I'm getting wiped out literally in the same just put a restraining order on me to save to get me out. That's the funniest part of it all. >> The funniest part of it all. Okay. >> And I just need that number when you have it. >> Oh, she called her mom. Check my phone. Check my >> With the officers keeping things steady, the suspect finally calms down. And now all that's left is for her to face the consequences of her actions. >> Thank you. Appreciate it. >> Thank you. >> All right. Talk to the corporate here. Okay. For a sec. Yeah. After the encounter with the officers, the suspect ended up facing several charges, including disorderly conduct, littering in a public place, obstruction, and resisting arrest without violence. Number four, mom's attempt to help her daughter backfires. On March 25th, 2024, officers responded to a call about a car parked in a residential area with a driver passed out behind the wheel and completely unresponsive. Here's what happened once officers located the vehicle. Police Department. It's the police. Wake up. Wake up. >> Police. Wake up. >> Two more. >> Check that door over there. ma'am. Wake up. Wake up. Hello. Hey, they said that uh she's parked here every day or this vehicle is parked here almost every day. So, I'm thinking she lives at one of these two places. I think it's maybe this one. For wake up, wake up. H signal 77. >> They attempt several ways to get her attention from rocking the vehicle to shining lights inside, but she remains completely unresponsive. 502 104 report. Report. >> She have any medical problems? >> Yeah. What's wrong? >> She's not waking up. So, she had a seizure. She could be having one. Yeah. Excuse me. Hey, baby. Britney, >> do you have keys to the car? >> I do not. I call >> Britney. >> Well, she's having a medical emergency, man. We'd probably need to get >> reference. You can clear me. >> She's breathing fine. >> Okay, I'll deal with rescue. >> Let me get my phone real quick. Let me get my dog. Come on, Crystal. >> What normally happens when she has a seizure? >> Usually, she doesn't get out. Okay. She's either spilled something on herself or she's >> Well, I don't see. Yeah, she did. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. Wake up. There we go. Open the door, >> Britney. Baby, come on. >> Not long after, the driver's mother shows up. What catches the officers offguard is how unfased she seems, despite mentioning that her daughter has a history of seizures. Sure she's not intoxicated? >> No. >> Hey, baby. >> Mom says she has history of seizures, but apparently she opened her eyes and flicked off the complainant, so I don't know that she's having a seizure tonight. >> Hey, baby. Hey, bring me my insurance card so I can have them open the door. Or bring me yours. >> Ma'am, Triple A is going to take like 3 hours to get here. There's no way that's going to be an option. We're going to need to break the window or something. >> Say if she's having a seizure or she has a medical history, we can >> bring a car. >> It's in my console in the car. Yeah, I think they have one in patrol, but >> I think mom's covering for her. >> Okay, >> who called you? >> Somebody calls concerned about her. >> Hey, Brit. It's mom. It's mom. >> Hey, baby. >> Open the door. >> Let me in, baby. Let me in, sweetie. >> Apparently, she almost crashed into somebody on the way here. So, >> Britney, open the door, baby. >> Hey. Hey, baby. Come on. >> Thank you, sweetie. She opened it. Forget it. Thanks, Hey, sweetie. >> Hey, turn it off to our community. You'll hear about it on the black. Listen. >> Did you have a seizure? Are you okay? >> Let's get inside. Let's go inside. Get your meds. >> Let's go inside. >> Okay. >> Let's go. Where's your purse? >> With several people knocking on the windows. The driver finally wakes up, but the situation is far from over. >> Ma'am, you can back away. I can talk to her now. That sucks. >> Let's go in the house, baby. >> What's going on tonight? >> What it is? >> I don't know. You tell me. >> You tell me. >> Everything okay? >> Is everything okay? >> I don't know. What's going on tonight? >> You tell me. >> You seem like you're very intoxicated. >> Is it? >> Mhm. >> That's so cute for you. Okay. Can you step out of the car for me? >> I would not. >> You don't want to step out of the car? >> I would not. >> Why not? >> Cuz you're asking me to. >> So, I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle and you're refusing to. Is that what you're telling me? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. We can do this one of two ways. I can you can get out of the car voluntarily or I can take you there. >> Britney, let's just go in the house. Sweetie, you're home. Let's go. >> Where's your keys at? Where's your keys to the car? Are they in the car? >> Stop. Do not reach in my car. >> Stop. Do not touch me. My daughter, >> do not touch me. >> I'm going to ask you to step back, please. >> Do not touch me. Do not touch me. Do not touch me. Do not touch me. Do not touch me. Do not touch me. Do not ma'am, get out of the car. >> I'm asking you to get out of the car. I'm a police officer. >> Do not touch me. >> You need to get out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Do not touch me. So, he needs to >> That's not an option, ma'am. I can touch you if you refuse to do what I ask you to do. >> No, that's not an option for you. Don't touch me. >> You need to get out of the car. >> Don't touch. >> Come on. Come on. >> Now that the officers can finally speak with the driver, it doesn't take long for them to realize she's heavily intoxicated. >> Do not touch. RIP. >> Either you get out of the car or I'm going to throw you on the ground. I