These Karens were ready to call the shots until someone called the cops. Here are five cases when Karens think they're untouchable until cops arrive. Number five, entitled mother targets teenager over a parking issue. On August 1st, 2025, officers responded to a Walmart parking lot after a teen reported being assaulted by an adult woman. Here's what he tells them about how it all started. What's your name? Do you have ID or anything on you? Do you need an ambulance or anything? No, I do got coming out of my ear. She grabbed me by the head and hit me like five or six times. I don't know where exactly, you know, people say my location. I got you. I'm right though. Did you want to see the video that the bystander just sent me? Um there was somebody that pulled up like two minutes after. They were Mexican folk that didn't speak very good English, but they reported pretty much the whole thing. Is this your current address? The Uh no. You got far off. Take care of it. All right. And what's your phone number? Yeah. I mean, whatever video that you have available or whatever. Yeah, yeah, if you can. All right. So, what what's going on today? So, I went to Walmart and I came out and I was just about to back up and I looked over and there's a cart sitting right next to my door now, so I can't back up. I turn around and I look around and her she's parked right next to me. Her car door is closing at that time, so I assume that she put her cart there. So, I roll my window down and I go, "Did you just leave your cart like right next to my car so I can't back out?" She goes, "Yeah, I did." And I I was like, "What's wrong with you?" And I started I you know, I called her broke. I was like, "Move your cart. You're broke as shit." "What are What are you doing?" And she's like, "No, I'm not going to move my car." She started backing up. So, I backed up as well cuz I I'm going to go, you know? Like So, you guys are like next to each other like this? >> right next to each other. So, she starts backing up. I back up too cuz I'm going to get out of here. Well, at this point, that's when the video starts. She backs up. I back up in front of her and then she gets out of her car, comes to my driver's side. I think I'm going to roll my window down and like yell at her like, "Hey, move your cart. It's in my way, you know what I'm saying?" Well, she grabs me she starts throwing her finger in my face, is pointing me, is actually touching my nose. So, I knew she was about to get hands. She grabbed me by the hair after that and started punching me. And it's on video. The teen was backing out of his parking space when the woman suddenly blocked him in with her cart. And she didn't like being called out for it. What started as a petty dispute then escalated into a public scene, drawing the attention of bystanders who began recording. That video would soon capture the woman doing the unthinkable, striking the teen in the face all while her child stood by watching it happen. This is while you're in the car? While I'm in the car. So, I try to drive forward a little bit, but actually I can't see cuz she's grabbing my hair and punching me. You know, she's hanging on my car, hanging on me while I'm trying to drive forward cuz we were right there, you know? I was just in the parking spot right here and I drove forward to here, you know? Okay. While she was hanging on punching me. >> You said you got video? Yeah, somebody recorded the video that happened. Well, then, you know, I grabbed her. She had a name tag on, so I reached out and I grabbed her name tag off her cuz I wanted her name, you know? I seen her name tag on her and then I got out and I punched her window, which wasn't very smart of me to do, you know what I'm saying? But that was after I got hit in the face multiple occasions. This is just from a bystander? Yep. This was There was a Mexican lady and there she pulled out. I backed up too. I'm pointing at her to move the car. She starts yelling at me. She grabs me and starts hitting me. I start trying to drive forward to get out of the way. She comes back and hits me again. >> So, is this the cart you guys are talking about? It was literally sitting right next to me. Okay. If I would have backed out, it would have hit my car. You know, if I would have like turned and backed out instead of just backing out straight. >> Okay. So, after she's hitting you, you try to drive off, you stop, and then is that when you get out and punch her window? >> Yes, sir. Yeah. What what window did you punch? It's right there. It's broken. Okay. Um And then she actually ran up on me again and was hitting me again and I pushed her off of me and I You know, that's when more people came out here and we split up. Okay. So, you don't want any medical attention or anything? No. Okay. Are you I'm crazily blown, you know what I'm saying? Like I told her to move her shopping cart and she started punching me in the face. Okay. I understand, you know, that I backed up a bit. Well, I you know, Okay. I'm kind of mind-boggled, you know? It doesn't make sense to I don't know. It's crazy. After gathering witness statements and snapping photos of both vehicles, the officer circles back to the teen. Now it's up to him how he wants to proceed. [Music] All right. So, are you What do you want to do? Do you want to press charges or what? Cuz I'm going to be completely honest with you. It's up to you. But since there's damage on her window, so she's probably going to press charges on you too for her window. I'm on court supervision right now cuz I just got into a motorcycle accident. And they gave me court supervision for it. I literally just got put on that. Like I haven't been in no trouble the rest of my life. Just funny as hell. Mhm. Bad bad circumstances, you know? But I you know, I would I would press charges or whatever cuz that's the only reason, you know, I got punched in my face multiple multiple times. >> No, I mean that that's up to you. What what do you want to do? Uh what can I do? Can I press charges on it? But I know I did damage her vehicle, you know? Yeah, I mean >> Out of rage, I was mad as It's on video. I mean, you got injuries and it's on video. She's punching you. >> ear out of my ear. So, Um How does all of that work? What do you mean? I'm pressing charges. So, I mean, if you want to press charges, then she'd be arrested. And then obviously I'd have to read her right. I haven't talked to her at all. I don't know what her story is. So, I'd have to read her rights, see if she's wanting to talk, tell me what she's got to say. Um No, for sure. Yeah. >> But I would like to press charges. She grabbed me by my hair and started punching me multiple times, you know? Like So, you do you want to press charges? >> Over a cart. Yeah, if I Yeah, if I can. Okay. I got hit multiple I got hit. Blood's coming out of my ear. Now that they've heard from the teen, it's the woman's turn. She's still talking, but the officers already know how they're handling this. So, I have a 4-year-old in the car. You don't keep blocking nobody in. So, I get out of my car and I go to yell at him. He's laughing doing all this while I'm doing all this stuff. So, then he get he doing too much. So, yes, I did get to hit him cuz you doing too much. So, then after that, I was going to walk back to my car. He followed me to my car. He punched the window. You too close to my son. My son in this car. So, yes, I did get to hit him cuz you don't cut nobody's car. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I GOT GOING ON. THAT CART WAS not blocking >> him? Yeah, cuz he punched my Yeah, I hit him right there because >> So, hey hey, I'm going to stop you right Can you hand the kid off to Is she with you? Yeah. Okay. So, right now you're going to be placed under arrest for aggravated battery. My keys. Yeah, we'll get it. We'll get it in a second. And then you want to press charges on him? Cuz he's childish. Don't go wash the cameras and all that. He kept blocking me in. You not block nobody in. >> Well, everything's on video. Well, why did you block me in like >> It doesn't matter. No, he white. You know they going to get away Uh wait, let me double check. Let me double check on him. No, I don't think so. I don't want to tie him up on anything. Do you have anything in your pockets or anything? >> Yes, I do. What do you have? I got scissors over here and I don't know what I have over here. Mind if I grab it? Yeah. What Is this like your ID or something? >> Yeah, I'm for work. Okay. Where do you work I used to sell child It's all cuz he blocked me in for being This is too much. The whole thing. The officer takes a moment to brief his partner, summarizing the victim's account and what witnesses saw. What's going on? All right. So, basically um they were parked next to each other. He gets into his car. There's a cart next to his car. Okay. Um she's like gets in her car. He's like, "Hey, did you leave your cart here?" And she said, "Whatever." And then she started backing out. He backed out and they both kind of stopped. Then she come running up to his driver's driver's side window. They start exchanging window or exchanging words. And then she grabs him and just just starts wailing on him. He's got injuries all over his face. He's got blood pouring out of his Is there a security lady over there? She works for Walmart? I didn't talk to her. I don't know what she's doing. So, but The loss prevention dude's inside trying to see if there's video. There's a There's a bystander that recorded everything on their cell phone, sent it to him. So, that's you know. >> Where's the bystander right now? I have no idea. Left. You guys have video? Yeah. I need to talk to you. Well, so what do you want Just [ __ ] around. Let's finish this real quick. Um so, for right now, I mean, if you want to just take photos of him. I'm going to focus on him now. Okay. Cuz I'm pretty sure if she presses charges, I have to Okay. Well, I'll I'll talk to her about it. Oh, she presses charges, then he going to get away I'm going to ask him what he was doing. He hit me. >> So bogus, man. It is so bogus. You ever been on M? It's a M? M. She is so Do you have a good phone number, Catrice? What? Do you have a good phone number? Bogus. Emotions hit as the cuffs go on, but the decision's been made. The officer reads the woman's Miranda rights and prepares her for transport. All right. I'm going to read you your Miranda rights, okay? You have the right to remain silent. If you say anything, it will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to your lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? Do you understand your rights? Hey, I'm going to ask you one more time. Do you have >> Yes, yes. I hear you. I hear you. >> Okay, well, I need you to answer me. thing. This is bogus. >> Okay, having your rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us? Having your rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me? >> to talk about? I I I tried the psychological I tried I need a yes or no. Do you want to talk? >> I don't care. It don't matter. That That doesn't answer my question. >> I don't I don't care. Okay, so you don't want to talk? All right. Well, you're being charged with aggravated battery, okay? I got your mom's number written down here for you. After reviewing everything, officers charged the woman with aggravated assault. Number four. How a visit to the doctor turned into an arrest for one belligerent patient. On August 12th, 2025 in Venice, California, officers were called to a doctor's office after one belligerent patient refused to leave despite repeatedly being asked to. When officers arrived, they have one thing in mind, make the man leave the property. Are you the Are you the patient? I am the patient. Which Are you Mr. What? Well, you're not you're not leaving right now. The establishment has already refused to transact with the man after he started acting belligerently. And with the clinic determined to have the man removed from the property, he has two options. Leave willingly or leave in handcuffs. All right, sir. Here's the thing. This is This is not a debate. It's not a conversation. It's nothing like that. You need to get up and physically leave. >> get up when they come back. >> Right now. They don't They don't want to talk to you. You're not I don't care. take you to jail. Because Yes, I will. I'm telling you right now. I have a right to information. >> get up here right now Where's my little camera? You need to leave. You need to leave. He needs to leave. >> I know. He's giving an order. No, I want to know You're not going to do that. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. You have to be up. I paid my appeal. It doesn't matter. So, talk to me. They won't even answer the phone. Yeah. Well, that's that's that's tough. I want to know I I need to know why. >> You need to leave right now. Okay, then you know why I'm a cop, as your cop. I'm going to need you I'm going to give you the proper reason to use my identification. Get her to check while you're watching her I'm telling you right now. >> We can talk about this out later. I'm going to put you in handcuffs and you're going to leave right now. Let's go. Let's go. Do you see these right now? I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE. Get your stuff and leave now. I got your ID. Let's go. You want me to do this? Come on. Do you want to go? Hey, it's all right. I find them up. I can't take it. I cannot take it. He's already in handcuffs, but rather than backing down, he seems determined to escalate things even further. I've got a white male 10-15. Lighten up. Hey, take a breath. 