when employees lose control someone has to step in here are five instances when employees have meltdowns at work and get their handed to them number five teacher gets fired and makes her situation worse officers were dispatched to a school after a fired teacher unexpectedly showed up at the year- end celebration this is a prime example of what not to do in the workplace especially if you're upset because she saw the lady that she had to let go and it made her she was upset prior to us getting here I'm not really sure why but as soon as she saw the um person who had to let her go oh she got let go she got she okay gotta um so she started screaming punching the truck saying she wanted to I don't think she's actually I think she's saying her OT emotion right right right right um does she live alone is she married she has I believe she's married she has children I asked her if she had somebody who could pick her up she said no hi hi my name's offer de Bru what seems to be the problem I just need a ride home you need a ride home where do you live at where they say I don't know where you what is your name it doesn't matter well I want to talk to you like a human being so license res of course I would with that attitude I ask what was the what was the reason simply at that that oh you know like and then he he he show his show Authority to me they're doing something wrong did I I don't know come here get your supervisor come here it's not going to change it back why why why did he arrest you you asked him I mean but but what did he say you asked him then I then I come here I told him that's not you are I'm sorry I'm but like you guys are so servant servant of people and again I'm not I I I don't in general I just open my car come to to him tell him and then say did you did you not give him your license is that why I gave him his license he come in here give me ticket whatever it is and I come to here to tell him what did he do wrong and then he he show like you know he he show me his power power strip pretty much as the supervisor joins the scene the woman once again tells her story seemingly confident that it will change the outcome however watch when the opposite occurs wa is going to change what's the problem the problem was that your your your your police was he stopped me I make I I asit I normally asit they stop my car the person coming into my car was license registration license registation no actually first time one time of course I don't know what did I WR no say hi Ma what whatever you know and then can you give me your license he was the one that's want me to do about it I want you're not complying that's why you're in handcuffs going to jail I want you to know how your police officer is he was at on camera I'll I'll have you screaming on camera too and being out of control and that's why you're in handcuffs that's all on camera when the supervisor refuses to side with her the the woman becomes even more defiant while she admits to speeding she continues to insist she's done nothing wrong it was started from him if he would if it had started it sounded like it started with you with your driving pattern what do you mean what driving patter feeding without your proper stuff on your you're speeding right yes again I was speing on a four on on on a forland uh Street well last time I check the stat last of I check if you let me talk for 2 seconds and You' be quiet because that's what happens usually when I talk you be quiet so you can listen you can't listen when I talking is that correct it's kind of hard to comprehend and understand what I'm saying if you keep talking over me that's what you normal human beings do okay you're totally wrong for what you're doing just because you're on our four lane Highway doesn't mean you can drive over post to speed lane that's why the signs there because the state law St let me continue my speaking I'm not done yet that's what the state law states that when there's a post to speed that you can't over that spe limit that's what you got pulled over for you admitted to it hence then you start an attitude you go to jail don't have an attitude you won't go to jail ring back having attitude you go to jail he explains it to you three times don't do what you're doing and you continue to do what you're doing that means you know what a definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again getting the same results it's not working out for you that's why you're in handcuff going to jail there's nothing else I can do for you tonight he had no attitude problem it sounds like everything's coming from you tonight so the conversation's over have a nice night in jail okay don't do this nonsense again next time have a little bit more respect crumbles and she begins to break down even more go the car come on around you actually you you actually you [Applause] like in the end the suspect was charged with obstructing an officer and resisting an officer with violence number one employee steals just 9 days after getting the job police responded to a local store following allegations that an employee just 9 days into her new position had stolen $1,495 the store managers wasted no time briefing the officers on the situation um their employee that started on December 10th okay um was working here she made her first fraudulent um Mid boy transaction on December 19th 12 she oh she's back there with right now I haven't read her or anything I I you guys something else sorry um and then her last um was February 5th of the mid void so what the mid void is is customer is making a their return that register right there that's what she does so they're turning in money um for a product right um and then the customer then pretty much leaves she before she even um opens the door she um clicks sale so it shows that the money was returned but the money the door never open as if they forgot their wallet they just turn and walk okay and so their money never gets put in we have copies of these transactions not transactions but I also have a screenshot and I've got 15 or 20 sample videos which I'll have to burn and send to your file I'm was