don't >> No, you're not. I will so sue your >> man. I'm giving her a lawful order to get out of the vehicle. She's refused. That's resisting. >> Do not touch me. >> Get out of the car. No, I'm going to do >> You can go to jail for obstruction, too. Ma'am, >> from over here, please. >> Do not touch me. >> From back here. >> Get out of the car. >> Do not touch. >> Get out of the car. >> Let's go. Come on. 182. >> Ma'am, >> do not touch me. >> Get out of the I'm asking you nicely to get out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Do not touch. Okay. >> Me. >> Do not touch me. >> Okay. Leave her alone. Okay. You're both going down. >> She can go to her house. >> She just put her hands on me, man. >> You put your hand put my hands. >> Yeah, cuz I'm asking her to get out of the car. >> Put her hands around. >> Well, that's not how this works, man. Sorry. I'm all right. >> Okay, good. That's where you need to stay. >> She can go to jail tonight then. >> She's intoxicated. You know she is. That's why you came out here trying to get her inside. >> Let's go. >> You have anything on you, ma'am? >> Are you serious? Are your hands on me? >> Yeah. I asked you out of the car multiple times. You refused to do so. >> You already had put your hands on me. You already know. >> All right, let's go. Have a seat. We'll do it your way. Go ahead. Kick me. Get more a felony charge. >> I'm trying to get in here. >> Put your foot in. >> It's already in. Go ahead. >> Try. Can we give your property to your mom? >> Perfect. >> Despite everything going on, the suspect remains stubborn and even assaults an officer. A decision that immediately makes things worse for her. She'll be on the island, correct? >> She'll be out at county jail. >> Do we need anything out? >> Just her ID. You want me to give all your property to your mom? >> Excuse me? >> You mean give all your property to your mother? >> Can I talk to my mom? >> Probably not. >> So, what was the point? >> You want your property to go to your mom? >> What property? >> Property in your vehicle. Yes, absolutely. >> Okay. >> You don't have the key, right? >> It was running when I got here, but >> leave it open tonight. ask where it is. >> Just leave it open for now. I'll roll the window down. Give me just a second. With the driver now detained, the officers turned their attention to her mother, who is clearly frustrated with how the situation unfolded. >> It's not in here. I'll keep looking. >> If not, it's it's somewhere in there. >> Okay, I'll find it. I'll see you in the morning. >> Don't worry about it. How's the key? How does the vehicle normally run? >> It's in the back pocket. >> Is that her purse? >> Yes, it is. Oh, >> okay. You understand why she's going to jail tonight? >> Because your guys are a bunch of >> Okay, hold on a second. I'm trying to explain it to you. You want to walk away? I can try to explain it to you. Hey, she almost crashed into a vehicle, complainant, called us. They had to swerve off the road to get to her. They found her here in a heavy stouper where she's not responding. So they call us, they flick her off, tell her to go away, basically. So we get here, try to wake her up. She's obviously impaired. >> I try to get her out of the car to conduct DUI investigation. She refuses. So that's obstruction in the state of Florida. >> Never. >> Okay. Obviously, she's got a problem, >> correct? >> Um, no. >> Okay. She She lives here, doesn't she? Yes, she does. >> She's never been intoxicated before. >> No. >> Okay. >> Not like that. >> Okay. Well, that's the reason if she'd got out of the car and she wouldn't be had I would had to force take her out of the car, she'd have voluntarily got out of the car like I asked. Gave her a lawful order to get out of the vehicle and she refused. I'm just so you're aware of what's going on. You might not get that far. >> After a tense situation involving both the officers and her own mother, the suspect is finally taken to the station. >> All right, go and step out for me. >> Why would I? >> Cuz I'm asking you to. We're here. >> Does that mean something to me? >> You're you're under arrest right now. You want to step out for me >> for what? >> Right now? Obstruction. Come on. >> Obstruction of what? cuz I gave you a lawful order to get out of your vehicle and you refused. Come on. >> And for what? >> Come on, we'll talk about it. Come on out here. >> No, I told you're being unreasonable. >> Why am I getting Why? >> Why? >> Come on, I'll explain everything to you out here. Come on. >> No. Why? >> Ma'am, you're in my police car. >> Don't touch me. >> Ma'am, you're in my police car. >> Don't touch me. I understand that. I'm sorry. Do not touch me. >> Well, then step out of the vehicle. I won't have to. >> Please don't touch me like that. I'm holding you so you don't fall down, man. >> Please do not I'm not falling down. >> Do not talk to me. >> All right. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. All right. I'm conducting a DUI investigation. Okay. >> I don't understand that. >> Do not talk to me. >> I'm going to request that. >> Okay. Nobody said that. I'm going to request you perform some field sobriety exercise. Are you willing to do that? >> Absolutely not. >> Okay. Do you understand they can be used against you? That can be used. >> Absolutely. Yes. >> Hold on. >> But you're not going to use that against me at all. >> Hold on. You understand that the refusal to do them, it can be used against you? Yes, >> I do. >> You understand that? