Yeah, and then she getting the uh uh the mace out of her uh The woman denies using pepper spray, saying it was just perfume. However, a victim's account suggests otherwise. And what she did next only made things worse. Was it the mace that was perfume first? Not mace. Right, but it started with perfume. That's what caused it. When did the white can with the blue lid come into play, do you know? That was on the bus. Right, but was that before the mace or after the mace? Uh before it. Before the mace. And the mace was sprayed outside the bus? Yeah, one one time he sprayed it >> bus. Okay. I was a little confused when you said outside. And the other guy got chased by her. It depends on what kind of facial expression And he ran from him? He didn't hit her at all? She's complaining about it. But they were all hit in the head. Just All right, thank you. After taking statements from those involved, the officer checks back in with the woman who's still in full denial about the accusations. What's more, she's making sure everyone hears her complaints. Excuse me. I literally did nothing. Oh my gosh. >> Talk to him and then uh we'll figure things out, okay? I literally did nothing. I was putting on lotion. Ma'am, do you stay there? What the hell? What the hell? I was putting on lotion. What's your name? Tomorrow? Amara. A m a r a A B My last name. Yeah, B B My last name. No, my phone is off. I was like I was literally assaulted by two men by no reason. Putting on [ __ ] lotion is not a crime. Hitting me over the [ __ ] head and throwing a rock at me is not a [ __ ] crime. Why are y'all just putting my information down for? What the See me here, right? Stay with her. I'm not crazy. Yes, I am. You can't put on perfume? Let me talk to you. What do you think happened? >> That lady [ __ ] knows them. That's why. The whole what you said. Like nobody said anything when I was putting on lip gloss. Like what the The last thing I was putting on lip gloss. Right. Like what the This is [ __ ] body mist. Like what the Like we're not going to take their information down. They're the ones who assaulted me. I was literally hit over the [ __ ] head. Officers wait for medics and let her talk, hoping it might calm her down. But the more she talks, the more it becomes clear that officers are just giving her room to make things worse. Well, that's amazing. Like what the I can't spray a little perfume? Smell like poverty, depression, and high You poor short bastard. And then you got your [ __ ] grandmother over here. Y'all are [ __ ] rude. I'm never getting back on that [ __ ] bus. I promise you. I'll walk. >> Ma'am, look. Talk to him, please. Go Oh my god. Let me find her shirt. Can you just check on her? She's alleging that he got her in the head, according to him. Right, that's why I was going to come see. Everybody over there is fine. They're claiming a burn in the eye. >> Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Just uh I don't think she's uh bleeding or something like that, but Yes, I was just hit over the head for putting on the lotion. >> check you out, okay? I was putting on body mist. Like Did he hit you with an object? He like hit me with his fists. Oh, [ __ ] >> And then the other one threw a [ __ ] rock at me. This lady here with that black black bag was encouraging the entire thing. What was it outside? This was there on the bus just randomly. I was just sitting and I was just minding my business. I was literally like you can see the lotion on me. I was just putting on lotion. As far as your your >> And like I sprayed him because to stop him from hitting me. I'm We're not here to debate. angry at you. You have to Yes, she hit me on top of my head. My head is throbbing. Take off the thing. Oh my god. We can walk on this side, ma'am, right here. Let's give it a minute. We're We're still trying to figure out what happened, okay? I'm trying to tell you what happened. Yeah, but we have to get everyone's side of the story, ma'am. We can't just go based on one side of the story. We have to investigate. >> He was literally just asking me for mouthwash and bubble gum. What the I mean, I don't carry around mouthwash. I already have mouthwash. I He was just he was asking me for mouthwash. She's crossed the line one too many times. Officers have tolerated enough, and now they're moving in to take her into custody. Is this what y'all do down here? Just randomly assault women for no [ __ ] reason? What the Jack, just stop. No, what did I do? Miss officer, no, it's not me. It's them. We'll tell you what's going to happen, okay? No, I don't. Are you serious? I don't know. Later, officers discover she also has an outstanding warrant from another state. On top of that, she was also charged with two counts of battery and battery on a police officer. Number four. Woman learns the hard way why you shouldn't try to force your way into a plane. On January 4th, 2025, officers were called to Tallahassee International Airport after a woman reportedly caused a scene when her request to change flights was denied. Here's what unfolded when they arrived. 505, 3076. What are you doing? Good. This is 3076. What's going on? Operations at 3076. I had a flight for this evening, but I'm trying to check in, but it's not working. Same flight, same place. But there's just it's not working. I can't What did What did the ticket agent guy tell you? Well, I I him I told him, but So you don't have a ticket? I have a ticket but it's for a later Okay. I have one ticket on the other one. I'm trying to change it but they won't let me change it. Yeah. So did you try to get on the plane? Yeah. Okay. You you got to have a ticket for that flight though, right? That's my understanding. Okay. Why he he didn't he wouldn't he wouldn't help you? Okay. Let me see what your your phone's not working? What's the scenario? So what Where's the Where's the This is your ticket This is your current ticket? I cancelled it. Oh, you cancelled it. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I'm not I'm not I was trying to get on to this one. Yeah, this is probably already booked but you got to go through them. You can't do it on the app. It's not cancelled. It's right here. Oh, you still have it. Okay. That What time I was trying to change it to an earlier flight. Okay. Cuz they have flights all day, you know. You're not allowed to go right now. Yeah, just sit down. We're We're trying to work We're trying to work this out. >> allowed to leave. We don't know what happened. He said you tried to get on the plane. You didn't have a ticket. That's Is that a big deal? It can be but we don't want it to be. So just relax. You're not in trouble. We got to figure out what we're going to do though. All right? It's not up to us. It's up to the airport. We're just officers that work at the airport, okay? Work with us a little bit though. A little bit of cooperation will go a long way, okay? >> able to like tell us exactly what's going on and help us help you, Okay. >> Well, she said she wanted to get on an earlier flight but there was some issues with booking and Yeah, but you can't just jump on a flight. Right, you just can't open a door and run on the plane. Is that That would be bad. That's like trespassing. She's calmer now but according to airport staff, the woman's earlier interaction was far more aggressive, especially when she insisted they move her flight. Do you Do you have any identification on you? I was trying to do this change my flight from It's the same flight. Yeah. Same flight. Same flight. from a later time to an earlier time but the system is not letting me do it. Okay. So then it probably means you're not able to do that, which means you're not going to be able to fly earlier. You couldn't get on this flight. Yeah, you couldn't get on this flight cuz probably already booked and you didn't have a you didn't have the boarding pass for this flight. So that would have been That's okay cuz they can redo it. They can do it redo it right here. There's no issue with that. I have to go on this flight. But that one's already done. That one's gone. It's full. There's no room for you. Yeah, it's already loaded up. That's probably why he didn't get you on that flight. Yes. Excuse me? Yes, ma'am. Okay. When was the last time you were taken out of this facility? So Uh the agent wasn't here. It's probably too late. What time were they They already boarded. They boarded but my flight doesn't leave till 7:07. Yeah, what's It's past There's a cutoff time. There's a 15-minute cutoff time. So it's it's like at 6:58. So you're past the cutoff time. Uh somebody will be back here in a minute. If not, you can go up front and go talk to the ticket agent and rebook. I'm not sure. We're We've got this other thing. But he was just here. He may be He may be coming back in a minute. The American agent. Like I said, boarding is 15 minutes before departure. So you kind of missed it. There's a line at TSA. So you probably got to rebook. But just hang out until somebody will be here in a second. If not, go back out, you know, and and go back to the ticket Can I have someone help me, please, because they won't let me leave the airport. Yeah. They won't let me get on a flight. They won't let me leave. But what are you doing? What did you just try to do? Get on the flight. >> Okay, but you're not allowed to be on >> guys are not letting me change the flight. Mhm. And get on the flight. She's got She's got a question over here, too, but it's something unrelated. The officers have been trying to guide her through a peaceful resolution but her patience is wearing thin and so is her respect for the officers. Over there. Sorry about the video. What's her name? I don't know. You got anything? This is She had a flight a later flight. You're not You want to go? Jordan. Can you let us Here, he can now explain something. Yeah. Show him your ticket stuff. >> Just no. I don't Okay. Just give me my bag. This is not your bag. You need to let go. You're not leaving. I'm going to call someone cuz this is not right. Okay. Passengers are advised not to leave baggage unattended at any time. You don't have any information at all on you? Okay. Can you show him your ID, ma'am? Would you want to show him your ID? He's going to maybe try to help you. I'm going to go uh I'm going to go to partner. What do you want to do with her? Are we Are you filing anything? Uh I mean, I guess because I don't know her. She was trying to get on my aircraft. So that's how I knew her. Are you allowing her to fly on another The person I don't know what's going on. Did she pull the door, walk on the jet bridge? What happened? I had the door open. I was finishing boarding and I asked I did my final boarding. She went down. I was like, "Ma'am, your boarding pass." She didn't show me anything. She was like, "Oh, look at this." Did she get on the jet bridge? So uh >> [snorts] >> I tell her "Hey, what is your name?" So I look the people that was missing. She was not in there. I'm at A5. And she said "I'm on the later flight. I want to get on this one." I was like, "Ma'am, you cannot do that. I mean, you you have to have a ticket for this flight." Then she There was some She sit down. Okay. She sit normal. Okay. And at some point she >> try to force her way on? Yeah, she went down. And I I grabbed her quick before she >> down did she get? No, you can just tell me. Because I'm sitting with Come on, Charlie. We're going to cancel this now. We're going to call this now. Okay. So So basically she went down there >> and I grabbed her really quick. I said "Ma'am, no, you cannot go, please." And that And she didn't resist or anything. We sat down. But I mean, Okay. Let me close the door. That make me feel like Shortly after, the officers regrouped to compare notes, relying on witness statements and video footage to piece the situation together. So Brian says Who says? Brian, the ticket agent. What's his name again? His name's Brian. Brian Guerrero. He said uh She's sitting No, the door