It's not every day cops witness a performance worthy of an award, but these folks definitely put on a show. Here are five cases when Karens are so ridiculous even the cops start laughing. Number five, woman keeps returning to a property she's been trespassed from so many times that even police recognize her. First up, on June 21st, 2024, officers responded to a gas station after a woman previously warned to stay away returned to the property yet again. When they arrived, she was already inside speaking with a cashier. Here's what happened next. >> She said, "I'm fine." She gave me the store manager's number. I'm just trying to buy a drink so I can go home. I Brandon came in, so I came with peace. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> No. >> You don't know who I am. I I don't know who you are. >> That's why you asking about me. >> She had a citation the other day because I was told she >> and I was drunk and I was drunk. So whole time it wasn't even me. It was the talking. So this is the this is the real me. I have the only thing I'm off of is water. And I'm I'm drunk and high of a lot of Yes. I have a lie in my heart cuz I prayed before I came in. I came with peace. Was I rude to you? >> No. To her >> because what did a dog do? >> All right. What's your name? So I can just check to see if you actually are banned from here. Okay. >> Uh they told me I'm not. I was just a citation. I got to show up to court. I don't know. All I know is it's a citation of getting citations sex. >> What's your other citations for? >> My house for playing music in my own apartment. >> Stupid. But I went in court anyway. >> Can I get Can I buy it? I'll give it back to you. >> Do I need to call my lawyer? >> If you feel like you need to call your lawyer, you can call your lawyer. >> Can you take me in? >> Are you in handcuffs? >> I'm asking the question. Do I need to call my lawyer? I'm not from Chicago, so I think you want to call me anyway. >> If you feel like you need to call your lawyer, you can. You're not in handcuffs right now, so you're not going to jail right now. Let's go and wait outside so we're not disturbing everybody else. >> Uh, do you want to talk or what? >> Yes, we're going to go talk outside. >> Hoping to diffuse the situation, the officer tries to move the conversation outside, but getting her off the property isn't going to be simple. >> So, let's wait outside with me. Okay. >> No, you can talk to them. It's not me. I'm listening. Whatever they're saying, I'll tell you if it's the truth or not. I'm not telling no lies. I can't tell. Would you like her removed from the store? >> Yes. She's supposed to be banned. >> I didn't know I was banned. >> So, here's what's going to happen. You're going to go outside. >> Can you say please? >> And we're going to talk outside because she wants you back. >> Can I say thank you? >> Any store has the ability to remove you from their property. So, you are right now being asked to leave. So, let's go wait outside. >> Will you please go wait outside? >> I just thought I only have seconds. >> Now, let's go. I'm not going to do this. Get out. >> Thank you, Chapron. Thank you. >> Go. >> No. Don't Don't walk me like a dog. Don't say go. >> You're going to make this worse. >> Just I I'm I'm going. I said thank you and I'm walking out. >> Fantastic. Go. >> Go again. >> Say it the third time, sir. >> I'm not going to tell you again to go wait outside. >> Thank you. Go. >> All right. Hang out here. >> I'll hang out. I'm going anywhere. If you want to arrest me, if Allah say go, I'm gone. >> Fantastic. You're going to hang out here with me while we figure this out. >> What are we What are we doing back here? >> Oh my god. >> What is it? This is like the third time IN LIKE WHAT? >> I'M TIRED OF seeing you. >> I'm tired of seeing you. >> Travel always finds it way to me because I'm >> Why are you here? You know your You know your van from here. >> Who's I have a citation? I don't need to go to corn. I can't even buy a drink. I'm thirsty. I I'm tired of drinking a gas station. >> I went go look. The one the circle kid across the street is closed. >> That's your fault for getting banned. You >> wi where's the northeast is right there. I didn't know I was being dang. >> I l we literally had all the drop down right now. My phone's dead. Where's the the Northeast is that way, right? >> Yep. >> Yes. Wa heal. I stand 10 toes down. I'm not telling no lies. I look you in your eyes, too. >> This isn't the first time officers have had to deal with her. They know she's banned from the property. But no matter how many times they explain it, the message doesn't seem to register. No one's saying you're telling me lies. You're just you're you're banned from Listen, stop talking. So I didn't Now I know I'm banned. >> Stop talking. No, you don't tell me to stop talking. >> Cuz I'm trying to talk to you. You keep interrupting. >> Yeah, because I didn't >> They banned you. They issue a trespass citation. They issue a second driver. >> He kept on saying go, go, go. Now I have my shoes off. Outside. >> I know what happened the other day about the shoes. Where the shoes got >> because I took off my I face the northeast. >> Once again, once again, that's your own problem. Put your shoes on. When I face the northeast, I got to take my shoes off. >> Okay. Well, stop facing him and put your shoes back on >> cuz I was I was swearing on a lie. Wahi. >> All right. Well, down. >> Okay. So, after this, you want me to take you back to your apartment? >> Uh, you don't trust that I can walk myself home. >> I trust that you can walk there. I have >> Do I look drunk? >> Okay. I'm >> Yep. Thank you. >> Okay, I'm banned. Thank you. That's all I needed to know. >> You You know you're banned. >> You were already banned. >> Oh, I'm double bound. That's crazy. >> No, you were already banned. That's the point. Oh, I said you said I thought I don't know what you meant. >> So, I know you I know we could trust that you could walk yourself home after you get straight. >> I've been there so many times. I know exact >> I'm not a fan keeps going. >> Can you put the citation on my like like you did earlier? >> It'll probably be the same court. >> Can you do it all in one cuz I'm tired. I'm going to go back to the court will do that. >> Okay. How you getting after? >> Why is your >> I came here? You think I came illegally? >> No, that's not >> Came on a J1 visa. Sir, come correct. >> I'm not an immigrant. I married here, but I finally took that ring off cuz now I'm back in these streets. Yes, I'm going to get married. Thank you. So, I'm not getting >> Don't walk off anywhere yet. You still got to do paperwork. >> Can I get some water? >> Can you go back to your apartment and get some water once we're done? You You