They committed the crime, got caught, and still managed to play the victim. Talk about commitment to the bit. Here are five cases when super entitled Karens get humbled by cops. Number five, entitled man learns the hard way that he can't get away with hurting his partner. This case began on April 2nd, 2024 when officers were dispatched to a residence after a dispute between a man and his partner grew out of control. Here's the scene they arrived at. >> Stay there, >> right? I'll stay back. >> Please. That's funny. That was my boyfriend and he won't even let me. >> Stop. Just >> I'm going to sit down. >> Just sit. >> Listen, man. You can't be pushing past us like that. Okay. >> Well, you're in my I have to give myself a breath, >> dude. I can take a breath. >> You understand? Take a breath. >> Dude, if I can't be here, I don't I don't even want to talk to them. You already caught the cops. So, >> Jacob, can you tell us what happened? >> Okay, we had an Okay, we just got an altercation. I got upset. Then my little things got >> 385, >> dude. I don't care. You got the cops here. I never caught the cops on you once. >> Don't talk to him. All right. Talk to me. >> He is under the influence, by the way. first he started saying he didn't want to be my boyfriend this whole I and he he kept thinking that I was getting mad cuz usually when I get like when I try to explain myself or try to like >> myself I emphasize a lot of things [Music] that I want I want >> and he wouldn't let me take my stuff >> and so since he didn't let me take it I hit him once and Then I honestly I regretted it after cuz I'm not the type of person. >> The officers confirmed the man struck his partner, but he claims it was driven by emotion and not intent, adding that it was only with an open hand. Regardless, the questioning is far from over. >> Did you hit him with your fist? With >> No, open. >> I don't do fist. I don't like to hurt people. >> How many times did you hit him? Once. >> Did he hit you back? No, that's one eyeball. >> Where did you hit him? >> His face. >> Anywhere else? >> No. >> More like slapped him with that. >> Like a moth or a legit slap? >> Uh, legit. >> He wouldn't let me get on chasing after you were chasing him. Pushing him while you were chasing him. Why'd you just call us? Yeah. >> Because I'm not the type of person to call the cops. I didn't think he was either. I thought we could just sit down and talk about it, but he wouldn't. He kept running. >> How long has I kept trying to tell him? >> Two years. And I've been trying to tell him, "Dude, just sit down. I just If you just let me pick it, just sit down and talk to me. We'll be fine. But if you can't sit down and talk to me, if I get loud and you feel some type of way, that's just not on you because I'm trying to tell you how it is. But you can understand it." >> Who else is home right now? >> It's just me and him. >> Who usually lives here? His brother no longer stays here. >> Huh? >> No longer stays here. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry about the beginning. Just I know her better than I know you. >> That mean you got to dude. >> No. No. I was trying to get to him. I just You don't understand. I really do my boyfriend. >> He does. And that's what I wish he would get understand, but honestly >> Yeah. Well, you don't want to catch a case from us by doing what you're doing. >> Yeah, I know, right? I don't want to catch you hurt. >> Trust me, I don't want to catch a case at all. Right. >> Catching a case for us is worse than catching a case for this, man. >> Sorry. I just didn't trust you. I know her. >> That's all right. I don't get hurt. >> She's And she Well, she's been there, so I've ced quite a few times. >> As the suspect explains himself outside, another officer interviews his partner in the other room. And with both accounts on the table, the officers make their decision. >> Why you calling the cops? I had to pull my stuff so I couldn't go. >> So why he told you he didn't want to be with you anymore? >> No, it's just something sort of along those lines like he couldn't handle me or something. I was like, "Dude, what's the problem? >> You want me to go inside? Because domestic violence is a crime against the state, the victim's decision not to prosecute makes no difference. At this point, the arrest is unavoidable and he's expected to comply if he doesn't want the situation to escalate further. >> I'm going to try and talk you through this. Okay. Are you hearing me? >> I'm listening. >> Okay. >> On the complaint. >> All right. No, you are. I want you to remain that way. >> You're going to get arrested. You're getting arrested. >> You're going to go with me so I can get some pictures and photographs of you. Basically, >> I can't let you do that. But you will be able to make some phone calls and everything like that. >> Just came to you guys cuz guess what? My mom's no one's going to be able to get me. No one. He said he's not going to press charges, but I'm still going to have to go to court for this. >> Correct. >> Then what's the point of being here? >> But the court will have him come as a witness. That's what Put your hands behind your back for me. Okay, stand up for me. >> Give me a second. >> I'm going to call