is open. He's He's the last people to board it. She said "I'm trying to get on the flight." He said "Ma'am, you can't go." She sat down. He was dealing with something. She got up and tried to go. She actually entered the jet bridge. Yeah, yeah. He said "No, no, no." She made it like a three or four steps in and pushed her back. >> Where's he going? He's He's right there. Oh, I got his information. Uh well, the the video is looks like from the video She's not Jimbo Fisher's kids like the last one to get on. >> Yeah. He closes the door. And then it looks like he's probably making the final boarding call. Like probably like a minute He lets Jimbo Fisher's kid on. Shuts the door. Like a minute later, I assume he's making the last call. She starts walking up. And he opens the door like inviting her in the door. And then he kind of stops her and I'm assuming he's like "I need a boarding pass." And she shows the phone and I think he's pointing to the scanner. And she scans and something went wrong. So it looks like he pointed for her to sit. The door wide open. He pulled the manifest. And then she just while he was screwing with the manifest, probably getting ready to give it to the captain. She tried to walk on. And he jumped in front of her and kind of struggled. She resisted a little bit cuz she put her hand like So where are you at? TPW or where at BA52? She's not cooperating. She won't give us her name. She called 911. I think she's got to go to jail. Okay. Yeah, she's got to go to jail. No, she's got She said she had one for a later later flight today but she wanted to get on this flight. And she tried to rebook but We're almost at 10:15. Rudeness was one thing but surveillance footage revealed the woman tried to sneak onto the plane while the staff weren't paying attention. With that in mind, the officers stepped back and let the airline decide how to move forward. The video's pretty conclusive that she tried to get on when he was busy. He thought she had She tried to scan didn't work. He started looking at the manifest. She tried to run on the plane. He had to He physically restrained her from getting on. 37? Probably. We're going to wait to see. He's going to make the call. But she you hasn't given her name or anything? No, she's refusing. She's kind of like not talking. I'm going to try talking. All right. Go ahead. Try and go at her. She was trying to get up and go but I told her she's Did she call 911? So We're just staying here. I told her she's not free to go. They sent the call to us. So makes sense. So we're we're trying to help you here. All right? You got yourself in a pickle. If you want to talk to us, the pickle might be able to get better. If not, it's not going to get any better. So can we start with your ID, your phone, something? Okay, you're not free to leave until we identify to start with. I know these officers and super officers have been super nice to you. So let let's start with producing some >> thing is why are you not allowing me to leave? Or I can't go on the flight. I can't leave. I can't do anything. >> You're not free to go. Why am I not free to go? What did I do wrong? Cuz you're being detained right now. >> Why would I be detained? Because you went through that door without permission. >> I'm just trying to get on a flight, an earlier flight. The system is not working. So I asked him. He wouldn't help me. >> see your boarding pass on the phone. I'm trying to get on there and I'm not going to give that to you because I do not trust you. I would like to leave and you're not letting me leave. That seems very [music] illegal to me. And you're cops. You shouldn't be doing this. You cannot hold a person against their will. You can't tell them they can't do It's like you're just trying to trap me or something. What are you trying to do? All they need is her personal information to move forward with a trespass warning but she continues to push back at every request. Well, I'll back off you a little bit but now we need to identify you with a driver's license or some type of ID card or passport. And I'm telling you I'm just going to leave and I'll find my own way a different way because I don't know what's going on in this airport. I've been here before. I had a suitcase here and some things happened here. And I do not trust the airport, but I tried again and it's it's another thing. So, I just would like to leave and I don't want to deal with this anymore. And everything that you guys are doing right now it just It does not It's very wrong. When you tried to I just tried to go on a flight. I have a ticket. This gentleman is not letting me go on the flight. >> Because it's not for this flight. Okay, but I have a ticket. I said I was >> You said you had a ticket. Look, I watched the video. What did the gentleman tell you when you were getting ready to get on? Then he stopped you and then you had to scan your phone, he looked at your phone, and then he said no. What did he tell you? Whatever patience the officers had left runs out fast after her next move. That's when they decide to restrain her. Stand up. Stand up now. No. Ma'am, you're going to be under arrest. All right, let go of the purse. No, no. No, no. No, no. Bring that one around. Still holding on to the bag. Yeah, let's go. No, no. Turn around. We're good. You can hold on to it. That's fine. No, stop. Stop. Let's take it off. Give me my property. Do not do that. Do not do that. Let's Let's get up. >> Why are you arresting me just for going on a flight? I was trying to go on We're going to try to explain to Let go. Do you want to stand up when you get What do you want? Let me stand up. Well, let's go walk over here. Let's get out of here. No. Yeah, we're going to get you. Come on. No, we don't need a scissor. Scissors are allowed. You know what? You got to explain yourselves. We don't understand what you're saying. Her purse is her name or ID. Can I hold my bag? We're going to We're going to just going to go with you. Can you unhook those