said go like I'm a dog. You think I'm a dog? >> I said >> what's his name? >> Officer Vasquez. >> As they wait for the paperwork to be processed, the officers engage her in casual conversation. They're well aware she's a repeat offender. But even so, some of what she says is too strange not to laugh at. >> Don't ask Austin. You can ask me. I'm right here. >> Austin is my best friend right now. >> I know. >> Hi, Austin. >> Hello. >> What's up, Fed? >> How did you How did you come up with Austin? Somebody um >> Yeah, you just made up a name. >> That's what they told That's what they told That's what the told me. Let me see. >> Call Austin to me. >> She said that's what the told her. >> Yeah, cuz I I was and I come to the store with no shoes. >> Yeah. I don't think you had shoes on last time. >> I remember that. >> Yeah, >> cuz I'm telling you the truth. I was >> Yeah. >> Here's my thing. After After we're done with this, are we going to Am I going to call get called back out to you? I don't want to see you four days in a row. >> Unless you unless you want to I don't know. I don't want to see you four days. I want to hang out on your day off. >> Don't hang out my day off. I don't want to see you four days in a row. >> I'll turn you >> I'll turn you against the fence. >> Turn me against. >> No, I'm just kidding. >> I know. >> Four cop cars is crazy. Not the undercover cop call giving me a ticket. >> This is my sixth ticket. Crazy. My lawyer don't open this later. >> I think it's going to be the third. What do you mean? >> Huh? >> You're just making up numbers. This is going to be number three. No, you gave me three papers from >> Yeah, you got a band which is not taking papers from earlier. I mean yesterday about the neighbor when I'm playing music in my own house. >> What do you mean? I didn't give you no papers yesterday. >> So I can't pray to Allah in my own house. >> I didn't give you no papers yesterday. >> Do your homework. >> I cleared out your apartment. I cleared out your apartment. You had all these people you didn't want there. >> And you know where was hiding? >> I all my clothes and I said get out. She said >> I knew I knew someone was talking to someone. >> She was breathing and you wanted me to take her out myself because she wanted to fight me. She's like I don't want to fight her. I said, "How did you get how she How did she get outside your apartment then? You said she was knocking on your door." >> Because after I put her out, she was trying to knock and ask for a charger. I said, "Go to wherever the came from." >> I thought I heard someone whispering to someone. I was like, "There's I asked." I was like, "Is there someone in this room?" >> And then you're saying I you have more than me whole time. You're still in the same clothes from the other day in today. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> She doesn't even have custody of her own kid. >> Anyone hoping for a quiet ending is out of luck. She's not done talking just yet. I don't have time for I don't have time for people that don't have time for their kids. That's why I don't have kids cuz I don't have time for kids right now. I'm trying to make my first meal. >> Don't blame me. They're a lot >> on an LLC, too. It's legal. All legal. >> It's going to get to a point where you going to say you're not even going to go to see me anymore cuz it's >> I hope I stop seeing you. Don't get me wrong, you're pretty entertaining, but three days in a row. Come on. >> That's me. You call me. You call me people six. Allah said if they want to call you the Illuminati, show them what show them who he is. >> You're Illuminati now. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> If that's what you want to call me. He said go. I said don't call me a dog. Cuz dogs bow back. What is God? So stop saying go. I'm not a dog. I'm God. >> Go means dog. Go means dog now. >> Greatest of all times is Allah. I said he said go. >> Yeah. >> So don't walk. So don't say go like he's chasing a dog. I'm not a dog. I'm God. What does go have to do with a dog? >> Okay, so when I seen the lady, it was about the lady dog. Now he want to walk me up like the lady dog, but she didn't have the dog on the leash >> in the store and it's coming and sniffing on me. Don't get the dog. >> Oh yeah, you got a dog sniffing you now. >> Yeah. >> What the heck? >> I don't have anything on you. You want to search me? >> No, I'm not saying you got anything on you in the first place. >> Calling you. Just always in some drama. >> I love I love the spotlights. You know that. >> Oh, I bet you do. We can't tell. We're We're going to become friends. >> I know y'all don't clearly took four cars to come get me and I'm not on I prayed before I came in the store. I came with peace. Right. Thank you. >> It's fine. Don't come back. >> The other citation is not signed. So >> that's fine. >> Whatever. Come with it. >> Court date. Still a court date. They'll probably just merge it all into one date. >> Please do cuz um >> you're just going to have to ask for July. July 8th. Yeah. >> Now watch how I turn it up about my people on Pharaoh. >> She's handed a citation and given her court date. With that, the officers watch as she makes her way off the property at last. >> You're going to have to go to court and figure that one out. >> The judge is judge is going to tell you. >> All right. Have a good night. >> Please do not come back. I don't want to see you four times now. >> You got water at your apartment. I saw yesterday. >> Nobody said you're drunk. >> All right. Off the property. Off the property. >> In the end, the woman was cited for trespassing and released with a notice to appear in court. Number four. What should have been a quiet library visit turns into an arrest. On January 26th, 2025, officers in Ohio responded to a call from a local library where a woman was refusing to leave, even after being asked by staff. When officers arrived, she quickly became argumentative, insisting she had every right to stay. Here's how they handled it. >> Time to go. >> Just so you know that I have time to go. >> Guess what? I'm recording, too. >> I don't care. >> Okay. The badge is over here. >> I don't care. I'm getting your name. I'm getting your name. I'm getting everything. I'm getting your name, your badge number. I'm getting everything. >> Just go. It's time to go. I give you I gave you the 10inut. >> You didn't give me anything. You didn't give me anything. There's a camera right there. >> You didn't give me anything because if you wouldn't have came in here in the first place, I would have already been gone because me and the librarian discussed at 8:30. You came in here disrupted. You were sleeping on the It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. I am. I I It took It