Looking good might turn heads, but it doesn't turn around in arrest. These cops made it clear that no one is above the law. Here are five cases when pretty privilege doesn't work with nononsense cops. Number five, woman causes a scene at a concert and learns that looks don't excuse bad behavior. On September 24th, 2024, officers responded to a concert after reports of a woman kicking female security guards, fighting with other attendees, and causing a disturbance. When they arrived, the chaos was still unfolding. Did you know that I'm my period and I'm bloated? I feel like you want to check it and check my bad 30,000 people all naked without a shirt. Would you like that? No. Was your girlfriend like that? No. Was your wife like that? No. Was your daughter like that? >> Wouldn't be acting like that out there. >> No. I told them I was trying to keep them safe on you. >> My mom has it cuz I didn't want it to get lost in the Sarah. S A R A Brad S A R A. Did you get the hair on my face? >> My elbow. >> So if your elbow hurts, it's probably because whatever pain is going on in your shoulders is driving on. >> I can't relax. >> So here's the thing. I'm gonna make you just write this as simply as you can. your position here, what you were doing, you were in your right position to do so. What she did to you, you didn't give her permission to do any of that to you. >> Uhhuh. >> We'll get your We'll get your ID and stuff when you're done with that. He'll be able to help you out. >> That's fine. We'll be able to get that handled. >> And then you have no involvement. >> No, I was up front. >> Who else has involvement? >> Marissa. She's the other one. She has on her way up there. I'll do it. >> No, they all in the pit because I need them in there catching other crowd servers. >> It's going to be a minute till I can get their statements. >> If you can get her replaced or something just so we can get her quick. >> You go to that medic tent there and get their statements from there so they don't have to walk all the way up here from the stage and back. >> I can see if Hannah is able to once I'm done cuz I'm probably going to be taking her to jail. >> That'd be huge. >> Hey, I'm in the middle of something. I'll call you back. All right. >> Did you see me bind anybody? [music] >> No. That was a surprise to me, too. Is she okay? She's suddenly cooperative with the officers, but denies ever causing problems for the female security guards despite what witnesses saw. >> I know. And I I know that I I know that one. >> I grabbed legs. I remember biting. Did you see anyone fit? Pull me out. Call me out. >> So, I just blank right now and then once I have them, I'll just text him. >> You got my number? >> Screaming, "Get out." >> She's got a bra on. >> No shirt at all. >> No, sir. >> I fought so much. I said, "I don't have a shirt on. Please close me." Is when I was in front of the stage, I said, "Please clothe me. I don't have a shirt on." I was screaming, "Please clothe me." Does she have a cover in her shirt? >> I'm gonna cover it back up. All right. >> I just put it in my box. >> No, don't do that. All right. >> Thank you, sir. [music] >> I don't have a shirt. They took it. >> Put that blanket on. >> I screamed. >> Between the stage, >> between the barricade and the stage, I screamed. I don't have a shirt. Please. I don't have a shirt now. >> All right. So, I'll just let BRC know. Take her in the blanket. They'll put it right on her right away. They'll probably They'll probably just get her changed out in the second you get there. >> Where's my shirt, though? >> I don't know where your shirt is. >> Um Sarah shirt on the bra. >> But I screamed and I said, "I'm I'm naked." I said, "I'm naked." And naked, >> Sarah, >> I'm going to have you stand up. All right. >> I want to have you cover yourself. Walk into the car. >> Put it in my head. I can't reach it. All right. There you go. >> You got it. >> Uh I think so. >> All right. Well, walking to the car. >> Yes, sir. This right here? >> Yep. Am I under arrest? >> Yes, you are. >> Okay. >> I I'm transporting. You all right? >> Take a seat in there. >> Oh my god. I'm I'm I didn't mean to. >> Not a problem. >> Good. I'm fine. >> Let me just put on your seat belt. >> Okay. >> Sorry. Do me a favor. Scoot over a little. She's emotional now, but the officers make it clear. She needs to understand exactly why she's being taken in. >> No, she's not. >> So, so here's the thing. We're going to explain everything. >> So, let me let me explain it to you. Okay? >> Just hear me out and then if you have a question, I'll let you ask it. >> So, you're being placed under arrest because you punched or scratched in the process of whatever happened with the stage diving and how you got over there. Uh, two security guards. >> Okay. >> Two. Okay. >> Two security guards. one one female who's white, one female who's African-American. I don't know if you remember that or not. >> Does that part matter? >> No, but I'm just saying in case you remember who they were trying to explain it to you. >> I don't think I I I really I didn't mean to [music] put I just did deserve to be >> I'm sorry. It's been you. >> So