Well, how >> you were about to use a teaser on a white woman? >> Get on your feet. Her aggression and vulgar language don't let up, but it quickly becomes clear she picked the wrong moment and the wrong officers to push her luck. >> Am I going my knees? >> Oh, I don't have >> Hey, stop. Stop. >> Stop it. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> My bags. >> Walk right now. Let's go. She took that with her. >> She was carrying it over to here >> and you guys found it over here. >> By the end of the encounter, her behavior leaves her facing serious charges, including felony criminal mischief, making threats of serious bodily harm, resisting arrest with violence and battery on law enforcement. Number three, she turned a minor violation into major trouble. On October 23rd, 2024, officers on patrol spotted a driver traveling without a seat belt and initiated a traffic stop. Here's what happened once they made contact with a driver. >> How's it going? >> It's going. >> You ain't had your seatelt on. I watched you put it on. You riding down the road without a seat belt on. You got your ID with you? >> No, I need >> Huh? >> What do you want, boy? >> Do what? >> What do you want? >> Who what you call me? I said, "Aren't you officially Floyd?" >> No, I'm not Floyd. I'm Nef. >> That's Floyd. >> Nope, that ain't Floyd. >> One of you. I guess somebody in my produc My truck I stole. >> Yeah. >> Anyways, that and I got a little >> What is all that stuff? >> This is hardware. >> Hardware? >> Yeah. I >> The green boxes. >> Yeah. Nuts and bolts. >> Oh. Okay. >> I pick up stuff and flip it and buy that stuff cost and stuff. That was >> Where did you get those from? >> Huh? Okay. >> But that's the real reason you pul me over cuz I seen you follow me for >> You ain't got your seat belt on. >> No, I seen y'all follow me since unit. >> It's like that sometimes to get back up and stuff. >> We always back each other up unit. >> I ain't silly. I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing. >> Me, too. >> Okay. Truck belong to you? >> Yes. >> Got insurance on it? >> Yes. >> Where's your card at? insurance card. >> Hey, I'm I'm getting pulled over. I am pulled over. I'm just sitting here with an officer. >> I need your insurance card. >> I got to go. They got I got to have my insurance card. I got to go. Love you. The suspect quickly tries to slip her seat belt on and launches into a long explanation to stall, but the officers already know exactly what she's trying to pull. >> And my insurance is a great insurance. Verify my insurance is valid. My tag is valid. My license is valid. How long you on paper to? For >> six years. >> You guys have been going back to Texas to do the six years. >> Ain't no you guys. >> You did it. >> I didn't do anything but get my truck stolen. And because I was stressed out over my truck being stolen, I got reported to the probation officer that I appeared to be flapped out. Try not to be treated without your phone and money and everything all day long. >> It ain't got nothing to do with us. So he ain't mess with you. >> And then nobody's done anything to that boy. He's out there working grocery outlet and he went and stole my truck and he hasn't had nothing to my generator and my truck. >> First I'm hearing about it. >> I don't know nothing about all that. Hie talkie talkie. >> You want to step out over there? Go ahead. Step out for us. >> I know I have the right to say no. >> Here. Stay back here. But if a dog runs around and he alerts me, you can't say. >> They'll always say he alerts, no matter what. You have an empty bag and you alert him. I'm trying to make it step over here. With the suspect already outside the car, officers call in the canine unit and the sight of the dog instantly throws her into a frenzy. He wants to check your car today. Oopsy. What are you stopping for? Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Top seeek. Top seeek. Top seeek. I ain't got nothing on me. I'm sober as a judge. I'm just trying to make a honest living. Y'all are hindering us. I don't care if anybody's trying to be honest. >> Look, it's not our fault you don't have a normal job like everybody else. It's your fault for being a a criminal. >> I'm a criminal. You got a very long criminal history and it's your fault that you're in the shape you're in, not ours. So stop your >> crime. Strapping is a criminal history. >> It's obvious crime doesn't pay cuz look where you are. >> Stand over. He ain't told you to move. You're not going to do this. >> Search my vehicle. >> Well, we're fixing the searches. So get over it. >> He didn't sit down in the grass. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. You not understand English? Illegal, sir. >> Seeing her sudden outburst, officers step in to regain control before things spiral further. While nearby officers uncover something inside the vehicle that makes the situation even more serious. >> Sit down or go in handcuffs. It don't make a difference to me. Doesn't matter to me either CUZ I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> GET OFF the phone. Driving without A SEAT BELT. >> I THAT'S A A SEAT BELT TICKET. Don't grab me. >> I'M CALLING. I'M STOPPED. >> I didn't do anything to y'all. I didn't do a thing to y'all. >> Your behavior, >> Mom. >> Your behavior is dictating what's happening to you now. >> You want to go down that road? Just keep on going down the road. >> Traffic stop. >> All of this because of that. >> We're doing our job. >> Yeah. You're acting like a child. That's what is what you're supposed to do for people. >> Well, maybe you should have gone to the academy. >> Threw you on the ground. >> Threw yourself on the ground. >> Mom, >> five cameras running. Nobody. >> Mom, DO YOU SEE WHAT THEY'RE DOING? >> She can't hear you. I hung it up. Stay on the ground. >> She can hear me. >> She can't. I hung the phone up. She can't hear. >> Yeah, BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE. YOU DON'T WANT ANYBODY TO KNOW WHAT'S going on. YOU DON'T WANT >> I don't care. Everything I do is on camera. I don't care. >> You don't want people to see. That's what this is. >> Okay. 152 mile 142. Is this a >> Yeah, it's under a seat. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Despite being detained, she continues trying to talk her way out while blaming officers for the situation, though they quickly shut down her attempts to dodge responsibility. >> Dog didn't alert on anything. >> Okay. >> I didn't see him. I >> You were over here. How you going to see the passenger side? >> Allowed to go over there. Y'all wouldn't let me. >> I'll tell you. He alerted. Okay. I've been doing this >> a lot of things, y'all. I tell people all the time that they have something that they don't have. >> I'm not lying to you, okay? I've done this job for 21 years and I'm not lying. >> Been a K9 handler for over 10, operated several dogs, trained several dogs. The dog gave me an alert >> and I have people in my vehicle all the time saying my vehicle I just >> Well, that's fine. >> And I don't know what's in it. >> So, I said, you know, I don't want to SEARCH CUZ I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING. But I don't know what they have in my truck. Well, >> can I get up? >> No. >> Your behavior, the way you're acting, you're better off right there. Cuz if you get up and you start acting a fool, then you're going to be on the ground cuz I'll push your to the ground. >> I know you will. Y'all don't have a problem doing that. Can I stand up? >> No, just stay right there for right now. >> At least get off the hill. >> Crawl over there and then get back down on the ground. >> Embarrassing. Well, you started >> did this. Y'all didn't. >> We How did we >> How did we do this? A seat belt. >> How did we do that? >> You followed me from sky and stalk me from >> Were you driving without a seat belt? >> Seat belt. >> Were you driving without a seat belt? >> Did we? >> All of this because seat belt. >> Listen. Listen to me. It's not us. You're the one that decided to put a motor vehicle on the road and not wear a seat belt. >> You got stopped for it. You started with an attitude and that's why you got in the No, >> didn't start with an attitude. Really? >> I didn't. But y'all had no right. >> Well, we just put you in cuffs because you were just here. >> I had no right to search my vehicle. Just And the dog alert on the outside of my vehicle didn't give you the right to search. >> Yeah, it does. Per US Supreme Court, it does. And per US Supreme Court, I have the right to run a dog around a vehicle when it's easily or readily accessible to the public. And he just brought a pipe out of the car. >> He did not. Officers make it clear she's the one responsible for where things have landed. And before long, they receive an update from her probation officer. That only makes matters worse. >> Imagine that. You have anything on you? No. >> Did you hide anything on you at all? >> I don't have anything. I didn't I haven't told you. I have not been using didn't know that thing was up underneath. >> If a female comes here and searches you, that's one thing. But if they don't if they can't get a female to come here and search you and they do decide to take you to jail, listen, it's an automatic extra charge. You cross that door. So, >> I don't have anything. I didn't know that was underneath my seat. >> Just get over here. >> I won't run after you. >> If you run, >> he will make you run after me. I'm just telling you if you do decide to run, you take fate into your own hands by his jaws. >> All right. Your probation officer said that um you walked out on a test on them. >> I already have a transfer to Texas. >> Well, he said he got that they got you off got you from Texas and regardless he said part of your conditions no alcohol illegal. You're the only one in the truck. The truck belongs to you. Yeah, >> I didn't know that was under there. >> Well, you're going to be charged with BP. >> So, ride around with people that >> Okay. >> We're not calling anybody right now. >> Do you not remember the attitude you had from the start? >> Yeah, because it was a seat belt. Like I have people depending on >> and now it's been a felony VOP. >> I have the people depending on me to bring them dinner and stuff. I needed to make it to the scrap guard. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you or in you that's going to get you in trouble? No. >> Okay. Cuz when we get to the jail, if you bring anything inside the sally port or anything beyond that point, you will get charged with another felony. Do you understand? >> Okay. Do you have anything on you? All right, let's go. >> With the facts established and statements confirming what happened, officers determine it's time to take the suspect in and close out the scene. What? It's a string, >> you think? Okay. >> Can you please just call my dad? He's got He's on >> I'm not going to call anybody right this second. >> He's on social security disability. Cannot afford a tow truck to you. >> Well, that that's not my problem, honestly. Sit down in there. >> Probation officer. I talked to him. He said that she's been a thorn in his side. She walked out on a test and she's got in the truck. We'll go. So >> see here tell me she she just used a couple days ago. >> His literal word thorn in my side >> and she just went stupid on us. >> We had to put her in handcuffs cuz she kept pulling away. So I don't Are you taking the case number and I'll do the VOP or what? I can't. Okay. >> I found a pipe. >> Well, I had to forcefully grab her arm. >> Have her step back out. Uh you secondary search his car when she dumps the shither. We'll back the floor out. >> You grab her back out. Yeah, we'll just pull back. >> Step out of the car. Krista, >> stand right here. >> Just stay right there. >> Huh? >> No, they searching what I would explain to you. I just searched that vehicle. Anything in there from this point on belongs to you. >> Okay, good. >> When the investigation finally wraps up, the suspect is left facing charges for violating parole, resisting arrest without violence, and possession of illegal substances. Number two, this traffic stop took a wild turn. On March 28th, 2025, officers on patrol spotted a vehicle committing several traffic violations while driving recklessly through the area. Here's what happened when officers finally caught up with the driver. >> Get out of your way. You scared me. I I swear to God, I thought you were trying to tell me to get out of the way. >> I'm so sorry. >> You can roll down the window. >> Sure. Sure. Sure. Sure. Yeah. >> Yeah. What'd you put in the center? >> I'm sorry. Sure. >> Uh back windows. Yeah. >> Right there in the center. What' you put? >> I I didn't do anything. I just put I I just pulled over. >> Okay. All right. Do you have your license on you? >> Huh? >> Yeah. You have your license for proven? >> I'm not going to I'm not going to lie to you. I >> put the vehicle in park. >> Sure. Yeah. Sure. Sure. Sure. >> I turned it off. >> Can I just call my son's father, please? >> Can you turn it off for me? >> Sure. >> So, >> can I just call my son's father? Can I have your license first? >> My license is not valid right now. I'm not going to lie to you. >> Okay. And I just want to call my son's father. Let him know what's going on. That's all. Okay. >> I understand all this. But first, >> my ID. >> Yes. Driver's license, registration, proof of insurance. >> Thank you. >> Um the insurance I just have to call him for it cuz I don't have >> Is your license suspended? That's what it is. >> It is. Yes. >> Okay. How bad is it? >> It's just suspended. >> Okay, >> that's that's got. You said no weapons or anything crazy in the car? >> No. >> Gotcha. Do you mind if we check? >> I don't have any weapons. No, it's not my car, but it I mean I don't have any weapons for sure. >> Okay. So, do you mind if we check or not? >> Neil, I just got pulled over. They're asking me if they can search the car. >> Do you have the registration? >> Um, yeah. He they're asking for the registration and the insurance and I don't have it. >> It's fixed 51. >> Okay. The the registration he's saying is lost, but he can send me the proof of insurance. >> Okay. If he can send you that. Um just give it to me whenever you're ready. >> Uh oh, I turned it off. I have to turn it on a little bit. >> No, he's asking. No, he's at he was checking the tent on the car. I don't know if the I don't I didn't think the tent was too dark. >> Officers quickly notice how nervous the suspect seems and they waste no time confronting her about the way she was driving. >> It's factory tent. Yeah. >> Is that what it is? A tent. >> Hey, let me send you the insurance card. >> Insurance the registration, please. >> Yeah, he doesn't have the registration, but the insurance he's sending to me. >> Okay, cool. It's been progressive. It's off my app. So, >> oh, I'm just grabbing the noodles. I was so excited to tell you about these noodles. These Rick Ross noodles. >> I'm so sorry. It It just turned on because he hung up. >> Where are you going? >> Uh, to be honest with you, right back to this laundry mat right here where my laundry is at to go finish switching it over. >> I got you. >> Yep. >> So, we know um why we stopped here or no? I honestly thought that you were trying to get me to get out of your way cuz you were on your way to somebody. Truthfully, I otherwise I don't know.
