People will do shocking things when they think they're above the law, and these cases prove it. Here are five cases when horrific Kairens do the unthinkable. Number five, from trusted dog sitter to unexpected dognapper. This next case unfolds on June 18th, 2025, when officers are called to investigate a shocking report. A woman made an alarming claim that the dog sitter she hired sold her pet. Watch what happens when police arrive. >> Stand out, right? >> Okay. I understand. >> Myself and cover 16. >> How you doing? >> I'm good. >> What's going on? >> So, this is an ongoing situation right now. Um, so I had paid her to watch the dog for me. This is her sister. They're they're my kids side of the family. >> So, she came to my house and she did my kids hair like she retwisted their hair and then I paid her to basically watch my dog for me for a couple days while I went out of town for a family emergency to Orlando. When I came back, she already knew I was coming to pick the dog up. So when I told her, "Hey, you home. I'm coming to get the dog." She was like, "Oh, you're not getting your dog back." Like the dog gone. Like >> she sold the dog. >> She was like, "I'm keeping the dog." >> So now she's just giving me all this runaround like so basically she like sold my dog about the dog. >> Is she here? >> I don't know. >> Yeah, she in there. >> Not trying to ass. I spent like a lot of money on my dog. >> What apartment is it? >> Upstairs. [Music] West Palm Beach Police. in the window. She already >> I can hear you in there. West Palm Beach Police. >> How do you go about getting the search warrant to go in there? >> You're not getting a search warrant for a dog, man. >> A dog is like a child, though. >> I'm sorry. A dog is like a child. >> A dog is not a child. A dog is an animal. >> A family member. >> All right. >> As officers try convincing the suspect to come outside, another officer stays with the owner. Trying to piece together how the dog wound up in the wrong hands. >> So tell me what happened. >> Okay. So she came over to do my son's hair. I asked her, "Can she do their hair?" Cuz she retwists. That's like her little side gig. came over. I told her that I had a family emergency going on in Orlando >> and I was kind of making a joke about it cuz the dog was at my house barking. So I was like, "Kira, you want to watch a dog for me for a couple days?" >> And she was like, "Yeah, who you talking about, Dior or Christian?" I said, "Dior?" >> And she was like, "Yeah, I need I live by myself. I need somebody to keep me company." So I was like, "For real? Are you serious? Cuz I'll give you some money." >> Gave her $160. I bought We went to Publix. I bought the the biggest bag of dog food because they needed dog food anyways. So, I bought the the biggest bag of dog food. I bought waters of uh bottles of water cuz I told her I was like, "I give my dog like the good. I don't just give them tap water and stuff like that." So, we went to Publix, got all that stuff. >> And I told her, I said, "Listen, I'm going to be gone for 7 days, though. Is that okay? Like, let me know if she's too much. I'll have my dad come pick her up cuz my dad already has the the boy dog." >> Mhm. >> So, she was like, "No, sis. You good? Like, don't worry about it." So, every day I was writing her asking her, "Is she okay? Do they need anything?" I think she asked me for $20 for whatever she I don't know what she needed it for. I sent her the $20 cuz I was like, you know, you doing me a favor? >> Like, yeah, >> of course I'll send you whatever you need. Like, >> and you have documentation that you sent her the $20. >> How did you send it? >> I sent it on cash app. I sent I have the text messages and everything. And she was like, um, yeah, she she needed she needed water. And I was like, how you guys doing? You guys all right? She was like, yeah, we good, but the dog needed some water. So, when I get a ride, I'm go get her some water cuz I try to give her the tap water. She's been throwing up. But she Yeah, she good. I was like, "Oh, yeah." I was like, "She could drink tap water. She ain't never thrown up from tap water." But you could give her tap water, but I'm coming to get her anyway, so don't worry about it. You home? And she was like, she wrote me back literally and was like, "Oh, you're not getting your dog back." >> According to the owner, the dog in question is a French bulldog, a breed known for its high value and possibly the reason behind the alleged scheme. >> You used to do text messages? Yes. >> And you still have those text messages? >> Yes. And I sent it to you. >> Okay. >> And she was like, "Oh, you're not getting your dog back >> and you so no need to get her her shots." Okay. >> So, I'm driving on 95 coming from Bokeh from my job and I'm like >> Mhm. >> like my heart dropped. No, this was on on Friday. >> On Friday. >> So, my heart drop cuz I'm like I don't know if she maybe she mean to write it that way. Yeah. >> So, I'm calling her. She's not answering her phone. >> Now she's sending me the voicemail. So, I text I said, "Kira, question mark. You're telling me you're not giving me my dog back?" And she writes me back and she's like, "Yeah, that's what I'm telling you. You gave me the dog." Now, she's trying to say that so that it's cuz she's not dumb. Obviously, she wants to have it documented saying that she's saying that I gave her the dog. >> I never gave her the dog. I would never give her my dog. This is a dog that I've had for 4 years going on 5 years. >> You have the papers for the dog right there? >> Yes. And I have I I can get the other papers where like I've taken the dog to the vet. I can show what what I paid for the dog, all of that. Like I bought the dog >> $5,000. I have the receipts and everything. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, and this is the one sister like out of this whole family. I don't even know her like that. Like I know her, of course, obviously been around her, but like I don't I don't I don't hang with her. I don't >> The officers don't get to question the suspect until the next day, but when they do, here's what she has to say. >> 1436. >> What's going on? >> You want to answer the phone yesterday? >> You called me yesterday. >> Hm. >> You called me yesterday. >> Called you yesterday. Was at your boy yesterday. >> I wasn't here yesterday. >> You wasn't here yesterday? >> Okay. All right. Mind talking to me real quick? Yes. >> All right. >> Well, I'm just I mean I mind talking to you. I'm not going to run or nothing. >> No, I'm saying that's what I'm saying. Do you mind? >> I just I just letting you know that I'm um order the Uber thing. >> Order what Uber thing? >> The little um circuit car thing. So, I don't know when it's going to pull up. >> All right. So, Miss Green, do you know why I'm here? >> Um for the dog. >> Okay. What dog? >> Um Tiffany dog. >> Tiffany dog? What? What? What's going on with Tiffany's dog? >> She gave me a dog last month. >> Okay. Okay. >> She gave me um a Frenchie dog last month. >> Okay. >> She literally gave it to me. She picked me up. This is my brother, his baby mama. >> Okay. >> Um she picked me up to do his >> I'm getting scared. >> Okay, you're fine. This just we This is This is routine. >> All right. How you doing? >> This is Officer Ramirez. He He comes, he helps me out. He He hear me going out with somebody. He going to come over here regardless. >> Um she picked me up last month. She gave um to do my nephew hair for his graduation. >> Mhm. >> I went to do her I went to do his hair. She live way in lots of hash, however you say the word. She live way lot there. So I'm doing my nephew's hair. She had the two dogs in there or whatever. The dog was barking really bad, which that's not the problem of this cancer or whatever. Well, the dog was barking really bad. So when she came back home, she was like, "Kira, do you want a dog?" And I was like, "Yeah, I want a dog." But you know, I can't have a dog because I'm literally on housing for real. I'm I'm on housing. I've been here for four year. I've been here for 4 years. Um when she she gave me the dog and the whole the whole ride here from Lashi Hashi to back here she was like um yeah girl I'm getting tired of this mfing dog. I don't want this beat. She was calling a dog a beat. I don't want this beat that all she do is bark and s up my house like poop poop around her house. So I was just like um okay cool cuz my landlord saw her live right next I promise to god I told her this. The suspect immediately fires back, denying any attempt to sell the dog and asserting that it was lost by accident. >> Um, officer, I don't know your name, but >> Officer Bell. >> Officer Bell. Yes, ma'am. I'm on housing. My landlord son live right next door to me. I don't have a dog. The dog was already barking crazy. You feel me? And and my water was off >> for three whole weeks. I'm telling you this >> because like I said, I just started a job at the con and my water was off. She gave me the dog when my water was off. Mhm. She gave me $100 for doing my nephew hair and and she just let me have the dog. She went to um I don't know if it was Puerto Rico or New York, but she went to this trip after after she gave me the dog like 2 days later. She went to a trip. She came back before she came back. I let her know that the dog ran away. I don't know what's going I know. She think I sold a dog and everything, but I got friends that helped me with everything. I don't have if y'all want to take a walk a look in my house. My house don't smell like no dog. It's nothing to do with no dog. It's nothing in my house about no dog. I don't know. I have a fake necklace on my neck. I don't know what's wrong with her. Like they on and they keep bothering me. I'm in this church, sir. >> Mhm. >> Literally, I go to church every Sunday on my way to church right now. If if I'm able to go to the church because I help them with the um with the pantry every Thursday. I'm the secretary of the Sunday school. I'm literally with I'm literally with Christ, sir. Like in real life, I'm with the Christ and they trying to they messing with my mental. >> Like I'm not calling these lady. I'm not >> I can't get nobody to have a car. Mhm. >> Like I'm not messing with these girls or nothing. And the the other one is my blood sister. Excuse my language. >> Tequita is my sister. >> Is your sister? >> My blood sister. >> She is the one that started all this because there she's on >> and she's been like this and with me all my life. Like all our life. I'm going to be 37 next Saturday. >> Mhm. >> Everything that she know that's good that's going on with me. She starts stuff with me all the time. And that's the honest to God truth. I'm going to be 30 something that my sister is telling her. That's the god honest truth. My sister is the root of all of this. >> So what? Um, so you said she did give you the dog cuz she was tired of it. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. What color was the dog? >> Um, it was gray. I think it was like Yeah, gray. >> And just when it seemed she said it all, there's more. Listen as she scrambles to justify every detail that the officers might find suspicious. >> It was Was it any other color? You said it was a French. >> Mhm. It was just gray. I don't know if it was had a color underneath or what? cuz I never like turned her over. So, I don't know if it was like a different color, but I know it was green. >> Okay. Um, and you said she call you. Did she ever ask for the dog back or >> No, she came. Okay. I'm so sorry >> cuz I'm trying to talk fast because my thing about to pull up and Okay. >> I'm already hypertension. So, if you think I'm just jittery, I'm hypertention. You >> good with me? I'm sorry. >> I got high blood pressure and everything. So, >> Okay. >> Um, >> the first time when she picked me up, I told you I did my nephew hair for his graduation cuz she got two sons for my brother. The second time when she picked me up, she mentioned the dog and that was um June 10th cuz my nephew my other nephew >> Yes. Because my other nephew birthday is June 11th. >> Mhm. >> So I did his hair on his birthday. She never she mentioned the dog. She just said she had to get him shot, give her shots or something, but she never even tried to come upstairs to look for the dog and nothing cuz the dog was upstairs at the time. But the dog just ran away. And I told Tiffany that I don't know why they starting this big old commotion. I don't have any money, but the money that's in my wallet and that's like $11. I don't know what's going I don't got no bank account or nothing. It's nothing in my house brand new, >> but the AC and the um the landlord just gave me the AC because my AC went out. >> So, did you ever text her and tell her um that you wanted to keep the dog? >> She already gave us it was a lot of text messages. It was a lot of text messages, but after she started threatening me after they start being with the crazy stuff, I delete that stuff out my phone cuz I'm in a church. I cannot be doing all that, sir. They they want to bring this stuff to my church on Sunday and everything. Like I cannot be doing all that. Like I'm literally in the church. I just got saved and it's just like since I got saved, they just been effing with me. >> Her explanations don't change the facts. And at this point, the officers are ready to act. >> I'm getting agitated. I'm sorry for like if I have attitude, but you >> I don't know what's all of this is about. >> I have all of my neighbor. These people see me every day. They don't hear no dog. They don't see no dog. Everybody around here, these ladies that have been to my boyfriend's job is honest to God. >> Mhm. >> I don't know what they told you or y'all. I don't know. >> But yesterday they went on to my boyfriend job. He don't have nothing to do with this. >> Mhm. >> He don't even know them. >> Who is your boyfriend? >> His name is Emanuel. But they went to >> I'm so sorry. >> You got any other weapons on you inside the >> Oh, no. This this just my >> two minutes. Put your hand behind your back. >> You can leave, sir. Can I can I please just have somebody come get my keys for my house? >> No, I'll go with you. That's the best place if best place for him. I'm going to put you in two cups. All right. So, it's easier for you. >> Okay. >> The case closes with a woman facing a grand theft charge valued at up to $5,000. Number four. Woman makes a simple traffic stop worse. Natalie insists she's hurt and the officers take her concerns seriously. But that doesn't erase the consequences of her earlier behavior. >> You want me to call paramedics for you? Okay. >> I don't have insurance. >> That's irrelevant. But if you want us to call paramedics, we can do that to check the hand. >> No, I don't I I can't. >> All right. This I'm going to put your phone. I'm going to put your phone on your property. Okay. >> He came up. He pulled me over. I pulled over and he came and he was knocking on my passenger. So, I put my driver's side down. And I cracked it and I said, "Hey, like why are you on my passenger?" I told him, "I'm listening. I'm listening." >> I rolled down my driver's side. >> Okay. >> Roll down my driver's side. And he's like, he starts trying to open my door. Does the window not open?" >> Yes, it opens. >> But I had the driver said, "You you pulled me over. There's no one in the car." Like, >> "Come talk to me on the driver's side." And then he asked me, "Look up for me. Look up." >> He asked me for >> Okay. >> my ID. I don't have it. Okay. >> And so he asked me for my insurance. I gave him my insurance and then he's like, "What's that?" It's it's it's a from like years ago. It's not valid. I don't use that. I have a plastic. I don't have it on me. >> As it turns out, both her insurance and license were valid, meaning compliance from the start would have spared her this ordeal. >> My permit is in the car. >> I don't. >> And then he was like, "Show it to me." I gave him my insurance. >> What permit are you talking about? >> To drive >> the restricted driver permit or something. And I gave him my insurance. And afterwards, he's like poorly in the thing. He's trying to open my door. I'm like, "What? I don't have it. Can you please look up my name?" I told him, "Look up my name. It's on the insurance card." And he has it. >> And he grabs it. He's