Number five, woman thought her behavior would be tolerated, [music] but the police proved otherwise. Our first case takes place at Orlando International Airport where officers responded to a report of a woman who's allegedly been lingering on the premises for days without a valid reason despite repeated requests from the staff to leave. She's refused and now it's up to law enforcement to step in. >> You guys call? >> So did you did you ask her to leave and then leave and then you guys left? probably ask her to leave and then an emergency came up so we have to go because >> So what would you like us to do? >> Do you want to press charges or >> would you like to press charges if she refuses to leave? >> Yes. >> Hi there ma'am. So, unfortunately, because you don't have any business here, you cannot stay here. So, here's what's going to happen. Cuz they did ask you to leave earlier and you refuse to leave. So, now they're letting us know that if you do not leave at this moment, you will be trespassed. And if you still refuse to leave, we will arrest you. >> Okay. I don't have a way to leave. >> We will give you a bus pass. You can touch the bus and take it off the >> property. >> Can you speak up, please? >> I think she's talking to somebody else. >> Whoever it is, >> do you guys have a bus pass by? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Thank you. Are you traveling with anyone else or? >> No. >> The reason why I'm asking because if they need a bus pass, we'll give it to them. >> I don't care about them. You're either going to get up. >> I just need you to grab your go. Ma'am, I just need you to grab your stuff and go. You don't need to have all that attitude. It's not even necessary. >> I'm not even talking to her. She keeps talking to me. I don't like >> We're going to give you two seconds. >> Do this. Let's grab your stuff and let's go. >> You can grab your stuff and you need to leave right now. If you don't, you go to jail. >> Stop talking. >> They're keeping their cool for now. But if she keeps testing [music] limits, that patience is going to run thin fast. >> Give you I'll give you about 30 seconds. >> 183, come. Are you nearby? >> Like I just said, I cannot leave. >> You're free to go. All you need to do is grab your stuff. >> Going wherever I need to go. I cannot leave. >> You just need to leave the premises. >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing to leave the property here? >> Are you refusing? >> Stuck here. There's no way to get out of here. >> Did we not just tell you we would give you a bus pass? >> Where is it so I can go? The >> Give it to me before I end up putting her in the car. >> Hold on. Give me a second. >> Hey, can you do me a favor? Can you come over to B1 real quick? >> Here's your bus pass. >> Now, if you like, we can also take you to the next bus stop that is right outside the property. That's not going to get me where I need to go when I get out. >> Yeah, but it'll get you off the property and keep you out of jail. That's what I'm trying to do. >> Well, I'm trying to go where I need to go and not get off the property. If I'm not going where I need to go, then I don't give a about that. >> So, you're refusing to leave the property. Is that what you're telling me? You're refusing to leave the property. Are you refusing to leave the property? >> If I cannot get Are you refusing to leave? >> I'm not going to put your hand. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Get off of me. Resistance. You are going to jail. >> No, I'm not. >> The situation started with a trespass, but her refusal to cooperate turned it into something more. And unless she backs down soon, the woman will find herself in even more trouble. >> She looks at me. I got her. Stop resisting. >> GET OFF THE MAP. [screaming] I CANNOT >> Stop resisting. You're going to get tased. >> I'm not going. >> You're going to get tased. >> I'm not going. >> One to 10. >> Get all of >> Get my stuff. >> Relax. >> For no reason. I'm not going to jail. Why haven't you got my stuff? I need my stuff. >> I need my stuff. >> Stop resisting. Just follow me. >> Stop resisting. >> I don't even know what you're talking about. >> Sit in the car, please. >> I'm going to be on the left and show you the walking. >> Sit all the way back and face to the left. >> I need my face that way. >> Face to the left. Will you get my phone? >> You want to go with me? >> I lost my hood, but I got to I'll stay here with her. >> All right. >> She was ultimately charged with resisting without violence and trespass after warning. She later pleaded no contest and received adjudication withheld, which means she avoided a conviction but remained under court supervision through probation. Number four, officers try helping a homeless woman, but her actions keep causing problems. On January 29th, 2024, officers were called to an apartment complex after reports of a woman refusing to leave the premises. According to maintenance staff, she's been squatting in the hallway and even used a blanket to block off one section. Here's what happened when the police finally located the suspect. >> Hello. Hello. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> What are we doing here? >> I'm uh sleeping. >> You're sleeping? >> Yes. >> You got to get up. >> You got to get up. You got to get out. You can't stay here. >> Okay. I don't stay here. I'm waiting for my friend. >> I don't Well, you're not waiting for your friend. You got to go. You can't be here. >> Okay. >> Let's go. Come on. Now, they don't want to sign a complaint right now, but if you come back here, you're going to be uh either issued a summon or even worse. So, come on. Start getting your stuff and get out of here. Let's go >> and grab as much as you can because whatever's left is garbage. And >> I don't know. It's bad enough to call me in a little bit. So, I don't know. >> Well, grab your stuff cuz everything else is getting tossed. >> I don't know. Not here. >> There's a shelter at third in Bloomfield. >> The woman is identified as 37year-old Jessica Roseall. And this isn't her first runin with the law. Records show priors dating back to 2022, including trespassing and theft. And now she may be adding another case to that list. Well, that's all we can give you is the shelter here and the shelters in Jerry City. >> In Union City as well, >> Jerry City and Union City. >> No, they were helping. >> We don't like doing this, but this is ridiculous. >> I don't know. >> This is practically a whole apartment right here. >> I had >> I don't know why you Why you keep saying you don't know what's ridiculous? is like you're not sleeping on the whole bed right now tucked in. You're going to get in trouble if you keep sleeping here. And this individual who you said, >> huh, >> is supposed to be coming back. Are this all his stuff? >> Whatever is left, whatever I don't take from here, the rest of it is there. >> All right. You might want to reach out because maintenance is going to toss all this out. >> I It's like I said, there's nothing I can do if you leave here and I can't carry all this stuff out by myself. So, whatever gets thrown out, this gets thrown out. I don't know. >> All right. Well, that's it. I guess the rest is uh garbage. >> Mhm. >> Have a nice day. Here's how the situation unfolded when police arrived. We got somebody giving us a second. Give me one second and I'll be right here. >> Hey, come on. >> What do >> you're not allowed to be here? >> You're not allowed to be here right now. >> They informed you. You were banned. On June 27th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a home in response to a call about a man trespassing, allegedly entering the property repeatedly. According to the homeowner, the man has been staying for hours at a time over the past 3 weeks, even live streaming while doing so. What's more, the same man had also made violent threats towards the owner online. And with that in mind, officers approached the scene cautiously. Hey, are you Matthew? >> Yeah. Just stand right here, sir. >> Yes. But you realize you're responding to calls from out of state. >> Face the vehicle, please. >> Sounds good. >> All right. I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. >> Sure. >> One of the officers begins to read him his rights. Careful not to ignore that he's still streaming the encounter on his phone. >> Hey, Matthew. >> What? >> Would you like us to end your stream so your phone doesn't die? I'm assuming that's coming with you. >> Keep it recording. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being request questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> As best as you can explain them, yes, I understand the rights. Okay. >> All right. I'm [snorts] going to search your incident to arrest. Do you have anything on you that could stick me, poke me, hurt me? >> Uh, the pepper spray and a possible toothpick in the fanny pack. >> All right. I appreciate you letting me know. >> You have a baggie. Say yeah. Can you raise up your hands for me, sir? Thank you. The man identified as Matthew Davis has been live streaming the entire time and he has no issue making himself heard, but officers stay focused, unfazed by his attempts to rile them up. Thanks. After I'm no longer detained and released, I'd like the keys to my property back. >> I understand that. But after this is all over, >> if you go back to that >> keys to my property back, >> we need to make it very clear to you. If you go back to that property, you'll be arrested for >> it's my property. >> Not your property. Well, here's >> you guys don't understand the law. You guys are tyrants. >> So So Matthew, you can say that until you're blue in the face. I'm telling you, if you go back there, when you get out, you're going to be arrested again. Except this time, it'll be for a felony. >> You guys are tyrants. It's It's important we're clear on that. >> I know, but you guys are tyrants and you're going to lose your badges. >> You're all right, though. No worries. I've spoken to all my neighbors. I've spoken to the local kids that get picked up from school. I've spoken to those down at the retirement home. Everybody's fine. You guys have done nothing about the criminal activity inside for almost a decade. I'm working with you. Do >> you have any jewelry on? Necklaces or anything like that? >> I don't believe so. >> Okay. Thank you. the keys to the property. >> It's a coin purse. >> Okay. Thank you. Before putting him in the cruiser, officers run one final search just to make sure he's not carrying anything he shouldn't be. >> All right. Can you see the back of my hand, sir? I have to check your inseam. >> Yeah. Okay. I'm going to place you in the back of my car. Okay. >> Sounds good. >> All right. You're going to be audio and video recorded while you're in here. I'm thinking this yet. >> Oh, thank you. >> We'll just set it here. >> I don't think so. I thought it was going to be I don't know, though. Just the way he was pulling up. >> Okay. Just like some cards. >> Yeah. Remember, you have to check all the debit, credit, and debit cards. Make sure you can't be booked at other people's property. >> Mhm. Before moving forward, the officers go through Matthew's property, documenting what's there and double-checking for anything that could lead to further charges. Just a piece of paper. Actually, I know it's going to be broken release. >> Mhm. >> Which means he'll be back before our shift is done. He'll be he'll be back to be able to reaccess. >> Yeah. So, I would maybe >> Did you turn that camera on up there?