my mom. That's what I'm going to do. No, that's fine. Give me a second cuz obviously if I'm going to arrest, I need to make sure my mom >> You got to stay here. No, you got to stay here. I'm going to stay right there. No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. They're coming back inside. Put your hands behind your back. >> Branch, just stop. Branch, >> stop position. Stop. You're going to get tased if you continue to stop. Chad, Chad, they won't let me call my mom. They won't let me call my mom. Stop resisting. >> I won't resist. You buddy. >> Stop resisting. If you break, >> get off me. >> I'm just going to tase him. >> No, don't do it. >> Okay, tase me. Okay, I'll resist. Stop. Put your hands behind your hand back. >> No. Hands behind your back. >> I was trying to be cool with you. >> I could get tased. >> You're going to hurt me if you don't. >> Put your hands. >> I have your hand. I'm putting it behind your back. >> Move. I'll grab I'll put it by my >> back to put that down. >> No. >> Then I'm not going to put on your >> Okay. Then you're going to get ted >> cuz you're continuing to resist. >> Wait. Get my phone. >> No. >> Get that. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Put your hand behind your back now. >> Okay. >> You're playing a bad game right now. >> How are you guys? Get off me. >> Stop. >> Get off me. I will if you get off me. >> Let go of my hand. >> You got two seconds. Put them behind your back now. >> Now. >> If he doesn't put that down, I will. >> No. You don't have a choice now. Even the threat of a taser doesn't get through to him. Now it's up to the two officers to bring him under control and get the cuffs on. >> Sir, just stop moving. The car's over there. Let's walk. >> Stop moving. >> Let's walk towards >> You are giving an order right now. Stop moving. The car >> not sure. >> Okay. Stop moving. >> The car's that way. Let's go that way. What are you doing? >> You're doing too much. >> I'm going to the car. >> You want to go to the car or not? >> If you can, please. >> Oh, stop. >> Can you at least tell my pants? >> Get out of town cuz they're coming screaming. >> Can you tie my pants? >> We're 104. >> We're 10 four. >> Can you please just tie my pants? >> Just If you tie my pants, you could >> I'm worried about my pants. >> I don't give a >> Neither do I then. No one about your job. >> I got you. >> Just tie my pants. >> I got you. Let's go. >> Tie my pants. >> Let's go. >> Tie my pants. >> Oh my god. >> Tie my pants. >> No. >> Yes. Then I'm not getting off the floor. >> That's fine. You can lay in the cold rainy floor. >> Can you please just tie my pants? >> No. We're just wait for more officers. >> No, just tell me. >> No, we'll carry you. That's fine. >> Yeah. >> Then tell me get up. I'll go. Just I would just switch like >> Jesus dude. >> I'd just like for you to help me. >> Just walk. That's all you got to do. >> You can find my traffic complaint and show me. >> Yeah, cuz my pants are falling. Tell my pants. >> Then fix them. >> You got two hands. >> I can't if they weren't behind my back. >> He won't stop talking and it's turning a straightforward ride to the station into another round of frustration for the officers. >> Shake my pants and then I would >> 302. Dude, this is indecent exposure. I can see your tie my pants. >> Is it tie? >> Tie my pants. >> Why? You're going in a in a car. >> I don't care. Tie them. >> Stand off. >> My pants are falling. Tie them. Your pants >> are falling. Just tie them, please. That's what I'm asking. I don't have anything on me. I don't have pockets. In the end, the suspect was charged with resisting arrest and domestic battery. Number four, drunk woman decides to end the night in handcuffs. In this next case, officers with a Vero Beach Police Department spot a woman acting strangely as she wanders the neighborhood past midnight. She's alone, struggling to walk straight, and clearly not in the best condition. Concerned for her safety, one of the female officers steps in to make contact. Here's what happened. >> What are you running from? >> Why would I be running from something? >> Oh, I just saw you run across and then you're just standing here. Are you okay? Do you need any medical attention? >> Yes. Thank you, sir. No, I'm sorry. >> Okay. Where do you live? Where do you >> Do you want me to take you somewhere? >> No. >> Okay. I just want to make sure you get safe. >> Oh, it doesn't matter where you live. I live. Oh, okay. >> Yeah. 104. >> It's kind of weird. A >> gotcha. >> Yeah. >> All right. How about we get you checked out by paramedics? Okay. >> Why? >> Cuz I'm concerned for you. >> Thank you. But no. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> No. >> The officer is just trying to learn the woman's name and why she's acting bizarrely. However, getting the woman to cooperate and tell the truth will be easier said than done. >> No, my name is Hernandez. >> Hernandez. >> What's your first name? >> Thank you. How about No. >> What did you take? >> I didn't take anything. Leave me alone. >> Well, I can't leave you alone. Now that I know that you're intoxicated or you took something and you're not acting yourself at all. >> If you do not know me, how do you know I am intoxicated? No, I'm not acting by myself. That's silly. Don't be silly. Please don't be silly. You're brilliant and beautiful. Please don't be silly. >> So are you. >> That's why I want to make sure you're okay. >> I feel like you're being rude. >> I promise you I'm not trying to. >> I have not done anything wrong to you. I am not in in comp and I am not doing anything for you. >> Well, here, let's put it this way as well. Okay, >> listen to me. >> So, you're in an area where it's private property. She's restrained for safety reasons, but the cuffs don't settle her down. If anything, they set her off, and her anger seems focused on just one officer. >> Nothing. Okay. >> I have taken nothing. You said, "Who am I on? You told me who I am. I will give you my identity. I have not done anything. I haven't done anything wrong." What's your What are you doing? >> This is what I'm trying to figure out. What your name is, and you're not providing, Catherine. is my name. What is your problem? >> You got to calm down. For the record, what have I done wrong, Mrs. >> Fine, and put her on the other side. >> Thank you. It's now clear that she's intoxicated. And at this point, the officers have no choice but to take her into custody. I'm going to pat her on my own. Fine. So much fun. >> Do you have anything on on you that's going to sign me focus, ma'am? >> No. Nothing whatsoever. No. Get me in the eye. >> Oh, sorry. >> There was another guy that was on Old Dixie that I couldn't get to. Um, I feel strange just like her. >> All right, have a seat, Catherine. >> Have a seat. >> I'm happy. Yes, ma'am. >> You don't have to be rough. >> I'm not trying to. I'm trying to help you. It's not forever. You know, it's not forever. It could be forever. You be love, but you're not. But you're not driving it. Drive the ass of the earth. Drive it. Drive it, baby. Drive it. Drive it to the end. >> In the end, the woman was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication. Number three, woman started the fight and thinks playing the victim will get her out of arrest. On July 16th, 2025, officers were called to a local bar after staff reported a woman causing chaos and refusing to leave. Despite being asked multiple times, here's what happened when officers finally stepped in. >> What's going on? Just so you know, my >> That man pushed me. >> What man? >> That black man right there. >> There's not a black man right there. What's your name? >> Sarah. >> Huh? >> Sarah. I have nothing left to say. >> Sarah, you're Well, you don't get the choice of leaving, Sarah. We're talking. We're I have to investigate why we got called. Okay. >> I just need to shut that door. I'm in a dark room so I can shut mind my own business. I'm trying to yell for him to help me and he thought I said the end. I have mixed kids. I have mixed babies. I have a lot going on. I'm doing me out of court. >> Right over here so we're not in the middle of their walk. >> Right now I just needed to get that door closed. You're good. >> Will you step over? >> I've dealt with you guys before. I have nothing left to >> So did you throw a bottle? >> No. A bottle dropped on the ground because it's heavy and he wouldn't help me. But other than that, I know better. What kind of bottle? >> It's a hard eth bottle. >> I'm taking them to my house. It's hot. I'm hot. >> I see that. I see that you're sweating. >> But we got a call that you threw a bottle at somebody. >> So, I didn't do it. >> Okay. Even if >> Don't you think I know better? >> I don't know. >> I've dealt with you guys long enough. >> I've never met you. >> I've been abused and hurt. That kid stuck. How is Miss Anderson supposed to be bond if you guys aren't doing your thing? I have dealt with you and cried and cried and cried. Please. >> So, who's the black guy? >> I don't know who he is. >> A black guy hit you and caused that bruise. >> Well, it didn't get any better. >> When's that from? >> Last week. >> Okay. >> Couple of days ago. >> Okay. Have you been using illegal today? >> No. >> Nothing? >> No. >> Yesterday? >> No. >> Do you use anything? >> No. >> I don't know you. So that's why I was just pulled over a couple weeks ago. >> Okay, that happens. Do you have your ID with you? >> No, it's gone. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Sarah. >> All the officers want is her information. And after that, they're more than willing to hear her out. However, instead of cooperating, she chooses to make things harder on herself. And what she does next takes the situation from bad to worse. >> With or no age. >> Yes. What? Stay. Stay over here. >> I need him. Dude, I have nothing else to say to you guys. >> Well, you do. >> I don't. >> Okay. >> And I don't have to >> I can put you in handcuffs, too. >> And I still don't have to say anything to you. >> You don't. You're right. I'm trying to get your information so we can figure out what's going on. Okay. >> No, you got your information. >> I I have some information. >> You got your information. >> Okay. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, please help me. >> Sir, please. >> I'm going to I'm going to say this one more time until we figure out what's going on. No, you go talk to him. >> No, I don't. You don't throw me. I want to talk to you. >> Okay, put your hands behind. >> No, please. >> Don't stab me like that. I'm prank. >> You got hurt by Denzy. >> Do not hit me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> You just hurt my baby. I'm a I'm charging. Do you hear me? Did you hear me? 10 one customer. >> No, he's hurt my baby. >> Stand up. >> You just hurt my baby. >> Put your shoe on. >> Okay. >> And he's an immigrant. >> He just hurt my baby. >> Everything's on camera. >> Everything's on camera back there. So, >> walk. >> Don't hurt my child. Your actions is what's h leading to this happening. >> Why isn't he getting arrested, too? Why isn't he getting He just hurt me. I don't understand. >> What's wrong, >> sir? He just hurt my child. >> What's wrong, brother? >> Why didn't you guys arrest him? >> Why? Had she just spoken calmly and told the truth, this could have gone differently. But after what she's done, no amount of pleading will undo what comes next. >> Why? >> Why did you try to swing at me? >> Because I've dealt with you guys before. >> Oh, okay. You want to check her real quick? >> Did you arrest him, too? I don't know who him is that you keep alleging cuz your story is all over the place. >> So your resume, not him. Excuse you, >> you horrible rotten man. >> Okay, I'll be a horrible rotten man. Walk around this tree and get in the car. Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Please don't do that. >> Get in the car. >> Please >> get in the car. >> This you you pleading is not going to change anything. Get in the car. Anything you want. >> You can get in the car. >> Get in the car. There's AC in the car. >> Put your feet in. >> Crying ain't going to change. Get your feet in. >> That doesn't change your position. >> You didn't arrest that man. >> Slide over. >> Why didn't you arrest him? >> What do you got so far? >> Uh, a tweaker. >> Okay. They probably have domestic charges on her. I'm guessing if we can figure out who her boyfriend is and her boyfriend or not. >> She didn't make any sense. >> Okay. >> She when I walked in, she lifts her shorts thing to show me this massive bruise that's been there for a while. I can't get any information out of her. She said, "There's a black man who he came at me cuz he thought I said the N word. I have mixed children." A few minutes pass and the woman now appears open to conversation. Something she wasn't willing to do earlier. Okay. Where do you stay at? >> I'm homeless. >> Okay. So, where do you stay at? The >> streets. >> Just the streets. >> Can't go to my mom's cuz you put an OP on her. >> Where? The shoes that you were wearing. Do you know who those belong to? >> Those are mine. >> Those big ones. >> How dare you even accuse What am I accusing you of? >> That those aren't even my shoes. Well, what gave you the right? >> Well, do you know that Hispanic gentleman right there? >> Cuz he has them in his possession. He's saying they're his roommates. That's why I'm asking you these questions so I can figure this out. >> Two different pairs. There's a navy blue pair and there's a black pair. >> The the ones that you were wearing that you kicked off in there, that guy right there has them. Do you know who that guy is? >> An immigrant. The Hispanic guy stand there. Do you know him? >> An immigrant. >> So, you don't know him? >> An immigrant. >> Okay. >> His whole family is an immigrant. >> That's fine. >> No, it's not because they're supposed to all be deported. >> Not necessarily. What if he's here legally? >> I know he >> That's fine. >> Okay. So, Sarah, go ahead. >> Her name's Dasha. >> No, you're not Dasha. No. >> Are you sure? >> Are you lying? >> Yes, you are. >> So that's >> When's the ambulance coming? >> Exgirlfriend >> pretty soon. >> They're exboyfriend girlfriends. >> Him and her. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> They went to Jimmy John to get something to eat. She got upset for whatever reason. Tell her that he didn't have nothing. No, cuz I dropped I he I needed help carrying that stuff to him. >> He uh got upset crossed the street, grabbed one of those bottles, threw it at somebody over here. >> Don't you think I know better? >> I don't know if he didn't know if he hit him, but he did. >> Is that black man being arrested, too? I hope so. >> According to every witness, she was the one who stirred up trouble. Despite that, she insists she's the only victim here. Either way, the officers have made their decision and she's headed to the station. >> Okay. How are you going to arrest me and not them? >> Was she fighting with other people? >> No. >> So, supposedly her and him were in an argument in the parking lot over there and she threw a bottle at some other person. >> She threw a bottle at a black dude. He's got tattoos. Listen, >> get away from me, you monsters. The woman was later charged with resisting arrest and trespassing. Number two, a college student learns the hard way that breaking in comes with charges. On September 29th, 2024, officers responded to a call about a woman reportedly breaking into a couple's home. Here's what unfolded when they arrived. Thank God you're here. >> How you doing? >> Come on in, officers. My roommate and a female are upstairs. Um but uh the female is roommates with a girl who stormed out