things or Sir, let me hold this while you sit there. We're going to get You got to sit down. We're going to give it back to you. Good? All right, I'll tell Mike here transport it for you. The woman was ultimately charged with trespassing in a designated operational area of the airport. Number three. Man gets kicked out of a flight and his attitude made things worse. On March 18th, 2024, officers responded to Fort Lauderdale Airport after a passenger started causing a disturbance following his removal from a flight. Here's how it unfolded. Hey, sir, how you doing? Sir, how you doing? What do you have to say about the story? What's that? That's the story that I told you. Well, that's her story. That's our version of it. That's why you guys That's why you had You guys couldn't believe. I I waved you down and you didn't even acknowledge me. You went straight to her. Yeah, cuz you didn't call me. You're right. You're right about that. So, that's how it works. That's how it works. We go to people who called us. Okay. So, what's my right right now to do? I lost my flight. Huh? I haven't heard your story yet. Okay. So, I'm asking you what's my right now. The The flight left. The guy over there you know? They give you $300 if you want to volunteer to give up your seat, right? Right. I came I had my ticket. The woman She already took my my ticket like that. It was in 19B. I sat down there. They put my bag there, right? Couple minutes later, she came and told me Well, you gave your seat. You need to go to 43D. That's fine. I got up. I went over there. I didn't move my bag. And I went to 43D. Now, all I wanted to All I was asking was why did that happen? Not that I want the seat back or or that I want to get some compensation or nothing. I need to get to Atlanta. And then they're talking about they came down, "Oh, you need to get out of here because you're intoxicated." And this is where we're I'm trying to I'm calling Delta right now to If they give me the 8:50 flight, that's fine. What's your last name, sir? Why? Okay, well, I'll get it. We are here to help you. I mean, I First of all, I want to speak to you with respect. Okay, that's first and foremost. I'm speaking with you with respect. That's how we're going to play this. That's how we're going to play this. Yeah. All right, we're going to turn around. Thanks, sir. Have a good night. With the airline cutting him off, the next step should have been simple. Leave the terminal. But instead, the man doubles down and makes things worse. For real? Yep, for real. I'm calling my lawyer right now. You can call whoever you want to call, but this this is how we're going to do this. You might want to call my side. Sir, you can either leave on your own or you can leave with us. You got options. Okay, and I'll show you what I can tell you. The ball's in your court. I'm trying to get to Atlanta to take care of my You got a cell phone, that means you can you can talk and walk. Let's go. Sir, I'm asking you again. Please leave the property. And they give me the number. That's not even working. Wow. Sir, sir, sir, can you please leave the property? You guys are crazy, man. You can't treat people like this. No matter what. Sir, you're disturbing There's no disturbance and I'm doing what you're telling me to do. Please leave the property. Forever? Please leave the property. So, I can come tomorrow with another ticket? I can come tomorrow with another the property. Despite the man's rude behavior, the officer holds back. He just wants him off the property. And if the man walks away now, this is where it ends. Okay, you finished your funny. Please leave the property. Yeah, I know. Yep, sure was. As long as you leave this property, it's automatic. Yep. I was the biggest nerd ever. Tell me where to go. Is this way? No, it's that way. Is that way? This way. All right, so I don't want to I'm calling Delta. So, how do I make a complaint with the airport? You're not going to make a complaint with the airport. You make a complaint with Delta. Delta, right? They're not answering. Well, they're going to answer eventually. You got to sit on hold. Yeah, that's fine. I'm going to go. But I'm just trying to get to Hey, Blake, I could use some help over right here. You got to talk to them. You got to call. It's It's It's like anything else. You're going to sit on hold for a while. But you're going to leave this property. >> You're not even serve and protect. Wait, you you are about to Hey, is that right? Yep. Thank you. By now, the officer is done giving chances. Where's the phone? Let the phone go. Let the phone go. Let the phone go. Let the phone go. There you go. Let the phone go. Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Let the phone go. Thanks. Y'all y'all feel real good, right? >> Hell we do. You got an ID on you? Nope. Roll over. Roll over. Roll over. No, you roll me over, man. I'll roll you. On his way out, the man doesn't stay quiet. He throws in a few final words before being taken away. You're strong, man. What's up? Yeah. Rolando He's ultimately charged with trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance and disorderly conduct. Number two. Woman thought playing the victim would work. It only got her cuffed. This time at Tampa International Airport, officers were called after staff reported a female causing a disturbance. She's believed to be intoxicated and staff refused to let her board. Here's what unfolded when the police got involved. Intoxicated, doesn't understand, won't leave the lounge, keeps continuing to board. Booked for tomorrow? She's She's booked for tomorrow. >> Booked for tomorrow? I have work at 10:00 a.m. No problem, I'm not drunk and I can walk a straight line. So go for it. Go for it. Come on. When they just say I sat at the bar sitting here waiting. >> Okay. I didn't argue with nobody. I didn't Um what time tomorrow? Uh she's on I gave her she's on a 11:51 a.m. 11:51 a.m.? >> Yeah. All right. All right, so no. If I have work at 10:00 a.m. No. But if you