that's going to be my biggestity. >> He's an expend I'll meet y'all over in next minute. Let me wiggle his car. Okay. >> Hello. Sir, are you okay? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> They were they were helping. I They had a walker. >> Uh-huh. >> And hit a bump there and dump me >> in the middle of the >> Well, things happened. >> Yeah. And they volunteered to come and help me get up. >> Okay. >> Cuz I couldn't get him up by myself. >> But you don't Did you hit your head at all? >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> He bounced. He bounced pretty good. You sure you don't want EMS to come take a look at you? >> Yeah, I was the first time. >> His exact words. I'm hardheaded. I'll be okay. >> I'm My wife says I'm really hardheaded. >> Okay. >> But give me one second. Uh he he doesn't have any medical history or anything that we should be worried about. >> Uh no, he's he hit one of those in the ground. That's all that was. His walker got >> I'm going ask you a few questions then. How many quarters make a dollar? Uh American quarter or Canadian >> American. >> I think he's fine. >> What is today's date? >> I have no idea. >> 31st of March. >> Okay. All right. >> I get paid tomorrow. >> Whether whether you like him or not, who's the president? >> Oh, I like him today. >> Okay. >> All right. And what what town are we in? >> Lady Lakes. >> All right. Well, you're cognitive enough and >> I got to ask you a question now. You ask me. >> Okay, go ahead. >> Okay. How much does a chimney cost? >> How much? >> Nothing. It's on the house. [laughter] >> By the way, that lady was a real >> for no reason. >> The guy that parked this truck came out and actually helped pick me up. >> Yeah. >> And moved me over to the side. >> That's who was there. She almost hit. All right. >> She she went off >> for no reason. >> I mean, what are they supposed to do? Leave me laying on the ground >> and let her park out my back. >> The elderly couple's account gives officers what they need. Now they move on to speak with a Starbucks employee who reported the incident >> back out. She'd ran you over. >> All right. Just just get your license. >> Yeah, that's what I was getting for you. >> All right. Well, let me go talk to this other party so I can get this all taken care of. Make sure no crime has been committed. And if not, then I could let this loving superhero uh go for the day. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Today threw a whole drink at my as soon as I roll my window up. She threw her whole drink at my car and started banging on my window. >> And it had nothing to do with her or with the old and then she stormed in here and started screaming at my man. >> Everyone else that was involved. >> Where is she? She's out over there. >> Okay. So, did you hear that? And it was pretty much what was in our cabin noise. It was awful. And it had nothing to do with her. Like, I was backing out. Someone was going really fast and almost hit me. And that's it. And she thought I was honking at an old man who wasn't even on the same side of the parking lot as me. Demanded my name, hit my car repeatedly, said she please get out of the car is what she said. So, I have this and then I have to put that I told you guys. Can Can you fill that out for me? So, I can >> We'll give you that in a minute. >> Yeah, we we'll give you that. >> I don't know. >> The investigation doesn't stop there. Inside the store, officers find one more witness who agrees to talk. >> Are you familiar with what just occurred? >> One more time. I'm sorry. I'm half death. >> Sorry, I mumbled, too. So, you're in trouble. Are you familiar with what just occurred a little bit? >> Yeah. Um, so I will say like the other lady came in here just like right off the bat angry was like threatening to have her job. She she said that she threatened to her. >> All right. So like >> she said that >> the other lady did not >> to me but she was threatening her. >> I was like okay I can't have you threatening my partners. >> So the other lady told you she was going to >> Okay. [music] >> And like was like if I come in here and I see her we're going to have a problem. I'll drag her out the store. Like I can't I can't have >> Are you willing to write out a statement? >> Yeah. >> Okay. 105 for a song. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Hi. >> Do me a favor. >> Sure. >> Turn around and put your hands behind your back for me, please. >> Okay. Yep. >> Yep. >> I'll explain it all to you here in a second. Okay. Mhm. >> You want to take off this jewelry and hand it to your friend so she can put in the purse so it doesn't go down to jail? >> Sure. >> Do you want to Hold on. It's going to take a minute. Can I be told what I'm being arrested for? >> I will. I'll explain all in a minute. Okay. >> I No, actually I can't get these off. >> Okay. That's why they'll take it down. >> Keeping for you at the jail. Sure. They'll vacuum pack them and you'll get them when you get out. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. You being arrested for assault reference to threatening to you would hurt. Oh my that is a >> created a wellfounded fear and the ability to do so man >> right >> assault can't just make the threats like that people >> is a felony assault >> the no >> what witness does she supposedly have because the people that were in the parking lot was the man that fell and the guy that was parked behind her >> that's okay court will take care of it >> even with the cuffs on the woman shows no sign of regret She still doesn't believe she's done anything wrong. >> Do you have anything? Do you have anything in your pockets, ma'am? >> Nope. I don't even have pockets. >> Yeah, you do. >> Yeah. >> Oh, usually SKIMS does not put pockets in their pants. Okay. >> Alex is looking at us right now going like a >> Are you gonna I will county jails and >> I know what it is. My mother can. I'm a caretaker to my mother and my father just died. So, I'm This girl's >> You want to take her over to your car? I'll go ahead and pat her down. >> All right, we're go this way. >> Do you want your phone or anything to go with you? >> Do you have a phone number? >> Yeah. Well, I Well, you have my DO with us. >> Okay. I I'm trying to stay with you here. I'm about >> I know. Breathe. >> Take a moment. All right. That's the statement when I told you this when I got here and I asked you >> that was there any lying I'm biased more than >> and that's that's what I'm going off of. Okay. >> Do you come down to the jail? What happens now? Like >> take you down to the jail. Okay. >> Explain everything to you on the way. >> Would you meet me at the jail, please? >> Yeah. I've got all your stuff. >> Would you hand me my phone? God, I can't even get my phone. We can take that. You want the phone? Yeah. Okay, for sure. Okay. Well, she's still coming. She's behind. I'll grab the phone. We'll put it in your stuff and we'll take it over. Okay. >> The berries. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Watch your step. >> I got it. >> Watch the sprinkler. Watch your other step. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. >> And I understand your emotions run high, but comments when comments are made, unfortunately. >> Well, liars are liars. >> And that's why >> Why would I do this when I worked at family court for 15 years? Phone. Why do people do anything really? >> No, no, no, no. >> Someone help me. I can't. >> Just step. >> I'm not going to let you go. >> If there's one thing working in her favor, it's that she's been cooperative with officers from the beginning. >> Any weapons on here? I thought they did this after. I mean, >> they're going to I'm making sure you don't have anything on you before I put you in the back of this police car. I never do that. Well, destroy it. People do, you know, I guess we're not we're not going to be that day. And usually people that do aren't going to tell This is what we call rather safe and sorry for the people before they're going to take them out of jail anyway. >> All right, turn. Watch your head. I'm I'm good. It's not my first time in a police. >> Okay. >> So, one one other thing real quick. You're trespassed from the Starbucks. Do not ever come back to be arrested. Trespass after warning. Just want to make sure you're aware. >> Sure. >> In addition to being trespassed from the Starbucks, the woman was formally charged with assault. Number one, neighborhood Karen pushes her attitude too far and finally gets the reality check she needed. On August 10th, 2025, officers responded to a neighborhood dispute after reports of a fight between neighbors. Watch how officers step in to handle the situation. >> Right now, right now, >> 203, everything's 104. I got them separated. I just need another unit. I'm basically going to end up telling you almost the same thing I said before. >> No, tell me what happened right now. >> What happened right now is that I drove past their house. Okay. >> Why? Why' you go that way? >> What do you mean why did I go that way? Cuz I chose to go that way. Okay. >> Okay. >> I am dealing with him flashing and honking and I've got cars that my kids will stand here and verify. Okay, that we are being followed. We are being watched every time we come outside. Okay, so if I drive by and snap a picture of his license plate, it's for a reason. I'm not a crazy psycho. I'm just going to like straight up guys. Am I a crazy psycho? I mean, am I like little right now, but I am not crazy and I'm not psycho. He has been driving down and signaling to over guard. Okay. And then they take turns switching out, driving by. They have seen it. I have seen it. I never I can hear you. You can You don't have to yell. >> I'm not trying to harass him. Let me speak that clear. I am not trying to harass him. I have no evil malicious intention whatsoever to just attack somebody like that. I am doing this for a reason, for the safety of MY KIDS. AND NOBODY'S listening to me. >> Why are you following him? >> Wait, why am I following him? He's not following me. HE'S FOLLOWED US THE GAS STATION. He's followed us. He's had people follow us. He literally, like