like, "Why? Why are you being difficult? You want to make it difficult this?" I'm like, "Dude, I'm just saying look up my name." He's like, "Oh, what was that?" Cuz he seen it when I took out my insurance card. >> Okay. All right. What about this? Can you sit down here for me or take you make like you're going to go to jail? I'm going to arrest you. He's like, "This is my show. You don't run this show." Like, >> hey, I don't I want to get you out of this cold cuz it's cold right now. >> Here, man. >> I know, but let's just Can you take a seat right here so we can kick your shoes off for me? Just so you know. >> Besides the standard citations, the suspect is now looking at an additional charge of resisting arrest. Number three. Woman's strange behavior leads to police response. Our next case brings officers to a hotel following complaints of a guest behaving unusually and making threats toward staff. Watch what happens when police step in. >> Yes, ma'am. You see her? No. >> I don't I didn't even go down there. I don't want >> you complaining. >> Yes. >> What happened? >> Okay. So, I went to approach her in 127. >> Mhm. >> I mean, in the laundry room because she's walking around with a towel on and on top of that, I was letting her know that she had to check out, >> right? And she came to me and well she smung at me and was like you stole my money. And I'm like how did I steal your money? You only exting your room for one night which in last night. She's walking around the hotel with it with just a towel on. She's naked. We have kids in here. We have adults. We have m and she won't leave out the room. >> Is this her last day? She she be going off. >> She Yes. >> Okay. And >> you have a general key for the room? >> Yes. She's this way. 127. Do you what what is it that you want done? >> I just want her out. I I'm I'm afraid of her. She swung at me one time. I don't know what she's able to do the second time. >> Okay. So, you don't want her on the property? >> No. >> Did Jury tell her she needed to leave? >> Yeah, we we told her. >> Corporal. >> Yes. >> She needs the manager needs to open that door. >> Airport police. >> Airport police. >> Go ahead and open the doors, please. Airport police. >> I got it. >> Clear. >> Clear. >> Clear. >> Do we know what kind of vehicle she's driving? >> So, the story I wasn't here, but apparently she was or something. She doesn't even remember how she got here. That's why she's walking around in that thing. Yeah, >> you can go ahead and key her out of this room. >> We did earlier. I'm trying to figure out, but I'll I'll do it again. >> Um, has she made any friends with the maintenance guys, clean crew, since she's been here? No. >> According to the staff, they've been trying to remove the guests since the day before. Since then, her erratic actions and disoriented demeanor have raised even more concern. >> Um, check make sure there's no other keys in that room. She might have slipped one and gotten an extra key. Hence the reason why might be able to get in and out. Yeah. >> So what happened yesterday? >> Okay. So yesterday the housekeeper went to the room and was like you need to check out. She said no. My friend extended my room for a month. I said no your friend didn't extend your room. Who is your friend? She was like oh a guy dropped me off. And I was like well who is this guy? So she came. At first it took her like before I went to her room, I kept calling the phone like, "Hey, you need to leave. Hey, you need to leave." So, she was like, "Oh, I don't have any clothes. Uh, can you bring me a towel?" I was like, "Okay, cool. I'll bring you a towel." Took her the towel and she never came out the room. So, I was like, "Hey, it's time for you to exchange. Like, if you're going to extend, come up here and extend your room. You can stay for one more night, but you have to go." >> So, she came up. She finally came, but she was acting like she was out of it. >> And so she was like, "Where am I?" I was like, "You're at the hotel." She was like, "No, I'm not at the hotel. I'm in Jacksonville." I was like, "No, you're here in Savannah at a hotel." And she was like, "No, I'm at I'm in Jacksonville." So, I just kept like I knew it was something because she kept >> going from one spot to other. So I called the police because I'm like at this point she was just sitting in a room. She was walking around the hotel with just a towel and we have kids in here. And this morning when she came to the front I was like hey you have to check out. And she was like I'll check out later. >> No. She said I'm going to ex my room is extended. I said your room is not extended. I said your room is not extended at all. You have to check out today. And she was like oh I'll do it later. So, we've been getting complaints about her walking around the hotel with a towel on. So, she was sitting here half naked with a towel on. I went in there and I said, "Hey, you have to check out. Are you going to check out?" >> To make matters worse, several guests have reported her behavior out of concern for their safety. >> You got to check out. We don't have any rooms for you tonight. And she was like, >> she slung her purse down and aimed at me and was like, you stole my money. And I was like, what are you talking about? I didn't steal your money. I said you extended for one night which in that was last night's time for you to go. >> Yeah. >> She just been in the laundry room in her room. Is she in the