They're not doing anything. Don't touch your hands. Don't touch. >> Don't stop. >> Ma'am, let me walk. >> I'm just walk. >> Okay. >> I'm walking on the side of him. >> You got two options now. >> Could I walk on the side? You're >> on your own. >> Could I walk on the side of him? The lady took my phone and threw it. It was all record. Everybody here saw that I'm the out of y'all. That was an employee who did that. >> Matter of time. >> It's just another day at the airport, but not for these passengers who turn minor inconveniences into full-blown chaos that forced police to step in. These airport meltdowns from Karens end up costing them everything. Passenger learns the hard way not to argue with TSA. On September 7th, 2025, officers were called to Orlando International Airport following reports of a passenger involved in a battery incident with a TSA agent. Here's what unfolded when police made contact. >> Anything in your I said, "Yes, I do have your pie. I had my my um ID and my uh my phone in my pocket." >> I mean, right out in front of TSA on the B. >> When I went through the um through the thing, she told me >> West checkpoint. Go ahead. When I went through the little uh bubble thing, she told me put my hands up. I went like this. She checked me, told me to go through. When I go through in the line, >> she said, "You can't have the phone in your pocket." And I hand the phone off to the guy or whoever stand like, "No, you can have the phone." She ran over there and said, "I hit her with the phone." I came back right there to go my phone's my girl had my wife said she just told them that you hit her with a phone. I said, "I hit her with a phone." >> How the with the phone was be on camera. I said, "You want me to call my lawyer?" If I hit her with a phone, it should be on camera. You should be able to sit on camera right now. I don't see that. If I hit this lady with a phone right now, we should be able to see it, sir. Man, you should be able to sit on the camera right now. If I If I physically assaulted her, I know how this go. You see, I know I'm a person. I know how to go. I have a lawyer. If I hit you with a camera, we should be go right down the stairs right now and be able to look at that and see me hitting you, hitting you, hitting you, hitting you, putting hands on you. I'm on your body camera. You see me hitting you with a camera. He see me hitting you. >> Stop moving your hands. You're an adult. >> Yeah. Yeah. But I'm saying you see me using hit to take a punch. You have to raise your hand or swing or whatever. You have to to hit to hit somebody you have to use force. You have to >> you get the hit. You get what I'm saying? So >> do you have any idea what what she may have missed? So she saying you didn't hit her. >> Yeah. I She might have misunderstood of passing from hitting cuz I did not did not hit her. Hit hit her is like you know what hit it is sir like a punch. It was Yeah. I passed something to her. I did not mean >> you have to strike somebody for them to say that you hit them. If you just touch them >> without their without >> you be quiet now and I talk. >> Okay. >> You just touch them without their permission. >> Yes. >> That's a battery in the state of Florida and you go to jail for that. >> The suspect strongly denies the allegations. But his restless behavior only draws more attention to himself. >> They want to press charges. >> I I didn't know that. I just walked through my daughter and she asked me to hand her something. She's like, "Would you have your pocket?" I just hand it to her and then she ran. >> But then you start cursing at everybody. That makes the situation so much more worse than seeing an adult acting like a three-year-old. I >> see why. Get way worse. >> You're right about that. But I see why I did that. Because I felt like I was bad frame at the time. I felt like somebody was framing me because I know what what that can. >> Then you stop and you let people talk to you >> and I didn't see no higher authority. That's why I didn't see you at first. >> The guy you cussed out was a supervisor, >> but he wasn't trying to he was just being mean to me. He didn't give me give me a chance like you give me a chance to explain my side of the story. >> Where's your ID? It's still up there with her because I put it through the machine. >> Still up there with her. >> That's why that's what I had in my pocket when she's like, "What's in your pocket?" When I had pass it to her, that was my ID in my phone and I put it through the machine. I left off. >> So, you're saying that you were just passing her? >> You can sit on the camera on my on my life. I will go up here with you and sit with him with you like stay here. >> You guys hang out with him, please. >> To put this stuff back in. And then she's like, "I'm not having that. He's not." He hit me twice with the phone. He gave her the phone. He he might have had a little aggression, but it was not like a >> Yeah. He just like, "Here you go. My bad." Like or whatever. And now >> he he he can't fly or do nothing because he because of that. Like they're talking about we got cameras. It's an assault. Like how the how >> and we got to catch a flight. Like this is a time management place. It's at We at 7:50. >> What time? >> At 7:50. >> That like talking about, "Oh, we're she he can't fly no more. He not going nowhere." It's like, bro, we just trying to go home. Like, >> where's home? >> In Miami. >> Not even far. Like, we're just trying to get there. We already missed the flight at 12:00. At 3:00 we got >> Yes. Like, this is annoying. And so that's where his irritation is coming from. It wasn't towards her or nothing. She just took it like >> Yeah. And and it's not work here with all these people. You deal with so many different personalities and people attitude. >> As