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Please do not touch me. Please get your hands off of me right now. Please get your hands off of me right now. >> You're being arrested. Get out of the car. >> Please get your hands off of me right now. >> Come on. >> I'll make sure to notate that you refuse to perform the filter body exercise. You hold her just right here so I can stand right there for me. Okay. >> Are you military? Do you >> Are you act are you active duty? >> Do you think so? >> You kept saying stuff about wanting to die for me and stuff, so I didn't know. >> Okay. >> Despite the night already spiraling out of control, the suspect keeps being disruptive, digging herself deeper into trouble. knows that it's going to have a trailer attached to the vehicle approximately 10 foot. >> You want to Please do. >> Hold on. Come on. Calm down. >> Oh, please do. Go for it. >> Go for what? Looks like you've urinated all over yourself, too. >> Yeah. You like that? >> No. >> Thank God. >> You're having a bad weird. >> Just pointing out observations, ma'am. >> I know you are. >> All right. The situation could have ended much worse for both of them. The mother narrowly avoided an obstruction charge for trying to interfere, while the daughter ended the night facing charges for DUI and resisting arrest. Number three, police suspect this nightmare neighbor is hiding something. On February 1st, 2025, officers responded to a residential neighborhood after reports of a woman tampering with a power box that affected several nearby homes. Here's what happened when officers arrived at the scene. >> I'm going to have to get a hold of your landlord and have him come over here tonight. >> Okay. >> If you're tampering with the power at all maliciously, I have to let you know like that is a state charge now. Why? >> Because you're depriving someone of power in the middle of winter and that is a problem if you're doing it. If you're doing >> anything wrong. >> Okay. So, do you have access to this box at all? >> First of all, my man is the one who's in charge of the house, not me. >> Okay. What's his number? >> I'm not going to give you that information right now. >> Okay. Your landlord gave it to us earlier. I'll call your man at work. >> Go ahead. >> So, but you don't have access to this power box at all. >> Do you mind if we >> Do you mind if we come in and look? >> Come in where? My house right here. >> Yeah. Look to where the power box is. Do you mind if we come in and look to where the power box is? >> Where is it going to be? the basement right here. >> You just said that >> the power box is in my house. >> Yeah. You don't like where the circuit breakers are? It's like a big silver box >> has breakers. >> I don't I don't >> Okay. >> I don't buy it. But >> All right. >> We don't have anything else for you. We just want to let you know that if you're camping with us, it will be a state charge. Have you tried >> calling? You called on and off all the time lately. Has nothing to do with me. >> I know. But I I don't even understand. It's just out of these three houses, it's just you guys. Like it's not a block thing. It is just this house. >> But it's been happening for days and she knows that too >> because she just told me the other day that it's been happening. And same here. You cut the power me. Yeah. You think I'm restarting the power >> with the electric? >> I don't know how to do >> the cameras. >> You have cameras. >> Well, like I said, we're get a hold of the landlord and everything, but if you are in fact messing with it, you will be getting state charges. The suspect insists she had nothing to do with the power outages, but both the officer and her neighbor quickly point out evidence suggesting otherwise. >> We already explained to you what it meant. >> Middle of winter time because you're mad that your drunk friend got kicked out. >> Why do you guys think I'm the problem? >> Because it does. It's literally just this house and you're telling us that we can't come in and verify the >> break now though. This happened days ago. >> Right now it is. after you guys had a dispute, her power goes out and you're like, "My house is warm." >> But it's not today, though. It's been other days. And she just messaged me the other day saying her power was out. And I said, "Same. Same with mine." >> Okay. So, >> that's what I'm telling you. We don't know what you >> So, maybe call my man and say, "Hey, >> I just You won't give us his phone number. We just asked you." >> So, then call the landlord. >> Okay. You just said call your man. Give us your man's number so we can call. >> I'm not giving you his information right now. >> Okay. Then don't say call my man if you're not willing to give us information >> number and then get my man's number >> and in the process we'll work on getting you evicted as well. >> Excuse me. >> Can this officer north check your electro box and there that's what you're doing? Thank you. >> I hear you. Tonight I'm calling your landlord at 2:00 in the morning to let them know that you are potentially depriving another tenant of power because you're pissed off. >> I am not surprising anybody. My power's out, too. Look at my house. >> We hear you, but you're not letting us help you come to a solution. From refusing to let officers check the breaker to withholding her partner's contact information, the suspect only raises more suspicion as the conversation continues. >> Okay, I'm not going to lay my Blair. I'm back over at your apartment building. I'm out I'm out here with your tenants. >> I'm calling my husband. >> Your upstairs tenant is claiming that your downstairs tenant has terminated the power to the building. Your downstairs tenant refuses to let us go in and verify that there's power and also refusing to help us out. >> I am not the tenant. My husband is the tenant. >> You live here. It's the same thing. >> No, no, it's not. He pays the bill, not me. >> It doesn't matter. You live here. >> Power box in her house. >> I don't. >> Um, it's all in the basement. >> Can't say that. >> Um, >> yeah. Maybe you just go in the basement door down there in the back. >> Um, you mind stepping inside and then I'll come and get you. Okay. Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Want to go past you. Thanks. Come on. >> Just instead of going up to the entry for her apartment, just keep going straight. Go down into that door. >> No, but you guys can't just go in there. >> There's a little door. is telling us that telling us that we can't go in there. So, the girl who claims she's not your tenant is telling us that we cannot turn the power on or verify the power. >> No, my name is Maria. >> Sorry, not the other one. >> Yeah. >> Here right now. And they're trying to go in the basement or something and try to figure out what's going on with the power. >> Is the basement part of their apartment? >> No, it's part of their apartment. >> It's shared. >> Okay. Well, they're trying to come over here. >> Is it shared? Is there any sort of privacy? It's his property. Okay. Is there any sort of privacy issue that there's a reason why we can't go in there? >> No. Went in there. >> Elizabeth is preventing us from going in there. However, we're talking to the landlord. >> She just locked herself in the basement. >> The landlord confirms the officers are allowed to search the basement, explaining that the space is shared by all tenants. In response, the suspect decides to pull something that catches the officers off guard. Is this >> where the electric box is? And that's >> So, the electrical box is down here in the basement next to this grill right >> here trying to call the little landlord. Okay. Well, my man's going to be home in a minute and you little can talk to him. >> Wait, your landlord saying it's shared property. >> I don't give a what the landlord says. I've been here before he was here. >> No. No. You're getting You're not going in here. You're not going in my house. This is not your house. >> You're not going in here. >> This is not your house. >> I've lived here longer than this lived here. You're not going in here. >> Under arrest? No. No. I got my kids here. >> You're what? >> Under arrest. >> My kids are in the house. >> Conduct and destruction. We told you to get out of the way. We're going down there. >> Under arrest. >> Under arrest. We're done with you. >> You're giving me a lot of breaks tonight. We're done with you. >> All right. Let's go. >> Are you serious? >> We are serious. I have my two sons in this house. >> No, >> we will get somebody to take care of your children. >> Please do not. >> I said let's go. >> Why would you do Lincoln 21? >> Name and badge number. >> Name and badge number. >> Do you want to be put under arrest, too? >> 21. I got one female 95. >> Let's go. What would I be arrested for? >> I already told you obstruction. >> Kids are in the house because why are you trying to go in my house? >> Stop resisting. >> Resisting. >> Stop resisting and watching the obstruction. No, >> I already told her that >> I did not do anything. >> Fine. You guys can go down there. Please put the room in. >> What do you The suspect keeps pushing back, but by this point, the officers have had just about enough. >> I don't understand what's going on. >> Please, do you have anything on you that's going to poke or stab me? >> You can't come into my house. >> What's going on? >> Please don't arrest me. I don't know what I did. >> My house. >> Please. >> Yeah. So, why are you >> Please, girl. Go ahead. Get in the car. >> Who are you? >> What did I do? >> Disorderly conduct and obstruction justice. Get in the car. >> Okay. Tell me what's happening. >> Get in the car. I've already explained it to you multiple times. >> I've already explained it to you multiple times. You're under medication. >> Get in. >> Can I Can I get my medication? >> You're getting released tonight. You're coming back home tonight. >> Okay. But I don't know what I'm saying. >> I already explained it to you. >> I already explained it to you. >> Oh my god. >> Stop. I won't leave if you just leave the door open. >> I cannot leave the door open, but I do not want to smash your foot. Please leave the door open. >> I do not want to smash your foot. Keep your foot in, please. >> It's never confirmed whether the suspect actually tampered with the power, but her behavior toward the officer still led to her arrest. She was ultimately charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction. Number two, relationship fight gets so bad, police show up. On June 10th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a residence after a man reported that an argument with his girlfriend had escalated out of control. Here's what he tells the officers when they arrive. >> I I was telling you, dispatcher, I'm leaving leaving her place, leaving her alone for the night. This is her apartment. >> Okay. >> Um, basically, I just called you guys cuz things got out of hand. >> Okay. >> Um, I'm okay. I mean, she tore my shirt. Okay. you know, I don't don't want to press any charges or anything. Um, >> what involvement do you want us to have? >> Honestly, this being a domestic thing and again, me just having it come though, calling calling 911, I figured I'd at least stick around and talk to you guys just so that you know, I mean, I don't expect you to file a report or anything, but I mean, >> through your notes, I mean, I I made contact. >> You want to get his name? I'll go talk to her real quick. >> What's up? >> What's her name? Just a few minutes later, the female