I see that you're shaking and everything. I don't I'm just trying to figure out if it's from nerves, from huffing, from medications. >> I'm nervous. >> Okay, >> get in the car. >> Let us talk to you. You need to stay in the car right now. >> Why are you What are you doing to my son? >> Nobody walks into Walmart expecting to leave in handcuffs. But that's exactly where these stories go. These are Walmart arrests nobody saw coming. Student thought she could get away with it. She was wrong. On June 14th, 2025, [music] officers were dispatched to Walmart after staff allegedly caught [music] a woman concealing merchandise inside her bag. When officers arrived, they headed to the loss prevention office where staff were already waiting with the [music] suspect. Oh, >> hi. Back at it, sir. >> All right. Is that how you say it? How do you say your name? >> Huh? >> Okay. Okay. >> So, >> that's where she $68. >> Yes. That's that stuff there in that basket. >> Um I started watching her. She was walking through the store. She had that reusable bag sitting in a cart and she had some stuff sitting in it. >> [snorts] >> Um, she went over, selected that white pork there from the apparel area and went over to Homelines where she removed uh a jar that she ended up returning after all this happened before I stopped her. And she removed a blanket that's actually sitting out on the the counter from the bag and set it on the shelf. >> Okay. >> Um, selected the rest of the stuff as I was watching her wandered around leaving that bag empty in the cart as she was selecting stuff. And then she went over to the uh celebration cards aisle, selected I thought she selected a card, but I haven't seen it here. Um, and then concealed all the stuff that's in the blue basket inside the bag, took the bag over on its side and closed the top so you couldn't see inside of it. Cut this stuff out of the bag, went up to register 12, paid for those items, which is that receipt right there. >> Perfect. >> She walked over to customer service with a mason jar about yay big. I'll have to check camera later to see if she actually came in with it or not. Okay. But she returned that jar um and then went out the door here to the sidewalk where I stopped her and brought her back in. >> Okay. >> We do have video of the registered 12 transaction if you'd like to see that. Yeah. Turn the So that up to two cents. So that's the mason jar right there in the cart still in front of the blue bag. >> Okay. >> To avoid any confusion, the officers carefully review the footage to identify which items were [music] allegedly concealed and which were already in the woman's possession when she entered the store. There's [snorts] that bag folded over. And I don't know if you're going to be able to see. Yeah, she goes just a little bit off camera. She stands it up and puts that stuff she paid for on top of the paid for merchandise. >> Okay. >> And then like I said, she goes from there, customer service does the return on the jar and then out these doors. >> Okay. And the jar, you said you weren't sure? I did not see her pick it up. She had it when I started watching her. So, I'll have to look at video to see if she came in with it or if she selected it here. >> So, you I'm guessing >> it's not included there. >> Okay. Well, if you do uh find out that she did she grabbed it while she was in here, can you just give me an updated? >> I'll email you and update it. >> Perfect. Okay. And then video footage of everything on a disc again. Yep. That cool. Yep. >> Awesome. >> Okay. So, that is everything. >> The stolen stuff. Yes. Gotcha. >> Okay. Um, whale. Let me read her her rights really quick and then we'll we'll do that really quick. >> Sounds good. >> Okay. [snorts] your rights really quick. Okay. >> Sorry. >> Do do you understand English pretty well? Okay. I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. Uh you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these [music] rights and not answer any of my questions or make any statements. Do you understand these rights as I've explained them? Can can the door be closed? >> Uh, no. We're going to keep it open. >> After being advised of her Miranda rightites, the officers give the woman an opportunity to tell her side of the story. >> Do Do you understand these rights? >> Th this is just your rights. It's not stating anything. It's just I'm just trying to understand if you for to see if you understand your rights. Do you need me to read this again so you understand them? >> I got them. >> What? >> I got that. >> You got it. Well, I'm going to read them again to you and then I just need a yes or no if you understand them. Okay. Um, you have the right to remain silent. Uh, anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer having present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning. If you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any of my questions, any questions or make any statements. Do you understand these? >> Do you understand your rights? Does that explain to you? You do. Okay. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to speak with me? >> You wish to speak with me? Yes or no? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Perfect. Okay. So, um do you have anything to add? Do you did you have any do you dispute anything he said? Can I speak for you >> privately? >> I mean, I just want to get >> You want the door closed? >> You can come in like >> Okay. >> I I know I made a bad choice. >> I'm really really sorry. I mean, I won't do that ever again. I'm I'm from a good family and sorry I actually did wrong and I'm sorry for that. >> The officer takes a moment to explain the consequences and [music] what the woman should expect moving forward. >> Um I I [snorts] understand this is you know >> I mean I want to study. >> You want to study like at school? Is that >> I'm a student. >> Okay. Um, listen. Um, I I get this is a hard situation. All right. But we're gonna we're >> listen I'm going to write you a citation. You're going to go home today. Okay. >> Home. >> You're going to go home today. All right. So, >> yes, you're going to go home. >> You're going to be released from our custody today. So, you'll be free to leave after he cites you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you're not going to jail today. Okay. >> Jail? >> Yeah. You're not. You're not going to jail. Okay. Um, but I'm going to ask you a few questions. Okay. Uh, and then we'll do the citation. >> Citation as in >> what? >> The one that citation as in >> it. It's a uh it's a paper that we give you and it has your information, my information, and it'll tell you you have to uh appear to court over this issue. Okay? But you're not going to jail. Okay? So, you're going to be issued a cit citation, criminal citation. Okay. Do you do you still want to answer questions? >> Is there Yeah. Okay. >> Yes. >> I don't want to be in the papers or anything. I mean, I'm really sorry for that. I promise I won't let that happen again. >> I don't have anything to do with the papers. Okay. With like the news, if that's what you're referring to. >> The news like the paper. I mean I'm on a visa and like right now it's going actually strict which can cause problem with my studies as well. >> Okay. >> Before moving forward the officer makes one more attempt to confirm the woman's actions. >> Uh >> well so do [snorts] you have anything to dispute what he's saying? Like did you did you take that stuff? Yeah, like the same price I kept as well an umbrella, a blanket and a bag. >> And even the the jar that he's talking about, she wasn't able to find that on my card. I donated it like she was saying she I can keep it in lost and found or the donation and I agreed to it. I mean the 68 or something the price which is for that stuff the same price or maybe more than that I kept back and I did that because the stuff I had I wasn't using and I I made a wrong choice to keep it back this stuff. >> Do you do you have money to pay for >> Yeah. >> for the items? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Why' you Why' you decide to steal them? I made a bad drive. I'm sorry for that. >> Okay. >> And I won't let that happen with you. >> Okay. Well, at this time, again, you are you are under arrest at this point. Okay. >> Under what? >> Arrest. So, I'm going to have you stand up. I'm going to put handcuffs on you. Listen, you're not going to jail today, but stand up. Good. Just stand up. Turn around. Just turn around. generous. [snorts] So, ma'am, you're being audio and video recorded. Today's date is June 14th, 2025. Prophet time is 3:36 in the afternoon. You're under arrest for four. >> The officers prepare the woman for processing. But unlike many cases, [music] this encounter won't end at the station. >> Three, three, four. >> So, I gauged So, I gauged these and double locked them for you for your comfort, right? >> I just gauged them and double locked them so they don't get tighter on you. Okay. So, I'm going to read you something really quick and then we'll go back out to the car. I'm just going to read your rights again. And >> what's your date of birth? You have the right You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can't be used against you and in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer. Have him present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning. If you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any of my any questions or make any statements. Do you understand these rights? >> Yes. Edward. >> All right. All right. So, we're going to go to my patrol car. >> We're going to write a citation. Okay. [snorts] >> Do I need to go like this? >> Yeah. You have to go in those cups. Okay. >> I'm really sorry for what I did. >> I understand. Um, are you are you guys going to bring the >> Yeah, >> all right. I appreciate it. >> I don't want to go like this. >> Let's go. You are going like this. Let's go. Go to the break. >> You have an identification from Washington. You have any local US identification? >> Other than that, do you have like a driver's license and identification cards? >> I have section. >> Okay. US passport or a foreign passport? Okay. So, what country? >> India. Okay. You have any ID in the United States from any other