the details come together, it becomes clear the suspect escalated the situation. Though his partner insists it was just frustration from being in a rush. >> That's not right. >> Are you hurt anywhere? >> You good? >> No, cuz he just grabbed out the phone and the wallet and on me like hitting me there. hitting you there. >> It wasn't like with his hand that he hit. >> Okay. Do you want to press charges? >> Yes. All right. What was his What was his issue? >> Nothing. He just pulled the thing from the back. >> He just pulled it out. Yeah. He pul then he just did like put it on the edge like then hit me over there like for no reason. >> Okay. >> Instead of giving it to the officer, you know, that asking for it, >> right? >> He just did this. >> Okay. So, he had he had no dispute with anybody else prior to that. He just >> No. And then after that, the wife was asking like he I said, "Yeah." He just he the phone. You You're such a They just start like yelling and doing, >> "Okay, so just uh >> put your name here. >> Put your name right here and then just write down what happened." >> Okay. Just a little short. He came through your came through your checkpoint told him. You did you tell him to put the phone at the >> No, I didn't not even ask him to hold it. You didn't even say anything. No, he the officer was the one. Do you have anything hypocrisy? Put the phone and the wallet and then he just like put it on the X-ray to me. >> So, yeah. So, just write that down. >> Okay. >> Write down you know exactly what happened and then just put down that you want to print charges at the end. So, you understand how it all works, right? With pressing charges. >> Okay. So, um you want to print charges for is a battery struck you with the phone. He'll be going to jail. Um and then there would be a court date um where he would have to go to court and he would possibly have to show up to provide your testimony. >> And then if I don't press charges, what will be >> If you don't press charges, he doesn't go to jail. >> Let it go. >> He doesn't go to jail. Um and then he go about a day. So it just depends. Yeah. It depends if you want him to go to jail today or not. So >> I mean I don't know cuz he not even like like hit me like you know like hard like he grabbed me or something. >> Well, it's it's up to you what you want to do. Okay. We can't tell you. We can't, you know, persuade you one way or the other. It's up to you on what you how you want to go about it. So, if you don't want if you don't want to press, you don't even have to write a statement. You don't have to do any of that. He'll go on about his day. You go on about the rest of your day. >> The victim's statement makes it clear the aggression was unprovoked, which doesn't line up with the suspect's earlier story. >> If you do, you write a statement, he wants a tail, and we'll go from there. So, those those are your two options. >> So, don't worry about don't worry about that. Don't worry about that part. Um, >> see, >> stop. I'll be right if I'm missing something now. >> Thank you. >> Okay. So, input that you would like to print charges and I I would like to print charges. >> Do me a favor. You want to do the painting right now? Okay. >> You want to look at the video and whatnot? >> Put your hand together like you're playing. All right. >> Is that good? It's not too tight. >> All right. Okay. It's going to dump them. I'm going to block them so they don't get tighter. >> Do you need to give anything to your wife? >> No. Yeah, my Yeah, my my daughter. I have to get somebody going to be my daughter. >> Okay. >> That's not her mom. >> Okay. >> Who do you want to get your daughter? >> My my grandmother. And I thought they said we was going to look at a video first. >> Yeah. the other officer that's going to actually be pressing the charges. We'll talk to >> Can I come? >> He needs He needs you to call his grandmother. >> Can Can I talk to him? >> You can talk from there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Can I have his jewelry and all that if y'all take him to jail? I'm not going for that. I don't have your >> bae. I bae, did I hear her? >> You did not, bro. That's what's pissing me off, bro. >> Don't Don't do that. They checking the video. I'm detained right now. Don't cry. Do not do nothing, bro. >> I know. I know. >> Investigation. They're watching the video. >> They detained. have the handcuff. >> Yes, that's grandpa. >> My daughter is watching that. >> That's why we had you go over there to stand over there. >> She She sees stuff still. You like, can I take this jewelry off of him before you do anything, bro? Like, >> don't let me get >> just give us give me a few minutes and I'll come over and talk to you. The victim chooses to press charges, but with conflicting stories on both sides, everything now comes down to the airport surveillance footage. >> They they look at the video and from what they see it it shows that you did fight. >> Yeah. >> And then and they won, >> bro. I hit her twice before. >> That's what video says. Listen, man. >> We can't do anything about it here. You have you have to >> like >> you have to fight it in court. Okay, >> that's that's your you have to take legal steps towards this location. >> Unfortunately, because they want drugs, it has to go and then you got to believe that that's my daughter. Right. >> That's with that being said, do you want her to take your your jewelry and all your possessions? >> Yeah, but she above though, bro. Yeah. I can't leave that in front of my daughter, bro. I don't want to hurt her like that, bro. >> Okay, we can go this way. on the video. >> Yes. >> No. Can I take your jewelry though? >> Yeah. Give us a sec. Give us a sec. >> So, but I'm saying what jail. We not We don't need >> Orange County. >> Orange County. >> Yes. >> We'll