stealing an astounding $2,000 worth of merchandise the store's loss prevention team has been quietly building a case against her listen as they share their findings with the officers did the interv um she finally admitted to everything that she has done she did admit that she also has I guess previous um charges that you guys have done she also admitted that she's been homeless that her mom picked at work on July 17th 2023 officers were called to a Walmart for a fraud case where an employee had been caught processing fraudulent refunds onto gift cards watch as they handle the investigation all right so they have an employee that's been swiping gift cards on different times taking different amounts of money up to $5500 up to what 5500 so he's been doing it multiple times and sometimes they have the documented the timeline here but they're trying to get all the video they have video of the of the transaction but not actually leaving for the day what's that just acting Su so they done prior to escorting the suspect to the station the officers uncover another gift card in his possession and turn it over to the store's manager providing additional incriminating evidence one of maybe two hours just depends on how busy they are but you'll be out soon um as soon as you get there confirm with them but I look at the jail booking every day for this charge they're just going to kick you right out without a bond even being required but call somebody about getting your kids before the patrol officer gets there cuz you're not going to be able to pick them up from after school and like I said since you've been Cooperative taking into account the woman's circumstances as a mother providing for her children the officer and the store decide on a single warrant instead of pursuing multiple theft charges I'm going to take a bunch more warrants on you as soon as she can get this done I'll just add it all together since you'll already be in the system for the one when and