10 seconds. Take a breath. We're going to get up on three. These things are too tight. Well, I'll fix it in a second. One, two, Three, you're going to get up now. And I have to give stuff back. How many chances did we give you? You gave me no chance. >> Yes, we did. No, you didn't. I need to know what what she's saying to me and then the text messages. All right. Stand up. She's ridiculous. >> Stand up. Please. >> over. >> walk out if you On three. You're not walking out. You're going to jail. Two, three. If you please tell them I'll walk out. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. I can't get up. This thing's so damn tight on my wrist. >> And you have to get up for us to fix it. HELP ME UP. HE'S TRYING TO. I don't know how many chances I gave you in order for this to happen. How many chances did I tell you to get up and go? A lot. And I want to make sure that I had notes that I wanted in there. How does I'm untying this before I get No. anywhere else. You're hurting my Let's go. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Y'ALL HURTING ME. WHAT? YOU'RE HURTING MY WRIST. >> I'm going to fix it once you get in the car. This is cutting the blood circulation off, you dumb Yes, I called you a That's okay. I've been called worse. Even routine steps like the search and transport become a challenge as the man is doing everything he can to drag this out. Yeah, I got you. We're going to front of the car. Sit right there. I'm going I'm going You're fine. My wrists are burning. That's fine. I don't I haven't even touched it yet. Well, I got to fix it. If you wouldn't have fought me, it wouldn't be that tight right now. So, you still have another charge now. It's called resisting arrest. Oh, yes, you did. Yeah, you did. Stop moving your wrists and don't grab me. Just make sure we're good. Look how tight. Now, is that real? Is that needed? Yes, it was at the moment. No, it wasn't. Sorry. >> Dude, you were moving around. Stop it. You were actually resisting arrest as long as we put the cuffs on you, man. You did it to yourself. Nobody's even touching you. Well, I'm trying to loosen them. Do you want them loosened or you want them tight? [Music] Let me put some gloves on and I'm going to get the other stuff. All you had to do is get up and walk out. That's all you had to do. >> I was trying to. That's all I know. You were I was I was Not even Not even a little bit. Not even a second. See this? Recorded the whole entire thing. I'm hurt. I'm bad. I'm glad you watched yourself. that you You watched yourself. Feeling any little pain there? I hurt. What? Telling you to leave? No, trying to throw me down on the floor like You didn't try to. You actually got you on the floor. And now, after being searched, he's headed inside the cruiser and to the station. You know, you wanted to make You are not Do you like I don't know why now. All right, let's go. I want to get my glasses. You know where you You got to get my glasses. >> You're going to go into the jail. You'll get it all there. >> to get my glasses. I cannot see. >> You're going to go to jail and you will get it at jail. >> I can't sign anything cuz Good, you don't have to sign anything. You just have to zip your mouth. That's all you got to do to make it there. Go ahead and sit in. Watch this though. I put the trespassing. Yeah, will you give it to him? And then Justin, will you just hit the signal 14 for like the business and teams attorney? Listen. Cuz it was really scary and they thank you and I know that it was very scary so thank you very much. No, no, we're fine. He needs to go to jail. He acts like this, he can go to big boy time out. All right. Sorry Sorry that we made a ruckus in your in your place but I gave him how many chances to get out of there? >> prior to you guys coming so thank you guys. You I'm going to actually I'm going to actually have you sign something if that's okay. I didn't know if you wanted me to sign >> pick out a random signal 14 100%? I get it right now. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. You are unbelievable. It doesn't matter what you want. You need to leave when they tell you to leave. It doesn't not matter once whatsoever. You acted like a complete child. You acted like a complete child. No, I don't. I don't have to listen to anything that you said. The only thing that should have been out your mouth is okay, I'm leaving. But see look, there's a but. There's no buts about it. They wanted you to leave, you needed to leave. Plain and simple. So guess what? Now you can go to jail. Ain't nobody's going to run over anybody. Shut your mouth. All you do is talk. You're nothing but talk. You're nothing but talk. That's all you do is talk. I bet that's all you ever did. Act like a child like that. It's a harsh truth but the officer doesn't sugarcoat it. Sometimes a reality check hits harder than the cops. I don't care that I don't care. You think I care about what you have to think about me? You act like a child. I scare I care about the lady that you scared the out of whenever she was shaking when I went back there. Cuz you wanted to yell at them all. Okay. If you got it recorded, that's fine. I don't want to touch your phone. You didn't ask kindly nothing. When they ask you to leave, you're supposed to leave too, isn't that right? Yes, it is. Yes, it is. Yes, they did. And then I told you to leave because they wanted you to leave. So guess what? You got resisting without violence and you also got trespassing. Now you got trespassing. Okay, go to the chief. You want his name? His name is Andy Lysenring. You want to act like a child? You're going to big boy time out. How about that? Unbelievable. Unbelievable. You're not the only one that's been in the military, buddy. Yes, I have. No, I was in the Marine Corps. Thank you very much. 8 years. Thank you very much. You don't make the rules, I do. That's why you're in the back of my car. I am recording. It doesn't matter. Okay, that doesn't matter. You You do have a recording. It's the one I'm doing right now and there's a camera in there recording you too. Do you think I care about anything I've done? I've done everything lawfully. It don't matter. Yes, I did. All right. All right, take me to court. Let's go to court then. Let's go to court. Let's go to court. Let's go to court. We'll take you to trial if you want. In the end, the man faced charges for trespassing and resisting arrest. Both are avoidable consequences had he simply chosen to cooperate. Number three. Woman learns the hard way what being trespassed means. Now in Ohio, officers respond to a call from a local McDonald's where a woman allegedly attacked an employee after being asked to leave. Their first priority upon arrival is to secure the suspect and find out what triggered the outburst. Hey. Come here. Come here. Get over here. You were just over at the McDonald's. Get your hands out of your pocket. No, I'm not. No, I was not. You were just walking. Let's go over to the car. Let's go. >> Why