give you that the address. >> Can I take your jewelry off? We'll bring him over here so that we're not in front of the daughter. >> I cannot leave his daughter. >> We'll take his stuff. We'll give it to you. >> Everything's on camera. We're not taking him down before we take them. We put it in the paper bag all the stuff. >> Hey, she has to go to trying to get Bro, >> they looking at the recording and they said that he hit her twice and she and he didn't. Like that's what's wild. Like that's what's crazy >> cuz I watched the whole when the other party wants to press charges and I can't tell them lie. >> Once the footage is reviewed, officers side with a victim, putting the suspect in a much tougher position. >> She she's trying to press charges cuz she want to be petty because she feel entitled because her mother, bro. Exactly. That's why she want to press charges cuz she seen what the you got on and she think that she got some money, bro. Like that's >> and it's like he has a 5-year-old daughter with him like >> she's right here watching her and she's I'm trying not to have her seat on this twice though. >> Exactly. >> No, I know you didn't hear my phone. >> Yes. And then you went out and you was confused >> and you came out cuz you was confused about thing and then and they said no. like, >> "Oh my god, bro." Like, >> and I don't even want to get on this flight. And >> yeah, I want to bring him over there. >> But I don't But I have to take her to school. >> Are you taking on the jail? >> I'm doing the office. >> Okay. >> If somebody else want to do a quick >> It's okay, babe. Just don't don't It's okay. It's okay, babe. Mine I just don't have you want it everything like your plan. Put them together. >> Sounds good. >> There you go. >> That way it's not going to hurt. >> Not really. It's like a 20m minute ride give or take. >> Let me know they're too tight. >> You know, it's all right. That's all right. >> I have like 15 minutes. >> All right. Have a seat in there for me, sir. Put the seat belt on. You don't mind looking over that way for me? >> You're good, bro. >> I'll give you uh I'll give you some AC. I'll put a full blast for you. >> How long was So we take 20 minutes. >> I know it's a little uncomfortable in there. You taller guys. With his temper getting the best of him, the situation ended with a suspect being arrested and charged with battery. Entitled passenger refuses to leave, gets escorted out. On September 25th, 2025, officers responded to Orlando International Airport after several callers reported a disruptive woman at the scene. Here's what unfolded when they arrived. >> 180. Go. Would you sell myself 184 out with uh some 13ps? We're going to be out in front of the Orlando market. >> Hey, >> hey, hey, hey, hey, hold on, >> ladies. >> Ladies, what's going on? >> That's your bag, sir? Who are these ladies to you? >> This is your wife. Okay, and this is your daughter. >> No, this is my sister. >> Your sister? Okay. >> This this lady's she has been harassing people around here. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, she's intoxicated, >> I think. So, >> all right. >> 180. Go. Would you send landside over to us for a signal to individual? >> What's she saying? >> Who's who's not legal? Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> Lady, I can smell your breath from here. There's plenty of alcohol on it for three people. So, >> no. No. No. Smell this. Uh, no. >> This smell it. Smell it. >> Yeah. >> No, that's that's fine. >> So, what what has she been doing? >> So, I mean, you ladies have been sitting here. >> I have her on video. So, I've been here waiting on my daughter. There was a guy that I can show you the video. He came and sat right there, was on the phone, never said a word. She kept saying very nasty stuff to him. He ignored her. Okay. So then she started playing music very loud, singing to him and you could tell he was uncomfortable. So then she said to me, "Don't you think he should leave?" And I said, "No, I think you should leave him alone cuz he has not bothered you. He has been ant you have been antagonizing him. He was so upset he got up and left." Then her daughter came and sat here. She came and sat next to her. I think she kissed her daughter on the cheek. She did. Those people came and were sitting here while she was talking to her daughter. The parents left and then she started harassing those babies. Then she looked at me like she didn't know what to do. And then the parents came over and then she trying to take their thing and then she called me several >> As soon as officers get on scene, they're met with several complaints about a visibly inebriated woman who's been harassing people nearby. >> Okay. >> And and I had already security. It's just weird to me how >> she just causing a disturbance. >> Right. Can I ask you a question? Cuz y'all sat right there, the four of y'all watching this go on. >> Trying to figure out who was doing what? Because all the all the all the information that we had was somebody over there was drunk. >> Sure. >> And they were abusing kids. That's what was relayed to us. >> But why did it take for this lady to call y'all when y'all saw her tussling with this girl's back? Like, y'all wouldn't even >> So, from from where we were standing, >> there were two people right here. Somebody over here. >> Yeah. We couldn't see what was actually going on because of where how they were positioned. They were close enough together on the other side of this table that we couldn't actually see it. As we started coming over, you know, when he came back and we started moving over, >> but to determine it. >> So, do you know do and this is just my thing. Do you understand how that could have went from zero to 100 by the time had she not w had she not called y'all? I watched