took two seconds to do research on it. It took two seconds to reach your No, you're done. You're done. You're wrong. You're done. You're wrong. It took two seconds to do re research on it. It is not legal. It is not legal. It's a rule against library. No, it is not. Yes, it is. And you can do your research. You can do your research and look up. Look it up yourself. Do your research and look it up yourself because the last time I was here, I got this here. Nobody Nobody bothered me. >> I ain't got time for this. You're not sleeping in the library. >> You were not sleeping in the library. >> Yes, I was. I was in here. Same thing. I took a nap. Yes, I did. And nobody bothered me. You took it upon yourself to come in here and bother me. So you're going to have to deal with the report. >> I'm going to tell you right now. Who told YOU TO COME HERE? I TOLD MYSELF, so I'm glad that you're telling yourself and you're going to have to deal with the higher ups. That's what you're going to deal with. You're going to have to deal with the higher ups. Don't touch my stuff. Don't touch my stuff. I don't care. I'LL CALL 911 RIGHT NOW. I'LL CALL 911 right now. Don't touch my stuff. I don't care about you being done with me. I was done with you. Don't touch me and don't touch my stuff. >> Let's go playing with you. >> Clear how you're >> This is her moment to back down, but she doesn't take it. Instead, she doubles down, convinced that pushing back will somehow help. >> Clear it out or you're going to get arrested. >> It's not EVEN 9:00, >> SO YOU CANNOT ARREST ME. DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. >> GO. >> DO NOT PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. >> YOU'RE GOING >> DO NOT PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. I SAID THAT I'M causing >> Do NOT PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. WHY ARE YOU PUTTING YOUR HANDS ON ME? >> IF YOU DON'T GO, YOU'RE GOING TO BE ARRESTED. >> IT'S NOT 9:00. IT IS NOT 9:00. I DO NOT HAVE TO LEAVE. >> YOU HAVE TO LEAVE. >> And you see me with my stuff. You have to leave FOR ME. I SAID I'M CALLING UPON YOU. >> YOU HAVE to leave. >> My belongings. You have to leave. >> Get your stuff and go back. >> GET YOUR STUFF AND GO. YOU'RE GOING TO BE ARRESTED. >> NO, YOU'RE >> Get your stuff and you're going to be arrested. I'M CALL IT'S NOT EVEN 9:00. THE LIBRARY >> THE SECOND FLOOR CLOSES EARLY. >> The library is not closed. >> When I was just here when I WAS JUST HERE THE OTHER DAY. >> Let's go. >> Hey. No. I'm calling the cops. >> Call them from outside. >> Call them from outside. >> I don't have to. It's not 9:00. >> Let's go or you're going to be under arrest. >> It You cannot arrest done anything. >> Yes. Disorderly conduct. Let's go. >> You came in here. Let's go. >> You came in here. Let's go. >> You came in here. You came. >> You came in here and then tell somebody doing this conduct. I WAS IN THERE QUIET. DON'T TOUCH ME. YOU GOING TO GET out of my face. That's what you going to do. Don't touch me. Do not touch me. And do not do not bring the uh study room. Rather than exiting the library, the woman walks into the restroom and dials 911, telling dispatch she's just been mistreated. The officer allows her the moment on the condition that she leaves afterward. For now, the officer turns his attention to making sure no one else is hiding out inside. >> This man put his hands on me. He put his hand on me and >> I'm going to go upstairs and clear out the rest of the library. >> Okay, >> I'll be right back. >> Okay, it's all on video. [Applause] Sir, it's time to leave. >> Yeah, the ones downstairs are open. >> Oh, okay. Thanks. >> Everybody gone? >> Except for >> her. >> All right, sir. We should be good. [Music] He had no reason until he can justify. What was the reason for putting your hands on you? What was YOUR REASON FOR THREATENING TO DETAIN YOU? WHAT WAS YOUR reason exactly? You don't have. Officers finished their sweep of the library and she's still there. At this point, walking out freely is no longer an option. It's time to face the consequences. >> You're under arrest. You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. You are under arrest. How am I under arrest? >> Because you're not listening to what I'm telling you to do. >> What am I under arrest for? DISORDERLY CONDUCT. >> PERSISTING. You're not listening. >> How? IT'S I'M NOT EVEN I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO. >> YOU ARE under arrest. >> Can I use the bathroom here? >> Yes, ma'am. >> What is going on? >> We're leaving right now. >> Can you get my bag? >> Yes, please get her bag. I got her. >> NO, YOU DON'T HAVE ME. YOU DON'T HAVE ME. I I WOULD RATHER YOU CAN YOU HAVE Can you get me, please? >> You got your back. >> Can you get me, please? >> Walk outside. >> Can you stop? >> No. You don't have no reason to do this. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> AH, for what? What did I do? I WAS QUIET AND I WAS MINDING MY BUSINESS. >> I was quiet AND I WAS MINDING MY BUSINESS. You're overexaggerating. That's what you're doing. But it's okay cuz it's going to be investigated. It's >> I hope so. >> It It is. I didn't do anything to you. YOU KEPT COMING IN THAT ROOM BOTHERING ME FOR WHAT? NO. AND I ASKED YOU WHO ASKED YOU TO COME IN THERE. YOU SAID NOBODY ASKED YOU TO COME IN THERE. You came in there on your own merit. So, what was the reason? >> Because I got to clear out the library at the end of the night. >> But it's not 9:00 yet. >> It doesn't matter. The second floor gets cleared early. >> No, I was just there the other day and when they let me out, it was 8:55. When when she came up there and told me to leave, it was 8:55. >> It was literally 8:55 when she told me to leave. >> What is the issue? >> That's because there was no officer there to clear out the room. >> No, it's because now there is not closed. >> Just throw these on my desk. The lady told me that I did not have to leave the room until until basically now. >> Contrary to her claims, it was the staff who asked for her removal. But even now, she refuses to believe she was unwelcome. >> You're doing what you want to do and you admitted that. I did not do anything. >> You were told by a police officer to leave the room. You got your light >> and I and I left. >> No, you didn't. No, you did not. >> GRABBED ON ME. >> RELAX. >> ALL I need is somebody to view the video. You started grabbing on me. You wrong. >> It's my video. And yes, they will. >> It's a video from It's a video from the from the library. This is so wrong. >> It's my video. It's on my chest. >> You m Sir, you need to understand that I was just assaulted by a whole male. You can >> What are you talking about? Nobody assaulted you. >> Not you. I said I was just assaulted by a whole male. You