Oh, hell no. HELL NO. STOP. NO, STOP. I HAVE DONE NOTHING. STOP. BECAUSE STOP GRABBING ME LIKE THAT. And I will sue you. I'm going to reach and sue you. What's up, everybody? I hope you guys are ready for a crazy episode. We have a spoiled brat who name drops her father who is a police officer and tries to avoid consequences. But first, I want to show you this degenerate that tried to run away from the cops and got his window smashed and then he got tased. Without further ado, let's get started. How you doing, sir? Good. I'm Sergeant Collier with the Goshen Police Department. Uh, do you mind if I see your other hand there? There you go. Uh, the reason I'm stopping you, man, you don't have any lights on in the back at all. Oh, there's not. >> No, not at all. Is that right? I got you. Um, yeah, cuz you obviously My blower wasn't working and it started working again. So, it's sort of like an electrical issue? >> Yeah, I think so. I got you. You got an ID on you? Uh, not with me. Are you the only one in the truck? >> Yes, sir. I got you. Uh, are you the owner of the truck? >> yes, uh, this is my boss's truck. Boss's truck. I got you. What's, uh, what's your social partner? And, uh, your name? Uh, Earl Ray. R A Y? Yeah. All right, be right back with you, partner. Hey! Hey! Stop the truck! STOP THE TRUCK NOW! STOP THE TRUCK! STOP THE TRUCK! GEORGE 82, HE'S PLAYING. STOP THE TRUCK! You're going to get tased! YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED! YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED! YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED! YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED! IF YOU'RE GOING TO TRY TO AVOID THE cops and to run away from them, you might want to make sure that your truck is able to handle off-road. Because now you got stuck and you just look like an absolute [ __ ] that's about to get electrocuted. You're going TO GET TASED! STOP THE TRUCK! STOP THE TRUCK! GET OUT OF [screaming] THE TRUCK! GET OUT OF THE TRUCK NOW! GET OUT OF THE TRUCK NOW! GET OUT OF THE TRUCK [screaming] NOW! STEP OUT! STEP OUT NOW! OPEN THE DOOR NOW! STEP OUT! GET OUT OF THE TRUCK NOW! GET OUT OF THE TRUCK! STEP OUT! STEP OUT! GET OUT OF THE TRUCK! GET OUT! OKAY, PUT IT IN PARK. PUT IT IN PARK. STEP OUT! LISTEN TO WHAT I'M TELLING YOU. LAY DOWN. STEP OUT OF THE CAR AND LAY ON YOUR FACE. DO IT NOW. LAY ON THE GROUND. On your face. Do it now. LAY DOWN. PUT your hands out to your side. Put your hands behind your back. Don't move. Do not move. So, yeah, not only did he get his window smashed, but on top of that he got zapped. That was pretty damn good, I got to say. Those are two of my favorite types of videos and whenever you see it combined in one, it really hits the spot. Now, let's move on to the next body cam. What is going on? Uh, my foster dad is a cop in Northgate. Officer I don't know if he's involved. >> Okay. Uh, what's Okay, so we were trying to go into the bars and then this group of girls attacked me. Okay. And then they put hands on me and then I was trying to leave and she was spitting at me and I was trying to push them all off of me. And my current friends are in the bar. I have done nothing against them. Girls keep coming up against me and I am ready to leave. I am finally leaving. So, who who did you hit? I didn't hit anybody. Then why am I getting a 911 call that you hit people? Because this is just how Northgate unfortunately it works and I do not want any part of it. Do you know how many times I've been spit here? Can I call my foster dad over here? Officer No, he's he's not at work. Okay, I have done nothing. Please pull up the cameras because I have done nothing but stand here. This is my friend. So, so how did this all start? You were trying to get into the bar? I was going into the bar and there was these girls they pushed up against us. I have done nothing but like defend myself. If you would please look Describe how you defended yourself. I just put my arms up. Okay. I I don't know if you know anything about me. Hit anywhere? Did you get hit anywhere? Do you have any injuries? >> Can I tell you something? Sure. I was a foster kid. I recently just grew out of it. Okay. Nothing about my life is safe. So, if somebody puts their hands up whatsoever and even going in, there's been problems. Even just now, same right here. >> So, so what was this a whole argument over? >> Just drunk bullies. I've done nothing. Okay. Did you Did you say something that they were in the wrong? >> I