her demeanor when I watched her pick up her bag and put it over there. She was about to >> We're about people. We're about 40 feet away and we're trying to determine what's going on. We're not going to come over here and stand right here. >> Even if y'all see us tussle >> once it started, we came over. >> No, she called y'all and y'all came over cuz I said there wasn't anything I could see from from where I was >> because of the way this family was around that bag. And she was she was on this side of the bag, right? dangerous. >> She was on this side of the bag. So, >> I'm just saying that's dangerous. >> But we're going to get her >> hopefully we're going to get her out and out of here. So, >> you have an identification, ma'am. >> Yeah. Can you grab that for me? Should be in your >> seat. Absolutely. >> I have um county clerk's office. I have can take the whole wallet. >> Now, you go ahead and just pull it out. >> This is my county clerk. That's all I got. Witnesses also point out how quickly things could have gotten worse, especially with how out of control the suspect was and how long it took for things to settle. >> Well, you got anything else with your name on it? >> Yeah, I >> Oh, this is identification. >> Yeah, I have that. I have this. I have anything. I have to pee. I really have to pee. >> Okay, you're just going to have to wait a second. >> I literally can. >> What are these things? >> That is my medical card. >> How are you getting on the plane? That right here. >> That has worked for you? >> Yeah. >> That has been working for me, sir. >> Okay. >> Please help me out. >> Yeah. Just sit down and just chill out. We'll figure out what's going on. >> Can I please use the restroom? >> We got to wait for just a second. I'm sorry. I don't have a female officer here. >> What are you doing here? >> Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Look at me. Look at me. >> The thing is you have warrants yourself. >> Ma'am, sit down and relax. If you start doing that, we're going to have to take you to jail. Okay? I don't want to have to do that. You don't want to have to sit in there. It's not >> laughing at me. >> Well, she's laughing cuz you just called her. Okay? That's why she's laughing. So, don't focus on me. Okay. Focus here. >> Stephanie, what's the R stand for? >> I have to pee right now. I'm not giving you any R. >> You're not giving me any R. >> I have to pee. Going from arguing with witnesses to openly disrespecting the officers. >> You understand your rights, ma'am. He just read. >> No, I do not understand my rights and I ain't going to do >> No. >> No. Talk to me. >> No. No, >> that you didn't want to talk to you, right? >> Yep. So, we're done >> discussing it with her. >> No, I've done nothing. I am nothing. And I've done nothing. >> I've done nothing. I just want to talk. >> Okay. Let's do this at the car. >> You want to take mine? >> Not only does she ignore the officer's instructions, but she also continues threatening witnesses, forcing officers to take control of the situation. >> Vehicle. >> I got a car right here. >> You have an MCT in there? >> No. >> We'll get the MCT. Don't worry. >> I'll get I'll get you an MCT. Just >> let's just get her out of here. Good. One, two, three. >> If you guys follow us out, one of you don't mind grabbing that. >> We'll grab that. >> Yeah, we'll >> There's my sweatshirt. You left on the ground. >> We're going to get it right here. >> Get my sweatshirt. Get my sweatshirt. Go get my sweatshirt. Get my sweatshirt. Get my sweatshirt. Get my sweatshirt. Nope. It's out on the ground. Get my sweatshirt. Get my sweatshirt. Got my sweatshirt. Get my sweatshirt. Get my sweatshirt. >> Let's go. >> I don't really care. I didn't do anything. >> I'm sorry. You'll be all right. hurting. >> As officers escort her out of the airport, she tries one more way to delay what's coming. But the officers have dealt with this before. >> I'm hurting. I can't. I'm hurting. >> Okay, before she goes in, the purse needs to come off. Scarf needs to come off. >> Skirt needs to come off. Hold on. >> But here's the thing. That skirt is more than your Hey, >> don't be trying to kick anybody. You end up catching another charge. >> Watch your head. Instead of calming down, the suspect doubles down by threatening the officers, pushing herself deeper into trouble. >> I will get you. >> Come on. >> Go on the other side. Open the door. >> So we can feel this. >> I promise you on all my life. I promise you. So, >> ma'am, this is a trespass notification form. This indicates that you are not allowed at the Orlando International Airport ever. So, you cannot come to terminal A B. Right. Let's go. >> Here we go. Will. >> If she don't want to walk, we have a little >> The suspect begins to lose her composure, and shouting at the officer only makes things worse for her. >> I'll walk. No, no, no, no, no, no. >> Look, that option that option look after you. >> After you threw yourself on the ground, I don't want you to get hurt. >> I'm going to walk. I'm going to walk. >> I don't need no wheelchair. >> I'm going to walk. I promise you. I'm not doing no >> walk on out. Let's go. I get the stuff. >> I got it. Don't worry about it. I ain't deserve this. I ain't do none of that. I promise you, brother. I did none of that. She want to tell me the the how how they complain about me and they coming to me. >> I was in the fifth grade on the 12th grade reading level. Make it make sense. >> Make it make sense. You feel me? I never been a dummy. Never. I never been a dummy. Her I promise you that's not going to be your employee you come 2026. My dad is somebody. >> My dad is I did nothing. >> I promise you. I listen. You got my wrist locked. >> Okay. >> For what reason, >> ma'am? >> I don't know. >> No, no, no. I'm not asking you fast. You got