Hey, >> stand back. >> We gave you a chance. Get back over here. >> You hurt us. >> If you hurt me back >> anymore, >> I will tell you right now. >> Stand back. >> Back off. >> That's enough. >> I did back up now. >> That's That's enough. >> Sir, that's enough. >> Sir, I'm asking right now. >> A missed flight can ruin your day. These passengers let it spiral into something much bigger. These passengers miss their flights, lose control, and end up in handcuffs. Entitled nurse thinks the rules don't apply to her. Don't resist. >> I will resist. >> DON'T RESIST. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> Just put your hands behind your back. All right. Just relax. >> I haven't done anything. >> Okay, relax. I'm going to go talk to you right now. >> I'm position your back. >> I had a few cups. He's hurting me. >> No, he's not going to hurt you. Just relax. Relax. >> All right, let's have a seat. >> Where you from? Where we got going? >> I can't move. It hurts. >> Where you from? >> Where you from? >> I'm just put your legs out here. There you go. >> What are you doing? >> Relax. Now talk to us. Relax. Relax. >> I'm in trouble. >> Stop playing. Tell us what's going on. >> How much did you have to drink? >> Just talk to me with this. >> Three cups. >> That's kind of yours, dude. So, we have to detain you. >> I swear to Jesus. >> Okay, let's start with this. What's your name? >> What's your name? >> Hello. >> You can't force yourself down in jail. You understand? >> What's your name? >> Calm down. Relax. Oh yeah. >> The suspect immediately threatens legal action, but it doesn't take long before she's reminded that her behavior won't be tolerated. >> We have a boarding pass for her. >> Okay. So, relax. >> Just [laughter] close. >> Here we go. Yeah. Let me see. >> Yeah. >> How do you say your first name? Bola. >> It's Ola. >> What is it? >> Okay. >> Do you take medicine? >> Do you take medicine? >> No. I If you guys I just become chit chat. >> Okay. So, you had a couple cocktails. You became chit cchaty. Did you take any medicine with that with that stuff? >> I don't take medicine. >> You don't take any medicine? >> Okay. Do you have issue with Do you have an issue with alcohol? >> No. >> No. Okay. You You understand that you cannot force your way down this way? >> I haven't been forcing it. I just was trying to board and sit comfortably, but it's been a few hours delay. And I have another flight to catch. Th this is the connector for me to go to New Hampshire. I work in a psych facility with kids. >> Okay. Obviously, she's not flying, right? >> I'm flying. I'm flying. I'm flying. I have to be flying. I'm flying. I'm going to be sleeping. I'm just going to have water and sleep for the whole flight. Now in custody, the suspect breaks down and ends up admitting to something far more serious. >> You're intoxicated with your >> I'm not intoxicated. I'm fine. That's my baseline of being fine. I promise. >> The issue here is that she's scared of the fight, David. She tried to force her weight onto the plane. We have to close the door and stop stop the boarding process. >> So she That's absolutely not. And that's what he was telling me when I was in the line. He said, "Come outside." I told you >> and I'm a female and this intimidates me. And when a male comes up to me and says, "Let's go outside talk, it makes me want to ninja." >> There you go. >> Yeah. Here we go. But I >> So what? He's not a pilot. He's not the plane. He's the manager. >> Okay. >> Who comes up to me in the line and says, "Let's go outside and talk. No, sir. I would like to board my plane and go to work. >> All right. >> While she starts off in tears, everything changes once the manager steps in. >> She explain to me exactly what happened. She was born in the flight. Which time? >> No. >> Begin. Come up here. >> She's got the morning pass. And then she goes inside. So the agent told me that she looked a little a little off. >> Well, she was saying things walking down. At first I thought she was on the phone. >> And then as I'm coming as I'm walking out, she starts talking to me out of the blue >> and I thought she was on the phone. >> You were down there. >> I was walking out right there. Okay. So I thought she was on the phone with a headset but she was talking to me and then she started talking to passengers randomly >> and people were were >> yeah some of the passenger were caught by surprise they didn't know what to say. So I turn around and I ask her if is everything all right. >> So she says she's none of your business you know get out of here. And I can smell alcohol. So I tell do you mind? Let's go outside. Let's talk about it. >> Initially >> tried to bring her back. >> Yeah. I I never put my hands off her. I just say, "Could you please go outside and I'm going to put you on the next flight. I'm going to give you time to sober up." >> But she kept walking to the point that I have to go down. I talked to the flight attendants, explained the situation, and then she became loud. She said, you know, "Let me go in. Let me go in." So, we have to close the door. And at that point, then I called I called the county. So, that just what happened. >> So, you tried to bring her back. >> Yes. To have a conversation to rebook her on the next flight. >> But she didn't want to go. She didn't want to get rebooked. Then she started persons beyond >> inside the jet. >> We asked her to come off >> and even customer says, "Hey, there's