These folks thought their attitude would win the argument, but officers weren't there to debate. They were there to enforce the law, and that's exactly what they did. Here are five cases when super entitled Karens get put in their place by cops. Number five, landlord thought she had the right to harass her tenants. Police prove her wrong. In our first case, officers were dispatched to a disturbance call involving two individuals in a parking lot. Upon arrival, the officers immediately questioned the victim. And here's what she has to say. >> Lady keep representing herself as the property manager. She's not the property manager. She's another tenant. She lives here and here, and she just rents out rooms to disabled people. So, you're not the property. So, this morning, I'm sitting in my car. >> My daughter's probation officer mentor is sitting right here with a yellow tag. >> She comes here. She pulls in. She pulls by my car. She looks at me. She pulled by the lady car. Lets down her window. And right when she get ready to say something to the lady, I said, "Excuse me, she's with me. >> Leave her alone." Oh, she got out of the car. >> So me and her going back and forth because every time somebody come here, you're always harassing people. Leave people alone. People can have company. Somebody could pull up and load their car. >> Okay. >> Now, the lady work for the state of Florida. Why youing with her? >> Right. >> She's legitly here and I'm watching her escort my daughter to a court date. So why the are you here bothering her? So, she's going back and forth. The lady just pulled out a bat on me and just tried to hit me with a bat. You could ask those people and you can ask that other lady. I want to put torches on her and it's not the first time. Listen, she already pulled out a gun on my chair. What y'all did about that? >> So, tell me about So, after you have the exchange with her, >> okay, I get in my car and I pull up here and we're going back and forth because this is like the third or fourth time again. She already pulled out a gun on my turn. What is your issue with me and my family? It seem like every time we make a move, your is here. You always have something to say. Oh, you You need to move. >> Tell me. Tell me about the bat thing real quick again. >> Right here. It happened right here. So when I got out the car, that's when she pulled out her bat like little hit you. So I'm like, Terry, well, put down the bat and let's just fight. Why you got to wet it? She don't want to fight. SHE WANT TO SWING THE BAT AND KEEP TRYING TO HIT ME WITH A DAMN BAT. >> ALL RIGHT, MAN. CAN you just calm down? Is she here right now? WHERE? >> NO, SHE LEFT. AND I KEEP TELLING Y'ALL SHE JUST LEFT. She's in a gold key teller ride with the tag number two. AND SHE CAME BACK AGAIN WITH A LADY THREAT TO TRY TO jump in and she pulled out. Ain't no getting jumped. Boom. Ain't nothing. And all these people saw her with their back. Try to hit ME WITH A BAT. EVERYBODY. >> According to the victim, this isn't her first rodeo with the suspect. With that, the officer asks her more pressing questions about what led to the current situation. >> So, it's making sure you were parked over here with your daughter and her probation officer. >> No, my daughter was in the house. Probation officer in this car. My daughter comes out the house. I greet her, tell her whatever because I know she gonna have paperwork. I greet her to the car and she's still trying to say something to them. >> Well, I'm like, listen, I understand that can't park here overnight because I live here. Why my daughter probation officer can't come pick her up without you? Always. And like I said, just always starts engaging with >> and then she took it to a whole another level when she went in her car and got a bat. Why is you pulling out a bat ON ME AND THE HOE TRIED TO HIT ME? I HAD TO PUT MY FEET UP TO KEEP THIS FROM HITTING me with a BATTLE. LIKE I TOLD HIM, Y'ALL SHOULD HAVE LET HER HIT ME. SO I HAD MORE PROOF. YES. >> SO SHE SWUNG THE BAT at you. >> Yeah. She hit my door. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I GOT NO DAMN IT. BUT WHY IS YOU swinging a bat at me anyway, lady? >> And like I said, the whole point is >> where did she hit your car with the bat? >> She hit the car. >> Where did she hit your car? >> I was sitting in the car and she kept trying to like swing the bat and I just kept hitting with my foot. >> Okay. But I'm really tired of her and I really would like to press charges just like the second time. I don't try to put paperwork on this lady and y'all act like she untouchable. How the she untouchable. She pulling out guns and bats on people. I'm really trying to figure out how the she keep getting away from somebody hurt and everybody going to be looking stupid going to be gone to the hospital. That's crazy. But I'm tired of her. >> Can you write a statement about what happened? >> I can. And like I said, everybody out here saw it. So, please ask them and confirm cuz I don't want y'all trying to say she get to get away with nothing again. >> I got you. I'll talk to the people standing here and ask them >> and them people down there. >> Okay, here. Hang on right here. You one second. >> Nothing in that car. >> All right. >> Y'all see anything? >> No. I think I'm going to cut the phone, man. >> Got that. All right. >> After getting the victim's statement, the officers look for potential witnesses in the area. The officers seem to be having no luck, but fortunately, someone finally steps up. So, did y'all just see what happened? >> Did you see what happened out here? >> Yeah. All right. We just coming up. We doing jump in the truck and then lady pulled up messing with her. She was sleep back there. >> Mhm. >> And then that lady pulled up. She say she's a property manager and she started jumping on her case. >> No, she was jumping on my case about my daughter, probation officer being here. But like I said, >> he was coming my car and I I got to talk to independent lady. >> He hang my car looking for my phone. I dropped my phone trying to break up the fight cuz she rushed out with her back on my phone. >> Do me a favor after the I write your name and explain what happened. Okay. >> So, you saw them two arguing over here. Then what happened? >> Then I came from over here trying to jump the truck. Me and my brother came and try to break it up. The lady pulled out a bat on and tried to hit her. She was in the car. She was hitting at swing. >> Swing the bat at her. >> Yeah. She was swinging at the bat at her. She was in the car trying to defend herself, but the lady kept hitting her with her back and then she just pulled off. Okay. >> She said she the landlord here and all of this. >> Will you write a statement for me about what you saw? >> Yeah, I write a statement. I was trying to get my phone over real quick. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> I don't know. Let me check the truck. >> Yeah, if you don't mind checking, come back up here for me. With the information that the officers gathered and the witness statement strongly supporting the victim's case, it's time for the officers to confront the fleeing suspect. >> Hello. >> Hey, Miss Terry. Can you step out for me? >> Yeah. What's going on? >> Sorry. Here. Do me a favor. Want to put your hands on your back for me? >> Why am I putting my hand behind my back? >> You're going to jail. >> Yeah. For what? >> He'll explain everything to you. >> Mr. First of all, y'all ain't got to miss me. >> Uh, yeah, we do. Actually, just chill. Somebody home right now that they can move your car. >> My son is in in my house. I want to know where I'm going to jail for. >> But we'll talk to you about that in one second. >> Just don't care about no car. I just know where y'all was at. >> Here, let's go right over here to my car and we'll talk. >> No, let me get my purse and my car. >> Here, we'll get your purse here. Step up. >> This This is ridiculous. This is >> Come on. All right. All right, before we talk though, I'm going to let you sit here and I got to read you something. Okay, >> you don't got to read me nothing cuz I ain't going no jail. Nothing I didn't do down >> for real. That's ridiculous. Just arrested you for >> while we're standing here. Let me read you something. Okay. >> Yeah, you read it then. Then you take these cops off me. >> All right. You have the right to lay side. Do you understand? >> Can you verbalize yes or no for me? >> Yeah. Uh-huh. >> And then say maybe he's against you in court. Do you understand? >> Yeah, I understand. You have the right to talk to a lawyer before and during question. Do you understand? >> Okay. >> Go in the house knocking the door. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer and what one? >> If you cannot afford a lawyer and what one will be provided for you before question without charge. I got my son here with me saying I got saying I didn't do it. >> Have a seat. >> Okay then. The officer tries to get the suspect's side of the story, but it's not looking good for her. And her explosive approach isn't helping her case at all. >> You're saying she pushed jail? >> Man, listen. This not going to work. >> Put your foot in first. >> For real. >> Put your foot in first. >> Got to take somebody to jail. >> There you go. Slide out. >> This is ridiculous. He's still on his way. >> I need to speak to somebody. >> Please get me out door. >> The medical responders at the scene are trying to help her. However, as the