personally and I could call my dad that's a cop officer, he would say walk a straight line. If I can't walk a straight line, that's okay. >> That's not what we do, but if if they make that determination that you can't fly, you can't fly. But I'm not intoxicated. >> They're a private business and they can deny you boarding for anything. So what I'm saying is that that has nothing to do with us. We don't do anything. Okay, so guarantee cuz I'm about to sue them. I'm letting you know that now cuz I got the money for it. So you're letting me know they're denying the flight for me now. I didn't do a breathalyzer. I didn't argue with nobody. All I did was walk past that and they denied me. So you're telling me that you're not flying tonight. >> Yes, and that you're flying tomorrow morning. They rebooked you for tomorrow morning. You know what I'm saying? I work I don't work 9:00 to 5:00. So as long as I know that I paid twice and they No, you didn't pay twice. They just rebooked you. No, I did pay twice. I booked Friday and I booked today. And they didn't allow me. I'm not drunk. I can literally walk a straight line. Well, since you got rebooked, you can't hang out here. >> No, I get what you So we have to go to the main terminal. No, I get what you're saying. I'm not flying home to New York. That's fine. But what I'm saying is I'm getting a bag. Cuz that was crazy. So we're going to we're going to walk you over so you can go to the main terminal. She doesn't resist at first, choosing to walk with the officers. But soon enough, she makes it clear she's not going to make things easy. Yeah, that's fine. Yeah, that's what the lady said. I can get the new boarding pass number. I'm not getting on a flight, so I'm not walking that. I'm not Well, that's your bag. That's fine. I get you, but I'm not walking on that. So that's fine. Come on. [laughter] Okay, well grab your bag cuz that That's fine. I love that for me. Ma'am, grab your bag. I'm not GETTING ON THE FLIGHT. ALL RIGHT. SO IT'S NO it don't mean nothing. Listen. I hear you. I hear you. No, because now I'm mad. I've just paid $500 to get on a flight. Well, that has nothing to do with us. >> It does. >> doesn't. We don't work for the airline. It came up on my account and she just decided to be ignorant. So no, it Well, they rebooked you for tomorrow. >> It doesn't matter. I got work at 10:00 a.m. And I'm not drunk and I'm not intoxicated. So I'm not I'm not pulling that. Respectfully. All right, well then it's just going to get sent to our lost and found them. That's fine. All right. That's fine. I'm here for it. You didn't want to You didn't want to take me on a flight and that's fine. That has nothing to do with us. >> understand that. Obviously you don't cuz you keep saying it. >> No, because the fact that I sat here since 5:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. and the fact that y'all let me sit there and you let this lady sit here and close my flight that I can't get on. Yes, now I have a problem. Yes, I do. I didn't have a problem before, but now I do. I didn't move from that bar to walking to right here until they got on. So now I do have a problem. That's why I'm mad. It wasn't but before she she checked me in. She said, "Oh, no, you're drunk." No, I'm not. I'm sitting here sober. I'm sitting You can be mad at them, but don't be mad at us. I'm not mad at you, baby. Baby, baby, listen, listen, baby, listen, baby. I can sit home sober. I don't give a But what I'm mad at is the fact that I sat here for 2 hours and she didn't allow me to get on a flight. Yes, but I still my siblings still paid for the flight that I couldn't get on. So that's what I'm mad at. It doesn't matter what the simple fact is because I'm not on that flight to get me to New York at 10:00 a.m. The officers keep their tone calm, trying to de-escalate. But oddly enough, the more they try to settle her down, the more agitated she becomes. It does not matter what you're saying. >> to stop screaming? No, it doesn't matter what I'm screaming cuz now I have the simple fact Listen, I paid a flight. All right, listen, I'm not arguing with you. Now I'm talking to my parents. Daddy, they're not letting me get on a flight because the simple fact I don't have a real ID. And before I turn it up on these you better come get me. Straight like that. Straight like that. And it ain't because I don't have an ID. And they not letting board the board the plane. Here. Go ahead and take it, papa. I'm not taking it. It's your bag. >> Yes, you're feeling me. No, I do have to do that because you're feeling like I'm an animal and I don't have no married kids. I don't have none of that. So, now y'all about to sit here and take me. So, now y'all about to be so tough and now my toughness is about to hear cuz now y'all on some I said what I said. 46, copy. And I don't guarantee it. I don't have no I'm not a drunk. I'm not intoxicated. So, yeah. I'm going to ask a fool. All right. Well, if you act a fool, you're going to talk yourself into going to jail and you don't want to do that cuz then you're not going to make your flight [laughter] at all. Cuz you know what? I got work at 9:00 in the morning. Well, let's get going. So, come on, papa. >> progress. >> Come on, papa. Let's go. And I I promise you my dead son, I promise you my dead son going to end all y'all careers. I promise you. I promise you my dead son is going to end y'all career and y'all going to wish y'all ain't never do this. They had no part in the airline's decision, yet she directs all her anger toward them as if they're the reason she's not flying today. You got somebody coming to pick you up? No, I'm driving home. My son died 2 days ago. So, you drove here? like an animal? I live in New York and you want to treat me like this? That's the business protocol. So, where are you going now? New York. You're not going to New York right now. >> How much you want to bet I'm going? Not right now. What, you driving there? >> The deceased the the deceased mother