my lick rock. You got my reser lot. For what reason? I don't know. So therefore, I have to move. >> Okay. >> You feel me? I'm not trying to disrespect you or disobey or none of that. >> You can see that I'm being cool. >> Her behavior eventually leads to her being restrained in a wheelchair. And as officers prepare to take her away, she still has more to say. Yo, it show it shows. It shows you not stupid. You not stupid. >> She's weird. >> How the a white lady pet my white my head? She know I didn't do nothing. >> I didn't do nothing. I promise you I didn't threat. I didn't make nobody feel like they in harm's way. >> Cuz that's not me as a that's not me as a person. I'm a happy go lucky. My word could be something to promise still going to be happy. I promise you. But for you to do what you did, too. >> I appreciate you a lot. >> You might want to back. >> Whatever you feel like it's safe, baby. I'm not threat. I don't threat. I promise you I'm not threat. I ain't trying to hurt nobody. I got kids. You told me I was on my way to see my mother and my father. I did nothing. I swear to God. No passenger on that plane can say I threaten him or anything. >> I promise you. >> But I know what's up. >> I was wondering, >> bro, you are not about to think y'all about to discharge me into an Uber and it's not happening. My dad is really somebody. So, y'all better take me back in. I'm telling you. By the end of the incident, the suspect was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. As if that's not enough, Frontier Airlines has banned her from flying with them. Passenger doesn't get her way and makes it worse. On May 23rd, 2023, officers responded to an airport in Washington DC after staff reported a passenger had punched a flight attendant during boarding. Here's what happened when officers arrived. after right now the officers can you hand it to the lady who accidentally >> would speak over the phone is not recorded line sorry I spoke to her while she was leaving so what you're doing >> it'll be in the police report hang it up >> okay >> ma'am ma'am please come over It's not going >> ma'am. I'm not going there. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. Right now, I'm in the middle of an investigation, >> and I need you to stay over here. Please. >> I'm I'm right here. >> Listen to me. Please follow my directions. >> Please follow my directions. Stay right here. Okay. Who is it that? >> All right. So, please tell me what happened. >> So, we are on the boarding process. We're doing what we're supposed to be doing. I was speaking to telling a young lady to put her bag under the seat in front of her. >> Mhm. >> Right. And she >> No, I don't I don't understand. >> And she said her little bag. Really? I said, "Yes, ma'am. It's the rules, right?" Mhm. >> So she told So she told the lady put the bag on the seat. She's been on her phone. I told her countless times. I'm happy in the new conversation. >> Mhm. >> The door is closed now cuz now I'm going I spoke to her three times. >> So the doors had already closed. >> Now the door is closed. I'm about to do my demo. She's still on the the phone. So I said to her, "Do you mind opening your call?" >> Okay. >> She gave me attitude and she was like, "Okay." So I came back up to say to the to tell the flight attendant what happened. I said it's the same way we have been having issues with the entire boarding process. >> The flight attendant explains that from the very first interaction the suspect was already giving her attitude and being disrespectful when she was coming off the plane punched you in my face. >> She punched you in the face. Show me where? >> In my face. >> No, I I understand it. But I Please show me. >> No. As in >> like that. >> Your your face. Where? >> In my face. >> I understand. But where? In the fa on the face. >> Right in the nose. You were saying >> she punched me in my face. >> She punched you in the face. >> Did we anyone here witness that? Just out of curiosity. >> You did. >> You did see what happened. >> I didn't see exactly pull up the airplane. Well, I have to get I get I need to get witness statements, okay? And a victim statement from you. And I need everyone to fill this out. >> Okay. So, give me This is going to take a little while. Okay. >> All right, ma'am. >> Okay. >> I'm trying to figure out who's going to bail me out if you're going to take me in. So, can I do that, please? >> Well, ma'am, I need you to do that real quick. >> Yeah. >> I mean, >> you see you haven't >> you hear that? >> They're still allowed. They'll still allow you to call from the jail. >> So, do me a favor, Cam. Please put your items in your purse. All right. Please put the phone in the purse. >> With a witness confirming what happened, the situation begins to turn against the suspect. >> Tell me what happened. >> What happened was I was on a flight earlier. um from from DC over here to uh to Florida. This is my connecting flight to go back home to Los Angeles. >> Okay. >> And on the connecting flight from DC over here, the same flight attendant was on that previous flight. >> Okay. And she was already giving me a problem because she was like talking to another flight attendant in the back and she was already giving me an issue. I had no issue and then now she was on this flight also and there was animosity there already. I had no problem with this person whatsoever. So that animosity and that previous preconceived notion of me was already there. Now then she told whatever to the flight uh flight attendant or >> this young lady right here >> to the flight attendant or the >> or the um this this flight person and this is actually the person who helped me on this flight who helped me figure out my ticket on this flight. So when she was coming to me and telling me to get off of the flight