responders are doing their job, the woman still finds it in her to argue with the officers. She's definitely not making this easy for anyone. >> I have the medical team supposed to take care of me. Let me out of here. Get out of here now. You violating my civil rights right now. >> What's that? >> You're violating my Yeah, I'm hurt because they busting my head open. >> They gave me a concussion trying to pull me out of my car illegally against my will. >> All I was trying to do is get off the main road and he's sitting there telling me I'm eluding. Unfortunately for everyone at the scene, her erratic behavior continues and it seems that she won't stop anytime soon. >> You abusing You just beat me. >> You just beat me, dude. Where's the supervisor at? What are you grabbing me so HARD FOR? WHAT HAPPENED? >> NO. UHUH. You don't have allowed to do me like that. But they're trying to administer my medicine to me, AND I'M NOT TAKING anything to them. >> I need you to lean back. >> I need I need somebody. I can't. These are hurting my arm so bad. >> Okay. >> After their failed attempts to calm the woman down, the officers discover something suspicious in her car. Something that explains why the woman is acting the way she is from the beginning. You got to break her tighter. Look, >> I can get a whole finger in there. >> I can't. No, there's nothing you can't get in there. You can't get nothing in there. >> You can't get anything in there, sir. >> They're hurting my arm. >> They're hurting me. >> Calm down. That's crazy. >> She would have stopped. >> Mhm. Right. >> At the end of the whole fiasco, the woman was charged with fleeing, eluding, and resisting arrest. Number three, friends who drink and drive together get arrested together. Our next case follows a police officer who pursued a vehicle that was going way past the speed limit. Here's what happened when the officer confronted the driver. >> Hello. How are you tonight? >> Good. How are you? Good. Hey, I'm stopping you for your speed. >> Oh, >> what's the rush? >> Um, home. >> Trying to get home? >> Yeah. >> Do you have your job, Sandy? >> Is this your vehicle? >> Yes, it is. >> I'll look at your insurance or registration, please. >> It's under my mom. Um, I can get my insurance, my registration. I don't think I have it in the car. >> Okay. Any reason you wouldn't have it? Um just mom takes care of everything. She would send it to me but otherwise >> I can ask her to send it to me. >> Okay. >> But it is insured. It is registered. >> Yes sir. >> Okay. Miss Victor. >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm going to be issuing you a speeding citation. Will you step out and come with me back here? >> Yeah. So, Miss Victor, >> yes. >> Why wouldn't you have your registration in insurance? Um, so I lost my wallet recently, but [laughter] >> Okay. >> Um, so I had my like social security card, my ID, that's a brand new ID. >> Okay. >> Um, my social security, I mean, my registration, it would be just because it's under my mom. >> Okay. You said your mom's the one that handles all that stuff. >> Yes. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. So, Miss Victor, >> she can't provide any paperwork for the vehicle, and it isn't long before the officer notices that she shouldn't even have been behind the wheel to begin with. Now, the officer asks more pressing questions. >> Um, it's very unusual not have your insurance, your registration, um, your speeding, you're doing 53 down Montgomery. Uh, as I walk up to that car door, I can smell alcohol coming from within. >> Yes. Uh, my sister and I just went to Dirty Bourbon. >> Yeah. Well, I'm standing here now and I still smell it coming from your breath. >> Um, I had two drinks. >> Two drinks? >> Yes. >> Okay. What kind of drinks did you have tonight? >> Um, >> just vodka ripples. >> Okay. And you had two of them? >> Just two. >> Okay. When was your last drink, would you say? >> M Well, we were talking for a bit. 45 45 minutes ago. They did last call about a while ago. >> Okay. So, your last drink was about 45 minutes ago. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Check out >> I will admit I was speeding a little bit. I have to use the restroom. >> Okay. >> All righty. Well, speeding's one thing. Then add alcohol. It's a whole whole another thing. Okay. Okay. >> So, I'm going to check on you quick to make sure you're all right. As soon as I determine that, we'll talk about that speeding citation. We'll get you on your way. Okay. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Do you have any recent head trauma? >> Um, no. >> Traumatic brain injuries? >> No. No. No. >> Okay. Um, what I'm going to have you do tonight is you're going to stand like me with your feet together. >> Okay.