states? >> The officers [music] prepare to place the woman in the transport vehicle, but first they perform a search to ensure she's not hiding anything. >> No. >> Take a step left. >> Somebody going? >> Nope. We're just gonna You're gonna have a seat in here in a second, but I'm gonna search you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, turn towards the vehicle. Turn towards the vehicle. Thank you. >> Take a step back. All right. Widen your stance. Spread your feet out a little more. >> Don't move. Okay. >> All right. I'll start the music. >> Ma'am, which is your first name? >> My name is And you don't have anything on on mute that's going to stab me, stick me, or poke me. >> Sure. >> You don't have anything on you that's going to stab me, stick me, or poke me, right? Yeah. >> These don't have back pockets. >> No back pocket. Don't reach. You don't have back pockets. >> Don't reach. I don't remember >> what. >> I don't remember. Go ahead and bend just a little bit. >> Super chest. >> A second officer later arrives and the responding officers explain what led to the arrest. >> India. She briefly mentioned it when she was talking to you guys, but she mentioned it several times. Supposedly, she brought this in the bag. She left this on the shelf in North. [music] >> So, it's definitely >> Why' you Why did you get rid of the blanket that you >> I didn't wanted it? >> You didn't want it? >> I'm sorry. No, it's you. You brought it in, though. Here, walk this way. You brought it in, right? >> No. >> Okay. So, you just didn't want it anymore. >> No. Okay. >> All right. Back of my hand. I'm a super groin. Okay. Spread your spread your legs. Thank you. Have seat in the car. Watch your head. All right, I'm going to take your hair clip off for right now. Okay, I don't need to do that. >> Just go ahead and get comfortable. There's There's some uh >> Tuesday night. As long as she was wandering around, unless you just walk from the register and out the door. >> Oh, Tuesday. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I I'm off tomorrow. So, >> yeah, that's okay. Uh today, >> okay, we'll deal with the >> That's her personal stuff. So, do you want to spark the citation? >> The background check doesn't return what the officers [music] expected. With that, the officers begin double-checking the woman's information. >> He's going to do the trespass. Okay. Oh, yeah. Sorry about that. You're good. >> Okay. So, that's her ID. If you heard, I think Sneha is actually her first name andQatari is her last. They were unable to run her either way. Okay. Cuz it doesn't look like >> her first name, >> right? Katarina. Okay. Yeah, I'm confused. But I had them run it both ways. She doesn't come back. You might want to double check that. >> As her do >> India. >> India. If you want that. She's saying her first name is >> your first name. >> That's my >> birthday one more time. >> I'll make sure I flip that on my paperwork. >> That's what I had them run. So there's nothing in our databases or Washington. They can't run India. >> You don't have a driver's license? >> She said she did not. >> No. Okay. >> Or any kind of ID or anything in the US. You want to do your Christmas? >> Um, we can wait till she can sign it. >> So, when you're done or whatever? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Congratulations. >> Thank you. Very good. >> How you been? >> Good. >> Each day as it comes, >> same same stuff. That's what I do. >> Thankful it's summer and most of the college kids are gone. >> Thankful it's only 73 and not 90 again or whatever. Yeah. You know, I'm for the kids, it's always I love to see him leave and I'm always glad to see him back cuz I'm bored by the end of the summer, you know, >> but it's nice to have a month and a half, two months of >> Well, and then we end up with the local. It seems like it seems to me like the locals go crazy then in the summer and we end up maybe it's just cuz we're around more or whatever, but we end up with more stuff. >> Well, not only the locals, but people are coming up from Clarkston and coming down from Spokane >> and and so it's like you change what you're doing. It's a different and the same thing when the kids are in town then know suddenly we're back to alcohol and this and you know so >> as the processing continues the officers spend a few moments discussing what they've learned >> and then of course and you always have your DVs to keep you busy >> unfortunately >> although the kids I mean the big one with the kids you know is really alcohol but it's also now all these semi you know ideiation threats, gestures, welfare checks. I mean, we do so much of that now. >> That's unfortunate. >> Yeah. I mean, it's >> I was looking I looked at the blog for something a couple months ago and one person was not having a good day. It was something about people were pointing lasers into their apartment and had broke into their apartment and did their dishes for them and left or something. >> Oh, well, we have some we have regulars and we have just people go through episodes and I don't know. These are all the kids, too. I mean, these are all kids who were