are you guys putting me in the car? I didn't do nothing wrong. I'm putting you in the car. Come over here. I didn't know I was just getting some drink. Were you not just over at the Keep your hands out of your pocket, please. Yes, I was. I was over there and I went to open the door to come in and they was coming out. She said, "You're not allowed in here cuz we got a thing against you." With that, she was not allowed in here and they she shoved me. Okay. She shoved me and I said, "Don't put your hands on me." And he was shoving me too. Okay, so if we go over there and review camera footage, you didn't touch them first? I didn't touch them first. They touched me first. >> Okay. You have an ID on you? No, I don't have it. What were you doing over at the McDonald's? Huh? What were you doing at the McDonald's? I was trying to get some drink. I was trying to buy something there. Trying to buy something to drink? Mhm. Did you used to work there or something? I used to. Used to? Mhm. Did you guys have some kind of falling out? >> No, I didn't have no falling out with them. I just quit because I was 8 months pregnant, going on 9 and it was too much. Too much? Yeah. And working there. Is there a reason why they got so hostile towards you then? They've been getting hostile with me. They have. Why? Because um I don't know. Cuz I'm guessing, I guess. I don't know. They They see you and they immediately get mad? Yeah, they do. What's up with that? I don't know. That's what I'm guessing if that's the case. I don't know what's up with that cuz I don't know. So you were just trespassed last week. You were told not to come back on the 5th from McDonald's. >> No, it wasn't trespassing because I was they already there. How was it trespassing? No, they told me to leave. And not to come back. They didn't say that. That's what it says in this call notes. I was there there yesterday and I got a meal and I sat in it. Okay. And ate yesterday. Then what why would our car note car note say anything that you're banned from there? I'm not banned from there. It's not banned. According to reports, the woman is banned from the property and while officers remind her of that, it's unclear whether she's genuinely confused or just trying to talk her way out of trouble. That's being banned. Being told not to come back. Being told not to come back means you're banned. No, it doesn't. Yes, it does. No, it doesn't. He didn't say not to come back. He said don't come there. He said don't come there? Yeah, he That's the same thing as don't come back. >> Don't come back today is basically what he was saying. Okay. You're kind of contradicting yourself now. Cuz first you said he didn't say anything like that. Now you're saying he said not to come back there. >> not to come there. So I was trespassing. Thank you guys. Him. I'm going to just run over there real quick. I wanted to listen to the drink. All right, hey, just so you know, you're not free to leave right now, okay? Okay. Where am I going? I'm going to walk? You be surprised. Who? He is. Who is? My partner? Yes, he is. Stay Can you stand right here for me? He is. He's fired. He's Sit on this bar. He's fired. For what? Give me your job? He told me he was fired. He got a warning. So sit here Here's Here's the thing. So because our officer said not to come back, that is therefore a ban. No, he He may not have said the ban He didn't say ban. I don't have paper to say it's banned. Hold on. So let me explain something real quick. So when it comes to our paperwork, >> me to leave. Okay. Told me to leave. It doesn't say that in this computer. I bet you it don't. It It does. I'm going to show you it don't. It does. I got my money on it though. Yeah, you can bet money all you want. It It says what it says. So So here here here's the thing. So here's how our bans work. When we ban people, you don't receive any paperwork. You are told you are not allowed to come back there. Right? And they told you not to come back there. As the situation unfolds, the other officer is locked in conversation with the complainant. But were you involved before? Yes, we were both involved in the incident right here. Okay. What So long story short, I called might have been a little over a week ago now. Yeah. Uh I had her removed from the property. >> 5th? Yep. She is not allowed here. She knows she's not allowed here. She keeps coming back. She claimed she was here yesterday. She was not. Mhm. Um I saw her try to walk in. I just so happened to be walking in order out and I looked at her. I stood in front of the door. I said, "Ma'am, you're not allowed on my property. I'm going to have to ask you to leave." I was here yesterday. I'm allowed here. I'm allowed here. Blah, blah, blah. I was like, "Ma'am, I'm going to need you to leave." And I grabbed the door. I grabbed the door. She grabbed it and tried to open it. I tried to pull it closed and with that, it kind of like she was pushing against it so I was like pushing kind of on her, I guess. >> Okay. Like with the door, you know what I mean? So I could close it and then she started hitting me in the head. So he pushed out that out door, stepped in front. Um he took her to the side. I was able to close the door. I called the I literally like this. Never Never laid hands on her. I literally just my body. No, this is from somebody else but she did cold [ __ ] me, dude. Like she cold cocked me for This is from something separate but she did this right here. Yeah, all of this down here >> recorded it and air dropped it to me. I have the video of it. Of the whole incident? Not the whole incident. Not the whole incident but the incident of me in my eye. Well, He the the incident of after he got her away from me. Anyway. He's over there trying to figure out what's going on. Oh my god. I just need some water. I feel dehydrated. Just just just hold on for a second. >> really dehydrated. I'm going to pass out. That's what I'm here for. So I'm going to drink. There's a water bottle in there. Can you grab that for her? Oh, this is my boss. Give me just 1 second. Do you guys want to go with charges? Or do you want to arrest her? >> We're technically not allowed to press charges, but me personally Well, did she hit you? Yeah, she hit her. Yes, we us personally, yes. McDonald's, no. But us as people, like yes, I want to press charges against her. Okay. That confirmation is all the officer needs. The manager wants to press charges and the woman is now under arrest. Is that car three? Okay, yeah, cuz this is now the third time she's assaulted me physical, verbal. I'm done. She's done. I'm done with it. Done with it. Please place that water up to her purse. Why? Am I going to jail? Hold up. I'll explain. Just put down there. He put his hands on me when I was opening the door. Okay. Did you see that? >> water bottle up there. Okay. I'm going to jail. Just put your hands behind your