have done nothing. I only ever put my arms out against. >> Okay. I'm a little girl. Okay. >> So, if somebody is trying to push up against me and my friends Do you think any of this would have happened if you were sober? No, I honestly it is first week back to college. I mean, look at her stance. This is an ancient technique that has only been mastered by the most advanced Karens. Clearly, this is not her first temper tantrum. I guess because her stepdad is a police officer, she thinks that she's above the law. But once again, just like many other Karens before her, she's going to realize that it doesn't work like that. >> I'm not even going here anymore. So, what was your plan? You were trying to get in the bar and drink some more tonight or what? I'm not going to lie, even it's like October. Are you even listening to me? No, there there are a bunch of other drunk people. Hold on. Uh, there are a bunch of other drunk people. I have her. She's eating some sort of stuff with other girls. I'm just trying to find whatever people may have been on the other half of that. Continue. I'm not trying to cause any harm. Okay. All I came was for a good time with me and my friends. >> Okay. And tend to be since I'm the littlest, I am bullied. Okay. So, I retaliate. I'm not a person to accept people bullying me. If somebody's going to bully me, I'm going to retaliate. I retaliated. Somebody's going to have a problem, obviously. What do you mean by retaliate? What did you do? I don't know. If somebody's getting up in my space, I'm going to push them back. >> Okay, so you did push somebody? Somebody got in my face first. How much did you have to drink tonight? Sir. How am I supposed to know? One drink, two drinks, 500 drinks, 7 million drinks? We had a couple shots, but we didn't drive. >> Okay. What's your name? Do you have your ID with you? But what I see like I didn't see your Can I ask why you're asking me for my ID and not anybody else who has had their hands on me? Do you Do you see any Do you see me talking to anybody else right now or do you see me talking to you right now? I'm asking questions. I have my right to ask questions. I'm sorry, it's just it's bothering me because I didn't do nothing. So, are you not wanting to give me your ID? I'm going to give you my ID, but as I'm asking you questions is there a camera? Do you have a camera going? Cameras up here. There was another cop. He's going to go get the other side of the story. He's going to talk to the other people. Okay. And I'll receive those on the D. Nope. Lady, this is the second time that you name drop your dad. He's not going to come rescue you. You are a grown adult and you are making grown So, you're going to have to cut it out with that [ __ ] and the Allegedly. He's not at work tonight. >> It'll be okay. That's okay. Doesn't matter. I've truly done nothing wrong. All I did in this past time was Well, you're drunk, you're in public and you got into some kind of physical confrontation. All I did was oh, hell no. Hell no. I will defend the out of this. You have tested the wrong person. I'm not done. No, no, no. I have done nothing. I have done nothing. No, stop. I have done nothing. STOP. STOP. I NEED A I NEED A PICTURE OF THIS GIRL. Like That's fine, but I need a picture of this I did not call y'all. This is not me. I feel embarrassed. I don't call like I'm not a cop caller. I don't do this. I truly didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything though. I truly was just saying I was going to call my foster dad. I truly said I was going to call my foster dad. He's like I didn't do anything. I truly said I was going to call my foster You even told me in your own words that none of this would have happened had you been sober tonight. I didn't say that. You're manipulating my words. Do you think any of this would have happened if you were sober? No, I I didn't I really do. I really do. I really want my foster dad to be here right now. Well, he's not at work and we're I'm to wake him up. No, what the No. Put your phone in here. Step away from the fence. I'm sorry to my foster dad. If she wants to give it to you, that's fine, but I would I would recommend she takes it with her. Bacon, do you want me to go get it? >> [laughter] >> Yes, please. Hurry. Bacon, please. Oh my god. Do you have all all the phone numbers, ma'am? I'm 23, but Probably take it with her. I'm 23. Listen. Listen. Listen. Listen. You're going to You're going to jail. You're going to sober up