going to give them a link for so um the total amount of uh successful midlo transactions is 1423 so grandpa um they she is 6 and 1 halfish months pregnant um he has compassion but at the same time he said store needs to put the foot down um and she claimed she was homeless and that her 17-year-old daughter's walking around out here and she stole the money for uh hotels and food but they want to prosecute so um I start I didn't know I just want verify make 15 um that has the the overview with uh officer just sat there a little bit put some pictures with all the transactions and it once that get gets assigned or whatever I can then send you all a Thum drive or I can Uplink that to your Cloud her name is like I said I haven't I haven't met with her I'll head back there him yeah I'll talk to her thank you she okay okay the officers moved to talk with the suspect in the store security room he starts by reading her Miranda writs you might have talked to her for go hello are you Latoya and my daugh is homeless and I was taking cash to seea and keep us like a shelter and stuff like that I admitted to everything I'm I'm pregnant understand we U sometime we sleep on the steps M where the hotel we add sometime so how how are you taking money like sometimes they overpay me I take it put it in my pocket okay or who who would overpay you the customer they they want to ask for change or no they don't ask for change or sometimes I um I B out a ticket it don't be like it don't be it be like 20 bucks or something like that just to feed us for that night and stuff like that or whatever but how many times you believe you've done this he said said it started in December but we we didn't um we didn't start sleeping on the bench until I I said January but he I don't remember take anything in December but I was Hest the whole day I mean I'm Tak it is this is a statement you're writing for them yes sir it's Latoya luster correct yeah prior to the arrest the store's Asset Protection Team confronted Ed the employee with surveillance footage of her stealing based with the evidence she provided a written confession now the officer asks her about what pushed her to steal so the total was $1,495 that's what he he said you believe it most likely I they keeping up okay nothing if we needed something to eat I just I just looked that m the food the so what what's going on with your daughter we stay together we just yes sir no I just need a f that you need me to get yeah you can get whatever you need sir we we stay together so just to Fe so what what brought on the hardship uh we will stay we had a place and not I end up losing the place or whatever um and then I got pregnant so we stay with somebody and they told us we had to leave so we uh moved to the hotel and stuff you know hotels sometime they get high and stuff like that so and then by me being pregnant and stuff so I just do the best I could okay how old your daughter my daughter is 17 17 so know there's resources to reach out for I I reached out to and stuff my doctors gave me resources or whatever but um the they say they over B and stuff so I I did I reached out to it wasn't my kitchen according to the woman she and her daughter are homeless and struggling additionally she's expecting another child which she claims drove her to steal money during her shifts a scheme that began 9 days after starting the job and lasted for 2 months so how many times do you believe you taking money here over over the span of what from December till now he he said from it started de I don't I didn't anything the only thing it started was I thought it started um after the 31st my first time DE after 31st of December okay uhhuh and um we didn't have no one sleep what's the most you've taken in a like one period of time uh it it usually be just like 20 bucks here 20 bucks there throughout a shift you might do it multiple times okay I mean for 1400 that that adds up if you're taking it at 20 you know $20 that's that's how he said they added it up and stuff like that but that's that's I know that's what I take like I kind of when did you start again December uh I don't remember when it started 12 14th and stuff like okay well let me talk to the manager and I'll come back okay you mind staying 10 so so essentially she was saying that uh if customers overpaid that she would take that money and then if and then she would void accounts how exactly so here's what happen so um you come up a lot Dural customers this is 199 5 hey how you doing never credit all cash this 1995 7 1995 sir and then um the officers collect the paperwork and evidence provided by the store as the manager details the woman's scheme further perfect you want to make a copy of this do you need the original or would you like the we can take copy of that make a copy keep the original do we even need one of their witness yeah we don't even need one so what you see on video is um and we're more we actually had One queued up if you want to see it comes up 1995 and she's 1995 the customer will give him a lot of times 20 or 1995 C most of them around here are kind of they don't they don't want the 5 cents they don't care so she would push the bag for them and then she kind of delay and if they turned and walked away they had not even hit how much they gave her she hits mid void that sale is no en void as if they went oh I don't have my money drawer never pops open they go off with it and end the pocket or under yes sir and so that happened so in some cases they gave exact change I don't want the receipt in other cases they didn't she'd say don't worry about the extra amount and they would go off and I saw her put them under the keyboard under the drawer in her pocket she did it a number of different ways basically so that's how that's how you take their mid voice it's a very easy way to take cash get her identification uh no I'll take that from uh is there a way I can pull up back to get her out the back or do I have to bring her throughout the front would for to to make it easier on we can absolutely dis disconnect the detex around the back and have you come around the back absolutely hey