back. >> I just go home? Hands behind your back. Okay. They're taking me to jail. Okay. Is that what she's on? Yes, that's what she's on. Whoa, that girl. They I was opening the door and they grabbed they pushed me. They did. Yes, they did. I told him not to touch me. This isn't just a random dispute between the two women. It's slowly becoming clear that it's personal. Luckily for the manager, she has the proof to back it up. She keeps coming back and it seems to always be on my shift. Do you guys have a a camera out here that records? No, not in this this spot right here. But I have a video but I have a video You have that video? of her assaulting me. Okay. And she was There's also a video of her trying to smash my fingers in the door. You can see she pushes on the glass. My fingers are right there. Okay. Cuz I mean, we can definitely arrest her for the criminal trespass. And I'll finish watching the video and then we'll talk about the assault. Okay. All right. No. No, I don't. Hey, how's it going? Good. How are you? Do I need to Is she going to come in here? >> Yeah, she's going to come in. Can I just go home? We'll explain that in a second. I still got my butts in my pocket. Do you I just want to leave them in there? Nah, I'd rather not. >> I'd rather leave them in there cuz I smoke them. She She doesn't. You're taking me to jail. They all yes, they are. You're going to smoke these? Yes, I am. I'm a roller. I can roll them. Why are you guys taking me to jail? Why are you guys taking me to jail is the question. We'll explain just a minute. No, I want to know now. Okay. I want to know why y'all is taking me to jail. And you can calm down with me. Hold up. Just relax. No, you guys can calm down because I want to know why you guys are handcuffing me. So you were kind of just trying to push her away from her. >> I literally She started swinging on her. She literally started swinging. So I stepped right in front of her and like body body her away with my body like this. Just like this. >> you're doing that, she fought you in the face. >> no, no, no. That was a completely separate incident. Was that like when you were just standing in front of the door? Yeah, uh the first time, yeah, she threw punches at her and I kicked her away from the door. She started like slamming the door. I did the same thing and she stepped back and said Is that the on the report? That's on there. That's on there. Her her punching me right in my eye is 100% on there. Okay. I was walking through them doors and she pushed me. So I said, "Don't put your hands on me." And he got in my face. And I'm a female and I've been abused and everything. So I just swing back. She continues to insist she's the victim, but the facts and the officers disagree. And despite being told otherwise, she still doesn't seem to understand what's coming. He was in my face. You are. No, I'm going home. My home's right down there. I'm going home. Do me a favor, take a seat inside there. Why? For what reason? For what I'll explain once you Once you get in the car, I'll explain. >> No, I want to know why now. >> Get in the car and I'll explain. Okay, that's my promise. >> me home? I'm not saying what we're doing here quite yet. I'm not sure. Okay? All right. And watch your dress. I don't want to get caught in the door. Are you willing to go down with us and sign charges on her? Absolutely. Absolutely. >> said they'd back us up. Carmen said they'd back So she's probably just going to get at least one count of assault. Yeah, at least one count of assault. I want to see if the manager has any injuries before cuz she said that she also got hit in the head. But I was just in a car accident literally three two days ago. What two days ago? That accident that happened on Tamiami Trail. You know I was the driver. Like I just got into a car accident. She's sitting here hitting me in my head. Like my god. My life >> Yeah, we just got into a car car accident like yesterday two days ago. Like I totaled her whole car, dude. my car like life is a life. Life is unsure. Oh my god. Hey, it usually happens in threes. Yeah, that's what they say. For sure. And it did. Broken phone, car accident, assault. I'm like, what the All right, Destiny. Real quick, I just got to read something real fast. Okay? All right. Am I going to jail? Just Just hold up. Give me a second. I'm going to read something to you real fast. We'll go from there, okay? All right. So am I going to jail? One second. Do you understand each of these rights I explained to you? Yes. Having in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? Is that yes or no? What did you say? Having these rights in mind, would you like to talk to us now? I like to talk to you about it. Yes. >> Okay. So what what happened over there? What happened over there I was going get ready to go through the door. They was coming out of it and I was going through the door to uh I well opened it like this Okay. to go through it Yeah. to get something to drink and they was coming out and she said, "You're not allowed out here." and started pushing on me. And he was getting in my face. She's trying to gain sympathy by mentioning previous trauma, but for the officer, it's the present that matters and the charges she's facing now. Did And I'm scared. I've been abused. Did you ever strike them? Huh? Did you ever punch them or slap them? Huh? Did you ever strike them? Before? No. I'm talking about like today. >> No. Yeah, because he because he was in my face. I'm scared to death of men. Yes, yes, I've been abused by people and her and stabbed by people. Well, if you were you want to be here right now talking to me. No, I was revived. Okay. All right. So Destiny, as of right now, well, you're going down going to go to jail for assault and criminal trespass because he has injuries. >> it was criminal trespassing. He don't have injuries. He does have them. Them Them injuries on his face was already there. Well, he has injuries. They were already there. He's claiming that happened today from you. So as of right now, you are going down and you're going to go to jail for assault and trespass, okay? Wow. >> tight. Where Where exactly on the head did she hit you? Right here. In the same spot I got hurt in the accident, too. Is it okay if I feel it? Yeah, yeah, yeah, you're good. There's I didn't have a lump before, but there's a little Yeah, it's real tender like right Yeah, right there. That's the spot. That's the spot. Overnight. I don't necessarily see any redness or not. I'm not saying that you can't press charges or not. If If you're If you're willing to go down with us to sign charges Okay. Unless maybe Nache would be willing to come in and cover the rest of my shift, you know. I can call and ask. Give her a call and find I'll call Jenna cuz I don't have Wow. Wow. Wow. Don't tell me you're happy I have videos. I'm not happy. No, I know. I didn't want to go to jail. I set this up, Destiny. You did. Yeah. For me to go to jail. Yeah. I told him walk outside. All I did was grab the door open and she pushed me. Despite being pregnant, she's caught smoking and sadly, that's not the only questionable decision she'll make today. What follows next is even worse. My [ __ ] foot now. You happy? Yes, baby. You happy now? You happy you love? Yes, I'm happy. Are you? No, I'm not happy that she's going to jail. Why did you set this up? You'll be at 312167 Susan Street, Florida. 