and became our rate and provoked for no reason. Um but the reason why I called was because met these girls out, brought them back, were hanging out and then all of a sudden the one that I was with became super out for no for no reason. Um she started saying, "You're in danger." She like tried to hide me. Didn't really make much sense. Her roommate was just like, "Why are you looking like this? It's like, why are you talking like this? >> Um anyway, >> what it boils down to was become she attacked me, she charged me, she pushed me, she grabbed my finger, tried to break it. Um started like throwing our kitchen appliances around >> and I was like wo now. Like, let me call you an Uber. Can I just get you home? And she was like, don't touch me. And from that, I was just like, >> I don't want her word versus my word to turn into something. And so I was like, let me get you home. and she was like, "No." Grabbed her wallet, left her uh Apple Watch, but dropped her phone, her ID, her debit card, her credit card, and stormed out. I was like, >> I stay clear from her after that. So, >> do you know which way she went? >> Moments later, two of the suspect's friends show up asking where she is. Both of them are unaware that their roommate has already caused chaos inside the couple's home. >> Did I have no idea. >> Hey guys, here are some officers. >> Those are cops. Yes. >> And is it's your roommate? >> Okay. Where's my roommate? Where is my roommate? >> That's Well, first I know. Is it your roommate? >> Okay. >> It is >> Chloe or are we talking about Chloe? >> The young the girl who was here. >> Yes. That is most likely my roommate. Yes. >> Most likely. >> Yes. Chloe is my roommate. I can call her right now. Like I have no idea where she is. I >> my my biggest concern here is uh she most likely is intoxicated. >> Um and so if she left here, she's walking around the street. >> Is she she left here? She left here. >> Is that what she left here? >> I did not go after her. I did not touch her. She's gone. Do both of you have >> He did not He did not assault her in any way. I That's >> Hi. Yeah. I apologize about this. Do you know this young gentleman? >> No. >> Okay. What did Did she do that? Yes, >> I got the dogs. >> Hey, >> sorry. >> Obviously on some help. >> Yeah. >> Hey, Chloe. >> What? >> Can you come down, please? >> No. >> Do you understand that you don't live here? >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> I need you to come down here. >> No. >> I need you to come down right now. I'm going to get you down. No. >> Have you had anything else? >> Okay. >> No. >> I need you to come here right now or I'm going to grab you out. >> Chloe, come here. >> What makes me deserve this? because you're in somebody else's house and >> come here. >> Chloe's intoxicated and you can immediately see it from the way she's acting. She doesn't seem to understand that what she did was wrong. And now officers are stuck trying to get her to listen. >> And >> Chloe, I'm going to give you one more chance to come here or you're going to jail. >> You know what, sir? >> Come here right now or you're going to jail. >> I'm asking you to pause. Okay, >> let's go. No, I'm asking you to pause. >> No. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Put your Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your other arm Put your other arm behind your back. Put your other arm behind your back. Handcuff, please. >> No. >> You >> Hey, you want to >> grab her other arm, please? [Music] >> And what makes you think that you're desired to do this? Stop. >> Stop what? >> Stop. >> For what? Or what? >> You are under arrest. >> For what? >> Get up. Get up. >> No. No. For what? >> For what? >> Stop. Stop. >> For what? Stop. >> Stop right now. Stop. It did not have to be this way. [Music] Now you are going to you are going to walk out of here. Stop talking. >> The hard part should be over, but not with Chloe. She's cuffed, but still putting up a fight. And the officers now have to get her out the door. Let me go. Please let me go. Just let me go. I don't care. I don't care what happens. Just let me let me go. Please. Please. Please. Let's go. >> I don't deserve this. >> My car's unlocked. Please go. >> Stop. >> Watch your head. Watch your head. >> Chloe's in the cruiser, but the work isn't over. The officers now circle back to get the full story from the couple who reported the trespass. >> Okay. So, what exactly? >> Uh >> I'm not sure like we were on a FaceTime with my friend and >> uh we were hearing stuff going on outside. My husband went outside so he can tell you the beginning of it. Okay. >> But he was like, "You got to get out here." cuz like she was >> I don't And there's also these shoes. I don't know. Um >> are those not yours? >> Nope. >> No, those are >> so I don't know how did like we were hearing stuff outside. So I was still on the FaceTime. He came outside and um >> Yeah, I just poked my head out. She was just kind of wandering around outside the gate, >> banging on stuff, I guess. >> And I addressed her. You all right? She had she's uh carrying these >> very strange shoes. >> Very small shoes. >> Yeah. >> Asking if she was okay and >> talking nonsense of >> And so >> where are my friends? And >> okay, we'll