that's going through what she's going through and I'm not drunk. I drunk two margaritas. >> All right. I'm not saying you are drunk. >> I just want you to understand. Just think about it. The mother that just lost her child 2 days ago and she's explaining to you that she's not drunk. I could walk a straight line and y'all still made sure I didn't board. Better than the marginal going to take me. I'm not going to argue. So, where you going now? Take me. Take me wherever Well, I got the operations manager coming to talk to you. All right. Go for it. Come on. So, we're just going to hang out right here. Yeah. You're right there. I love it. Come on. I love that. My son dead died yesterday. I'm sorry to hear that. Your child Your child lives today, tomorrow. I'm not drinking. That was the first drink I ever had in 3 years. My child died. You're [ __ ] and you made me miss my flight. >> No, I didn't make you miss your flight. This one right here did. And I promise you on everything I love, your child going to feel that pain that I felt. Cuz I lost my child over sids, bro. Things aren't calming down and if anything, the woman's behavior is only drawing more attention as tensions rise. You stopped my flight. So, I promise you. I just lost my child 2 days ago and you literally told me I couldn't get on a flight. So, you going to see. I hear you, sweetheart. I'm not drunk. Yes, you did. And that's fine and I respectfully hear you. And I'm What I'm saying to you as a woman What I'm saying I'm not mad at you. What I'm saying to you as a woman, you stopped me from getting on a flight that I'm not drunk on. You're not listening to us. I'm not mad at you. Baby, what I I don't think you understand what I'm saying. I hear you. I'm not mad at you. When Ameri When whoever comes to get me and ID me Baby, what I'm saying is is that I'm not mad at you. What I'm mad is the fact that I can't get on my airlines to go to a 9:00 to 5:00 that I'm paying you for. My son died 2 days ago and y'all not letting me allowed to go on a plane. MY SON DIED. I CAN'T BURY HIM NO MORE BECAUSE YOU'RE ALREADY MAKING ME LATE TO MY FLIGHT WHERE I GOT TO DO WHERE I GOT TO I GOT TO BURY MY SON. AIN'T LISTEN NOTHING BECAUSE NOW I'M MAD BECAUSE I CAN'T BURY MY SON. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU'RE SAYING. WE 911. IT doesn't matter, bro. MY DYING MY BROTHER MY SON MY SON DIED FROM THE MOTHER As things remain tense, other officers quietly prepare a transport unit in case SHE KEEPS RESISTING. NO! [screaming] NOW YOU STARTED ME BECAUSE NOW I MISSED MY FLIGHT. My son died. Listen, my son died FROM FREEDOM. SO, NOW NO. NO, NO, NO CUZ YOU DELAYED ME. NO, NO, WE'RE NOT going to do THIS BECAUSE YOU BROUGHT me to this. BECAUSE YOU BROUGHT ME YOU STOPPED ME FROM GETTING ON MY AIRLINE AS A A HUMAN CIVILIAN AS A BLACK WOMAN, you stopped me from THAT BECAUSE WHATEVER THE AIRLINE WAS. NOW, LET ME LET you know something. LET ME LET YOU KNOW SOMETHING. I'M NOT ARGUING WITH ANYBODY HERE. LET ME let you know something. I'm not drunk. My son [laughter] died from breathing and I'm not mad. That's fine. That's fine. That's fine. Go ahead take it, papa. I'm not mad. I'm just telling you my son died from And you can't take it. Go ahead. Go ahead, papa. Take the bag. My son dead. Take it. My son dead. I'm telling you you allegedly let me get get on the flight because my son is dead and he didn't breathe on the fourth flight that he was blue. So, you want to treat me like an animal? Go for it. Just let you know. Record this. Record this because the mother that was a sids I'm not arguing Go for it. Go for it. I'm not mad at it. At this point, there's no turning back. Her decisions tonight have earned her a ride to the station. I don't give a [ __ ] What you is cuz I'm violating all y'all. Since my son dead, I'm going to violate all y'all. So, it's cool. You seem fun. It is. It's very fun. Y'all drilling it? I'm going to You going to what? I ain't even going to say nothing. Go ahead and arrest me. Go ahead and arrest me. Pretty sure you are under arrest. >> dead son? Yeah. No, mama. No, mama. No, mama. I'm going. All of this they're going to take off in the jail, okay? I'm just letting you make sure I don't know I don't have no weapons. So, I don't want you to think Thank you. I got a I did it. Let me just grab a picture of her real quick. There's her card. Can you look at me real quick? Just so you know, you are trespassed, okay? I'm not. So, if you're here and you don't have official business here, you will be arrested for trespassing. >> I do have official business. I'm just saying, but if you don't I do have official business and my son died and you already didn't let me fly. Huh? I'm good. Got air back there? You want me to roll the window down or do you Sir, I don't even It doesn't even matter. My son died just 2 days ago. I'm sorry. It don't even matter. They treated me like an animal and it is what it is. Take me to the precinct so I could call Ultimately, her actions led to a charge of disorderly conduct. Number one. When acting like a brat doesn't get you the sympathy you expected. On January 14th, 2025, officers responded to Orlando International Airport after reports of a woman causing a scene at the counter. Here's the chaos that met the officers when they arrived. She crossed over. Hey, relax. Hey, relax. Relax. Hey, relax. Stop. Stop. Come over here. Come over here. You could have handcuffed me if you wanted to. Can I have the 45 to the A side? All right. Don't run to your exit. Pretty sure you can correct yourself. Just take a picture. All right. Give me 1 second. Lay that. Lay that. Yeah, just lay down right here. Have a good day. >> Drop your jacket. No, drop your jacket. You're not supposed to breach Whatever video you have You breach breach and you came over. Just give us a minute, okay? How long we stand with you here? Give us one more. Do you have an ID and everything on you? Okay. Where's your ID? Okay. Do I have your permission to go in your purse