So that's what happened, right? Like we're not disputing that. That's what happened. That's why you're here. >> We go to put handcuffs on you. I know you're still fighting all that. I'm not going to even charge you with resisting. I don't care. But here's the thing. The people who you put hands on >> Yes, sir. They want to press charges because they didn't give you permission to hit them. >> Did you security guard? >> Yes. >> Are they absolutely positive as me? Because I'm not. >> Yes, they are positive. They they identified you and everything. >> Okay. >> So, you're going to have to go to jail. >> We're going to inform mom exactly where you are, what your charges are, all that. You'll be able to bond out within a few hours. >> 21. Show me Charlie 101. >> I know that this isn't ideal. I know you came here to go for a concert. I don't know if you were drinking, smoking, whatever got us here >> because I know what happened and I know that you don't know that you weren't there. I know the security guards that got injured, they weren't there in the beginning. They just got injured so they're just hurt and they don't know. But the people that they do know and they it's not fair and I didn't mean to hurt anybody. >> Okay, that's all I have for her. Just a cell phone. >> That's all I had for >> is my mom know that I'm I'm leaving and she's not kissing again until very far after. Did she know that? >> Yes, we we informed your mom. Your mom will know everything. Okay. >> She Can she come over here before that? >> Um I don't know where she is. >> She should just be over there. She's got brown curly hair. >> There's mom. >> Now that she's in custody, the officer calmly explains what comes next and reassures her that her mother will be informed. >> Yeah. Let Let me see. Okay. Give me a minute. Give me a sec. I'm going see if mom needs anything from her or anything like that and then you send them on their way. >> Sorry. Are you talking to me? >> Yes, sir. >> I didn't hear you. >> Is there any way to get my mother over here? >> So, the other officer is going to go >> just so I know it's going to be very difficult. >> Well, your cell phone is going with you. >> I don't have my cell phone on. >> I have your cell phone. Is it a Samsung Flip? >> Yes, sir. I have your cell phone. >> Am I going to be able to talk to her? >> Um, once you get there >> and you're booked, then they'll allow you to go through your phone and get the numbers that you need and you can call your mom. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you'll be able to call her once you're in there, but if not, as soon as we get there, you're going to have to be booked. >> The woman was ultimately charged with two counts of battery on two unformed officers. Number four, when breaking traffic laws comes with a quick reality check. On June 11th, 2025, officers on patrol spotted a reckless driver who ran through a red light. Here's what happened when the officers finally caught up to the driver. >> What are you doing? >> Hi. What are you doing? >> What are you covering up? >> I'm not covering anything up. >> You literally just threw everything down onto the floorboard. >> I was grabbing my bag for my license. >> You were literally throwing >> I'm parking here because I work here. >> She tried covering something up on the floorboard. You know why I'm You know why I'm pulling you over? >> Sienna, >> you know why I'm pulling you over? >> Why? >> You're going to give me attitude right now like you're annoyed because you went right through the red light in front of us outside Orange and Okay. Let go. Do it now. I said let go. I said let You're pulling You're pulling your arm back. >> You weak of liquor. Okay. >> The woman's dismissive attitude, unwillingness to cooperate, and an open liquor bottle in her car pushed the officers to put her in handcuffs. [music] The officer attempts to communicate with a woman, but she keeps talking over him. >> What is going on? Sienna, make sure you stay on the phone, please. >> I wonder if she's involved in 73, too. >> 73. What? >> We're not talking to you. >> Yes, you are. >> We're talking to each other. >> Sienna, >> what's on the back? >> Where's my phone? >> It's up here. >> What is going on with you today? >> Sienna, >> she's over there. >> What is going on with you? >> Sienna, >> you do not need to be here. What's that in the >> I sat in juice. As the woman and the officers go through the sobriety test, the woman attempts to weasle her way out of the situation she put herself in. >> You know, you can't pulled over somebody who's parked. >> Ma'am, I don't understand. I don't know what you know, but I You committed a traffic violation at Orange in Washington. >> But you can't pull over somebody who's parked. >> Who said that? >> You can't. >> Ma'am, >> I know that. >> Okay, ma'am. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Can you keep your hands on your side? >> Sorry, there was a raindrop on my head. >> You're moving your head. So, we're going to start this. >> Am I moving my head? >> I'm not asking you. I'm telling you. You're moving your head. >> How did I move my head >> with your neck? >> I didn't. >> Man, I'm not. Can we do that again? >> Can you imagine a line about the width of your foot from here all the way over there? >> That's a generally straight line like from here all the way over there. >> Can you put your left foot on that line? >> Your left foot, that's your right. So, you may begin at any time. >> Here. >> Yep. >> 1 2 3 4 5. his heart. >> The officers give the woman one final chance to come clean, but unfortunately she doesn't want to take it. With that, the officers decide that it was time to send her away, but it seems like the woman isn't planning to go quietly. >> So, how many drinks did you have today? >> I have not had any. >> None at all? >> No. >> Okay. Look at my partner. >> All right. And then can you do a forward dive like this with your hands behind your back? >> A dive? >> Yeah. Like put both of your hands like you're praying behind your back. You haven't told me. >> I told you you're under arrest for DUI. >> What? How? How am I arrested for a DUI? How? I'm not drunk. I haven't endangered. >> Oh, you know what? Um, >> so how am I rested for a DUI? >> Johnson probably has an alloc or an >> I'm telling you right now, I have a a brother who's a police officer and I have an uncle who's a lawyer. >> So, how am I arrested for a DUI? >> You're underrest. >> You're about to face some real serious consequences. I'm going to tell you that right now. >> Okay, man. I'm going to tell you that now. And you know what? I hope this is worth your job. That's all I'm going to say. I hope this is worth your job and the rest of your career cuz you guys have not dignified that I'm arrested for a DUI. I have not been proved drunk. I have not been proved anything. >> The woman continues to argue with the officers and even take it to another level by threatening the officers. A female officer arrives at the scene to pat the woman down, but the woman is not letting go of her rude behavior at all. >> Johnson's here. Johnson's here. >> Oh, John's here already. Awesome. Uh, I just need you back. >> Let's go. Because I can't guys behind bars. Let's go. I'm so excited for this. You're not going to ever be able to work for anything governmentwise. I'm just going to search you. Okay. >> Search me? >> Yes. >> What do you have to search me for? >> Cuz you're going to jail. >> So, don't they search me when I get there? >> No, we search you before. It's a policy. So, we have to search you now. Okay. Second. >> All right. >> Does that make you feel tough? >> Not really. >> I wouldn't talk back if I were you, ma'am. Watch the car. >> Wind your stance. Blind your stance. There you go. Anything on's going to hurt, poke stab me. Anything in your bra? Anything like that? >> Nope. Cool. Cool. >> You got to stand still. Can you do that? >> You have me off a curb and you actually have footed off. >> There's only a sentiment from the curb. >> Widen your stance. We're there already. Don't push me. I'm not pulling away from you. Stop. >> Don't I'm not pulling away from you. Don't push me. >> The woman is now in handcuffs and realizes that she's not getting out of this one scot-free, which leads her to spiral out of control. >> HELLO. HELP. >> GO AHEAD. YEAH, we're good. >> Someone >> I'm being resisted. Um I'm being arrested unlawfully. >> HOLD HER LIKE THIS. >> RECORD THIS IF YOU CAN. Record this if you can. >> We're recording right now. >> No, they're recording as well. >> Okay, perfect. >> Are you going to arrest them, too? >> Cuz you guys hang up my phone. >> Only you're going to do. >> You guys hug up my phone. >> Okay. >> You don't have a right to hang up my phone. >> You don't have a right to do that. >> Sure do. >> Oh my god. So just >> just keep an eye on it. >> Rosar's being transported. Uh let's put her in Rosario's. >> This is not the right way to hold somebody. This is not the right way to hold somebody. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting, ma'am. >> Not the right way. Not the right way. You're going to get the right resisting. You're going to break my arm, but you're going to stop. >> You are going to break it yourself by dropping like that. You are going to self-inflict your injury when you drop all your weight to the ground, trying to make it difficult for us to walk. >> The woman continues to be uncooperative and lashes out at the officers, maintaining her arrogant and disruptive attitude until the end. >> Get your arm from under. >> Get your arm from under my elbow. >> Go get your car. >> They're holding me wrong. >> Okay. Okay. Are you >> They're going to BREAK MY ARM. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CONDITIONS I have. >> They don't know what condition I have. >> Stop resisting. >> TELL THEM TO GET FROM UNDER ME. >> It's not here. Holding me from under my elbow >> because of the way you're acting. Yeah, she's the I'm not acting. I have not physically arrested anybody. >> You keep dropping your weight trying to get outside of our >> She's holding me wrong. She's going to break my shoulder. >> She's going to break my shoulder. >> You chose by your actions. Yes, she did. Resisting shoulder like that. You've been resisting every >> Let go of my shoulder like that. And now you're pushing me against the car. >> I am. >> Now you're pushing me against the car. Stop doing that. >> Stop. >> I'm going to tell you right now, you were not running the show. Okay. >> I don't care. >> Stop fighting. >> But you're not going to hurt me. >> The more YOU FIGHT BACK. >> YOU'RE HERE TO HELP PEOPLE. >> I'm trying to help you. >> You're not helping you. >> I'm trying to help you. >> You're letting her do this to me. >> Get in the car. >> Hurts my feelings. >> She's actually Cuban. >> She's Cuban. After everything that happened, the woman received multiple charges. She was charged with failure to stop at a red light, DUI, resisting arrest, holding an invalid driver's license, and battery on an officer. Number three, woman causes a crash after running a red light, and acts like nothing happened. On March 30th, 2025, officers responded to a car crash involving a woman and her daughter. Here's what they discovered when they arrived. >> I I just found a red light and then that's what happened. >> You ran a red light. >> Yeah. Like a yellow light. Yeah. And that's what happened. >> Okay. Well, there's a a light way down there. What does that have to do with this part right here? >> Yeah, that's what happened is when I ran the red light. Can I get my jacket? >> Where's the jacket at? >> In my car. Yeah, if you can take a look. Ma'am, come here. >> Baby, are you okay? >> Ma'am, come here. I need to get more information from him. >> Who was in the vehicle with you? >> What? >> Who was in the vehicle with you? >> Me, myself, and my daughter. >> Your daughter's the one that's on the ground, right? >> Yes. Yeah, of course. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Have you been drinking? No. No. >> Okay. >> No. >> Look at me. All right. Turn. Let's turn her cuz the sun's right in your face. >> Her young daughter is in the car with her. And although paramedics confirm neither of them is seriously hurt, the woman continues to act like nothing happened. As if the crash that could have turned fatal wasn't a big deal. That alone prompts officers to check whether she might be under the influence. >> Can you help me? Mom, you put it on backwards. So >> I just see. Uhhuh. >> Okay. I'll rotate it. Okay. >> I want to make sure I won't ask entirely. >> Okay. >> You have had nothing to drink. You have no I'm >> fine. No. Just >> the way you're acting, the way you're moving around. But >> my my sister wasn't saw me. >> Your sister was what? >> She's the one who put the the me the >> It's mine. >> What? >> Myself the drink. >> Okay. Ram side. >> Sorry. Turn my finger. Turn my finger only. Don't move your head. >> Okay. >> Hey, you want I should take 47. You need it. Are you sure? Pause. >> Can I please? >> Who's your daughter? >> So, here's the thing now. Okay. >> Right now. >> Can I have my daughter? >> Where's your daughter now? >> Right there in that >> in the car. Yeah. >> What's your phone password, babe? >> Okay. I'm going to rush you call your doctor, babe. >> Okay. Okay. After these officers are done speaking with you, I will promise you I'll >> Okay. >> The conversation doesn't get far. Her responses are slurred and scattered, making it clear she's in no shape to be giving coherent statements. >> Is this your phone? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. I'm going to just leave it by my car for now, just so it's somewhere safe. I can make sure it doesn't get lost. >> So, which car is yours? That one right there. >> That hurt anything? >> No, I just want my daughter. >> Where's your daughter at? >> She's probably at home. >> She's at home. >> Mhm. Okay. >> With her dad, of course. >> She's with her for dad. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> What's dad's name? >> Adam or Jose? >> Jose. >> Her dad's name is Jose, but her dad's real name is Jose. >> Okay. What's Jose's last name? Did AFR check on you? >> No, not really. No. No. >> Do you need them check on you? >> No. I just want my daughter. Yeah. >> Okay. Well, before we can get anywhere near that, we have some stuff we got to do first. But we're waiting on some people. Okay. Okay. Can I get a phone call or no? >> Well, right now we're trying to get this stuff out. So, >> can I use the bathroom and my car is flexing? I put the bathroom. >> Um, well, we'll have to wait on that. I'm not I'm not >> You came from a hotel to your friend's house to home. >> Yes. >> What were you doing? >> Going home. Going all the way home to bridge. That's home. >> Bridge home. >> Yes, sir. I promise you I am. I'm going to my own home. >> Okay. And you said not you're not injured or anything? >> No. >> I just want my daughter. She says she has no injuries, but I'm seeing cuts and scrapes on her. >> Okay. >> And um that's her as far as an airbag comment. >> And she's going to remain with you guys. >> Yeah, she'll remain with us. >> Um yeah, she was limping or something like that. Not sure what is having to do with my ankle. >> Your ankle hurts. You sure you don't need to be able? >> No. No. I promise just my ankle. That's it. >> Despite everything, she seems to forget that her 5-year-old daughter was with her the entire time.