find your friends. Where are your friends? She figured just a lost college kid. >> Gotcha. >> And I got her up sitting in this chair. Here's her ID. >> Oh yeah, here's her ID. >> Yeah. And I thought she was like intimidated by the guy. So I was like, "Go inside. Like I'll talk to her." And like she seemed to be talking to me. Okay. But then her phone was dead. I'm like, "Let's find your friends." And so I asked him to get a >> phone charger. >> Charger. And then as soon as I open the door, >> oh, here's her phone. There's this your phone. >> Whatever Chloe was on, officers couldn't say for sure. But her strange behavior wasn't anything new. And even after everything she did, the couple decided not to pursue charges. >> Okay. >> Um, she like her phone >> pushed in and he was trying to keep her out and I was like, I'm not I'm not dealing with him. >> Yeah. She actually But >> yeah, she was like basically assaulting him. >> Started assaulting me as >> and I was like, I'm calling 911. Like I can't I can't deal with her breaking into our house. Like we were trying to help but like >> saying free my friends. Where's Chloe? >> She was afraid that her friend was in there and like >> she Yeah, she went upstairs and started throwing the furniture downstairs >> and then she started throwing furniture downstairs. >> Hey, Miss Chloe, can you listen to me real quick? >> What? >> Okay, I'm Sergeant Ball. Okay, so here's what's happened. You are placed under arrest. Okay, >> because you drank a little too much. >> Not at all. >> Okay. Uh but here's the thing. If you keep kicking these things. >> If you keep kicking at my officer's windows and try to cause any damage, we will have to secure your feet and they will be tied to the floor. >> I'm not doing >> No, ma'am. You will be placed under arrest because this is the second time tonight. >> And it's just simple citation. So, she needs to >> just so >> Miss Chloe, do you understand that? >> I know that you understand. >> Excuse me, sir. That's all I know. >> Hello. >> The night ends with Khloe facing multiple charges, including disorderly conduct, public intoxication, resisting, and battery on an officer. Number one, authorities step in after an entitled mom crosses the line. Our final case takes officers to a residence after reports that a woman assaulted the father of her child, allegedly after he tried to take their child out of state. Watch how the situation unfolds. >> Do you want him taking Somaya? >> Kendra, do you want him taking Somaya? >> What's that? >> Hello. >> Yeah. Do you want him taking Somaya? >> No, I cannot. I have custody. >> Okay. Can I speak with you about it? cuz I would agree. He's trying to take her up to Chicago. You guys aren't married. I don't know if he has I don't know if he's can do that. >> I'm sorry. I was just in the bathroom. But you said Yeah, we've already met. Um >> What the's going on? Why can't belligerent because I went to my boyfriend's house? >> Okay, I I get that. I get that. I I talked about that before. Why are you not opening the door for me so I can speak with you about the situation? >> I'm sorry. I was literally just on the phone with my sister telling her about the situation on the door. That was in the back. That's all the way in the back of the house. I'm so serious. >> I could hear my pound from a from like around the corner. But >> okay, I'm not going to argue with about Kendra. That was kind of stupid. And I know you heard me. So don't don't me cuz I'm not a Okay. >> Okay. >> If you think I'm a I'll walk away right now. So listen, >> you I don't think you want him taking >> I do not. That's child. >> Okay. So when did he get in town? >> He got in town to babysit her when I go to work. >> Okay. So now he's saying that he's going to take her because he keeps making up all of these false allegations. >> So has he been staying here for like a couple days babysitting her while you're at work? >> Basically. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Though they have a child together, Kendra and the man aren't in a relationship. The child lives with her. But the lack of a formal arrangement isn't their only problem. >> So do you guys have any kind of parenting agreement? >> No, we have no type of court anything. >> Right. We just had a child together and basically I said like you can basically come here and babysit when you feel like it. >> When I need to go to work, so when I need to pay my bills. Okay. >> So yeah. >> And when you guys got into it out here, I understand it was over the child. >> It was over me getting my baby, but we didn't really get a conversation that he wanted to make heated, but I'm not the type of person to do that. Well, like I said, I'm not a Okay. So, I He has video of his phone on his phone >> of you of you going at him and grabbing his hair and pulling him >> of me grabbing his hair and pulling him because I was trying to grab my child because he would not give me I sat there trying to get almost over 30 minutes as not even 30 minutes, maybe 15, 10 or 15 asking him for my child. I was just at my boyfriend's house and came all the way back because he said that he's bleeding with my child. Okay, so I get that. >> He said to quit playing with him because I'm going to