suspect approached. approaches the officers and it quickly becomes clear that she's highly emotional. >> I'm going to the restroom, sir. Can I help you? >> Yeah. Why are we out here? >> I Why are you out here? I'm going to the restroom. >> Why are we out here? >> Well, I don't know why you're out here. >> Well, obviously someone calls the police and they want help. So, >> well, it's my that stupid down there. This is not his place. This is my place and he's coming up here and knock at my door. This is my place. I've lived here for 10 years. >> I don't know what's happened. He's come up here and knocked at my door. I've lived here for 10 years. >> Okay. So, >> I don't know why you're knocking at my door. I'm going >> I've worked 10 hours a day. I don't need to talk to you. Actually, I don't know why you knocked my door. Flash. >> No. Actually, I don't have to talk to you. No, I don't. No, I don't. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COME IN HERE. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO. NO, YOU CANNOT. GET THE out of here. YOU CANNOT COME IN HERE. >> I suggest you not. >> I suggest you leave. >> Give me a statement. YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. SO YOU GET UP. STRAIGHTEN UP RIGHT NOW. >> That's untrue. I don't straighten up. >> Straighten up right now. >> NO, I DON'T HAVE TO. I don't exactly. >> Yes, you do. Or you're going to jail. One or two. >> I've done my >> Take your take. I haven't done anything. >> He's got marks on him. Do you HAVE MARKS ON YOU? >> MARKS ON ME? I DON'T HAVE MY >> I SURE DON'T. SO YOU GIVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT HAPPENED or you're going TO JAIL. REAL SIMPLE. >> I did. That's actually not true. >> For what part? My part. What I'm saying? >> YOUR PART. >> THAT'S 100% TRUE. >> AND MY CAT'S GOING TO get out of here. >> Well, you need to talk. >> Can you give me >> your attitude right now is GETTING YOURSELF INTO YOUR >> ATTITUDE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING. >> OH, you got an attitude. >> And you you can have a warrant. Get the out. Move your >> You're about to go to jail. >> Move. OH, NO. I'M NOT. >> YES, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> I'm not playing this game with you. >> I'm not playing this game with you. >> I know exactly what I'm doing. What I'm doing right now going to jail. >> Move your foot. >> You're going TO JAIL. >> NO. NO. I'M NOT. I'M NOT. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? I DONE NOTHING WRONG. I HAVE DONE NOTHING. >> After that outburst, she's quickly placed in handcuffs, but it's already clear that she has no intention of cooperating or answering any questions. >> I'VE DONE SOMETHING WRONG. >> I'VE DONE SOMETHING WRONG. I'VE DONE SOMETHING WRONG. YOU HAVE no arm. Stop. >> You have no words. My cat's going to get out. >> Maybe. Door's closed. >> My door. >> The door closed. >> I'm not going to get in. There's no word for anything. >> What do you take me for jail for? >> Dust battery. >> Jail for what? >> Domestic battery. >> Domestic battery for what? >> For domestic battery. >> You charge me. Charge me. No, it doesn't matter. >> It does actually. It does actually matter. >> No, it don't. >> IT ACTUALLY DOES MATTER. >> You must have went to a different law school than me. Yeah, I guess I must have. >> There's no battery that's in this my wrong. This is my house. >> You have any weapons on you? >> I know. I live at this place and this is >> All right, let's go take a long walk down the >> My ex My ex came to my house. I was >> What are you talking about? >> What are you talking about? Anything wrong? >> I tried to ask you what happened. You didn't want TO TELL ME. BECAUSE I WENT AT THE PLACE WHERE I LIVE AT. >> All right, go downstairs. >> Well, let me take this stuff. What are you talking? >> This is the place I live. >> Well, I think too much alcohol might have been in PLAY THE NIGHT. >> BUT I LIVE AT THIS PLACE. >> OKAY. WELL, he's got injuries. He says you're dating him. And >> but this is a >> What are you talking about? >> I don't know. This is the place where I live. I I went to work and I went home and I didn't do anything wrong. >> All right, we'll take A SEAT. >> WELL, THAT'S NOT FAIR. It's not fair. I WENT TO WORK AND I went home. Okay, >> do you uh do you have a key to lock the door or how do you want us to lock the door? >> You get apparel right there. >> You want him to lock the door for you? >> Yes, he can. Realizing the conversation with the woman isn't going anywhere, the officer returns to the man to gather more details and document his injuries. >> Well, I can see why you called us. All right, let me take a picture real quick. >> I haven't even looked in a mirror. Why is your neck red? >> Cuz she was pulling my shirt. >> Maybe your face is like on a marker on your face or anything. >> She got me on the ankle hands. >> How How did she like what she call on the ground or how'd that happen? >> So she was she she basically ended up falling on the floor and then she pulled me down with her. So this happened where did it happen at? >> So this was in the living room. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> She said you can go lock the door or whatever like that. So let's go up there and then you can kind of point out to me exact where it happened. >> Do you How long have you guys been dating? >> 70 years. >> Okay. There's She was saying >> you're her ex-boyfriend. Is that not true? Is that because you guys got an argument just now? >> She and I have been on again off again. It's not not remotely accurate. I hang out daily. Tom, >> can you turn my camera? Cheers. There's there's been a lot of >> So, you came over today. What time? >> I was over here after work at about 6:30, 6:45. Okay. >> And her buddy from work was over here. Um I'm not sure last name off the top of my head, but they they work together. And I just want to be clear like she is she's my girlfriend. I don't I don't think that would be fair for her to call me her ex. I mean, she and I have had a lot of conflict and there's been a lot of, "Hey, like I want to end this relationship." >> Well, you've been dating for like seven years. >> We've we've been together for seven years. >> Okay. How often you come over here? >> Daily. >> Okay. >> I I have a key in my key in my pocket. You know, but again, it is it is her it is her place. I want to be want to be clear on that. I don't >> Does she drink a lot? >> Yeah. >> The man tells officers the woman has been drinking and the officer begins asking him to walk through exactly what happened before they arrived. >> What was she drinking tonight? >> Yes. >> What do you What was she drinking? I believe beer and maybe a couple shots at just some places here locally. She wasn't, you know, not that it matters, but she wasn't driving. >> Did I have a couple have that play in tonight? Is she getting more angry when she drinks? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Um, so you came over at 6:45. She had a friend over here. Did he leave pretty quick? >> He left maybe 30 minutes, 45 minutes later. >> Okay. I it may have been closer to 7 that I got over here because I've got to drive from from Miltop. But I will say she and I have been made we've been playing video games for maybe 20 30 minutes. Okay. Is that >> So you guys go or she >> Yeah. >> She leaves and what time is it now? Almost. It's about 9:35. >> Sure. >> Um how' the argument start then? He leaves and then what? >> We we both knew we needed to eat food. She hadn't hadn't eaten anything. And we were playing video games on a on a big screen TV that they she and her buddy had set up earlier while I was coming home from work. And um and basically we were we were playing games. It sounds ridiculous. She wanted to listen to music on her cell phone. I personally can't stand listening to music through a phone. We compromised. So I thought we ended up listening to like three songs. Then I asked her to turn it off. She agreed to. And then 30 seconds later she was turning it back on again. That went back and forth a couple times and then I left. I actually came out and and had it started my car and she was basically >> Was she screaming like she was at me just now on the door? >> She was at me inside when this had escalated to me saying I was going to call her sister and and I I will say I >> So you I'm sorry. You leave you got >> I started my car. >> Okay. >> And then Yeah. and and and and basically I've I've you know she she drinks in excess semifrequently and I've never actually had to call her sister or really come to it but there was a family get together in Arkansas on Saturday and basically I've just reached a point where everything I'm just like I've had enough. I'm going to call one of your family members cuz I'm I'm not going to be dealing with this anymore. >> This guy's got you like screaming uncontrollably. The man goes on to explain that this isn't the first time they've fought and even the woman's family is aware of what's been happening behind closed doors. >> Just being drunken like that and just until it actually turned into a physical altercation which I I I do think that spurred that was directly from me saying I was going to call her sister cuz that's what what led her putting her hands on me and trying to take my phone out of my hands. >> So you say you're going to call her sister. Where you guys at? Inside the living room. You guys were >> So that was right here. >> Okay. >> And then I think in the process of her trying to wrestle my phone for me and her not letting go of me cuz she had stretched. >> So were you sitting down when she's grabbing your phone or where you at? >> I believe I believe we were both sitting on the couch >> right here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So you say you're in color flowing. You got your probably your her phone out like like that. >> Basically trying to hold her away and >> she's pulling on your shirt real hard. >> Yeah. trying to pull on my trying to pull on my arm. >> Okay. Do you have any marks on your arms? >> I don't >> I don't I think so. >> So, >> I feel bad asking, "Am I bleeding? I don't have >> Did she punch you in the mouth?" >> No. >> Oh, okay. >> She kicked me a few times and I >> And oh, kicked you in the mouth. >> Uh I don't know if I actually took a foot in the mouth, but it >> all right. So, yeah, you got the phone out. You're holding her out like that. She's getting mad. Then the how what escalates it then? It was it was just me saying I was going to call her sister and then me not wanting to let go of my phone, but then her also pulling on me try to get my phone and keep me from >> So she's getting on your shirt to try to pull you in so you can grab your phone. How did she start kicking you? She I think this is when she kind of pulled me down to the ground or when she was like pulling on my shirt and >> and I was I was like kind of bent over. I was bent over on the floor with her kind of next to her and then >> you know I'm and I want to be clear. I'm trying to I'm trying to get off her, get away from her. But she she I think I think she might have I don't know if she I won't say I think she kicked me in the mouth, but I >> At this point, the officer begins taking more photos of the man and the surrounding area to make sure everything is fully documented. >> And she wasn't It was more