and then you're going to leave. I mean, the officer is right. It's a pretty simple process. These are just misdemeanors. She goes to jail, chills a bit, and then she goes home, and hopefully she can put it behind her. But, that's how a reasonable adult would handle the situation. Now, her on the other hand, she doesn't want to handle it like that. She wants to throw a tantrum, be as pathetic as possible, and make sure that her presence on the internet is memorable. Because I'm sure you guys have noticed, but body cams that are extremely boring that have a cooperative suspect don't really get a lot of views. If you act like that, that is the best way to make sure that nobody will watch your video. That's it. Okay. Okay. And I have to pay him? No, I want to talk to my foster dad, please. What do you got? I'm 23, BUT MY FOSTER DAD WORKS HERE. He's taking his sweet No, he's taking his I know. I know. I KNOW. STOP. I DID NOTHING. I OBVIOUSLY I'm I'm 23. Listen. LISTEN. HE'S NOT GOING TO SAVE YOU. PLEASE. I don't care. He's not going to save you. Oh my god. OKAY. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. THIS IS He's taking [laughter] this He really is. I DIDN'T MEAN TO I didn't Do you have anything in your pockets, yes or no? No. Okay. I'm going to use the back of Okay. I'm going to use the back of my hand to check your pockets, okay? She grabbed my shirt and punched me in the face. Okay. Did I defend it? Did it offend you? Oh, I mean, no, I don't care that much. I just want somebody to be held accountable. That's all it is. And it's all right. Charge you with Can I get paid? Can I get paid? Can I get paid? I'll be honest. I That's not a Okay, no. No, no, I don't care. Okay. Good. Okay. Step away from the fence. I didn't mean to Okay. Take one step forward, all right? I'm not. They need to grab the wallet. I WANT MY FOSTER DAD, PLEASE. Hold on. Just wait right there. I'm going to grab your your wallet or whatever. It's not fair. My foster dad is taking advantage. He you are. I I swear it will be okay. I'm trying to fix his cuff. Chris Chris, can you just double lock him? Yeah. This is not fair. You know you're taking advantage of me, 100%. I will sue you. >> Okay. Get in line. I've done nothing. I've done nothing wrong. I said I would leave. And you arrested me. Sit. Just me and It was probably a DLC fight, but there's there's no telling what the other guy said. No, if you're asking questions, please. Now, threatening to sue a police officer is probably one of the least intimidating and the most empty threat you can say. Because at the end of the day, they have qualified immunity, which means unless they're doing something that is really out there, that is unusual for a police officer to do, they are protected. Now, in a case like this, where you have a drunk Karen who's throwing a tantrum and assaulting people, obviously a reasonable police officer would make an arrest. So, she has no case I will see you in civil court. No, it's not civil court. So, she said she was going to sue me because she knows Because I'm trying to discuss this and you won't let me talk. I'm trying to talk. Can I please talk? Here, have a seat. Can I talk right here? Well, we're not going to wait in the jail car. Can I please No, please. Scoot up a little bit. I'm I'm trying to be a good citizen. Please, let me talk. Here, swing your legs in. Please, let me Swing your legs in. Please, I promise I'm not trying to I wasn't trying to cause problems. I was just trying to talk. I don't know what's going on. I didn't cause problems. I tried I was trying I'm sorry if I came off You said I was trying to protect myself. I was protecting myself. My mom just died. And I'm sorry. Okay. I I don't think you were looking for trouble tonight, but it's one of those things I was You're You're so drunk that No, I'm not. I'm So, the the root cause right now is that you're so drunk that it's not safe for you to be out in public. Whatever drunken decisions uh that that were made tonight led to you getting into a a physical confrontation, and I have multiple witnesses saying that you put hands on people. Did you get video footage because I would love I'm going to check that later, but either way, the the the video footage doesn't change the fact that how wildly drunk you are right now. But, somebody puts their hands up on me, obviously I'm going to protect myself. I just I just lost my mom. And I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I I don't think you're a