I just told you, he goes down the street, flashes it twice, and then has another car following him. I'm telling you that you guys are right here witnessing it. It's not even just following me. He's with He's signaling when I leave my house. >> It's immediately clear to officers that the woman is under the influence. And while her children echo her accusations, officers remain cautious with her version of events. >> And they've seen that, too. >> What do you mean signaling? >> He goes he goes to the end of our street before you hit, you know, where he could go to either either cold stack. He goes to the end of the street and he does a and he runs and he stares at us and he's signaling to either the the ex police cop from Lake in the Hills that is with what's it called or or the guy with the blue car but we've seen it for like you don't get it like do not attack me you need to be looking at him we the white children and I are telling you You're in danger and I've gone to the for like since March about this and he is >> all right. >> He's a huge >> Can you take a breath? >> Yes, >> but I I don't need you yelling at me. I'm trying to listen to you. >> But the thing is is like I'm sorry that I'm so frustrated, but it's like I've been You can check your records. Like go back and check your records. I've reported this since March. >> The guy with the douly that's the son. I I just told him to wait over there for now. >> Okay. >> You can check your like recorded this since March, beginning of March 2025. >> After I left here, what did I what did I tell you? >> You said I can basically take pictures from a sidewalk, a street. Basically, I just can't like go on this property, you know what I mean, and take pictures, >> which I did not do. And I did not do that. >> But did I say go over there and take pictures? Do you think that's going to aggravate the situation? >> No. Or no. No. I don't care about aggravating the situation. If you leave and tell me not to do something and then he COMES AND DOES IT AGAIN, maybe after you told him not to do something, what do YOU THINK I'M GOING TO DO TO PROTECT MY KIDS? I'M GOING TO WALK DOWN there and I'm going to take a picture. >> Where were your kids? >> Outside. Okay. >> With me, thinking about everything, thinking about voucher everything. >> She continues to insist she hasn't done anything wrong. And the officer, keeping things fair, is willing to verify that for himself. >> So, what I'm saying is I am not stalking him. I am not against him. I don't I am not like that. I have no personal vendetta. Like there is no reason. I am telling you for the safety of my family. I am doing that and I'm doing it for a reason and that's what you need to look into. >> Okay, I'll go talk to them. >> They will give you every I said you wanted my Arlo camera stuff. I told you I honestly just can't produce it like out of my hat. >> Okay. Can I see anything tonight that shows everything you just mentioned? >> Let me ask my neighbors because Victoria, >> we're not we're not bothering your neighbors at this time. >> I can I can text Victoria and say, "Hey, >> you can text her, but we're not we're not I'm not going to go door to door." >> No, no, no, no. I don't expect you to. I will just text her and let her know that you, Bogo, Jessie, are back again. Bogo Jessie >> looking for video. And I will tell her that I need video because my Arlo cameras aren't working and I have proof of that, too. and that my account is down and that I don't have access. >> Can I ask you something? >> What? >> I You said you record on your phone. Do you have anything tonight that was recorded on your phone? >> Yeah, but I don't necessarily want to give it to you. >> Okay. >> Not at this not at this moment. And I I don't mean to say that in a rude way. I'm doing that to again to protect my kids. >> Can I Can I talk to your kids? >> Sure. >> Yeah, >> absolutely. >> You can tell. You can tell them the truth. Get it out of the house. You said I can talk to him, right? Let me talk to him. I'm not I'm not >> I just want to make sure that like >> I'm not You can You can stay here and listen if you want, Emily. >> No, I'm staying right here and I'm certainly listening, but I just want to make sure that they're I'm not trying to have them answer a certain way. I just want to make sure that they know that they can they can answer. >> There's only one way to answer. I'm just asking. >> They don't feel comfortable and safe around the Lake Hill Police Department cuz you guys haven't helped them. >> Can I speak to them or no? >> Yes, you can. From the start, she claims her children can back everything she said. But when officers try to speak with them directly, she steps in, making it clear she doesn't want them to talk. >> No, no, no. I am definitely a part of this. We are not talking about in the past, okay? We I mean, we are that is definitely an issue, but we're talking He's talking about right now specifically. Okay? You don't know which car. Okay. He switches out cars. So, is that like kind of the issue here? Is that what you're trying