just like I think it was a combination of us both trying to get >> Was it like the heel of her like the heel of her foot or is it the >> She was wearing She was wearing shoes, but I mean I think it was the bottom of her bottom of her shoe kicked in the mouth. Yeah. And and I and I not in her in her defense, I don't think it was so much that she was trying to attack me. I think it was that she was just hellbent on not letting on me not calling her sister and her getting a hold of my phone. Like she >> I you know I don't I don't think her strikes were directed. >> Yeah, >> she didn't hit me. But >> take another picture where kind of happened at. >> Yeah. here. >> So, you guys are on the phone. She's kicking at you. Did you finally get away with them? >> And then I retreated to her to her bedroom and I tried to shut the door. I tried to shut the door cuz I believe the cat's hiding under the bed. >> Did anything break in there or anything like that? The door? >> I don't think so. >> I mean, it's it's a mess, but there's not really anything. Okay. So, you tried to get in there to get away from her. >> Yeah. And and at that point, basically once I was in this room and she come through the door after me that I said, "Well, I'm not calling your sister. I'm calling the cops." >> Okay. And you're able to do >> and then and then like I said, when I got on the line with with your dispatcher, she did she did take her hands off me and Okay. >> And she just got very upset and >> locked herself in the bathroom >> or at least went in there to use the bathroom, I guess. But I I mean I I told her I told her I'd called you guys and that you guys were coming. I think not that it matters. I told her, "Hey, like I'm not just like I just I just like it's es and again like like I told you dispatch like it's escalated to the point that I had to call you guys cuz I mean it gets I don't want to hurt her." >> Oh, I think I couldn't reason with her. So, >> and just way way too much upset. >> With a man's statement documented, the officer begins wrapping up the scene. First, making sure the man is okay before leaving. >> Just got out of here. >> Do you need an ambulance or anything? >> Yes, sir. Okay. >> And this sounds kind of sad, but I I live with my live with my mom and I also didn't want to go to her looking too much of a mess. I like I could look in the mirror here. >> It's not nothing's your lips got to be a little puffy. >> Put a ripped shirt on. >> Yeah, if you put an un ripped shirt on. Unless your mom's going to look at your lips super close. I don't think she's going to realize it. >> What? Uh >> what's your full name? >> Pull this up. Okay, let's go back a little bit. All right, go ahead and step out next to that rail over there. All the way down that last stool there on the left. Keep on standing up. Want to take off the cups right here? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, always dude. >> I didn't do anything wrong, but okay. There you go. >> The woman was ultimately charged with domestic battery. Number one woman tries to drive off with stolen truck gets busted immediately. On December 13th, 2025, officers from the Pana Police Department received reports that a stolen pickup truck had been spotted sitting in a remote area. Here's what happened when officers located the vehicle. This is painted stolen vehicle. They're requesting morelss for a toe. You see if they're available, but >> I'm not going to touch it either. They want to process it. So, >> he said there would be some signs on it. The signs are off, but >> Well, there's a sign on the other side. >> Is there >> I didn't see the keys. like bunch of tools in the back. >> Do they match the ones that are on it? >> I don't know. They're stuck in between the seat. I don't see the keys. I don't >> I don't just pulled over like that. The tires look fine. >> You ran out of gas. >> I can't believe this is still technically Taylorville. >> This they got it in there. This ain't Taylorville. >> Well, that's why I started I'm like, well, I saw I didn't He doesn't have like a GPS in his but I saw that you were on 104. So I'm like, well, it's a tailor dress, so it's got to be close. And >> probably not. >> Yeah. Well, thanks for coming anyway. >> Tires are a little low, but it's drivable. >> Yeah. Somebody called it in, said it's half in the road. They had a swerve to miss. It's like, yeah, it's a dark truck. You'd hit that thing. You better. If >> he was I know he's a firefighter out of uh otherwise if it was someone drunk, they would have hit it. cuz I saw him go and I looked at the collar. I'm like, "All right, that's a 17." That's >> The stolen truck is found sitting abandoned but still operational, though whoever was driving it has already disappeared. >> Well, I'm going to wait around the trail, see if Caleb round her up anywhere walking. >> Yeah, I don't. >> She wasn't coming from that way. You almost came from that way and so did we. So, >> yeah. There's no footprints that would have been anywhere towards here sounds familiar. >> Did you put it in FL? >> See if it hit there yet. >> Hawk said Hawk said uh >> it was clear valid comes back stolen and well then it's not clear. >> I talked to Hawk. He's like, "Hey, this truck might be coming towards Taylorville." She's supposed to hang out a little. >> Yeah. Going to keep an eye out for it and I was going to have her put it in the clock to [ __ ] alert us if they went by. >> Yeah. >> You're on the wrong team, aren't you? Tonight. >> Well, yeah. The farm's yours, too. >> Yeah. >> No, I mean wrong days on, aren't you? >> Yeah. It was mandated. >> Oh, >> yeah. I'm not even number one on the mandation list, but apparently Keater has