in high school who were locked in for two years. I don't know how much that is or if it's generational, if it's just cuz they're all on, you know, the phones all the time or, you know, social media or I don't know what it or maybe it was always like this, you know, 40 years ago. It we do a lot of the mental health stuff and, you know, we don't we don't have a lot of a lot in the way of services for them. So, doing less of the overdoses at least. So, >> that's good. At least that's on the decline. Yeah. >> While the paperwork continues, the officers spend some time talking about what's been happening around the neighborhood. >> That went from nothing to tons to >> lower end now. >> Well, I think a lot of so readily available. I think a lot of them have it. So, where we used to get calls, come rescue this guy, they're doing it themselves or their buddies are doing it because they all mean now when we're >> Well, that's a good thing still, too. >> Yes. It's good. I don't know. know it's the old debate though but does that encourage them >> to do more >> to do I mean there's some people who will be deterred from doing it because they could you know some people who think well now if I something goes wrong is there's an easy fix so it's the same debate with uh you know does availability encourage more promiscuous behavior or does it so The final paperwork is completed, [music] bringing the processing to an end. >> Yeah. All right. I got some work to do, sir. Thank you for talking. Nice talking to you. Thank you. >> We're trying out, dude. Okay. Uh, so I'm going to read you this really quick. All right. So, uh, this is your criminal citation. Okay. So, uh, here's the Whitman County Court. This is will be the address right up here. Phone number, uh, in the website. All right. I got to reprint this. Uh, can you watch it really quick? I need to scale it down. It's cut off. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. So, I'm just going to scale down really quick. >> Yeah. >> 85. >> Okay. >> After [music] completing the paperwork, the officers explained what the woman should expect from this point on. >> All right, let's start this over again. All right, so here's Whitman County. Uh, this is the address. 32 Southeast Paradise, South Street. Okay. Here's their phone number. Um, here's your information here at the top. All right. Uh, this is a criminal citation for that's third. Okay. Um, this is your address we have here on file. This is where you're where uh they're going to send you this by mail. Yeah. They're going to mail you a letter to that address to your friend's house. You should have that letter within two weeks. [snorts] >> Yeah. All right. So, this is your information right here. Like I said, again, theft third. Okay. And here's my information down here at the bottom. Okay. >> Third means >> what >> theft third means? >> Theft third means that you stole uh uh $75 or less uh product. Okay. Means you just stole under $75 worth. >> 750. >> 750. Sorry. Okay. Uh, so I'm going to give you that. Here you go. So, they'll send you a letter in the mail and they'll give you a court date. Okay. And you will have to appear before a judge. Okay. Do you understand? >> Do you have any questions for me? >> No. >> He's going to do the trespass. >> All right. So, this is a notification restriction for property. This is a trespass for all Walmarts in the United States. Okay. This means you cannot come back. That's the parking lot and the building. Okay? That means you can't go to Moscow, Clarkston, Spokane, anywhere. Okay? If you come back to a Walmart, you can be arrested for trespassing. If you steal with this in effect, it's burglary and an automatic felony. Okay? I need you to print and sign. After signing the required paperwork, the woman was released with a shoplifting citation and a trespass warning from Walmart. Officers chased down man after his troublesome incident inside Walmart. The next case begins at Walmart where employees report that a man allegedly used [music] merchandise before leaving the store without paying. By the time officers arrived, the suspect was already gone. Fortunately for them, however, locating him didn't take very long. >> Sir, how you doing? >> All right. >> Hey, I'm Officer Johnson, BPD. Uh, reason I stopped you, we just got a call from Walmart. Did you just come from there? >> I did. >> Okay. Uh, you got your ID? Let me see that real quick. >> Can you shut the car off for me? >> Sure. >> Thank you. Now, I'll take your ID, not the wallet. >> Thank you. Are you on probation or parole? >> Nope. >> Is there any guns in here? Any weapons? >> Nope. What was going on over at Walmart? What were you doing over in there? >> Um, well, I was going to get some groceries. >> Did you? >> I didn't buy them. >> Okay. You didn't steal anything, did you? >> Nope. >> All right. Uh, were you riding around on a motorized cart? >> I was. >> Okay. Were Were you doing anything on that cart you shouldn't have been doing? >> Probably. >> Was What would that be? >> Huffing. >> Huffing. What were you huffing? >> Uh, duster. >> How many huffers or how many dusters did you huff? >> Uh, just