because of the flight attendant and I was some danger, I was like, "What?" Like I was super confused. And then everybody in my section was like, "Just be quiet. Don't say anything like you're good. You're good." And I'm like, "Yeah, I'm good. I think I'm good." And then she comes up to me all of a sudden and she tells me like, "Hey, you have to get off the flight." And I'm like, like, for for what reason? And she couldn't give me a reason. And I'm like, okay. So, I start to get off and I'm like, are you at least going to give me another flight? And she said, yes. And I was back. >> Giving her statement, she points the blame back at the flight attendant, saying they were the ones who started the confrontation. But then as I was getting off, she's like the the the um I don't even know her name, but the girl right there, she was like looking at me and I'm like, "What is happening?" Like I have no idea. Like I have no idea what motivated her to go to um whatever her name is to get me off of that flight. >> Okay. >> And that's all. >> All right. But you did what? as you got off the plane. >> I didn't do anything. >> Ma'am, >> I didn't do anything. Sorry. >> What's your name? >> I'm sorry. My name is Sodto. >> You ever Did you ever hit her? >> No. Who's your >> um Do you see my face? >> Yeah. >> Well, she hit me. If anything, >> it was an attack. >> Did you touch your face? >> I'm not going to say that. No. >> No, you're not going to say that. But the thing is, unfortunately, I have witnesses to say that you did punch the flight attendant. >> And I have other witnesses also. >> Not as you're walking out. >> No, I haven't been able to go anywhere from this position. >> Because I have to stop and I have to talk to everybody supposed to have witnesses if I can't even leave this position. >> It occurred out here. >> Yes, I do. >> Please put your bag down. >> You don't have to hand. Yes, ma'am. What we do is policy. >> Drop it back. >> It's policy. >> Can I ask you one more time? >> Can I please I'm going to ask you one more time. >> Can I please put Can I please put >> phone numbers on a paper? >> I can. You tell me and I can write them. That's why I have a pen and paper. Okay. I'm going to take your phone. >> All this goes in the bag. >> Give you uh an option. You want to You want me to do the paper and you run it? No. >> If you want to do the paper, I'll be happy to. Okay. >> You have her ID, sir? >> I haven't even gone that far. Where is your ID, ma'am? >> Where is it? >> Where is your ID? >> I don't have an ID. >> You don't have a driver's license? >> The suspect brushes off the allegations and says she was the one assaulted, though several witnesses disagree. >> I'll take it to the car. >> Yeah, it's in here. >> Yeah, Burman's take the car. >> I'm riding her and then Burman's taking the paper. Okay. I think you're getting me nervous. >> All right, come on. We got to park you down. Make sure you don't have anything on you. Stand right here. Just turn around that way. I don't like people see you. Okay, lean forward. Some of these things have pockets on. All right. All right. Okay. I'm going to start taking off your jewelry. Okay. Wow. >> All right. Let me get a bag. All right. >> She's got a lot of new jewelry. >> Please be careful because they're new. Okay. >> The what? What's new? >> The piercings. >> Oh, okay. >> And that's okay. You can take them off, but please be careful. All right. >> Thank you. >> The story she's trying to push falls apart and now there's not much left but to answer for what happened. >> Did she give them a hard time coughing or anything? >> I didn't. >> Should I let her take her own her own things? >> Honestly, please. >> Shouldn't even be in cuffs right now. If you want to arrest me, it's okay. All right. But I need you to take everything, the chain, everything. Everything. >> No problem. No problem. >> Tighter. If I have a problem with my nails, you can help me, right? >> I'll try. >> Thank you. >> Are you not arresting me? Are you not the guy who's arresting me? >> No, I'm just the one who moved you from point A to point B. >> Oh, that's crazy. >> You can just lean on the car right here. >> Can I go in the car? >> Can I go in the car? How you going to get you in the car? You don't have a car right now. The guy car you going anywhere. >> You You have like a thousand cop cars here. How do you How can you not put me in your car? >> You're not the one who's arrested. >> Can you put me in a car? >> Where's his car? >> Is it unlocked? >> Like any car and then transfer me. I'm just going to stand out here like what the that's not cool. >> By the end of it, the suspect is placed under arrest and charged with battery. What these passengers did got them arrested fast. On June 27th, 2023, officers were called to an airport after multiple passengers began causing a disturbance at a Spirit Airlines gate. Here's what they walked into when they arrived. >> Crazy. Y'all got to stop lying. >> No, you guys are lying. >> Don't try to betray us. We deserve >> you. If you're going to >> ma'am, if if we continue this on, what's going to happen is they'll refund your money. You'll be trespassed from the airport. We're not going to play this game where scream at people. I guess for stop. >> Okay, I'm done being yelled at this whole time. And so are they. >> I got it on camera. Good dealing all day. >> In a few minutes, they'll refund your money and we'll trespass you from the airport. If that's what you want, we will do that. We are not going to play this game all night. Okay. >> Okay. Do you understand this? >> We're not going to do the screaming all night long. So if it keeps going on, they will refund you and we will trespass you from the airport. Is that what you like? >> It wasn't what happened. >> You guys put our lives in >> due to due