312167 Susan Street. I never told I was banned from there. Sorry. I'm reading this. I wasn't banned cuz I was never told. She wasn't. No. All right. She wasn't. How is it criminal trespassing if I was never told I was banned from there? Cuz you were told not to come back the other day. Yeah, but they never said I was banned from there. Huh? No, that's not how it works. No, that Yeah, it does work like that. They never said I was banned from there. Being told >> You're being really rude, dude. Being told you're not allowed to come back means don't come back. >> say not to come back. They said you got to leave. Okay. All right. Come on, would you get out of here? Hold on, I'm just trying to stand up. Can I stand up real fast? My legs They're fine. asleep as asleep All right. All right. The woman was ultimately charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. Number two, customer tries to take what she wants from a car wash, but an employee wasn't having it. On February 9th, 2025, officers were called to a car wash after a customer allegedly attacked an employee after she was denied service. Here's what happened when officers arrived at the scene. [Music] What's up? so much for coming and I just had a recording. He's lying. He's pulling this and it's like I literally pulled up here and I I was like I literally got here. Why would you take it? I get that you're closed, but let me just get this cuz it's right. >> here. Come over here. I'll talk with you over here. Come on, we'll talk over here. Is this your car? Yeah, this is my car. All right, put your stuff up. We'll talk about it. Okay, let's talk about it because this is I hate that I didn't even start recording it from the beginning, officer. This There's a camera in here. I hope that you can grab it before they leave. What's your name? Hold on, let me I was even on the phone when this girl, she's pulling this in and I'm like I just need to get something to get this mat clean. Okay. And then she kept pushing me. I was like, "Hey, Yeah, yeah. I'm way stronger than you. Stop pushing me. Don't touch me." I said, "We're closed. We're closed. We're closed." And I'm like, "Stop Stop touching me because if you keep pushing me, I'm going to defend myself." Yeah, yeah. >> she wouldn't stop. I'm like, "I'm only just grabbing these these wipes." Mhm. Now, when she's calling the cops, she's pretending and I took the wipes. Like every I told her I want to talk to your manager because every time I come and the manager sees like, "Oh, go ahead. Get it." Like please, can you get the manager to come right now cuz I'm willing to wait because this is this is the wrong I want us to check the video footage before she tries to leave to delete anything. All right, you want to get out here and I'll talk with her? Yeah. You want to go around The woman says all she wanted was a wipe and that the employee's attitude set her off. But when officers speak with the employee, a very different version of events starts to unfold. So, you guys are closed Yes. and you told her that you were closed Yes. and she walked through and tried to walk in. Can you show me where that was? Mhm. So, she walked in here, you said we're closed and she started taking stuff out of here. Okay. You got a manager here. So, you're closing, she's like, "We're closed." She's like, "Oh, well, I just need some stuff." So, she walks in, starts grabbing out of there. She's like, "That guy let me do it all the time." And then uh She's try They're trying to like get you to face I guess. Yeah. And she made it She's pushed her like to get her out, so Um I'll still watch the video to see if they were >> What is this? I always get confused on the 64 camera. >> I'll I'll I I'll take care of it. Where's the actual border line? I don't know. I know they moved it. Right. I'll take it. It's no big deal. Either way. It wasn't a bad fight. Mhm. They said, "Call me somebody else cuz if you don't want to deal with me, Will you get her information and just see like about the video and all that? Yeah, please get the video. Please get the video. >> I'm just trying to trying to get your name, ma'am. I just I come here all the time. I'm a member and this is the first time she's acting this way towards me. >> Did you call, right? Call who? Did you call the police? Okay. >> she was lying. She was literally lying that I was assaulting her like trying to use keywords to get me a black person in trouble cuz all I did was before those two things were right there and I'm like, "You know what? I hear that it's closed." And she's like, "It's well at 6:00 it's closed." I was like, "You know what? Get me somebody else. Call your manager. He knows who I am." Right. >> Literally, I pulled up here and she took the stuff and she's like, "Well, it's I'm like, "You could have just taken the things out of here. You see this trunk here?" Yeah. She could have done that first, you know, knowing that there's a customer here and like it's almost closing time. >> Got you. I get it. All right, so all you did was go in there and take the stuff out of there. >> you. Let me show you what I did. Where I am Where am I? I'm The woman's quick to defend herself hoping to sway the officer to her side, but that's not how this works. The officers are here to get the facts, not to pick favorites. I thought it's like him to like move. Don't touch me. Like you don't also touch me. I'm trying to grab these Okay. because I'm trying to clean my mat. Yeah. And then she just keeps like pushing me and I'm like Is this your correct address on the license? >> appreciate you being very like understanding and listening because I don't want that video to be tampered with. I'm like Right. Hey, I'm stronger >> We're all Yeah, we're all I don't do that because like this is not even that deep. I could have been gone out of here in like >> Right. Just Yeah, just Can you keep playing? Just hang out for a minute, Okay. What's the manager's name? I don't know his name, but he's this tall guy. He knows who I am. I was even here like a few days ago. He saw me and then we've been joking about the bucket cuz last time I was here >> gave you permission to go in here? So, he like when I come and then he's like, "Oh, yeah, I know. Sometimes the pipes are cold." And he's like, "Oh, the pipes are cold, but I can give you the bucket." So, I was like, "Oh, the