one. Just one like a whole can. >> No, >> just one huff like one one hit. >> Uh, probably. >> Okay. I see that you're shaking and everything. I don't I'm just trying to figure out if it's from nerves, from huffing, from medications. >> I'm nervous. >> Okay, that's fine. I I understand. Uh, we're here to figure things out. Okay. Um, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to go run your information and then I got to call their loss prevention back to see if they're wanting anything done cuz they called us because you were crashing into stuff with their cart while driving around huffing, right? Does that sound familiar? >> Um, I ran into um I think one of the end caps. >> Okay. To your knowledge, your recollection, did you lose consciousness when you were huffing? >> No. >> Do you do you huff regularly? Yeah, >> I'm not judging. I'm just asking. Like, I know people do it. Um, >> all right. >> Rather than denying the allegations, the man is surprisingly upfront with the officer about what occurred. >> Uh, is this a key fob or a ignition key? Let me hold on to that just so you don't drive off till we figure this out. Okay. Uh, give me give me a couple minutes. I'll be up with you and we'll figure something out. All right. Just stay right here. All right. You want to do some Phil soiety test for me? Pardon? >> Feel so sri? >> Sure. >> Okay. You can go and step out for me. >> Y. >> You have issues walking usually? >> Uh, >> no. >> You Why don't you just set that on your on your seat there? Okay. >> All right. You come up here for me. Have you stand just right here for me? Okay. Go ahead. Put your feet together and keep your hands at your sides for me. Thank you. Uh, keep your head still and follow the movement of my stimulus with your eyes only. It's going to be my finger. Okay. Um, [clears throat] follow the movement of my stimulus with your eyes only. Keep following my stimulus with your eyes only until I tell you to stop. Do you understand the instructions? >> Yes. >> Okay. kind of tuck your chin. You're looking straight ahead, not up. >> Just keep your keep looking straight ahead with your head and just look with your eyes to my finger. Okay? Just follow it with your with your eyes, not your head. Uh, for the next thing that I'm going to ask you to do, okay, I'm going to do something similar to him where I'm going to hold my left index finger up approximately 12 to 15 inches away from your face. Okay? I'm going to make two circles around your face. I'm going to ask you to follow my finger, the tip right here. Okay? This is the tip with your eyes and your eyes only, not your head. Do you understand? >> Okay. Are you able to cross your eyes? >> To assess the man's condition, the officer starts with a nestagmus test. Are you a Are you Yes or no? >> Yes. >> Yes. Okay. Um, when you do that, what I'm going to do is once I complete the second circle, I'm going to bring the tip of my finger in towards the bridge of your nose. Okay. So, it's going to be about right here. It's [snorts] going to be about an inch away. I'm not going to touch. >> Okay. Do you want to come over here? >> Yep. That's what I was just going to do. >> Okay. All right. >> You see the tip of my finger? >> Yep. >> All right. Actually, before we start, can you stand like this? I know it's a little chilly outside. Arms down at your sides. You got a nice warm underarm sweatshirt on and I don't. All right. You see my finger? >> Yep. >> All right. Just focus on my finger. Okay. Keep focusing on tip my finger. Okay. One more time. We're going to do it twice. Right on the tip of my finger. Okay. When I tell you to, I'm going to have you tilt your head slightly back. Let me get out of Don't like the way this one's worded for you. I like the other word. I think it's easier. Do not start the test until I tell you to do so. Do you understand? >> Yeah. When I tell you to start, tilt your head back and close your eyes. When I tell you to bring the hand you are directed upward, touching the tip of your finger to the tip of your nose. After touching your nose, immediately bring your hand back down to your side. Do you understand the instructions so far? >> Having noticed the man shaking earlier, the [music] officers carefully demonstrate the test to make sure he understands the instructions. >> So, just to be clear, these are the tips of my fingers, right? This is the pad. Tip pad. Okay. So, and then if this is my nose, right? And that's the tip. Just like that. All right. So, I'm going to demonstrate now. So, [snorts] again, put your put your fingers down. Okay. So, if I I'm going to tell you to tilt your head back, close your eyes. Left, I'm going to bring my arm up in front of me, touch the tip of my nose, bring it back down. Right up in front of me, touch the tip of my nose, bring it back down. You understand? I think so. Okay. All right. So again, we're going to make our fist. Point our index fingers down towards the ground. Tilt your head back. Close your eyes. Left. Remember, bring it right up to center. Okay. Right. Start. Turn your arm to your side. Left. Keep your eyes closed. Bring your arm back down. Right. Bring