Officer Maloney was on patrol in Oklahoma City when he attempted to stop a pickup for what should have been a minor traffic infraction. The rear license plate light was out, making it difficult to read the tag. But, instead of pulling over, the driver decided to turn a would-be warning into felony charges. The suspect maintained speeds between 70 and 80 mph as he weaved between cars and blew through multiple intersections. That's when the rain started falling and the road suddenly became a little extra slippery.