kids here." >> Mhm. >> And you mother >> just got >> And I'm a nurse practitioner. >> So did she ever make entry onto the plane or No, they kind of stopped. >> No, no, we have to close the door. We have to close the door. So she never did actually. >> She never did. >> Okay. So basically it was a disturbance from the >> correct. >> What the employees describe paints a much different picture exposing conduct far more serious than she initially led on. >> You denying a boarding or what do you uh so she never did make entry onto the plane. It's more or less y'all got a verbal dispute right here the plane. >> We were trying to prevent her from >> Okay. So she didn't like breach the plane anything. That's that was my main concern. Uh stop the plane from normal operations. Right. No, no, that's what I said when I called. She's trying to force her way. >> Okay, cool. So, you engaged her inside of the jet bridge, actually turn around, it became a verbal uh disturbance basically at that time. Okay, I understand. So, that's a different ball than actually um breaching the plane and >> you know, that's why I wanted that clarification. >> She got a good job. You shut that door quick. Listen, when you were drinking today, did you take any any medication? Any medication at all? >> I don't take >> Okay. But I'm saying you don't take any prescription that might have counter affected you with the alcohol. >> No. Okay. >> I have to stand by you. Respect all units authority at 153 North Highway. >> If you keep it down, I can take you a little bit closer. >> Put your feet up here. We're going to help you out. I'm going to take the Uber. >> Hey, you want to go back to the trip? >> Yeah. >> Going off working today. The situation ended with her in custody facing charges of disorderly conduct and disorderly intoxication after her actions at the airport. A family argument at the airport gets out of hand fast. On October 2nd, 2025, officers responded to Orlando International Airport after reports of [music] a battery between two passengers. Here's what happened next when the officers confronted the individuals involved. Yo, cut it out. Cut it out. Hold on. Hold on. >> Who is she? >> She's my mom. >> Is she your mom? >> Okay. Ma'am, just Okay. >> What's that? 179. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what's going on? I'm not going to say anything because that lady is going to answer. I just want to leave with my kid on the airplane. >> Okay. So, >> she doesn't want me to take my kids passport. She was grabbing me. >> Okay. So, you So, you two are trying to fly out. We're going to So, all three of you. Yep. Okay. >> You tell her to leave. >> Okay. Just hold on. Okay. because I'm not going to sit there and pull the kid away and everything. Okay. So, we're all here. All right. Nobody's going to go anywhere with your child. All right. We're okay. All right. Okay. >> You're trying to fly with your child and you are too, right? You three are trying to fly. >> Not everybody. Everybody we're just leaving. >> Is she going too? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what's the issue? >> The issue is that I don't want him to be with my kids right now. And I just want to make another another line on the airplane and I want to be with my kid. He can stay with her your mom. >> Okay. So, you just want to fly in separate rows or whatever. >> That's it. But I want my kids paper with me. >> You want the kids paper with you? >> No, you just want to to go to security with him without that lady and that >> that's it. The situation turns out to be more personal than it seemed as the wife explains she only wants to be with her child and points to her in-law as the instigator. >> Okay. So, >> can I can I tell my person? >> Yeah. >> Okay. She gets pretty anxious when she flights. Okay. So, you understand that the problem is that she went into a crisis today and she beat my mother. You can see her over here. >> Scratch me to take >> Okay, let's focus. Okay. And she wanted to take the kid by herself to Miami without my permission. >> Hold on. Hold on. Okay. Come over here, sir. >> I want to This is a great thing. >> Just Okay. All right. Yeah. All right. Go ahead. >> And um so we were staying at Spectrum of Union here in Orlando. >> So we had to call security and the sheriff came. >> So that was like 2 hours ago. >> Okay. >> And she said, "Uh, I'll go." And where were you guys at when this >> happened? Reunion reunion. Reunion >> reunion. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. So, all this happened in reunion. So, but now you guys are all going to fly together. >> Yeah. For my mom, it's okay. But then when we got here to do the check in, she tried to just to to get the the passport and to take again. >> Okay. Well, she's the mother, right? >> Yeah, she's the mother. >> And she's trying to fly with the kids. They need the passport to fly, right? >> Yeah, that's right. >> Okay. So, are we going to do this the whole time for the next 3 days because somebody's end up going to get arrested or something for something silly because you guys are I understand you're you guys have issues, right? But it's not like she's trying to take off by herself on the plane and you're not going. All right. >> Try to to take a kid by herself. >> Ma'am, over there, please. >> Over there now. Please. >> I will talk to you again. Okay, ma'am. Come on over here then. All right. >> The husband then offers his side to the story and what