have no You have no understanding of you grabbing on me and pulling on me and doing all that stuff that was completely unnecessary. Sir, >> you wouldn't leave. I was on my way. Huh? >> So now that's why YOU GOT ARRESTED. >> HOW WOULD I LEAVE and I was already ON MY WAY AND I HAD MY STUFF ON? You not making sense, man. >> I had my stuff on and I'm the one who called Lakewood police. >> No, I called the police. >> No, I called the police. I literally called the police and the lady spoke with me on the phone. I'm the one who called the police. >> All right, she's clear. >> All right, we're have a seat in the back of the car. I'm the one who called the police because I don't understand these situations. I didn't do anything. >> And and that's where they're coming. >> And where did you come from? >> Are you the I called the police? >> She got to grab on me and stuff. >> Get in the car. I'll explain to you. Okay. >> I told him he get I WAS IN THERE QUIET and he TALKING ABOUT DISORDERLY CONDUCT. I didn't I wasn't doing anything. He came in there messing with me and I asked him who asked him to come in there. He said, "Nobody asked me to COME IN THERE. I DID IT ON MY OWN." NO, BECAUSE I JUST WAS ASSAULTED BY A WHOLE MALE. >> With a woman finally in the cruiser and things settling down, the second officer takes a moment to ask the primary for a full rundown of how it all unfolded. >> All right. >> All right. What happened? >> So, clearing out the library. >> Okay. >> She was told told to leave the study room on the second floor. Okay. >> And she refused to. said she didn't have to leave until 9:00, requested her several times of to leave and she refused. So then I finally had to put hands on her and >> we uh >> we struggled her out of the study room, told her to leave >> and she wouldn't leave. She went into the bathroom and called 911. >> Okay. >> So that's that's basically it. Okay. >> So just persisting or >> Yeah, persisting and then uh she can bond out. So, >> IT'S NOT EVEN 9:00. THE LIBRARY IS NOT EVEN CLOSED. HOW DID I REFUSE? >> I swear to God, I'M SO TIRED of this, man. I'm so tired of this. >> I am so tired of this, man. I'm going through enough, man. I'm so tired of this. I did not even do anything. IT'S NOT EVEN 9:00. THE LIBRARY STILL TECHNICALLY IS NOT EVEN CLOSED YET. WHAT DID I DO? I DID NOT do anything. God, I'm so tired of this. I did not do anything. Jeez, man. [Laughter] >> SO, HERE'S THE DEAL. Listen to me. Listen to me. I'm going to explain it to you. Okay. >> So, the other officer told the other officer told me that he asked you to leave and you didn't leave. >> But just I don't I don't want to hear an argument. I'm just explaining to you what I was told. Okay. >> Her denial doesn't change what actually happened. She ignored multiple requests to leave and that's why she's in the cruiser now. >> The other officer asked you didn't leave. You locked yourself in the bathroom. Do you have any more stuff in the library? >> What I told him was that my stuff was still in the room and I grabbed what I could. >> Is there still more stuff up there? >> I haven't he I don't know. I went in the bathroom. >> There's a bag. There's a bag, your headphones and all that stuff on my in my car. Is there any other bags or anything upstairs? >> That's the only bag that I have. But when he was pulling on me, my stuff was coming OUT OF MY BAG. That's what I was telling him. >> We grabbed all that stuff. So, >> and as far as me leaving, if it's not even 9:00, what is the problem? I didn't refuse. I put on my stuff. I'm so tired of this, bro. Like, this is just wrong. And then he want to SAY DISORDERLY CONDUCT. HE CAME IN THERE BOTHERING ME. >> I didn't even speak. I barely even spoke to anybody while I was in the library. I was in the room by myself. How can I How can I do disorderly conduct? And I was in there by myself all the way up until he came in there bothering me. He came in there messing with me. >> And then he told me, >> "Stop a BD over so we can confirm. >> You're under arrest for disorderly persisting." Okay. >> What? >> What's going to happen next? They go to the jail. >> What? >> What did I do? >> You didn't leave. >> It's not 9:00. What? What was it? Why did I have to leave? I was on my way out OF THE DOOR. >> HE TOLD YOU TO LEAVE. THAT'S WHY YOU HAD TO LEAVE. >> OKAY. WHEN AND I DIDN'T HAVE any clothes on. I did not have my jacket on on my shoes. When I start putting on my stuff, he came back in there and I was on my way OUT OF THE DOOR and he started to grab on me. Like nothing is wrong with me not wanting to be grabbed on when I'm not being aggressive. I wasn't being threatening. I wasn't being violent towards nobody. like what did I do? >> She keeps arguing the entire ride, claiming she's not supposed to be arrested. But every part of this outcome traces back to her own decisions. >> I'm the one who called y'all. I CALLED Y'ALL BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. And he had he I've been assaulted by a male. My papers IS IN MY BAG. ALL OF THAT STUFF just happened. It literally just happened a couple of days ago. He had to use force to make you leave. That's why we're here now in call. >> I want to know how did I refuse to leave if I didn't have my coat and stuff on. If I'm putting on my coat and stuff when I'm walking out of the door, what did I do? >> I get it. But if you listen to his verbal commands to exit THE LIBRARY >> AND I I I DID NOT have my stuff on. It is winter outside. Do I not have time to put my coat and shoes on and put my stuff in my bag? I have my cords and everything. I had my phone charging. Did I not have time to put my stuff away before I left? That's what I was telling him when he got to grabbing on me. My stuff was still in the room. All I'm asking is somebody for somebody to understand that part. This is beyond me. I swear this is beyond me. Like I swear like I'm beginning to feel so unsafe in this city. This the second time that I got arrested in Lakewood for nothing. He came grabbing on me. The library wasn't even closed. How am I resisting to leave like this is so messed up? The night ended with a woman being charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Number three, what started as a simple Uber ride turns into an arrest after two friends start fighting. In this next case, officers didn't have to go far. On the 4th of July, an Uber driver pulled up in front of the station, bringing along a passenger he claimed had assaulted her friend during the ride. Unable to handle the situation, she drove straight to the police. Here's what happened when officers stepped outside. >> Hi. >> Hello. Do you want me to stop watching so you can take a look at me? You want >> She was the aggressive. >> She was the aggressive. My She left me and did >> go over there. >> Why don't you come over here? I I'll talk to you. That's fine. >> I'm not from here. >> Okay. All right. So >> So tell me what you guys were in the car. >> No, before that. >> Okay. >> It's the 4th of July. So 3rd of the 3rd of July. We're watching the fireworks, right? This girl invited me to go watch the fireworks with her and her boyfriend. The man she's talking to, whatever. And >> is she a friend of yours or >> She's a friend of mine. I've hung out with her a few times. We're not close. >> All right. >> Okay. So, she had another friend who had a boyfriend who lives here in Decalp. >> It's been a long time since I've been here out in Decalp. >> Okay. >> I told her I'll be willing to drive myself if I could drive myself back. She said, "No, girl. Don't worry about it. We'll pick you up and I'll over you back in the morning." So, I'm sitting here. It's 5:00 in the morning. right now and she's Ubering herself by herself and my phone is on 1%. I don't know where I am. I don't know who I'm with. I'm like, "Where are you going? Why are you leaving me by myself?" So, I hop into the Uber. Yes, cuz she's going home. Cuz she lives in Aurora in the same town that I live. So, I don't care where she go. As long as I'm in my town, I'll walk home. I don't care. I'm not calling an Uber to Aurora from Deb. That's $30 $40. Especially when she offered to call the Uber for myself. So, I walked in the car and she's going to start talking like, "How are you going to leave me, girl?" >> The woman doesn't deny that she put her hands on her friend. However, she believes that it was fully justified. >> I'm here. Like, I waited for you. Like, you didn't tell me nothing. You didn't tell me you were going. She said, "Oh, you're with that dude." So, you're jealous. Like, what's the problem? Like, I'm trying to go home, >> right? >> So, she's threatened to Oh, yeah. blah blah blah blah. So, like I'm going to like She's basically saying she's going to fight me when we get to the house, right? And the Uber driver is like, "Oh, no. She she's her name's on the ride, so she's the only person who's supposed to be in the car." I said, "I don't give a I said she invited me here." I said, "I'm leaving with her back to my back to my town where I live. Back to my city." >> You both were going back to >> We're both going back to Aurora. Yes, sir. So, I jumped into the car and then she's going to me. I said, "I wish you would beat your like I wish you really would." So, she she she threatened whatever. You know what I'm saying? She tried to push me. I grabbed her hair. I don't care. You know what I'm saying? I grabbed her. I pushed her back. I said, "You're not going to touch me." You know what I'm saying? And then she tried to She bite she bit my finger. You know what I'm saying? She bit my finger and I'm like, "I don't care." So, I pushed her head down to the floor and I held her there until the he us here and I'm like, "I don't care. I'mma leave her here on the floor until we get here. I don't care. She's not going to bite my finger. She's not going to sit here and threaten me. She brought me here by myself. Drunk as we're both drinking. I'm not going to be here. I'm sober, unsupervised, with none of my family. I don't know where I am. My phone is on 0%. Like, >> I understand. I understand what you're saying. >> She's just leaving me. >> So, I understand. You're right. You said once you got in the car, she started arguing with you like like what did she say? >> She's like I was like I I said to her I was like, "Oh, so you're just going to leave me?" >> I was like, "You're just going to leave me?" I was like, "I saw the I saw the coworker. I saw, excuse me, the Uber driver show up and I saw her go in and at that time my phone was already 1% and I was calling her four or five times. I had already called her a bunch of times, >> okay? >> And she didn't she didn't respond. So I I looked outside and I'm like, >> like we were at I don't even know. We were at her friend's boyfriend's house is what I from what I know. >> Okay. The officer listens calmly as the woman repeats her version of events, claiming her friend tried to abandon her and that she wasn't the one who started the fight. >> All right. >> So, it was it was >> So, you got in the car. >> I got in the car. Yes, sir. >> And then >> trying to go home. >> And then you told her like, "Why are you going to leave me?" >> Yes, sir. >> And then after that, >> it started getting physical. >> She said, "No, like shut like you you were with that man, blah, blah, blah. like like what are you what are you mad for? Like you you have a whole boyfriend. Like why are you jealous? Like so whatever. You know what I'm saying? We were drunk. We were arguing. Whatever. And I'm like you better you be you you're going to try me and I'm you up. That's what I told her. The Uber side the Uber driver said you know you guys better stop or I'm going to call the police. I said I don't care. Call the police. I said I'm not going to get left here in a whole different town where I don't know where I am. My phone is dead. >> So did so did you and >> Go ahead. >> Yeah. So she she tried to push me and I'm like, "You're not you you thought." I grabbed her hair and I pushed her down. I'm like, "You're not going to bite me. You're not going to do none of that." No. >> So So you're saying she did push you first? >> She did push me first. Yes, sir. And the Uber driver is saying that I was the instigator. That I was the person because she was the only person on the Uber driver ride, but whole time she left me here in Decub. >> Okay. Do you need medical assistance? >> I don't need medical assistance. I want to go home. >> Okay. All right. Do you have regardless? >> Yes, sir. I do. >> Yeah. Let me get that and then >> I already got a ticket yesterday for >> not having my insurance even though I my insurance a month ago and it's not even in the mail yet. >> Your your car is not here. It's >> No, she drove me here. She said she was going to take me home. >> Okay. This is a credit card. >> What are you looking for? My driver's license. Excuse me. I'm sorry. >> Yep. We're just going to add everybody to the call. Okay, perfect. >> Okay, gotcha. Thanks. All right, so what I will also get >> I can't even call my father. I can't let nobody know what happened. My my vape my pen was stolen. It's not in my purse. Like >> listen, what's your name? >> I hate everybody. >> What is your name? >> It's nothing. It just doesn't matter. >> Well, it does cuz I like >> No, it really doesn't. Just get numb. As she follows the officer's instructions, the weight of the situation starts to hit and her emotions begin to boil over. >> Give her name. >> Listen, I'm officer Ind. I like to know who I'm talking to. >> It doesn't