last time I was here, he even gave me a bucket." So, just, you know, give me the bucket. Let me do the liquid thing Okay. so it can it can help it out so cuz the snow thing was on my mat. Okay. And then the the manager was even joking with me the last time. I was like, "Oh, yeah, when you saw me, you packed it in." He's like, "I would never do that." We're even going like on a banter. >> Right. So, literally, I was like I just need this Mhm. to be able to clean off the snow on my mats. That's all I need. Okay. >> I actually went through the wash twice today. I didn't even know they closed at 6:00. They normally close at 7:00. Okay. So, I even went in twice. I was surprised to see that it was closed today. I had just come in through it and the bucket was here and everything was here. Okay. So, I was surprised. I don't know his name. I knew him by face because Yeah. Yeah, cuz there's another guy who was here who let me through the wash twice just now. So, I don't know where the guy went cuz I'm like, "Where is that guy?" All I need is this these wipes. Yeah, you keep You keep playing. You're All right, I'm going to uh Do you have your stuff in the car? Yeah, I have everything. All right, um you want to grab your keys and your phone for me, please. We're going to go We got to go downtown. Yeah, I can follow you. After reviewing the footage, officers make their decision and it's one the woman clearly didn't see coming. No, no, like you're going to be arrested. I'm trying to do the right thing. >> me? Yeah, I watched the video. Why are you arresting me? For battery. You're clearly the aggressor. No, no, I'm not. Clearly. Really? So, I'm trying to do you a solid. Okay, can I park the >> Grab your stuff. Well, we'll we'll move it later, but So, I just have to stay in your car. Can I call somebody? Uh we'll do all that at the PD. I'm going to just leave the paperwork in there. Is that a an iPad? Yeah, I don't want them to steal it. We'll leave that up here. I'll put that in my squad. Just put all that up here. Oh, you know what? Let me put it in the trunk. Yeah, you want to do that? That's fine. I just threw your keys in your purse. We won't sugarcoat it. We're going to have to handcuff you here in a second. You're going to have to ride in the squad with handcuffs. from St. Charles Police Station. Yep, that's right. St. Charles Police Station. What's my badge number? I'll put those up there. All right. All right, turn around. Put your hands behind your back for me. Can I just go to the car and get my phone? Okay. Sorry, it's it's policy. You can't just let you ride back there with no cuffs on. Well, well, arrest me. Come on. Turn back around. Okay, you. I really don't be aggressive here. Oh, yeah. >> Was that video like audio with it? >> Yeah. If there's one thing working in her favor is that she's not putting up a fight. We're going to go the other side. I told him I wouldn't be aggressive here. Well, I can't talk about it right now, but uh we we can in a little bit here. All right, hold on. I think your phone out. But I'm just throwing it in my purse. Oh, if you need my ID, I need to get it from my car. No, we don't need it. You don't need it? Okay. Easy to tell he did it. You want me to park it? I can I guess I can park your car and then if you want, I can get the video from here. Can you can get it? Probably. I asked the GM. I asked the GM. He's like, "Uh maybe tomorrow." If you want to do it now, that's fine. >> to go around if they're trying to shut down shop here. I'll leave if they're giving me a few minutes to do it out. No, it's the person right up front. How many of you ever been arrested before? In the end, the woman was trespassed from the property and was charged with battery. Number one, passengers blamed the driver for the delay, but it's their behavior that landed them in trouble. On May 27th, 2024, officers were dispatched to Orlando International Airport following reports that several passengers assaulted a shuttle driver over what witnesses called a minor dispute. Here's what officers walked into at the bus loading station. He got it. Okay, I have you. All right, all right, hold on. Hold on. Hold Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. You never Hold on. I'm sorry. Come over here with him and speak to him. They don't need to yell. All right, what What's going on? We have been waiting in the bus stop for 1 hour. >> Did you guys call for us? No. Okay, cuz we're We got to try to figure out this is the right call. Hold on. Did you call? Is he the caller? I'm the driver. Did you call us? Yes. You called 911? Yes, yes, he helped me call. I'm getting wet over here. Okay, stay over there with them. I'm just asking you a question. Okay, sometimes we don't know if it's Can you guys get off the bus for me, please? I'm not there. And when I was driving, he punched me. Hey, all right. I'm not going to touch him. I'm not going to touch him. I'm not going to touch him. He's lying. All right, that's fine. You're still getting a citation. This is ridiculous. Come on. Let's go. If you can talk to me This man is outrageous. Take a seat. Okay, I'm going to get to I'm going to get to the story, but I can't do that when you're acting like that. Doing what? When you're acting like that, going up to him like that. >> No, I wanted to make sure that he wasn't lying to the other officer. He That's not That's not your job. It's later confirmed that the passengers have been waiting a while, but that doesn't justify what happened next. They allegedly struck the driver, though they're quick to offer their own version of events. I'm sorry. Okay. I'm sorry. So I'm sorry. What happened? It's been such an upsetting night. I'm sorry. >> What happened? Were you guys together when this happened? >> Yes. We've been waiting here for an hour. Okay. We got down here at 10:30 and they they they kept telling us the bus was going to come in 20 minutes, 25 minutes. There were no buses. Absolutely no buses to go to the hotel. I don't know. On our phone record, we had six calls in. They said they're coming, they're coming. Okay. One bus went by and it never stopped. And we were sitting in those spots. It went by and we went running after it. Like, "Wait, wait, wait." So then she Then he called again and the woman said the bus was full. So we waited again and again. We waited another 25 minutes. So it's total hour. He pulls up. He's loading the back of the car and I said to him, "We have been waiting for 1 hour." That's what I said to him, my words. And he said, "I've been here. I was here four times." And I said, "No, you weren't here four times." He said, "I was here four times. I was here four times." Okay. And then I'm getting in the car. He's still yelling at me. And I said, "You're calling me a liar? You're calling me a liar?" And then all of a sudden this screaming starts and carrying on. Who Who was screaming? He