room? >> Mhm. >> She's probably gone. Hopefully she's gone. She just kept telling us a guy dropped her off. A guy dropped her off. And I was like, "Well, who is the guy?" >> And she was like, "I don't know the guy. I don't know who he is." >> So when the officers came like they were talking to her and they was like, "She is out of check out 220." >> They was like, "Oh, she's out of it, but it's nothing we can do. Do you remember who the officers were that came out here? >> They were sergeant. They were sergeants. It was this big black guy. Oh, a big white guy with a ball head. Yeah. But he just kept saying, he was like, "There's nothing we can do. It's nothing we can do." He kept saying they called EMS for her. But EMS never showed up. >> But she has gold dreads and she just walk around with a towel. >> She dropped the towel. >> She dropped the towel. >> The one that was in front of the room door. It wasn't there earlier. She must have clothes on. >> So she might have had something on underneath the couch. The >> the woman. >> So she went to the next hotel. >> The next hotel. >> She's at the next hotel. >> All right. Now, do you want her criminally trespass from here so that she don't come back? >> Yes. >> With details from the employees, the officers search the lot where the guest is reportedly stirring up more trouble. P see over that. >> Oh, on the on the G on the >> other side been reported to be the next hotel at the bridge. >> He told me he was she was on the other side sitting next to on the curb next to the white car. >> Yeah, but she took his car. >> She took his car. >> Yeah, she stole it. She stole it. She was going to She was going to take his car. >> She stole his car and then stop it. >> Okay. She took care of you. 759 to 7:33. We have a a victim here. She stole this gentleman's car. He went and retrieved it. He wants to press charges on her. >> Okay. So, have him >> subject is sitting in a parking lot with his drug and then we're going to go. We'll be right back. >> So, I have a question. Sorry, I just got here late. The the car that you drove from the other hotel, did you know that doesn't belong to you? >> No. I explained to him that my family was going to send me a car. I've been here for like maybe two weeks. >> Mhm. >> But um I thought I just assumed that was the problem. That was it. >> Where was it when you got into it and drove it over here? >> It was parked on the end of the street >> and then you you just assumed that was the car that your family told you that they sent you. Did you think it was odd that there was personal items in there that you wouldn't find in a rental car? >> Yeah, I did. >> You did? Yeah. >> That vehicle, you understood and knew that it wasn't a rental car. >> From this point on, her responses suggest she may be experiencing a medical episode or possibly under the influence. >> You know, um it could have been some of my um family members it didn't put anything. I mean, it could have just me so I could get where I was going. Now, if your parent if somebody if family member is renting you a car, why would they rent it and then leave stuff in it? >> No, I didn't say a car. I said they was going to send me a car. >> How are they going to send you a car? >> Leave the car there, leave, and get in another car and go. >> Where are they coming from? >> I mean, Jacksonville, Florida. I mean, u Memphis, either or. I don't know. All I know is I wanted a car for them to send me a car. >> Okay. So, you got in that one. >> How did you get into it? >> Because it was running. >> They told me it would they would leave it running >> for me. And I just assume cuz it's been weeks, couple months. >> Gentleman that she took the car from wants to press charges. >> Okay. >> So, I'll go get his information. >> So, she can take a ride. >> Okay. >> Um and then she can get criminally trespassed from the hotel. >> So, the people at Candlewood don't want you there. They want you criminally trespassed. So, I filled out the paperwork. The only things I need is your social security number. Do you have Do you know that off the top of your head? >> No. >> Okay. What about your telephone number? >> I don't I don't know this number. >> Okay. Then the other thing I need is for you to sign it right there and then date it for me, please. And you'll get a copy once I get the manager's uh signature as well, too. Okay. >> I'll get the driver's information. >> Okay. No, no, no, no. You all right? I need you to walk over to the hood of my car for me, please. Ma'am, >> put your hands right here for me, please. Ma'am, >> you're being placed under arrest, man. For all this stuff. >> Oh, go ahead. >> Place your hand right here for me, please. All right. I need you to bring your feet back a little bit >> and then you can spray your feet, please. >> Surprisingly, the woman agrees to go with the officers willingly, bringing the case to a calm close. Can you put your hands behind your back for me, please? >> Watch your head. I don't want you to purchase it. >> I see you about to fill out something else. What is that for? >> This is the resting bookie form for they got to have down at the jail, man. >> Please, sir. >> What's wrong? >> Can I get out for a minute? Please. >> What's wrong? >> I can't breathe. But I need some air. Cool. Please, please. [Music] >> Where was your car parked at when she took it? >> Can you get the slate for me? >> With the other side of the building in the back