guard duty as well this weekend. So, I got at 3:15 tonight or >> everybody's guarding out, huh? >> All right. Well, I'm going to wait on the toe and >> if uh Yeah, maybe she might be walking the dish or something. With the suspect still nowhere to be found, the officers discuss with one another the possible whereabouts of the fleeing suspect. >> All it has is a chlorine bucket holding it closed. >> A chlorine bucket? >> Yeah. >> But it looks like it got enabled. Yeah, it said open >> sheriff's office. If you're in here, you better tell me. >> You got your keys to your car? >> Uh, it's locked. I can unlock it. >> Okay. As long as it's locked. >> Yep, it's locked. After she was here the first time, I came out and make sure it was locked. >> Okay. She's not in here. >> We'll go check that garage over there. >> Okay. >> There's no door open there. Is this door? It it it's broke. Whenever it was set up, it did not get the mechanism dig. >> Okay. I didn't see any footprints out there to that big barn. So, >> no. And that >> the open one >> cuz she must have went through and she must have Yeah. Right here. >> Yeah. Cuz here's where she walked up the first time cuz she followed the sidewalk around and here she is again >> going back that way. >> Going back that way. >> Yeah. I don't think she went any further than this, but I'm going to go look in that garage just to be sure. >> Okay. Okay. Thank you. >> Yep. Let me know if you see anything else. >> If you see us roaming around here, it's police cars. It'll be us. Soon, the officers receive a tip from a homeowner who claims the suspect was walking around her property, but the search still comes up empty. >> That way, >> okay. >> Or a mile that way. >> Are you a you're Amy Heling? >> Yeah. Mary He's my dad. >> Okay. >> So, I called my dad and told him and I sent my brother a text, but I can give him a call, too. He lives right off the block. >> Yeah. Just tell him to keep an eye out if they find her. >> Okay. Let us know. >> Thank you. Hey, stop. >> Get up here now. >> I got help at gunpoint, man. >> Yeah, you I hold you at gunpoint, too. >> Get on the ground right now. Turn around. Put your hands behind. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Get your I do >> get your hands out of your pockets. >> What did I do? >> You stole a truck and pain. Number one. >> And now you're running from me. I didn't steal a truck. >> Why you running from me? >> Because I was sore in Eugene He was supposed to come get me and I I was swarming for four four to five years from Eugene He. >> Michael Jackson. >> Yeah. My my husband swapped me out with my biological father. >> Right before clearing the scene, the officer finally notices the suspect. And what she says next is hard to believe. Chris 115. >> Go ahead. >> 1095 picked up by my hug. I had my life [ __ ] destroyed, man. >> Let's go. >> What's in your pockets? Keys. >> No, I don't have no keys. All I have is >> Yeah, you do. Yeah, I can see them. >> Those are my house keys. >> Please don't rough me around. >> I'm not roughing you around. I literally I've had a machine on me to >> I'm sick of looking at I'm sick of trying to find you out here in the freezing cold. >> I He held he held a gun at me. >> You got anything that's going to poke or stick me? >> No, I don't I don't do I don't do nothing. I literally I've had my life destroyed. I've had a machine on me to pull me and he said he was going to me straight jack and he said that he >> machine on you to kill. What are you talking about? >> No, he it's uh the person that that's did it to me said that they they're He says his Cortez is saying grand. >> I don't know who that is. >> Both of my parents are killed >> and I just I can't get left can't get left. >> And see that's the truth. I didn't steal a truck. >> What's your name? I did still Brook Eckle. >> Brook Eckle. >> Yeah. I just I I can't get left alone. I don't know what to do. >> Now that the suspect is apprehended, the next step is taking her away. Though she continues making several puzzling remarks. >> I have her down. Step out. >> He was out here. He was in his white van. >> Anything on you, dude? >> No, the one uh in the house is not my husband. >> He's at 105. >> Yeah. The only thing I left in the front pocket was mine. >> Did you hear me? >> What? >> There there are two different dudes you guys are dealing with. The one I was with is in a white van. That's the one I actually married. The one in the house I didn't marry. >> Yeah. Why'd you leave a truck in the middle? Why' you leave a truck in the middle? >> He He was out here in his white van. >> His white van parked. Okay, let me put that back in the front pocket. >> I've had my life destroyed. >> I've had my life destroyed. I've had a machine on me to kill me. I can't get left in my own Michael Michael Jackson that did it to me. The person claims both of my parents were and I was revived out of her womb and they're both and he claims he went and got a degree and that's why he's doing it to me and he's doing it me because >> Are you cold? >> Yeah, I'm freezing. I I just literally just got a gun pointed at me. I was dealing with my husband and he's in the all white van. And >> who's your husband? >> It was Robert King. He lives up old address. That's where he parked his white van. He's not there. Then he's probably up at the hill or he's over there in Moa. The one in the house I didn't marry. >> Okay. >> Yeah. The suspect may have thought she could disappear into the freezing cold, but the night ultimately ended with her in custody facing a grand theft auto charge. What do you think? Did they get what they deserved? Let me know in the comments and I'll catch you in the next