your arm down. Right. Turn your arm to your side. Left. Put your arm down. relax. Okay. Um, do you use any other substances or have you in in the past? >> No. >> I I'm just simply asking just to make sure I get a a clear understanding. Okay. Um, all right. I'm going to chat with my partner real quick. You just hang out with Officer Johnson. >> Would you be most comfortable in the backseat of this car? >> Sure. >> Okay. To the man's credit, he remains [music] respectful and cooperative throughout the encounter, allowing the officers to conduct their investigation without issue. >> Run your eyes a couple times. Are you okay? >> I know you're cold. Um, uh, 95 real quick. Um, go ahead and you see the camera in the front squad car. Go ahead and look at that. Okay. >> Turn around all the way. Turn. >> Turn. Turn around. >> There you go. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back, sir. Bring us behind your back, please. >> So, Officer Johnson is going to go talk to Walmart about some things. We're going to put ahead and take a seat in the backseat of our squad car. Okay. And once that's complete, we'll let you know what all your charges are. All right. I can tell you right now, Walmart is trespassing you at noon. And that's for nationwide stores. All Walmart stores nationwide, you're not allowed to go back. That's not a charge. That's just you're being trespassed. So if you go back to any of the Walmarts, you'll be you can be charged for trespass. He has your copy of that. >> I'll get that to you. Okay. >> And they're what they told me on the phone was they they're going to review the video and everything, but they're going to charge you for not paying for this the duster that you hopped as well as the clocks that you broke when you ran into that car. So, I'm going to go verify all that. Just give us a second. He's going to go verify. >> Yeah, we're good. >> With the field sobriety exercises complete, the officers begin explaining their observations to the man. So, you're not in custody for DUI right now, okay? You're not going to be arrested for DUI today. But what I'll tell you is you are so showing signs of impairment that I wouldn't feel comfortable with you driving. Okay? So, I think you know that you shouldn't be driving based on, you know, when you do the finger to nose test, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How long How old are you? >> 46. >> 46. Okay. Have you ever had any cosmetic surgery done to your nose? >> No. >> No. Okay. Well, there's a reason I'm asking, right? So, you've been alive for 46 years with that nose on your face, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And how long have you been driving? For about 30 years. >> Yeah. Okay. I guess >> give or take, right? Okay. So, so you've had that nose on your face for 46 years. And when I'm asking you to touch your nose with your finger, you're missing it significantly. Okay. So, when you're driving, you need to know where things like the brake pedal, the gas pedal, the turn signals, things like that are, right? If you can't find your nose without looking at it, that means you're probably not finding those things. Uh, what brought you out to Walmart today? >> What Why did you end up coming out to Walmart today? Well, I needed to get some eggs and bread and then um was getting the duster. >> Okay. Why uh why did you get the duster? >> Uh I mean to get high. >> Okay. Is that something that you use regularly? >> No, it's been I don't know 6 weeks maybe. >> Okay. And then they got out of their cars and I said, "That's pretty rude. You need to learn how to drive." I got pissed. I did. And I cussed at him. I didn't touch them. Neither one of them. He fell running and he goes, "So what if I did?" And that pissed me off even more. You almost hit my child and my mother and then you almost hit my son and you all you can say is, "So what?" >> Okay. >> And then I I I was I I was going to get him. I was going to, but I didn't. While the woman insists she never made physical contact with the man, the investigation is far from over. >> And that's why he said, "I'm calling the cops. That's assault. She's not even two. >> Yeah. >> And my my other son and my mother. >> Yep. >> And that's okay for him to do that though. >> And be like, "So what about it?" That's exactly what he said. >> It's not okay. It's not okay for anybody to be doing all this. I feel like e both of you should have just >> I know I should have. All I did was yell at him. >> He said he's going to call after you chased after him. >> Before that, he said that and then he did after I chased him. >> Okay. So after you chased him, then he fell and then >> Yes. you then you guys already left by then. Okay, I see. I see. >> He gave you guys my plate number and all that >> and I mean that's why I mean it's important for us so we have to talk to you. Okay, >> you're not under I'm not you're not under risk. Okay, I'm just going to kill you here for now for your safety. >> You want me to crack the window? >> Uh-uh. >> You're good. >> With conflicting accounts on the table, the officers examined footage of the encounter for themselves.