side. >> Okay. >> It was loading. It start loading 11. >> Loading clothes. >> Yeah. Everything is in it. >> And then uh he said when he went back for the second load, you know that >> car was gone. Yeah. >> And and ask him how did was he able to get it back. >> Okay. What they did was when he came back there was another of us right there on the parking lot and he saw the car coming this way. So she must go. She went all the way to the back where there's no end, you know. So he came over. >> She came over driving on this on this street slowly and they saw the car. Oh man, somebody got the car, you know. and they start chasing her and then they went all the way up there to the stop sign and then uh that's when they pull in front of her and then they stop her and she came out of the car and she said thank you. That's what they said. >> Oh wow. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. Was there any damage to your vehicle once you were able to retrieve it back? >> Okay. Gotcha. >> All right. That's it. >> That's it. Thank you so much. The woman was later charged with trespassing and autotheft. Number two, from a traffic stop to a felony. In this next case, officers on patrol spotted a vehicle linked to a driver with a suspended license. Here's what happens during the stop. [Music] >> Hey, how you guys doing tonight? >> Good. How are you? >> You guys all got IDs on you? >> Yeah. >> Perfect. >> What are we getting pulled off for? H >> What we going to pull out for? What' you guys just switch seats for? >> What do we get pulled over? Huh? >> Cuz Jayla's driving. What was I doing? car. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch. >> Get in the car. I'm not going to touch it. You don't want the car with my partner. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. You got to take my car home. Get in the car. >> No, we're hanging out. >> Can I get my stuff? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I lic and talk to me real quick. You're not in any trouble. I got to I got to talk to you out here. >> You're driving. I just got to have you step out here for me. Okay. >> What's going on? >> Nothing. >> What you What are you freaking out for? >> I don't like police officers. >> I understand. Why'd you guys switch seats? What's the point? What's the point in that? It's not your car. >> I don't have my title, but I do have a um a what's it call it? Um a restriction to my to my thing. >> It doesn't take long for the group's attitude to backfire as every remark pushes them further into trouble. She's telling your officer. >> Okay, sounds good. Don't get back in the car. Talk to me. Don't talk to me. No, don't. No, no. >> Behind your back. Thank you. >> No. >> Thank you. Thank you. Put your hand behind your back. Thank you. >> What? You got to >> You're going to hurt yourself. You're going to keep it. All right. >> You throw me for no reason. I promise. >> F. It's okay. Shut the up. I don't have nothing else to >> stop. >> Quit acting up. >> No. >> Quit it. >> Y'all stole me for no reason. I promise like a child. >> There you go. Take it back. >> No. >> Stop. Please stop. >> No. I promise you I'm going to call my mama. >> Shut up. Stop. >> Lie. >> You going to act a fool? I'mma treat you. I ain't worked for the Chicago PD and I didn't do nothing >> and you're acting a fool. >> Stop moving. >> Stop. Is it just the two of you? >> Yeah. >> All right, cool. Pop out for me, big dog. >> Huh? >> Right now. >> Just hang out for me real quick, bro. >> Come back here for me. >> All right. >> Let me go. >> No. >> You're going to act a child. >> No, I'm not. >> Sit down. >> No, I come right here to the back of the car. I don't got nothing to do. Yeah, you do. Please stop real quick. >> Once you start acting, right, we'll have a conversation. >> No, you just saw me >> cuz you're not listen. >> I'm going to have you hop out. Okay. >> Huh? >> I'm going to have you hop out now. Okay. >> You want anything? You don't have anything on you supposed to have? >> Don't reach for it. Just Okay. Send my car to my partner here. >> Who these girls do you? >> I don't know. >> You don't know them? >> I don't know. >> Yeah. Fool, ain't they? >> You want to put some I don't think we had a car that's open right now. >> This one open right here. >> I think it's someone in there. It don't matter. He say he going to put us in the heat. It don't matter. He said he going to put us in the heat. We got to >> go to his car. >> Come on, bud. >> It's going to be this far one all the way back here, right? >> As if their attitude weren't enough, officers searching the vehicle find an open container and even detect the odor of an illicit substance inside. >> Yeah, it does. >> Yeah. Know there's open container there. Uh driver was suspended. >> Yeah, they jumped and switched just like as I was walking up to the car. So >> what's what's the driver going for? She punched me like while I I pulled her out and I grabbed her hand and she just stiff armed straight to the chest hit me. So cool. She's going for that and I think she's 5'5. So we got Tom Six coming out here for that. >> Yeah, we probably want a female to search both of them. >> Yeah. >> What? >> Call my mama. >> Call your mom. >> Yes, I am because my family is part of the Chicago PD. Get this [ __ ] off me. I'm not playing with y'all. I'm getting >> Are you making a threat to a police officer? >> You said what? >> Are you making a threat to a police officer? >> No. Get