to explain? He switches out cars. He's got two motorcycles. He has a black Corvette. He had a red Corvette. He has a silver truck. Okay. He's got a blue car and a white car. >> I'll be I'll be more specific. Did you guys get followed by that neighbor in any of those cars tonight? >> Not sure. >> But did he do >> Okay. Can I? >> Yes, you can. But I am still here and my kids are minors. So, can I speak to them? Are you going to speak for them? >> I am going to let you speak to them. >> And if you try to make it to where they can't give their actual answer, I'm going to butt in and let them say they need to speak further. >> Emily, I'm not putting words in their mouth at this point. >> But I'm I'm afraid that you're not letting words come out. So, go ahead. >> Why did you Why did Why did you follow him? >> Because he's been following us and my kids are in danger and I'm in danger and the Lincoln Hills police aren't helping me. So I literally was like, >> "So you followed him that way?" >> I didn't follow someone intentionally to follow someone personally. Like I have like like I said, I'm not looking for an individual. What I'm saying is >> Were you guys with your mom in the car >> and I follow? >> Did mom Did mom follow him that way or that way? >> She follow him that way? >> Mhm. >> So your mom saw him pull out with the truck and then she got in her car and followed him that way. >> Yes. >> And what happened afterwards? >> He went that way. I went that way and then I pulled back on my street and I came home. >> Is that when uh the big truck turned around and came back through here again? >> What happened after I pulled in with the truck? I think is what he's trying to ask. >> No, I'm trying to ask I'm trying to figure out the direction you went. Did you pull out onto Lakewood or No. >> Did the truck pull out onto the main road >> in the garage? >> So, did the truck pull out on the main road? Did you pull out to the main road? She claimed she was the victim, but now it's looking like she was the one keeping tabs on her neighbor the entire time. >> Okay. So, the truck made another right and you made another right. >> The truck left the left our street and so did I. We both left the street. >> So, the truck made a right on Lakewood and you also made a right on Lakewood. And then the truck made a right on Miller and you made a right on Miller. >> I am not literally going to say this exactly, but yes, but I am not writing this down like you know what I mean. I'm not signing my name on a piece of paper. >> But you you made a right on Lakewood. You made a right on Miller. >> Yes, I followed him. Yes, he made a right on a Lakewood. I followed him. >> Okay. Why? >> Explain this. >> But the truck is not going towards. You see what I'm saying? >> No, the truck is involved. Like my kids are literally my my son literally just said he's been following us. >> Okay, let's not yell. We don't have to involve everybody. >> No, actually, maybe we do because you're not listening. He my son is even telling you that the truck has been following us. He has been following us. Why are you attacking me? >> So then what happened? The truck pulled up here. He screamed to you. >> He was like, "What the f is wrong with you? What the are you? You're on blah blah blah." All this stuff. Started screaming all of these things. And I said, "Listen, you are fault." Like, you know, >> I'm going to be very honest with you. >> It's been so stressful, okay? and so like upsetting what's going on that I literally am not like going to say with a pen exactly word for word what I said but what happened was is he started yelling at me I was like what are you doing you know what I mean and he's like you crazy started calling me okay he started saying you're a stupid crazy you're and all of this stuff and I said like obviously I don't even know this person so it's not like I was following him aggressively And the fact that he pulled off the street from his house, went down, and then came back. >> Do you get what I'm saying? So then he's attacking me, like trying to It was almost like he was trying to invalidate. >> She launches into more accusations against the neighbor, but at this point, the officer isn't interested in words. It's time to verify what's actually true. >> Does that make sense? So he starts screaming out the window saying you're over and over again and you're I other words. Okay. >> And then what happened? I pulled up >> kind of pretty much. >> All right. Can you do Can you guys all three of you do me a favor? Can you go in the house and I'll come back and talk to you a couple minutes. I have to go talk to him now. Okay. >> I just want you guys to leave these because I don't trust you to be perfectly honest. >> I need to talk to you right now. I need you to come over here and talk to me. This is a verbal warning that if you go back over there, okay, you've been trespassed from their property. If you go over there, the first time is a citation. The second time is going to be an arrest. >> Carter, come here. I need you to listen to this. Come