he reveals puts his own wife's statement into question. >> So the issue is this is so what's the deal with why can't she take the passport, go in a different row and fly down to Miami and then you guys are there on the plane. You guys get off the plane. >> Okay. I don't have any problem. I don't have any issue. I don't want those to to walk. >> And I would like you guys do too. I want you guys to get to stay together and you know get to wherever you need to go. just my my my only concern is that right now she's in a crisis, >> right? >> So, I don't care. I mean, she can have the passport right now and then we'll fix it, but she's not in >> she's in a in a in an anxiety crisis. >> Okay. >> And I don't think it's the best way that my kid stay with his mom at this moment. We can fly everyone at the same time. >> But that's what I'm saying is it's not like you're center off by yourself with the kid. You guys are all in on the plane. Yeah. An enclosed area. It means you can't do anything on the, you know, on the plane, right? And then you guys are all getting off off the same exit of the plane. You know, there's only one exit. So, >> and then, you know, and then after that, so why are you guys going to Miami? Are you flying somewhere else or is >> No, his her brother lives there, so she wanted to just like go and stay with with their brother at the C. It's not happening right now anymore that that option, but uh >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. Um I >> So, no, I I mean I I'm getting I I I get everything that's going on and I understand you don't want to, you know, she keeps separating more and more, you know, on this travels and you don't want her to be able to just be able to go off and, you know, cuz obviously she you don't think she's in the right mind right now. So >> he makes it clear his priority is their child's safety, but his statement also raises suspicions about his wife's intentions with the passport. >> What do you want? If you could say, "Okay, this is what I want to happen. What do you want?" >> Um, I would ask if I have I can have the passport and she goes on a road and my mom, the kid, and myself go in another road. >> For me, that would be good enough, >> which is what you guys were trying to talk about. But she wants the passport and she's not. >> Yeah, it's a little more complex like that because she But yeah, pretty much. >> So what's uh it's I guess if she's got control of the child, you know, she's in control right there, you know, and uh whether she has a passport or not. I guess I'm I'm I don't see the big deal in it. I mean, enough to where we're going to get into something where somebody's going to end up getting arrested or or, you know, or something bad happens. >> Yeah, that's true. She beat my mom over here. She beat me over here. So, now we're talking about something physical. So, I don't want to get this bigger and bigger, >> right? >> So, but uh yes, if we can do that, >> uh I'll be happy just one row for for the bikini and my mom and >> Okay. What time is your guys' flight? >> Uh 4:55. >> 455. >> Okay. All right, ma'am. Come on over here so I can sit >> with my kid >> so I can Let me talk to you with my kid. >> Ma'am, you make my kid right now. >> Okay. You guys are the parents. Act like parents. Okay. >> I am acting. >> Just let him hold your child. It's not like he's running off there. >> He just Okay. So, what happened before here? >> Okay. >> No, he did not call the cops. >> Now, the husband asks for some distance, telling officers he's worried about how far his wife can go when things escalate. >> Ma'am, he did not call the cops. >> No, her mother. I'm sorry. his mother. >> She didn't call either. All right. >> They were called. >> It's because everyone around you is seeing how you guys are both acting. Okay. So, what happened? >> Touch me. Okay. So, what happened? >> Okay. What happened? >> I We were packing and they knocked the door and they say, "Can you leave in 15 minutes?" So, he was like, "I don't know what to do." I was packing everything. >> He doesn't want was doing anything. He was taking breakfast, the coffee, whatever. Okay. So, we just calm down. I was okay. I was with my kid and said, "Do not jail to him like this. He's come up. I'm just carrying my kid." >> So if your mother took that his mother took him inside the room and say, "Do not touch my" and I was like, "Okay, don't mess with my kid. That's it." >> Mhm. >> The only thing that I'm having this Okay. And I just was I was walking and he wants my kid passport. So he grabbed me really tight >> to take my the documents of my kid. >> Okay. >> So then in that in that moment >> he my my mother-in-law called the cops. >> Okay. >> Okay. They took me out the papers. Okay. And they were doing me like this. What? I I >> This was down in reunion. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. Then she grabbed my kid and I said, "Do not took my kid." She she took my credit. >> Then they called the cops, the cops, and I said like, "Okay, well, I don't want any problems. I can go." >> Okay. >> Okay. They cancel me the credit card. >> Mhm. >> While we while I was talking with I don't have any money with me because they have everything. Everything was with them, >> right? Did the cops end up coming? >> Yeah, they come. They came. They came to the to reunion. As the wife explains her sign, it brings up new concerns that point back at her husband and mother-in-law. >> So, they took another car, they go on top of the car. They didn't let me on top of the car. I was going with them. So, the cops took me out and they told me that I was I cannot be there. So, took my things and go, but I don't have any money to go. >> Okay. So the security of reunion took me to the Publix and I called my sister that lives in California to take an Uber for me to the airport and that's how I arrived to the airport. >> Okay. >> Then I was here and I was just want to be in another world with my kid because I don't want her to be with my kid right now because I am the mother. >> Mhm. Okay. >> And I was messing that I I was doing the check-in and he also took call the cops and that's it. >> No, he didn't call the cops while we were here. No, she to she she tell to the lady to talk to the cops. >> All right. Well, >> and they took to us and they >> Okay. Well, when you guys are starting to take stuff from each other right here and stuff and call the servant, they're going to call they're going to call the cops regardless. >> You letting him to be with the kid instead of >> it's his father. We're taking I know, but just cuz I'm trying to talk to you. I can't talk to you while you're holding the kid because what's going to happen is you're going to be talking to the kid and so I'm getting everyone's story. Okay? So, just hang on. All right? you need to calm down because we're all here. Nobody's just running off now with the kid or anything like that. You guys are all traveling together. And the thing is is it seems like you keep getting what you eventually want, but every time you do, you start to say, "Well, I want the kid with me, but I don't want you guys either, but I want you to come with me, but I want his passport also because I give him took me the >> But you guys are both the parents and you're not being you're not compromising at all." And that's the problem. Yes, you're not. Okay. >> Because they all agree to fly together and then you say, "Well, I don't want I just want to fly with the kid in the row." Hold on. Did you not Did you not ask to to fly in a different row, right? In a different row. Right. >> That's it. >> Okay. And they said, "Yes." >> But then you're like, "Well, no, because I want to do that, but I also >> Yes, but he doesn't want me to have >> Exactly. So, why do you keep making other demands?" With both sides at odds, the officer finds himself in the middle of a custody dispute [music] and moves to take control of the situation. >> They're letting you fly in a separate row. >> No, they don't they are not letting me though. >> Well, they're going to book you in a different row. >> Nobody is >> Okay, hold on. They're going to book you with same row with him. >> Are you defending it? >> I'm not defending you. >> That was crushing me all that. Look at this. Look at this. >> Did they give you a case number? >> No. >> The police officers. No, they didn't. Okay. >> All right. So, what I'm saying is if they keep the passport and you're flying in a separate row with the child, is that good? >> You're a family. So, I don't I'm I'm trying hard to realize why, you know, what happened before this to cause this strife cuz you guys haven't told me any of that stuff. >> Well, you can ask her. You can ask the mother-in-law if you want. >> This was something that it goes really big. >> Okay. >> Because he doesn't want me to take his passport because No, I know. I know. I know why. I know why. Because my brother is on lives in Miami and my sister lives in California and he's afraid that I'm taking the kid to another. But I don't have any any I don't have any money with me because they cancel my credit. >> I'm not going to stay in the US. >> Okay. That's not my plan, right? I just I have a work in Mexico. >> He has to go back to school tomorrow. >> Okay, I understand. >> That's not my plans. My parents are in Mexico. >> Then why do you need the passport then? >> And they're both >> That's the thing. That's that's that's a one >> be with him. >> If you're with him on inside the what I said, if they're going to book with you and you and and you're going to sit with him and you're just >> to go inside, >> why do you have to have the passport? just to go inside the airport with him, not to wait for them and to be all around together because we are right now we are fighting and I don't want to make this scene inside. That's the only thing. >> Well, you guys are offline on a sling plane. So, you guys are going to be there and your son's going to want to see both of you guys. >> Different, bro. It's going to >> put the level down. >> The officer keeps trying to make the woman understand the situation, but it's clear she's not changing her stance anytime soon. Still doesn't explain why you have to have the passport and the child. Like I said, you're you want everything. >> Why he wants the No, I don't have everything. >> He said you you told me why he wants it. >> So that after you guys get off the plane that you can't just run off and go do whatever you want >> because I want my ch my child. I don't want everything. I want just my child. >> Okay. And if you just want your child, they're allowing you to sit with your child and you're going to be with them the entire time. So then again, so why is the passport that important? The only reason that would be is so that you could take off with the child and the passport. Would that be not? >> Okay. Is that >> okay? That's what I'm getting at. So >> But why you don't take the passport off him? I I >> He's the child's father. >> But I'm your mother. >> I know, but I can't take >> because you are a father and I'm just I don't know. I I really don't understand that part. Okay. So, so why do you get it over him? >> No, no, no. Because he took me away from passport. >> Okay. But I'm saying >> forcing me to What I'm saying is >> because I was >> What I'm saying is this. Listen. Listen to me. There's a passport belongs to your son. >> You both have equal rights to that passport since you're both mother and father. Why should I take it from him and give it to you? >> Because he >> Because you want it? >> Because he took it from me. >> Okay. >> Because he took it from me. because he wants all the all the control of my kid. I just want to be with him. That's it. >> And they're allowing you to be with him. They're just really great controller. >> I'm just here because it's the only way to be with him, you know, because here he doesn't they don't have an option inside the airport. They're going away. They're going to leave me. They leave me on the road. Now, the more she insists on the passport, the more it starts to raise concern for the officers. >> Do you don't think they don't care that they don't care. >> They really don't care. They leave me. They leave me with a >> like I said, if he's got equal rights to property, whether it's a passport or kids property or whatever, then I can't take it from him. >> I can't take it from him to give to somebody else. I can't do that. That's cuz he's it's his. It's cuz if it's his sons, it's his also. >> Okay. I just want to know if I if I >> where do you live? Like where do you guys live? You guys live in Mexico. >> Okay. >> If I have it, you cannot give it to him. That's why you tried me to say if he wants to give it to me, it's because of his he wants to. But no, you cannot do that. Okay. >> Right. I mean, you understand legally I can't do that. That's what I'm getting at. Okay. But >> I got it. I just I just >> Okay, I got it. Right. >> I got it. >> Mom's done with a statement. Did she Did she write in every other one to be translated or did she write? >> She write in English. >> I'll take a look. >> What is that saying? >> She grabbed my hands and harmed >> harmed my arms. >> Harmed your arms. Okay. >> Do you want fire rescue? Do you want to get checked out by firefighters? Are you okay? You sure? >> So for me, can you just sign that you do swear to it? Okay. now. And if you do want to testify and prosecute criminally initial there, >> is it mandatory or is >> it's up to her? >> No, you have to come back to the states. >> Yes, you have to come back. >> You have to fly back here to testify. >> Okay. So, yeah, that's fine. And just initial >> still domestic. It doesn't matter. >> You want to write a statement? >> Not really, but just >> you don't have to write a statement. It is up to you. But you're saying that She started it. >> She put her hands on her first. >> The case is close to wrapping up as the mother-in-law writes her statement regarding [music] how the wife attacked her. >> So again, you're saying she started the physical altercation that took place at the airport. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Physical and mental. >> Okay. All right. Cuz I know you guys had something going on over there and then over here >> and everything is on camera. So the one over there and the one over there. Does she have any um you know mental disabilities? What what is it? >> It's called in Spanish syndrome which is Yeah. >> Do you understand that? >> No. >> Is it what is it? You can say it in Spanish. >> Okay. Here we go. Come on. Hold on. No, they cannot take my kid. >> Okay. Is that his kid? >> Yeah, that's my kid. >> So, your kid and his kid, right? Okay. So, he has the rights to your kid as well. We're still >> Me too. >> What? >> Me, too. >> It's joint, right? It takes two people. So, you're the mom, he's the dad, right? >> In the passport, they come picture. >> We don't do anything when it comes to the passport. Do you understand? >> With everyone's statements on record, the officers are ready to act on what they've learned. >> She could do that real quick. Just want to get the kid out of here. >> No. Can I Can I go to that flight? I cannot. >> No, they don't want you on the plane. >> So, you're going to have to find another route to another way to get to >> I don't want my mother-in-law I don't want my mother-in-law [laughter] to be with us. Come on. Let's go ahead and get that lighting bag. Relax. Relax. Relax. Listen. Leave the bag on. >> We are trying to be calm with you. You need to listen to us. Do you understand? Don't touch me. Grab her arm, please. >> Don't touch your bag. We can do that outside. Let's just relax. >> We'll grab that outside. >> The kid is with the dad. >> Is there a car on this level or >> I'm on one. Okay. >> Okay. Ready? Y. We'll do the searching and everything else. >> You guys good? Got everything you need. >> Transform. All right, let's got to get in the car. >> I am I am going to yell. >> Yes, ma'am. You are. Let's go this way. >> Bag is back here. >> Yep. >> Sit in the car. >> It's going to be a little uncomfortable. What started as a family dispute ended with serious consequences as visible injuries on both the husband and the mother-in-law led to the wife being charged with domestic battery. This Karen's attitude gets her exactly what you'd expect.