this. >> No, you're staying in cuffs. You punched an officer. You punched a police officer, you dummy. >> You're not going to talk to me like I'm nobody. >> Okay, I'm not trying to, but you're acting like this for no reason. >> Punch me. Leave me alone. >> You punched an officer. >> You're not understanding. >> You punched an officer. >> My family. >> I don't care about your family being cops in Chicago. They would be very disgraced with how you're acting. With how you're acting out of here, >> you think they'd be happy to be like, "Hey, this is my cousin or what? So and so, and she's acting like this." >> Put hands on me, too. >> You punched an officer. >> You put hands on me, too. Leave me alone. >> Yeah, because you punched an officer. >> And how weird. >> Information that they should punch me in my face. >> No one punched you in the face. You fell down. And you fell down right back here. >> Who got punched? Huh? >> Who got punched? >> I say punched. I grabbed her hand and she just like stiff armed me in my chest. >> Oh, no. >> Yeah, I didn't I didn't actually punch. We would have had a much bigger problem with that. >> All right, what you need? >> Just a inventory of this. Um, it's getting towed cuz she was suspended and uh then I'm going to take Jayla for suspended. The other girl is going to go for uh pushing me and resisting. Being cuffed and placed in the cruiser should have been her wakeup call, but instead the woman keeps arguing and pushing back. >> You're not making any sense. Zero sense. >> Why would you touch me? >> Because you hit an officer. >> Touch me. >> All right, whatever. >> Hey, you got uh you got their names? >> I got Jayla's name. >> What's that girl name? >> It's in my pocket. >> That's all right. I'll find out. I'm not going to lie to you. I got a little mad call dummy. That sounds >> I'm only mad cuz she like hit me in the nuts. >> Then who's the other kid? >> Has he IDed himself? >> I haven't. I He popped him out. I searched him. >> I didn't know what he had. >> Okay, cool. >> This one? >> Yeah. >> Have you IDed both of them? >> No. >> Okay, cool. >> For me, they were searched. >> That's fine. >> You got my phone. >> You got your ID on you, Carter? I'll get your phone for you here in a second. >> I ain't got my ID. >> What's your name, buddy? >> Maris. >> Maris? What? >> Okay. Hold on a second. Right now in my wrist. >> Leave me alone. Leave me alone. No, I don't want to know. >> How old are you? >> I'm 21. Just leave me alone, please. >> Is this a good address for you? >> Yes. Just leave me alone, please. >> Go ahead. >> I don't want no dude. Please just leave me alone. You guys got to ride out of here >> cuz the the car is going to get towed. So, I'll I'll let you get your stuff out of it and everything. My phone. >> Yeah, I I'll get you stuff out of it for you and everything like that. >> Where the girls going? >> Huh? >> Where the girls going? >> Jail. Both of them. Um >> Why? >> Huh? >> Why? >> Well, the first girl that was driving is going for driving while suspended. The second girl that's driving is going for resisting an egg bat on law enforcement. >> The first girl, how you spell her name? >> Jayla. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She's going for suspend. >> How you spell her name? >> J A Y L A. >> What's her last name? Uh, what's your last name? Say your first name again. >> What's your last name, dog? Uh, like I said, you guys are going to need a ride out of here unless you want to walk. So, my phone. Yeah, I can get a ride right now. All right, that's fine. I'll grab it for you. >> In contrast to the woman's combative attitude, the men, though obviously impaired, appear open to a civil conversation. >> Where you guys going tonight? >> Where were you guys? Where Where were you going? >> Where you like? We was going to go get some bro with the what the license bro y'all bro pett as lun drive bro that's what y'all do now bro what the y see two two females y'all know we f to go what y >> look man I wasn't no guy to stop >> you can't drive on a suspended license you know >> y not >> I heard trying to stop us >> I heard a lot where you don't need a drive where you don't need um a driver license to drive >> I don't know about Yeah. But if if that ever happens, hey, maybe the law can change. You know what I mean? >> What? >> I have nothing to do here. Please, please just leave me alone. I don't want to go to jail. Please. I don't want to go home. Please. I just want to go home. I have nobody down here. Please. Please. >> Okay. Why don't you calm down? We can have a conversation. >> I want >> But I'm not very I'm not very happy right now. I don't want no hiccups this time. >> Can you listen? >> Can you listen? >> Okay. >> Between everything that happened, right? I'm going to sit here and be real with you. You can't hit an officer. Okay? We're not going to argue about that. You can't do that. Secondly, that's why you're putting handcuffs for aggravated assault to a police officer. >> Time out. >> He didn't hit me. >> And then when you were walking out here, you decided to kick me. And you kicked me in a not so nice area. >> I don't talk to me. Please. >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry. I just came. >> Sorry, you did it. >> Please. >> While the woman's meltdown continues, the men's conversation with a second officer remains surprisingly calm. >> Should be happy that I changed my life. >> Yeah. >> Now, a lot of