and grab your ID? It's right here on the top? Okay. Give me just a minute. I'm going to get another officer here and we'll go through it all, okay? As the officers begin asking questions, the woman's response catches everyone off guard. How's it going? Good, sir. How are you? So, haven't investigated anything yet. I came over here and they were fighting. Her and one of the Say again? No, it's fine. I'm not sure. Where did the other lady go? She's in the back. She's in the back? Okay. They were fighting rolling around on the ground You want to speak with the other? I can take you back to her if you want. The witness just checked in. She's going that way. Do you want to talk to her? She's turning the corner right now. Yes, we need to talk to her. You have cameras up here, right? Yes. Okay. How how long ago did this occur? The employee is still visibly upset as officers ask what happened. Fortunately, others nearby are quick to support her account and speak up about the woman's behavior. Are you okay, young lady? Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, JUST CALM DOWN. >> [laughter] >> I KNOW, I KNOW, I KNOW AND YOU'RE GOING TO press charges. >> [laughter] >> Okay. Can you tell me what you witnessed? Sure. So, I didn't see the girl when I first walked up, but I standing like at the very front of the line and then I heard, I don't know if it was her or the other ticket agent telling her, "Ma'am, you can't be there. You have to move." And then like that woman there was was walking up to her and the girl just like kind of came over the counter at her and the swinging started and honestly, I can't tell you who swung first. I'm sure there's video, so I don't want to give any misleading information, but then like she got her by the hair and they went down. Who got who by the hair? I the the young girl got the employee by the hair and she like had her and took her down by like the head. And I jumped in because I was like, "Holy crap, they're on a conveyor belt." And I've actually I'm I'm a flight nurse, so I've actually seen people lose their hands on these things. So, I'm like, "Oh my god, they have to get off the conveyor belt." And before like I could get up there, um the gentleman here kind of got in and was trying to get her off of her, but she still had her by the hair, so I kind of jumped in and then got her fingers out of her hair and once they were separated, I got out. >> [laughter] >> At this point, the officer has what he needs to move forward with an arrest. Still, he pushes to verify exactly how things unfolded and who started it. This was occurring behind the counter? Behind the counter. on the belt? On the belt, yeah. Super dangerous. You say that you don't know who threw the first punch if a punch was Yeah, I didn't see the first swing, but the girl was definitely behind the counter when it all started. Like she was back there in the drawer or doing something back there and the woman was telling her like "You can't be back here. Leave that alone. Get on the other side." And I didn't hear what the young girl said back to her, but then by the time she got up there, you know, I was like, "Maybe I should >> [laughter] >> find another place." So, that's why I didn't see like the initial like who swung cuz my first reaction was like, "Get out of here before the fight happens." And but then the fight happened and I'm like, "Oh, someone's really going to get hurt on that conveyor belt." Okay. What time does your flight leave? Uh my flight leaves I boarding starts at 6:16. And the flight leaves at 7:00. Okay. Do you think you have time to fill out a statement form for me? Sure. Okay. Yeah, cuz the one of the gentlemen out there said that he would walk me through security if it got close. We'll get them here and bring them back to you, okay, dear? Okay? We'll get the paramedics here and come come check you out. If if you can and when you want to, tell me what you witnessed. Tell me what happened up there, okay? She came over to where you are and which is rebooking. She was she missed the flight. My job is to rebook her. Now, [snorts] when you say she, are you speaking of the young female that the officers is with out there? Okay. So, um I started [clears throat] to tell her that being that she's late, that the only thing that I couldn't do is rebook her for the next flight. Okay. She was saying that she was in the flight that she was business class and she was there on time. And I told her, "You you missed your flight." Okay. From the employee's account, it's obvious she was simply trying to help. But the woman, unwilling to admit she'd arrived late, turned the situation into a confrontation. And then I went to my screen to book her for the next available flight. She started video taping me. And she went on rambling rambling like that she was not late. Okay. Um and then she started video taping me, and I went to my supervisor, "You need to talk to her. She's late. She doesn't believe that she was um uh late for the flight. I'm trying to rebook her. She's giving a whole bunch of attitude. She's taking uh video taping me and you need to get it You need to come over." Okay. He came over. She still had the phone in her hand and the supervisor told her, "Well, are you video taping me?" She said, "Yes, but when you're done, let me know." So, he went that way. I didn't need to go. So, he told me to go and take a break. Take me to the women's home. Got to get a yada yada. Came back home. >> [snorts] >> She was still at my counter. I did not stop. I went towards my supervisor. Take just take your time. Take your time. What are we doing? She's still there. She's still recording. As I'm talking to her to her, she screamed and alerted me that she jumped the fence. She jumped over. And I and then when I turned, she was there and she had her camera on our screen, which is that's stuff for the public to see. So, by this time, she's behind the counter? >> Totally behind the Okay. And and I ran to her, "No, you can't do that. You