was. Okay. >> He was screaming at us. And then I Then I was screaming back at him. Where were you guys like in relation to each other? We were sitting next to each other behind him in the driver's seat. He was in the driver's Okay, so you guys were already in the vehicle and he was in the driver's seat. Yes. Okay. Yes. Okay, so you guys were in the vehicle and you're still screaming You're still screaming at each other? Yes, it was all We were driving. It was horrible. And then he said Well, then he pulls over and he wants to throw me out. He said, "I want you You get out right now. You >> Where did you Where did you Where did you So you got on the bus where? At C. Okay. At C, right? Okay. 277 to 279. >> you got on. Everything was fine when you got on or this all started when you got on? No, it started in the back of the car when I said he was loading my bag and I said I said very calmly to him, I said, "We have been waiting here for 1 hour." He said, "No, I got to go. I've been here four times." So you You're in the vehicle and you guys are driving over here and then So what >> to throw me out before that. >> Where? Right as soon as we pulled away from the car from the place. They say things escalated only after the driver snapped at their remark about waiting too long and even accuse him of grabbing the woman. The officer lets them explain, but she's listening closely. From C7 to 279, whatever it >> Okay. Okay. And he pulls over. He You get out. You You get out of the car right now. I said, "I'm not getting out of the car. I paid for my car in the parking lot. I'm not getting out of the car." He tried to throw me out. So we get back in the car and then he gets mad at him. He grabbed his tie. And then we stopped. >> Who grabs whose tie? He's yelling. He's yelling. He's screaming at me. But me too. I'm yelling back at him. Then he jumps out of the car to throw me out. Right. Right. So he grabbed the tie. At that point, then he Then he starts speaking Spanish to this freaking thing. And I said, "Speak American. Speak American." And I grabbed over to tell him to speak English. What do you mean you grabbed over? I reached over his shoulder and grabbed him here. Okay, so you You told him that. Take us to the freaking police station. >> Yes. Okay, do you guys have your IDs on you? Do you guys have your IDs or licenses on you? He's trying to It's horrible. It's absolutely horrible. I've been there since 10:20 waiting and waiting and calling the company. And he said he pulled in. He never pulled in. But then he's trying Then he's yelling at us first. He's yelling at her first. >> Well, he's screaming at me. And I And I You know what I said to him? Man, I said to him >> her, I'm not going to let him grab her. Well, what When did When did that happen? The very first time. They were having They were having a argument. Jumped out of the car to tell her to go tell her to get out. Get out. Get out. So >> tell her to get out. I said, "Don't be touching her." So So he So Yes, he came over to me. He went I was He went to He didn't get me, but he went to throw me out of the car. I said So did he put his hands on you? No. He tried >> Okay, so he did not pull you out of the car. >> No, but he wanted to. Okay. He tried to and I said and I said, "I'm not getting out of the car." So he tried to is a different story. Warning Warning to is a different story. >> Okay, well, all right. Um okay, so You guys You guys You guys get out of the car. No. You never got out. As the couple continues talking, their story becomes harder to follow and the officer starts questioning how much of it actually makes sense. So you guys never ended up out of the car. No. He tried to get me out of the car. Tried to get me out of the car. He starts to leave again. Mhm. And then when he starts to leave again he was saying stuff to her and then I I was I was screaming. Then all of a sudden He was calm. I was the one that was upset. >> I I lost it. Okay. I started saying what So when you're telling me about the whole tie thing, so you're still I'm trying to paint the picture for myself. So you guys were in the van. You're seated. Right. He's in the driver's seat. Yelling yelling at her. Yelling. Okay. And then at what point did you say you reached over him? I just reached over and grabbed him and said, "Shut the Shut up. Let's go, man." Right. He was screaming cuz he was screaming at He was screaming at her. Okay, do you remember how like you did that? No, I don't remember that. It was so fast. It was not even a second. It was a second of time of what he was doing. Okay, and then after that, what happened after that? He kept driving and then he kept And then he gave him And I said to him, I said, "You know, sir, I said to you, all you had to say to me when I said to you, we've been waiting an hour. All you had to say as a as an employee of the company, as a representative of the company, you could have said, you know, 'I'm really sorry you guys had to had to wait. Take it up with the front office.' But he didn't want to do that. He wanted to fight with me. He had an attitude. He was screaming and he had an attitude. So when it comes down, like I I completely understand you guys are tired. I'm sure you guys are Exhausted. Exhausted. You're pissed off. No, our flight was 2 and 1/2 hours late out of New York. We're exhausted. You're pissed off. You just want to get on You're so right. Yes. We've all been there. We're all human. We're just trying to paint exactly the picture because when it comes to customer service stuff, like he sucked. He was late. He was screaming at you. He was unprofessional. All of that stuff is going to go to the the company's like corporate. That's civil. The fact that he was if That's not a crime. That's not a police issue for them to be unprofessional. So that side of things, you can absolutely complain to corporate or management and, you know, I'll be writing a bad review. Now comes the reality check. The officer makes it clear what they did broke the law, but judging by the reactions, they're not ready to accept the message. When we step in, it's for the criminal aspect. So although I completely understand your frustration, there's not much I can do about the corporate side of things. So we were called because there seemed to be some sort of heated verbal argument. That's when police come. Right. So we don't want that to happen. I don't want it to happen. Well, it's my It's my fault. Blame it on me. It's my fault because he he He was screaming at me. He was screaming at me and I got and then I lost it. It's not personal. It's not personal, especially with us. We're just here trying to find the facts. Right. >> That's what we're trying to do. So when we can get, you know, other people's statements, that's what we're trying to do now. So So tell me what happened. Huh? Just tell me what Okay, I was from Terminal C.