my boyfriend's house. We are not together. I am a single woman paying my bills by myself. >> You shouldn't be having him in town than living at your place. >> And my you make your own decision. You shouldn't. That's the only reason. >> But you're opening yourself up for a can of worms. I'm not a counselor. >> Which is why I'm not doing this. But that's not smart cuz then all of a sudden all this happens and now he has the child in his arms and it gets complicated. >> Exactly. >> Okay. >> So I understand the situation was >> if I can recap earlier, right? When we were out here earlier, >> you were upset with or you came you came home from a barbecue. He was upset with you because you were like, "I'm going to my boyfriend's house or whatever." >> Exactly. >> So he's upset at you. Yeah. >> How did the car seat get thrown? >> He said that I threw a car seat. I threw no car seat. >> She's talking fast, trying to explain her side, but the officer is already seen the footage showing her pulling his hair, hitting him, and making threats. Listen as she tries to defend it all. >> Sounds good. >> Why' you say, "I'm going to kill you." >> Why did I say that I'm going to kill you? >> Cuz you were upset with him about >> Exactly. >> about the baby. He was doing a lot. And he and as a matter of fact, when I just said that I was leaving because I changed my clothes, I said, "I'm leaving." He said, "You know what? You're going to go play with me. I'm kill you." I was like, "For what? What are you cuz I'm going to over his house?" Like, "What is wrong with you?" >> Something has really got to be wrong with you for you to really >> But you were also saying I'm going to kill you if you don't give me my baby back or or whatever cuz you wanted your baby back. >> That was just a hyperbole. I have no intention of anybody. >> Okay. What exactly did you say though? What exactly did I say? I told him to give me my child back. >> I told him, "Give me my child back. >> Give me my child back over the course of multiple times over maybe a 10." >> You're skipping over the part. >> Okay. And I might have threatened that randomly out of anger. But that is about it. >> Well, that's exactly what I'm getting at. What did you say when you threatened out of anger? >> That is it. What you exactly just said is what I said. Okay, I'm You know what? You going to make me you like give me my child back. But obviously I would never do anything like that. I know the consequences of that. >> Okay. And then you left, we arrived. >> Mhm. >> Right. >> Mhm. >> Then you came back and you guys got into an altercation. >> He was sitting on my porch and I told him, "You can just hand me my child and you can go." And he said, "No, I'm not going to do that." And he was, "I'm going to start recording you." I was like, "What are you doing all that for? Cuz I'm asking for my child." >> Yes. >> So, of course, he tried to provoke me again. So you followed him out there and you reached >> I was to try to get my child and he said, "Oh." So I'm like, "Dude, are you serious?" So I did kind of grab his hair, but he overexaggerated. He overexaggerated. I didn't You see the size of me? I did not pull that man to the ground and be like, "Ah, I'm not going to do all that." >> But he fell to the ground or he put himself >> fell to the ground and he tried to say that I put his child in danger to obviously escalate to this point. >> Okay. So >> with no formal custody agreement in place, the officers are left without the authority to intervene. Now they have to figure out the best course of action from here. All right. Well, what I'm going to try and do is speak with him and figure out the whole baby situation cuz um >> and I just told him like you're going to make it to the point where they're going to take my child. >> It gets a little it gets a little dicey because you guys aren't married. So technically by Illinois state law, you have more rights than he does. But I'm just being frank with you. I'm telling you the facts. >> I'm not a So I'm not going to lie to you. >> I would rather him give you my child. He doesn't He doesn't even have a place. >> That's what I'm going to try and facilitate. >> He has no car. >> But I I I can't snatch the baby out of his hands. >> That's I will try to have a conversation with him about that cuz I I don't feel like it's right for him to be threatening to take her up to Chicago or just leave up to Chicago, >> especially at 12:00 at night with a one-year-old. I'm going to go chat with him, okay? When I knock on the door again, can you please not, you know, ignore me, okay? Cuz I'm trying to treat you decent, okay? And but I'm trying to help you out, but I need your help, too. >> Thank you. >> Okay. All right. Only thing is with the child, it's both their children and um uh he has been staying here for several days watching the child. So in my then he has residency. He's allowed to stay if he wants to stay. I can't necessarily stop him from taking a child and going up to Chicago. Although I don't really agree with that because I feel like >> that's a custody issue though. It >> I mean both are mutual parents so it's like if there is a custody issue they got to do that in court, >> right? The one thing I'm the one thing I'm