While the bag itself contained nothing illegal, airline staff say she attempted to bypass the baggage fee and insisted that employees help her regardless. Now she's moved her disruption elsewhere, forcing officers to decide what to do with the luggage she left behind. >> It's all shoes >> and whatever the heck. This is like a whole container of Q-tips. There's >> this looks like uh documents. >> Yeah. >> Like >> education. >> Oh, yeah. That's that's part of what's causing the uh the bulk a little bit. [laughter] >> Lisa Michelle Landy. You could I mean, >> smell it. >> Oh my goodness. Some of it is so strong. >> Moments after speaking with staff, the suspect walks up and the very first word out of her mouth tells the officer exactly how this is about to go. >> Lady, we don't speak that here. What are you saying? Are you kidding me? In the airport in public, you said the N word. Are you serious? >> Uhuh. You're yelling that here. Uhhuh. >> No. Go. No. You're Yeah. You understand what I'm saying? Yeah. >> So, like I'm trying to say to you, I don't know what's their policy is, but you got to follow that. But when you Yeah, you've been drinking it up. You're a little toasty. You are. >> One, two drinks. >> Three drinks and putting on your finger right there. >> But I'm not. I'm But I'm not overreacting. I'm not being mean. So, listen. With her version now on record, airline staff give their final ruling on the situation and she clearly doesn't take it well. >> Can we do that too? But I also want them to fund me a hotel room. >> They refund you back your money. That's the thing. So what's the final decision? >> Give me a hotel room. For >> lay over here on the seats all the time. >> Yeah, >> y'all can't be kidding me. Like, no. >> Me spending my money on a hotel woman to be spending a night on the hotel floor. With her frustration turning into open aggression, officers shift their focus to calming the situation before it gets out of hand. >> Give me a hotel room. >> Why you can't give me a hotel room? >> I have to warn you for being here. You have to take some responsibility. >> I am taking responsibility. >> But you're going to leave me in the hotel room under under the floor that I'm a little salty. I mean I mean being honest. I'm getting you home on the next available flight, but I cannot give you hotel room. >> If you're giving me responsibility to be going home on tomorrow, why would you leave me in a hotel? >> Remember, we have your flight here ready for you just because you're not travel. >> If I'm not fit to travel, would you be nice enough to give me a hotel room? >> Why? >> Candace. Candace, you're not getting a hotel room. >> But understand, why would you give me a hotel room if I'm not fit to travel? >> Stop it. Stop it, officer. >> Why would I be ever Why would you >> If you know that I'm not eligible, >> Tennis, >> when I'm being honest with you, if it was you, >> I would be kind enough to give you a hotel room >> for you to spend a night so you could relax. >> All right. >> All right. Whatever. Whatever. Whatever. Whatever. Although she agrees to leave, she makes sure to air out her grievances while being escorted through the terminal. >> I just don't understand how I spend my $20 and something dollars. But I'm just saying if I spend my $20 and something dollars and I >> But I'm just saying if it was you >> and you spend your $20 and something dollars, >> they not give >> mind your business. If I'm not giving you $200, >> I don't know. If I'm the king though, that's why I don't like this guy. >> I'm not saying I don't like him. >> He's a good guy. You hate him. >> No, I don't say I don't like you, but understand if I was giving you $200 >> to deal with spirit. >> I agree. >> That's not even not even that. >> Let's go sit down >> to let you travel. >> Why wouldn't they give you that? >> I agree. I agree. >> I mean, I'm being honest. >> I I I I get >> like really literally I get what you're saying, Candace. >> No, you're not getting what I'm saying. What's up? >> You going to give me a room for tonight because you know that I'm sober and I can't function right. Be honest with yourself. >> Oh, are you going to give me another room? >> They can't help you. It's either >> no. >> You know, you know any airport going to airport? >> Hey, watch your mouth. Watch your mouth >> cuz you put me on the spot. >> That's what I'm trying to help you. >> You're not trying to help me when you know there's no airport. >> We're done. We're done. We're done.