bad person. I I think you just got a little bit carried away with the alcohol today. Yeah, that's the understatement of a century. She is totally smashed. But then again, there's some people that can handle their alcohol very well, and even if they get wasted, they don't get obnoxious and violent. But clearly, that's not what we're dealing with over here. This woman cannot handle her booze. If she wants to drink like that, she should stay at home. Because your question Yes. Are you going to get video footage? Yes, I'm going to check. I don't know for a fact if there is video footage that covers right there. Uh that doesn't change the fact that when I walked up to you that you were still drunk in public and unable to reason. I I've Asian and I was waiting for a long time, and if that's the case, then everybody else All right. Well, you're so drunk, you have no business going to a bar right now with how hammered you are. That's her arrest. We're not going to argue about your intoxication. Is that going to be your next argument? No. You were still washed. I can smell the booze from this far away. >> That's fine. If that's going to be your use of argument, No, I would like Once we get inside, have a seat in the blue chairs. We have to wait >> like a lawyer right now because I'm trying to talk to you. You can call whoever you like in a minute, all right? We're going to come in here. I would like a lawyer right now. All right. I will go. All right. You're going to have a seat in one of these blue chairs. I'm not allowed to take the handcuffs off just yet. I have to wait for one of the jail employees to to search you first. So, go all the way to the far end and that last seat at the far end and have a seat. I would love to talk to you. He's at home asleep right now. I'm not going to wake him up. lawyer All the way down here. No. No, no, no. Stop. Stop. No, because you're coming No, because stop grabbing me like that. Have a seat and stay put. No, because you came with a random excuse. I was trying to talk to you. Stop. I asked my foster dad, is the coffee in the house station? Stay seated. I have How am I drunk in your opinion? Isn't it funny how they're pretty much handling her like a toddler? You want to act like a little baby, you want to throw a temper tantrum? No problem. You will be treated as such. Now, if you want to act like an adult, maybe you'll be treated like an adult, but you are far from that today. I was in line. Officer Davis, do you think she's drunk? I feel like she's very intoxicated. And you're getting the footage from the bar, right? I said I was standing there, just standing there. And you arrested me. I was standing there. Did nothing wrong and you arrested me. I would love to speak to my my foster dad. Officer Please. All I was trying to ask you is truly what I did wrong. I'm trying to speak to you as an adult. Can you give me the same respect as you expect from me? But you're not. You're not. You're assuming I am drunk. And I'm trying to ask we got to the door. So what? I'm a little intoxicated. So is every other college student that's here. I'm not blacked out drunk. Obviously, I'm a little bit more aggravated as I cried out to you. I grew up in foster care. He is my foster dad. I grew up in an abusive household. Obviously, I'm not going to retaliate to certain people. Certain people putting their hands on me, obviously I'm going to stick up for myself. I was put in a self-defense class. What am I supposed to do? Let Brandon big girls beat up on me? I didn't even do that. So, please show me the footage. Please. Please. I would love to take your ass to court because I can understand me to a certain extent, I can What the [ __ ] are you even talking about? Problem is intoxication. 100% I understand that. But, assaulting I was sticking up for myself. I was sticking I told you this. Okay. So, y'all are just taking Y'all are just taking complete advantage of this entire situation. I hope you know God, I wish you knew. I would never hurt You know this. By the way, her mug shot went viral, but it wasn't for any regular reason. It turns out one of these AI slop channels made a post on Facebook saying that she was an Olive Garden's waitress that assaulted a customer, and that's why she got arrested. The slogan was, "You get unlimited breadsticks, but you don't get unlimited free labor." Now, that story was a pile of [ __ ] written by an AI slop channel and then eventually people found out that no, it was just a traditional