cannot jump over. You got to go to the other side. You cannot take pictures of what we have. You cannot." That's when as I grabbed her and tried to pull her on the other side, that's when she turned around and she slapped me, but I slapped her back. That's when we got into it. And then everybody came over. And she had I think she has some She cut me there with her I guess her ring, I don't know. Okay. I mean, I didn't see any weapon. Okay. So, she we just went at it. Luckily, the incident was caught on camera, giving officers even more reason to believe the employee's account. Now, just just prior to her slapping you what led up to that? What happened? Uh that I tried putting her on the other side, which is my gut. She's not supposed to jump over. Now, when you say tried putting her to the other side, explain to me what you did. Well, I had to grab her cuz she wasn't going to go willingly. I had to grab her and push her to go to the other side. I mean, she didn't follow or anything. She didn't get a chance to fall cuz she immediately turned around and slapped me. Okay. All right. And this did this occur right where they have her right now in the area behind Yeah, my counter. Okay. All right. The additional service counter. When the supervisor told you to take a break, how long would you say it was before you came back to the ticket counter? Did Did he say why he left? No, just take your time. Take your time. Now Comair, she continues speaking with officers and gives her version of what happened. Okay. Now prior to you coming in contact with her, the injuries to your face, did you have those injuries? Okay. Okay, the paramedics are here right now. Once they check you out, then I'll ask you some more questions, okay? All right. What were you doing in Orlando? I was chilling out here, traveling. You have friends here? Okay. You got your own footage? Yeah. You're recording with your Where's your phone? Right there. You were recording on your phone while the incident occurred? With both sides now heard, officers check the video evidence that the woman reportedly recorded herself. Entire video? Okay, and as I'm going to tell you I'm going to tell you again, I did not miss my flight. I was here on time. I bought business class, which is $147 on top of the Frontier class, which means I have two bags, I sit in the front, and I get to board early, right? They told me that they could not bring that up on me. And once it got brought up, they said, "Oh, well you're late now." Okay, well I was not late when you did not bring up my stuff, so now I need to get another flight. You cannot make charge me for another flight and try to make me have a flight tomorrow and not give me a voucher. That is completely illegal. I did I I paid for and lost my flight. You understand that, right? And I continue Continue to say what? Okay, but what about the voucher? Okay, I didn't miss my flight. I was here on time. Do you know what miss Do you know the definition of miss? To the flight. Said you could take your break right now while I'm in the middle. There's people in line and everything. He didn't want to help me. He cuz my attitude was too much for customer service. And then I went behind the thing after waiting 10 more minutes and then attacked me and I hit her back. And I'm about to go to jail cuz I defended myself. That's crazy. But it's okay. I got the video. I got lawyers. Nobody has the permission to delete that video off of my phone either. No, nobody's going to delete it. Okay. That's completely Yeah, I had an attitude, but I don't deserve to go to jail cuz she put her hands on me. Like be for real, guys. A long time. A long time just being disrespectful to me. Like What's up, guys? Be for real. I tried. I tried. As a human being, I'm also a little BIT TIPSY TOO. UNFORTUNATELY FOR HER, THE FOOTAGE fails to support her claims. But even without proof, she refuses to back down. So, we we just hear the commotion, but we can't see what happened. So I want I just wanted I just wanted my footage viewed because I have evidence of them just like blatantly disrespecting me. Me being disrespectful too, but I'm the customer, you feel me? I'm I'm obviously irate. I missed my flight. I'm I'm like you have experience of years of being able to deal with this. I should not have to go to jail cuz somebody put their hands on me. I'm defending myself. Right. And if that if that's the case and you guys see that other video allegedly if you guys see that other video and this lady put her hands on me, I should not be able to like as as a just person as a police officer who's supposed to be Okay. This is tell They're They're viewing the other footage, okay? They're going to investigate. Before moving forward with the arrest, the officer stepped back to watch the CCTV footage. In the video, the employee is seen guiding the woman to the other side of the counter when suddenly the woman strikes. That clip seals what the officers must do next. Who's making the decision? For about what? If I'm going to jail or not. You're going to jail. But who's made that decision? The officer that's arresting you. Who's the arresting officer? That's what I'm asking. I don't know what his name is. I'm not sure which who's taking it. But they viewed the footage and they've seen that you have They have PC to arrest you. Okay. All right. Come on. Well, what do you mean if? You mean if they've seen that Yeah, I thought they said they were going to give me bail. Okay, come on. Go over here. Sand squo kids. Wait, is this supposed to be anything? Yep. All right, you sit right there. Put your feet in, turn to the side, and then look at me, okay? Can I put these up here now? You can put them wherever you can. Like Like can you like put them up here? No. No, they stay behind you, okay? The woman was ultimately charged with battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Well, that was something. Let me know what you think in the comments. And until next time, stay safe out there.