wanting to do is is talk with >> The one thing I'm wanting to do is talk with her, see if there's a third party that will that like a mom or somebody that will take the child >> if she's going. He said that he would give a child up then he'll leave. >> Oh, he did say that. >> Can I chat with him over? >> Yeah. >> To be my child. >> That's it. >> Give us one second. We're going to figure it out. Okay. >> At this point, they can't do anything about the father trying to take the child with him. And so, they decide to address the most glaring issue for now. Kendra hurt and assaulted her child's father. And now she needs to face the consequences. >> All right. So, you're going to be placed under arrest right now for sleep battery. >> The message I didn't Gemini, what the Dude, I did not hit anybody. Go, Gemini. What the >> Gemini? Knock it off, >> bro. >> Stop resisting, >> bro. Stop. What the >> Gemini? Stop. >> Stop it, >> dude. What the >> Stop it, >> bro. Gemini, what the >> what the >> Gemini? Bro, >> literally Gemini, what the >> What's that for, >> bro? Oh my god, >> Gemini. What is wrong with you, guys? I swear I did not, >> dude. I did not. Gemini, what the what the >> I didn't do anything. What is wrong with you? >> Oh my god, dude. Can y'all just >> I got to turn this up a little bit. >> After y'all arrest her, y'all please lift her up. >> Yes, we will. >> We will. We would rather have not done this. >> Please, please let me go, guys. I have another child. Please. >> I have another child in the house. >> Okay. >> We're going to make sure everyone stays safe. >> Okay. >> I got to make sure these aren't enough cuz >> No, I'm She's screwing over. Stop scratching me. >> I'm not scratching. >> Okay. Yes, you are. >> Gemini, do you see what you just did >> for no reason? >> No, you did it. >> No, I did not do this. I was in the house being just fine. I went to my boyfriend's house. >> I went to a barbecue. >> We're walking this way. >> Can I get my shoes, please? >> I'll get them for you in a minute. >> Bro, my Can I get my shoes and my watch? No. >> The officers have done their part to explain, but it's clear Kendra still doesn't understand why she's being arrested. >> We're going to go to your car if you're okay with that. Your car. >> Okay, we'll fix it. Go ahead. Hang on. Yeah, let's not do that. Okay, fine. Yes. Come on. Please. All right. >> Domestic battery for what? >> I We got to make sure you don't got anything on you. >> Domestic battery for what? >> Do you know what domestic battery is? >> For what? >> What am I getting arrested for a domestic battery for? >> Do you have any Are you good? >> I'm asking a question. I'm fine, guys. I have nothing on me. I just got to make sure. >> Listen, we're going to sit We're going to sit in my car. I'm going to explain something to you. Okay. Go ahead and have a seat. >> Sit down. >> What was your first name? Kendrick, listen to me. Okay. Domestic battery. Unwanted physical contact. Right. That's That's >> I didn't have unwanted physical contact with him. >> Listen to me. >> He doesn't He's homeless. I'm the one that rents the house out. >> Will you listen to me, Kendra? >> He's listen to me real quick. You admitted that you pulled his hair, right? >> Oh my goodness. >> Okay. >> I said I touched his head. I did not pull his hair. I literally touched his head. He threw himself to the ground. He's lying to you guys. >> This is why I'm so upset now. He's literally lying, guys. So he can have my child and you guys know based off what we have. That's what we have to do, man. >> So >> sit tight. We'll grab your stuff. >> My my >> sit tight and we'll grab your stuff. >> Transport wasn't an issue, but as soon as they reach the station, Kendra makes it clear she's not in the mood to cooperate. I got your shoes real quick. Come and swing your feet out for me. >> Y'all going to need to take me to the hospital. >> For what? >> I'm so serious, y'all. >> Okay, swing your feet out here for me. >> I'm about to have a whole mental breakdown. >> I'm soing serious. Please take me to the hospital. >> Swing your feet out for me. >> All you're going to do is make things worse. >> I'm not trying to make worse. Clean your feet off so we listen. So we can get this process done. >> Get them handcuffs off here. [Music] We're going to walk right over to this door right here. Walk on up here. When we get in here, just sit on the bench on the left. I'll take you to the hospital. >> For what? You need to talk to somebody. >> I need to let the jail staff know. >> This is too much. Come on here, sit on the bench. >> Tears start to fall, but they won't undo what happened. There's nothing she can do but face the consequences of her earlier actions. Have a seat. I'll try to get this done so they can get you in and out. Okay. Hey, but >> I don't want to be here. I don't I don't I don't not send me to the hospital, bro. Send me to the hospital. Please send me to the hospital. I I do not want to be here. Please send me to the hospital. I need a psych evaluation ASAP immediately. Please. In the end, Kendra was charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest. What do you think? Did they get what they deserved? Let me know in the comments and I'll catch you in the next