here. >> Can you start over? And I'm actually going to I'm actually going to >> That's fine. >> record it. And I know that that sounds so petty, but I'm sorry. ever since it's been going on. >> Okay. So, what >> I need you to listen to me. Okay. >> Okay. >> If you go over there, you're going to be So, you're trespassed tonight. If you go back on their property over there, >> how did I trespass tonight? >> You're trespassing. They don't want you on their property. >> I know, but I wasn't on their property. I didn't step on their property. I was on the side. >> He's not saying you were on their property. He's just saying you're trespassed from their property. >> Trespass from their property. If you go on their property, the first time it's a citation. The second time it's a physical arrest. >> So, someone can report you for like Okay, hold on. I just need to understand. >> No, no, no, no. I do need to ask this question. So, what do you mean? If I never went on this property and I never trusted, then why am I getting a trespass? >> Anyone can trespass anyone off their property. >> Okay, but if I didn't do that, then why? >> You're not getting a ticket. You're not. >> It's not a ticket. >> You're not. >> But why am I getting a citation? >> Let him explain. >> Why am I getting a warning? >> BECAUSE YOU'RE TRESPASSING. >> I DIDN'T TRESPASS. >> STOP YELLING. >> We know you didn't trespass. >> We're not saying you trespass. No one said you. No, he didn't. >> Okay. >> The officer later spoke with a neighbor and during their conversation, they found no support for the woman's claims. In addition, the man also requested that [music] the complainant stay off his property moving forward. With this, the officers give her the option to walk away without further consequences. >> Yeah, we're good. We're just starting off giving the news. >> This is a trespass warning. Well, if you go on his property, the first time a citation, the second time is a physical arrest. >> Did he get the same? >> That's what I need. >> He's not going. >> Sure. We will trespass him off your property. >> We will I I need to make sure that you please >> we'll trespass him. >> The Listen, the two of you guys, the three of us, please give him the same thing. Okay, >> we will like go back and be same exact thing. >> Okay, that's a disorderly conduct citation. Okay, so you're getting disorderly conduct citation. for everything basically >> and I will go to court for it. That's fine. No problem. >> This is uh a citation. You have a court date on here. Circle it for you. >> Uh it's at uh the Kevin County Courthouse, September 18th at 1:30 p.m. Yep. >> This is for reckless driving. >> Oh, because you followed me and I was reckless driving. What are you talking about? >> I actually observed a video of you flying. >> And did you observe the video of him flying? The same person that provided that video? No, you didn't want to give us any videos. >> Of course. Okay, that's fine. I will we will go to court and I'm actually very happy to do so because there's a lot of >> like I need to I need to understand my options because I'm not a criminal. I did not do anything wrong. >> You're not convicted of anything. >> I know, but you're still giving me a ticket. >> Yes. And you can go to court and please your >> I shouldn't have to even do that. Do you get what I'm saying? Okay. >> I shouldn't have to do that. >> Well, we're not going to have a trial in front of your house. You can have one in court. >> I just have one question. >> Sure. So, if you give him the same thing that you told me, that citation. >> Mhm. >> What does that mean? If he comes back, okay, if he comes back and does anything, you know what I mean? Like drives like does all this again? >> If he physically comes onto your property, he will. >> What if he doesn't? What if he does this? >> What if he just drives by then he's living his life just like you should go live your life? >> What if he does this same thing where he does? >> After everything, the officers draw the line. Her accusations and outbursts have gone far enough. Emily, I'm trying to I'm trying to explain this the best that I can and I want your kids to hear it >> and I want them heard, too. >> Okay? Don't have any contact with them. >> I'm not going to. This is my concern. >> Listen, I've I've waited all night. I've been very patient with you. I've listened to you all night. Okay. Do not go over there. >> Police department says March 4th. Go ahead. >> Can I speak? >> Yeah. >> Do not go over there. Don't try to agitate the situation. Don't go over there recording on your phone. If they going to drive up and down the street, that's their free will. They >> If I drive up and down the street, >> do it slow. >> No, just do it slowly. Not like you did. >> An hour. Okay. >> I did it, too. But thank you. Thank you for your help. >> The night ended with a woman receiving a citation for disorderly conduct and reckless driving. Do you think these people learned their lesson? Let me know what you think in the comments down below, and I'll see you in the next one.