arrest of a woman being too drunk and assaulting people. But that's why you have to be careful with what you consume on the internet because there are a lot of AI slob channels out there that their entire purpose is to mislead you. I harmed anybody. All I was trying to do was have fun tonight and I get bullied by the wrong group of people and you fought for it. >> They were not like both of these. And you want one more person. >> need us to see your eyes checked recently. Do you have a phone number in your pocket? No, sir. I'm not really trying to be mean, but you have to listen. Can you show me the same respect out of anything? Please, can I talk to you? You're going to have to get out of that cab sooner or later because >> I would, but can you show me your respect? You cute. I'm going to have to ask you to get out of the cab. What do you want to do? I've been trying to ask you for that. What is your phone number? Can you please show me the same respect? Please. In regards to the altercation, please. When I was standing there >> What city were you born in? Can you please talk to me? All right, what is What is your phone number? Are you serious? After that, can you please talk to me? It's not on your booking sheet. Sorry, that's my old phone number. I really I really don't understand why I I promise I'm not a bad person. I think you're a bad person. I just I don't think I'm just drunk. I really don't understand how I got here. Who can I get to contact you to contact for you? I don't have anyone. What about the friend you were with tonight? Can we use her? I don't understand why you even This just doesn't make sense to me. Cuz all the people that attacked me were 10 times drunk and you chose me. >> I bet you did it different. No, I would love to bet you did it different. I would love to see video camera footage and I don't know if it's because my family has a history background. I don't know if it's because when I was 12 my sister stole cars. I really don't get your point. I did nothing This is very pathetic. She thinks that she's being targeted because her family is in law enforcement. Lady, that makes no sense whatsoever. It doesn't even come close to making sense. You're just trying to paint yourself as the victim and it doesn't work. It doesn't work at all. We can see right through your game and we can tell that you're just like every other person featured on this channel. An entitled brat that is finally facing consequences. She just thought against anybody and drinking intoxicated all my friends that were with and he chose me. Everybody else that was with me was the same age, same intoxication. You got five civil Yeah. They fall asleep. I got to see you later, Carol. I'm playing. I'm 23. You already got it going? They come and get you. If somebody hit me Yeah, I'm going to call my mom. No, my mom died. >> [laughter] >> I have an address for your brother. I'm not about taking management after being said. Anytime we want You got college campuses. It's not fair. I don't know how to argue against this. Apparently It's not supposed to be. It's not saying I'm intoxicated. Okay, stop getting up, okay? I didn't I didn't do anything. Get out of my yard. I didn't But for real, I did not do anything. Whatever she has. I'm suing whatever I have to do to fight this people because I did nothing. Please advise her that it's not being off medicated. The first time I get arrested is after some girl said hit me. And I tried to >> Should we have tonight? Should we have a record of someone hitting you? Somebody These girls just laid their hands on me. Oh, yeah. >> They got me. Okay, so this is the main right? They chose me. They chose me. What happened? They chose me because I was asking to use my phone to call someone. Yeah. And because he wasn't working on this [ __ ] >> Oh, okay. They chose me. They chose that I was probably entitled or something and I'm not entitled. I've had a fair share of life. And I've been telling them and explaining them I'm not a hard working person, but they're making it 10 times harder for themselves. Because I have explained it. Yeah, already did that. They're saying I'm management and I've had a worse way bigger than this. I can not get out the toilet. Okay, I'm 23 years old. I can't be talking to the bus. It's crazy how she still doesn't get it that she's not the victim. Anyway, she was charged with assault as well as disorderly intoxication. That's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next one.