matter. >> Well, it does matter. >> Honestly, it always matters. >> The Uber driver has his statement. So does the person in the back seat. It's two against one. You know what I'm saying? Be realistic. Really? What does my word have? What does it matter? Well, if if he has video footage, which sometimes they do, >> that might help. Thanks. Okay, so now I do have your name, Alyssa. >> Is it Alicia? >> I just want to sit down. I just everything. >> All right. Well, we're going to try and figure everything out. >> She's such a piece of like why would she do this to me? Right in my finger. Like, you're not going to punch you in my face. I wish you would. >> And the Uber driver is going to sit there and play for her. Why you're smoking? What are you smoking? >> Hey. Hey. >> I'm so mad. I'm so mad. I don't have my vape. You know what I'm saying? It was stolen. While it was there, it's gone. Zero. >> It is what it is. I just I just want to go to jail. I want to go home. Whatever the next step is, I'm trying to move forward. I don't want to stand here. >> I want to make sure we're taking the right person. So, we're not just going to like take it because you want to go. So, what's it what's your phone number? I know you said you're out of out of battery right now. >> Yes, sir. You need my phone. >> Okay. All right. >> Just take me to jail, dude. I've already got a DUI. I've already got things going on. I just It's no more fighting. It's done for. I'm done for. >> I'm done. I'm so done. Well, >> just take me. Let me sit on the cell floor in the cold in the corner by myself. >> What we're gonna do is we're going to talk to everybody first. Okay, >> everybody. Their statement does not matter cuz they're liars. You stupid. I don't care. >> At this point, one of the officers decides it's time to take her in. Between her own words and the Uber driver's statement, they've heard more than enough. >> Their statement does not matter. >> So, it's possible he's got video that'll show whatever. Please, please do because >> it's possible. All right. So, just give it one second. All right. The the good thing is >> like the finger, please. Look at her. Okay. Take my purse, please. >> Thank you for I appreciate it. >> Yes, sir. I don't care. Take me for battery. I really do not care. I really don't. I do not care. I'm done. I'm so done. It's what it is. Thank you. Give me one sec. >> All right, hold on. Hold on. You don't want to have to >> You got your cuffs on me. You're good. You can drag me inside the building. I don't care. Okay. >> I I' You don't have to do that. Okay. >> Listen to me, sir. I have accepted. I have not resisted. I have let you put the handcuffs on me. You know what I'm saying? Do what you need to do. >> Do it tight as need. I don't care. >> Just if you stop moving your hand, it'll make it easier. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to move my hands. It's >> all right. All right. What's your first name, ma'am? >> None of your business. >> Alysia. Okay. >> All right. Can you stand there for me? >> We're going to stand you up real quick. All right. >> Okay. We're going to walk over this way. We got to walk over the way. >> We got to take you back there. >> Let me get the rest of her stuff here. >> Take out 10 one female 1095. Her hands are cuped, but that doesn't stop her from resisting. As they lead her in, she starts pushing back. >> I don't care. >> I don't care. I'm going to cam. >> It is. If you're going to keep pulling away, you're going to get hand. Okay. It's going to be on video that you are just Is your body cam on? >> It is. Yeah. Just >> Okay. So, why is he dragging me like that? Like I'm >> away from >> You're watching me tell the where I'm supposed to go, right? So how am I pushing and pulling on you? Pushing and pulling on you. How you're pushing on me, squeezing on my arm. >> Correct. Because >> pulling around how I'm going where you're telling me to go. >> I'm going in the direction that you're pushing me. >> How? >> Please make an excerpt. Okay. For what? Like I straight >> for what? >> I wasn't driving by myself. I wasn't Uber. >> I wasn't driving by myself. Okay. So, stop pushing me, please. >> He's got to keep He's got to keep controlling you. >> Can you keep rolling me? Cuz he's squeezing my arm and I do not like that. >> You are. You're squeezing my arm. Stop lying in front of >> All we're doing is we're coming right here. >> I don't like that. >> All right, we're just coming right here. >> Like that. Stop squeezing my arm. You can have another officer to assist me. I don't need your help. Thank you very much, Mr. >> Oh, never mind. You don't have a badge ID number. >> Alicia. Alicia, do you have anything on you? Anything that can >> I got in my >> Yes, sir. >> All right. >> Cuz we were all smoking. >> All right. I'm going to do a quick search on you. Okay. >> Yep. Go ahead. >> All right. >> It's in my bra. >> All right. What I'll do is I'll have you shake that out later on. Okay. >> She's not done talking, but she's at least calm enough to allow the officers to finish the search before placing her in the holding cell. >> I appreciate you being honest. >> Yeah. >> All right. Good to go. by Mr. 1856. >> What I'm going to do >> is I'm I'm going to do a quick wand. Okay. >> You saw you saw the video. >> Stay right there. >> So, you should off [Music] >> and then you see it turn around. Face me. >> Doesn't matter. We're past that. >> Just stay where we are. Okay. >> Stay where we are. I'm not pulling away. >> No, no, you got to stand up. I'ming it. >> You got to stand up. >> I am arrested. I'm not forcing it. I promise. I'm not forcing you. >> I know you're not. Just >> forcing you. Please. >> You want those off here, right? >> No, I don't care. >> Well, I got to put you in the cell. >> Put in the >> Okay. All right. Give me a second. >> I don't want to put I'll be in here all weekend to try to turn around. Face me. >> That's how it works. You know what I'm saying? The judge, the courthouse isn't open till Monday. I'll be here two, three days. >> It doesn't work that way. >> Is what it is. I'll be starving myself and I'll be here talking here. And guess what? I release within the hour. >> No, I will not. By who? >> By who? By who? By what? Aurora. >> We can give you Put your hands up there. We can give you a chance to call somebody >> myself at somebody's house where I didn't know you >> calm down. I'll be more than happy to >> I DON'T WANT YOUR HELP. You rested me listening to her sword. You didn't care about what I had to say next to you. I don't care. >> I don't care. I don't care what you got to say. I don't care about nothing to her nothing. I got arrested. >> Go and take Go ahead and take that out. >> Go take what out? >> Yes. >> Okay. Here you go. The officers appreciate her brief moment of honesty, but her next comment shows she's still not interested in making their job any easier. >> All right. >> Less than two g. >> All right. >> Gave to me. I did not buy. >> Come on over here. Come on over here. All right. Right here is good. All right. [Music] I really hope you know that. I'm going to myself and I hope you stay responsible for it. You too, Mr. Iden. >> Hey, before you go in there, I need you to take the stuff off. >> Oh, okay. Here you go. Make sure you get it back. >> Yeah. Like that's going to help. You're welcome. That's all you need. >> You need my shoes. Excuse me. >> No, I already took a look at your shoes. >> It's okay. You can take them. >> Go ahead and use them. >> Oh, okay. Thank you. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Same as what we give you in. >> I'll use them. >> All right. The night ended with a woman being charged with aggravated assault, battery, and resisting arrest. Number two, when even your own passenger knows you're wrong, but you still argue with police. On August 25th, 2025, in a school parking lot, an officer tried to speak with a driver about his parking violation. But the driver's attitude made one thing clear. He isn't going to make it easy. Stay in the car, man. Listen. Man, listen. Listen. Fortnite. Listen. Okay, let me let me get this. >> Put me on a 6. >> Okay. >> No, no, no. He wants to sit here and argue. >> I'm trying to leave, but now he's >> No, no, no, no, >> no, no. We're past that. >> My car look legit. I ain't scared. I'm probably going >> Whose car is this? >> This is his car. >> No problem. >> Were we not allowed to park here? >> I don't know. I accident. >> It's not a park here. How many spots is this taking up? >> It's taking up two spots. >> So when I tell you to remove this, >> that's what I was about to do. But you tell me to give you my ID. Why? That's what I was about to do. >> Okay. So why just give it to him? >> That's exactly not even with me. How give it to him. >> Stop being hostile. >> No problem. We're here. >> Fix it. >> That's what I was about to do. He want to make it extra. I said, >> "No, no, no. It's an issue now. >> That's you. Listen, don't say nothing. Stop. Stop talking. >> So, look at me. >> I believe >> church. I ain't doing nothing wrong. >> This car is going to stay here and I'm going to write it a ticket. >> If you move this car, I'm going to arrest you for resisting. >> Don't Don't move the >> Is there any question on that? >> No. No questions. >> He's just taking it. He's just taking a >> If you're calling 911, you're going to be arrested for misuse of 911. Okay. >> Officer, he literally harassed me for nothing. Dropping a kid to school at park 911. >> All he had to do now have one. >> I need an officer. Despite multiple warnings from the officer and even his partner urging him to listen, the driver still refuses to cooperate and things quickly take a turn for the worse. >> Come on now. >> I literally just warned you. >> Thank you. >> Why see me coming right now? >> Yeah. Why? >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Why? Why? Why? Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Put your hands back. >> You trying to be a racist right now. You know that. >> Put your hands behind your back. You see me come though. Why you see me come? >> Huh? >> Man. Man, come on, man. You just being racist right now. You know that? Look, you just being like you there for nothing. All I did was pop my car on the one spot. That's all I did. Officer, >> I know my other one's quiet. >> Relax. You need to learn to relax sometimes. >> Got you, man. >> But I didn't do nothing. >> Take the bro. I would have helped you pay for it. >> Figure it all out. >> You call him. >> Come on, officer. Sit here for a minute. I forgot to identify. Be quiet. DON'T >> THAT'S EXACTLY what he's about to do. >> Do you have a driver's license on you? >> I don't have my driver's license. That's what I was trying to tell the whole time. I know I'm not trying my life on me. That's exactly what I was trying to tell you. I was trying to be mean. I was trying to I don't have my license on. >> Now in cuffs, the driver finally tries to cooperate just as more officers arrive. Her partner stands nearby, visibly embarrassed by how far things went. The driver now tries to reason and comply with the officers, but the change in his attitude is just a little bit too late. You don't have a driver's license, you said? >> No, I don't have a driver's license. >> Okay. Um, can you get an Uber? He He's going to jail and the car is getting towed. >> My wife went to jail, man. >> Misuse of 911, resisting arrest. >> No, I didn't. Listen, listen, listen, listen. >> I literally told you if you call 911, >> listen to me. Listen to me. >> No, I'm talking. This is your problem. >> You tried to talk over the police the entire time and where did that get you? >> Thank you very much. Okay. Okay, I'm going try to Yeah, I'm listening now. >> Oh, well, I appreciate you listening now. That That's good. >> No, we're past that point. Um, is >> that car your car? >> Yeah, it's my car. >> And it's registered to you? >> Yes. >> He's got to stay and wait here until I get an RI from Alex. Um, >> just please give me a ticket, man. Please. Please give me a ticket. >> No, I I I tried that. I didn't even try a ticket. I tried to tell you to not park in two spaces. >> Please, please, please. I'm begging y'all. >> Well, we're we're past the begging. Um I can use a toe slip. That's on tracks now. >> I can do that. >> Please, man. Please. Please, man. >> Actually, uh >> Wow. >> Can you do a toe trip or or can you watch him while I do a toe slip? >> Wow. >> I'm to see I'm going to jail, baby. You're on. Go ahead. >> I'm going to jail now. >> My bad. Scott says sorry. I'll go over now. in the gym. >> Key West one. >> Wow. Give me a T and you take me to the gym. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Okay. Stand up for a second, sir. I got you. Not going to let you pull. He's going to reach in there and grab that thing. >> Let's not do that. That's another charge. Grab the back of your shorts. >> Where's your keys? Now that things have settled, one of the officers takes a moment to talk with a driver, hoping to leave him with something to think about if he's finally ready to listen. The reason why this happened is things started, they progressed. They progressed at the beginning when you illegally parked. So you made a bad decision there and then you increasingly made bad decisions to where officer Ana had to put you in cops. The first decision, if you didn't make that, you wouldn't be here where you are now. Do you understand that? >> Okay, great. >> But I try. >> All right, we'll try better next time. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> Yes. >> For what, sir? >> I've been arrested for for driving with suspended license. >> Driving with a suspended license? >> But now my license is now. >> Oh, good. What else? Anything else? >> That's it. >> That's it. All right. >> You never done any prison time? >> I don't go to jail in my life. No jail. >> Yeah, I was going to jail this morning. >> What was the longest time you ever spent in jail? >> Long drive. >> Five months for what? >> Your battery suspended license. >> Mango run. >> You know what? That that's karma. So, so you going stop sometime 4387 repeating 4387. >> Write your number for me. >> The driver clings to the belief that he was never the problem. But the officer's not about to let that narrative carry on unchecked. >> Soon I got I'm going back to Miami, baby. >> No, you're going to jail. >> I know. I said I got out. I'm going >> That's why I don't like being being in Key West. But again, let me start. Let me start. You started this whole ball rolling by doing that. >> You doing it because you know he a police officer. >> First of all, you got to take responsibility. >> He doing it cuz you know you're a police officer. Cuz he was say about to give me a tiki so I can go on about my business. When I called the 911, that's when he he rushed and grabbed me and and slammed me on the floor for no reason. >> But how did it all start? How did the ball get rolling? >> BECAUSE I TAKE 25. >> I'M NOT SAYING NO. I didn't take the blame. got to take >> when he asked me for my ID and I tell him I don't have my ID on. >> But where did it all start? >> Yep. >> Right there. >> One poor decision. It's like a pebbleist. >> I was in a No, I wasn't. I wasn't. I was >> You would have never got it. >> I was literally dropping it. >> Yeah. He slammed it right there on the floor like right here. >> Okay. Let me ask you this real quick. You understand what I'm saying to you? Yes. like right now. You understand what I'm saying? Yes. Okay. So, I asked you a very, very specific simple question. I didn't ask you if you got slammed on the ground. >> I know you got slammed on the ground. I'm asking you hurt. >> Where are you hurt? >> On your side, >> on your roof. >> After confirming the driver is okay and the paperwork is done, the officers prepare to take him in, offering one last chance for reflection before he's brought to the station. >> You mind running out? >> Yeah. So, your story is you didn't want to park correctly. >> It's not there for me to to fix the car then while I'm about to try to fix it. That's when you change everything. >> No, no. I'm saying hold on to these because on the ground. >> Why do you need to call 911 when you have 911 right there? >> That's why he mad cuz I tried to call 911. >> He is literally a cop. Like it's not like it like there's all these things on him that clearly show that he's a police officer, right? Like look at him. Look at him. Look at him. Look at me. Look like we're all wearing the same thing mostly. >> But we're not the same person. >> But we're not the same person. Like clearly we are the police. Yes. So I don't understand why you need to call 911 for an officer when you have an officer. Especially when it come to wash my car. Do >> you have your cell phone on you or is it in your car? >> I literally woke up and try to drop this. >> I ain't going to jail for nothing. I ain't even do nothing. >> Do me a favor. Lean up against my car. Put >> your stomach right there. Widen your stance. >> Widen your stance. Buddy, >> get anything on your pockets? >> The driver is seconds away from being transported, but not before being served with the charges that reflect everything he refused to take responsibility for. >> Hey, look at me real quick. I want to make this very clear with you as well. I need you to look at me when I'm >> I got um um >> sweat on my >> wearing a vest with 30 lbs of gear. >> Now, look at him. So look at me. I don't I think it goes without saying now, but I want to make this very clear to you. You are trespassed from all Monroe County District School property. Okay? Do you understand that? Because there's a lot you're not understanding here today. So I want to make sure that you understand that you are not allowed on any Monroe County school district property. That includes within the city of Key West. And Monroe County is the full length of the Keys. Okay. You are not allowed. I don't care if you're dropping somebody off. You are not allowed on property. If you come back and step foot on any property, you will be arrested. >> Are we clear? >> Oh, this is just for us. >> Ding dong. I'm talking. Are we clear >> on that? That you are trespassed from property from school property. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> You understand? >> Okay. >> That doesn't sense at 7:30 in the morning. That's awesome. Are you done with them? I can take a seat. >> Yeah. Yeah. Let me just >> We'll figure out Yeah, we'll figure out where it is. There's not much I'm taking your word on right now. >> All right. Do me a favor. Go ahead. Have a seat. >> Mr. Jean, I'm I'm going to ask you a question. I need an honest answer from you. Do you have anything illegal on you? >> No. >> No. No knives, no weapons on you. >> Okay. If I take you to the jail and they find anything illegal on you, you will get another charge, a felony of instructional contraband. So, you have nothing illegal on you, right? No. >> All right. Perfect. And I won't make this clear this. >> Yes. >> All right. Well, we're going to check it out. And if it isn't a and if you need a prescription for it, you're going to catch a charge. All right. Just so we're clear. >> After the incident, the driver was arrested due to misuse of 911, resisting arrest, and is now banned from entering any of the school properties. Number one, woman learns the hard way that hurting family comes with consequences. For our final case for this video, on June 4th, 2025, officers were responding to a domestic disturbance call. She was in the bathroom. I see her flying out flying out the bathroom and getting the walk in the hallway. >> Meanwhile, an officer spots the suspect on the street and confronts her. And it was clear from the get-go that she was not the type to go with them easily. >> Please get away. >> Yes. >> Have a seat, please. >> What? About what? >> Have a seat, please. >> About what? >> Ma'am, have a seat. >> Yes. Can you sit? Hold on. I have a seat. Wait a minute. I don't know. You could be a kid thing. So hold on. Uh it say MC don't look like a MC at all. Yes. Actually I was on my way to the courthouse. I'm gonna go file some paperwork and I think he's trying to kill before I go do it. So, please send an officer. I don't know who this is. I ain't get nothing for him to be in my face.