to a security breach. I'm not going to help. This is a public place. I just don't understand. It's puddling. It's puddling. >> Can you find somebody else that can help? Are you able to help us? >> I can help. >> Are you sure? >> But what I'm saying is you guys put everybody on that flight >> in danger. >> We're letting four people without cuz I know when I got on that plane, I had to scam. Correct. >> What is the outcome you're looking for right now? I'm screaming because I keep vouching >> because there's no way that you think that I'm going to be staying at the airport when you guys lied to us. First you're telling me that it was weather. Now you're telling me that she doesn't know what was going on and that's what they said. >> So you were there. You were there. Four people went on that plane without whose knowledge. >> If I'm talking loud, that's cuz my ears are plugged. >> And and that responsibility. At the center of it all is a delayed flight with about 200 passengers left deciding between a rebook or a refund. >> Are you guys are we >> are you guys doing vouchers or refunds? >> Just refunds and rebooking to the next available. >> Okay. Okay. So that's what we're doing then. That's the only option is right. Okay. So, so your options, so their options are your options are to they can they'll refund it and rebook to the next flight. That's the options there. >> When you look online, that's not what it says. It's on their website. >> Like I I just looked online on their website. >> So I I mean I don't know their I don't know the process. So what is >> are you guys trying to get a refund and then trying to rebook on another airline or what is the what is the >> what is the do you guys think the next >> they gave us on Frontier Delta you have to get a small >> and if you can't get us home they have to >> I don't I don't know the Orlando $300 to go >> I understand worst case worst case with staying you can stay in the hotel in the in the airport. In the airport? >> No, in the in the airport >> for hours. >> Well, is there no flight tomorrow? >> No. 48 hours. >> I mean, I don't know. Like I I don't know their policy and stuff. Like I I'm just right. I'm just >> I understand. And I know it's your >> but everybody everybody has to understand that like they're just like the front line of defense for this stuff. And like when you guys scream, they can only go like, "Hey, our only option is we can do this, right?" So And I agree. I agree with you. >> His job is to your job isn't to give us >> I'm not Don't listen to him because my job is not to rescue. Stop listening. >> He can't get you all cops >> when they do bad things. >> Angel, come here. bad things and nobody >> officers speak with the supervisor to try and find a compromise for the nearly 200 frustrated passengers, but for now it's just another attempt to keep the situation under control while management works on a decision. >> I told him he's waiting for a letter. He went to go get it. I'm trying to get >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Listen, what's happening? Let Let me explain what's going on right now because this is getting out of control. When I keep playing this game, everybody's upset. I understand that. I'm trying to symp stop. No, I'm talking. I'm done. I'm talking. Then I'm going to talk >> right now. Goa is coming here. Remember from Goa. When people start acting up, I'm just saying this because we need to get under control. People keep acting up and threatening people. I'm not saying you're doing that, but it's happening right now. So, they're coming over here. And then when that starts happening, one after another, we're going to trespass one at a time out of the airport. Okay? So, stop. I understand you're upset. >> Yes. All bags. >> But we're not going to do this whole thing. Even you doing this right now like that. Like look at you and look at her and doing that stuff. >> I never said nothing. >> You just did it yourself. I walked over. >> I for myself. >> Okay. But when I came over here, you're very aggressive with stuff. We're not going to play this game. >> People are just going to start getting trespassed at the airport in two seconds when they start happening. >> But no, it's three of us. Oh, but it's separate. As the initial attempts to calm the crowd fall short, more officers arrive and the primary officer quickly fills them in on what's been happening. >> Huh? >> No. So, I told I'm going have Lance come over and I've already told everybody. I'm like, the next people that keep doing this stuff just to start trespassing people out of here or moving them out because they're like pushing on the plexig I know they're upset, but they're like pushing on the plexiglass. This big guy right here is like in this lady's face like this. I'm like, we're not going to sit here and play this game for an hour. If you guys can't control yourselves one at a time, you'll be trespassed from the airport. That's it, >> right? And unfortunately, they need to put their food down and not >> Well, they're they're trying, but these people are like I mean, they're screaming at me telling me all kinds of crazy stuff back there, too. So, how to give them and tell them >> they cancel the flight. >> Yes. But and they're trying to rebook them, but the only option is the these people the only flight that's going out is not tomorrow. It's the next day. >> Uh so they're upset, understandably so. But the only solution that Spirit can give them is the manager saying, "We can only rebook you. We can't we can't refund you. Can't do whatever." Like maybe you could do corporate. >> I don't know. I understand if my flight is canceled, they're supposed to reook. >> I can see. >> Yeah, I understand the frustration, but the man there's like three managers back there and they're like, "Listen, all