other items St check out and they wanted me to get you identifi so that they Canute you for the other incidents and they wanted to know if you concealed any other items would you be willing to to open up your purse so I can see you didn't conceal anything so there's items with Target tags on those I came in here with that what's that I came in here with that and just you our body cams are on so you're being recorded she has what looks like a underwear or some sort of under yes I like an underwear jewelry and like a pair of shoes I don't have no shoes Sho about the jewelry jewelry going have this going this so every single one of those things has tags on and when they go back that's a lot of jewelry you can have this you have it that's what I saw sorry all right I'm not going to go to go and I was after that I went out the uh Garden Center a whole bunch of people started coming at me scratching me pulling on me and I I got scared so I I got in the car okay and then the officer had his shoplifter upon arrival staff informed him that a man had been entering the store multiple times a day secretly stealing and concealing cards with the suspect still on the premises here's how the shoplifter thinks she can get away with theft officers respond to a grocery store after receiving a call about a woman suspected of shoplifting the store manager informs the officers about what unfolded before the arrival lady's room she's already taking products into the rest into the restroom okay want back all right and she's been presspass before oh several times do you have any paperwork um we do you still have that picture we don't have paperwork for you guys stealing you said what we do not have paperwork from you guys she always bails out of here have you guys told her three on me okay uh I don't feel like I was assaulted because I had I had position over her officers find other stolen items in the woman's bag including the root of it all a pint of ice cream so this was found in her bag yeah the ice creams ours I okay I could scan the other ones to tell them that they're ours yeah if you want to let's do that yeah um but I definitely know she picked up that she put a couple things back but then she went back in she was kind of all over the so she definitely had the ice cream in her hand in her hand and that was found in her bag I believe so trespass she was verbally trespassed by Greg a couple of months ago so she's been trespassed verbally twice but never by us but I that doesn't matter he can posit he can positively identify her as the person um he already did on on body camera so um so the obviously the person that came out was the person we were talking about the flyer that you showed me and you guys are willing to pursue charges yep okay and can you just the so the ice cream is not for sure I no ice cream defin I know that's our I'm not sure about the other ones okay so we're going to get her going do we want to load any of it with her or are we assuming this is all do you just want the ice cream back and if the other stu okay he'll take the ice cream I'm not but she was down these a but I didn't see her pick we we just put that in y it is she is she'll be held accountable for it so yeah um so can you explain to me just real quick cuz I know we didn't get too into it you said a couple months ago um she came in what happened a couple months ago on that flyer uh um one of my employees saw her put on nail polish on the aisle her she could do that she she was just doing right in the aisle and she stormed off so it trespassed her then when I trespassed her she had came in she was in the bathroom for probably an hour or 2 hours hour or two hours yeah yeah it was really hard to get her out I recognized her like sorry you're not supposed to from the previous incident you told me about I wasn't there for that I had the photo oh it's the same person so Tres Pastor she got really upset C and you physically told her you're Tres Pastor not willing to come back what do you remember what your words were told her don't come back we'll call the police yeah just a lot of up bomb came from her so in the end what started as a simple case of stolen ice cream led to the woman being charged with assault and resisting arrest on top of shoplifting these people played dumb but the law played smarter now the question is do you think they'll try it again