y'all mad. What the How y'all mad that I'm out the way? I don't live out here no more. I'm out here on the weekend sometime. I don't have nothing to do with Bloomington. They mad cuz what I used to be into. I What? They they locked up all my crowd for they didn't do they didn't do a whole bunch of accusations. Oh that they didn't do type and then y'all mad cuz I'm out here and I'm doing better. That's how that makes sense. What the >> I mean I'm glad you're doing better. I don't even know. >> Oh yeah don't. Okay y'all going later on when the name come up. Right. That's not me no more. I'm cooler now. Y'all just y'all hate to see that. Stay stay facing that way. Show me your hands. >> Show me your hands. Face that way. >> Okay. I just want my me. >> Your cuffs are perfectly fine. >> I just want my mama. That doesn't mean nothing. >> You're going to continue this. >> Put your feet in there. Put your I will spray you. >> Put your feet out. >> I want my mom. >> Stop. I want my mom. >> Stop it. You're going to catch a vote. You're going to catch >> I want my mom. >> Stop. >> I want my mom. >> I don't give a Stop. >> You understand that? I want my mom. I just want my mom. Cuz I want my mom. I'm here. >> Did you buy my stuff? Stop kicking me. Cuz I want my mom. >> Stop. I want my mom. >> Get back in the car right now. >> I want my mom. >> Get back in the car. >> I want my mom. >> Get back in the car. >> You're going to get my mom. >> You're going to whisper. No. If I keep put your feet in the car, you're going to get spread. >> With the first female subject out of the way, officers move on to question the other female passenger. >> Oh, she almost got >> I know. I heard it. I was I'm ready to tell you not to spray her cuz I was on the other side. >> Dude, she kicked me again. She doesn't know how to act. >> She wants her mom. >> Why? Why did you guys switch seats? >> Okay. So, I switch seats because I don't have a license. I just got that car last week. >> Okay. >> I'm getting my license this week. >> You're working on getting it all together? >> Yes. So, that's why I switch cars because I know I'm supposed to be driving. I know I don't have my license. I just got that car. So, Tia supposed to be driving. >> Okay. >> That's the only reason I switched. >> Why is Tana not driving? >> I don't know. She supposed to been driving. She just drove on our way here. We supposed to been at a pajama pajama party at every two. Okay. >> We just had a pajama party. We still was we were still up there. Tia supposed driving. She was just drunk and she couldn't drive. So I drove. >> Okay. >> Even though I don't have my license, I still drove because that's my car. And >> my wife in danger. She not going to drive if she don't know how to drive. I'm going to drive. Even though Even though I know how to drive and I don't have my license, I don't care. This is my life. >> You're sober. Hey Shep. Shep. She's belligerent. You don't have to worry about >> like she tweaking. What the >> she is tweaking. >> I just got this car. >> So, um, how do you know the boys? >> I don't know them. I just met them at Eric, too. We just Look at me. >> Eric's just had the pajama party at 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. >> I just met them. He just put some gas in my car. I don't know them boy. I don't even know his name. >> Okay, sounds good. Did What did you guys do when you went to the gas station? Were you guys just >> No, he just put some gas in my car and that was that. He got him some woods and that was that. Literally. Okay, that's fine. Uh, all right. I'm going to be I'm going to be straight up with you. Uh, you're getting arrive arrested for driving suspended. Um, you got a suspended driver's license. With that, the car has to get towed. The car is getting towed to Joe's. We're not putting like an impound hold on it or anything like that. So, all you got to do is just pay the fee and you can get it back out. Okay. Um, >> it's a late realization, but at this point, it seems that the woman finally sees that her decisions come with lasting consequences. >> That's all you're going to have to do. You're going to You're going to go >> What the >> I don't even go outside. I should have stayed in the house. >> What? >> They swapped seats at the last second. Like as I was as I pulled him over and was walking up to the car, she was in the back passenger seat drunk as and jumped up into the driver's seat to switch seats with her cuz she's suspended. The only reason why she's driving is cuz she's drunk. So, >> so actual physical control. >> Yeah, she had actual physical control. She's not going to let you do field. So, like she's already she's already hit me once and then kicked him. So, she's going for that and resisting already. >> And probably >> Well, you could charge her with 55 for actual physical control. >> Yeah. >> Rear the warning motorist when she says >> it's pound sand, >> right? >> Yeah. Go do that. I >> don't care. We'll just go to the jail and do it. >> Yeah. It's probably going to be the best. I'll drive. >> Perfect. We We got to buckle her up somehow. >> That works. I'm good with that. >> You guys You guys want to help me buckle her? >> I'm going to work on I'm going to work on her. >> She's going for suspended. And uh we're getting that towed. >> Please. Can y'all listen to me? Please >> keep it up. I'm telling you, you're going to get sprayed. >> I'm not trying to get >> You're going You're >> cool.