we're doing is we can rebook your flight, but people are like, I want my money. I want this on top of that." Right. I understand that. >> No. The passengers stand their ground, refusing both a refund and a rebook. And the airline responds by closing the counters and warning that anyone who stays will be arrested. What happens next turns chaotic fast. >> Hey, so when when uh somebody from Landlad comes over, just let them know we're going to start like them. >> Are we closing this whole booking? Nothing. You sort them out. That's it. >> This guy right here. >> Okay. Listen, >> the counters the counters are closed for right now. Okay, the counters are closed now. The counters are closed for now. >> Oh, I'm glad they're closed now, >> my man. >> Listen, listen. Why are we Why are we Why are we on this stuff right now? >> Listen, everybody's Everybody can't act right and I'll be on my way. We're closed now for the temporary temporary for now. >> They're not doing anything after >> Don't give me your hand. choking me out. Me in the back. choking me out. Hey, get this dude off of me, man. Get this dude off me, boy. Get this dude off of me, man. >> The cuffs are on, but instead of calming down, he escalates things further. And now his wife ends up in cuffs, too. >> Now you got a place to stay tonight. Secure level three on the A side. I'm not fighting y'all. >> Place to stay. >> My leg is broken. I'll >> walk you outside. My leg is broken. >> Stand up. >> I'mma stand up. My leg broken. >> You're not getting broken. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> My leg is broken. >> Stand up. Stand up. My leg. >> My leg is broken. >> Hey man, my pants is falling down the front office. I'm telling you, my leg is broken. >> The lady took my phone and threw it. It was on record. Everybody in here saw that I'm screwing the out of y'all. That was in a queen who did that. >> Not a cop. >> No. No. That's a lie. >> So, you a black man out here doing this? >> Wow. >> You a black man out here doing this? >> Could y'all get off of him? >> Could y'all get off my husband, please? >> My kids is right here. >> I have a disability. Three was popping. You're hurting me. >> David, record. You recording, baby? >> Recording. >> Medical. >> Yeah, I'm I'm I'm suing. My legs up. I'm suing. I have disability. And she she choked me. My neck got it on record. She choked me and she grabbed me and I scraped. I had a disability five, six, seven times. >> Get off me. I need to be out of these head cuz you're hurting my arms. My bones are weak. >> You're hurting me. Their actions toward staff push things further. And as they draw in the crowd, the scene quickly spirals out of control. >> Jake, get the hands off of me. >> Quit pulling back. >> My kids. Give up, baby. Get my kids. >> Quit pulling back. >> Let my kids won't let me get my kids. >> Quit pulling back. >> Could you let me go so I can get my babies? >> Get that. >> I got to get my kids. >> I know. We'll get them. >> I don't want to leave without my children. >> I'm begging you to let me go. >> Let her go. My son over there. >> Stop. >> Y'all got it on record. Thank you. Please text it to me. I have a disability. She strong me. I hope y'all got that on camera. She choked me and I was already in handcuff. This white lady right here. Yes, she did. >> Yes, she did. Y'all had it on camera. Thank you. >> Go to the office. >> I keep asking him to let me go. Require my husband's clothes. record my husband. >> The woman is moved to a holding cell at the airport where a female officer tries to get through to her. >> Okay, we'll get you settled when we get there. >> Yeah. You ready to go? You ready to get sued? You ready to lose your little $50,000 job? >> Huh? >> I need I need I need representation. I don't trust being in the dark room with these people. I don't know what they might do. Ain't no cameras in here. There's cameras everywhere. question. Keep on assuming. >> I don't want to go to this back. Where is this? I don't even know where this is. You said you was taking me to a paramedic. I know the paramedics are coming in here. >> Where's my kids at? >> I'll go get them. Will you quit yelling? >> You're not going to get them though. You're lying. You're probably going to jump on them. >> Keep on assuming. >> You going to jump on my baby? >> That's crazy. >> You a mother. Are you a mother? >> I am. >> Exactly. So, would you be upset? >> Yeah. Somebody told you your money back seat. >> You got to take sit down. >> I cannot sit down. >> Okay, listen. Listen. >> I can't sit down like this. I have to pause. >> Quit yelling at me. I'm spazzing. >> I understand that, but you were just walking calm. I'm trying to help you instead of this silly nonsense going on, but you keep yelling. >> Ma'am, I asked you to not get physical with me like that. I was not touching you. >> You got physical with me and you dragged me cuz y'all were mad that I was recording. >> Okay. Are you going to be done? >> You had a coworker. You had a worker from Spirit grab my phone. >> Okay. I don't know that because I wasn't there. Because you're too busy. >> You didn't just see a lady grab my phone. Y'all lying. >> No, I was too busy dealing with somebody else. So don't tell me I'm So what did you come to me for? >> Because another officer handcuffed you, not me. >> Okay. So what did they need? Three people from me. 411 >> and I'm screaming I got a disability. Why y'all three have to attack me? Three people attacked me. >> Okay. Okay. >> Three. Two men. >> I don't have a regular >> two men attacked me. >> Okay. I'm willing to talk to you when a man shouldn't be touching me >> when you're done yelling and you won't raise your >> You choked me. >> No, I didn't. Now that's lie. >> You grabbed my neck. >> I did not. That is a lie. >> Who grabbed my neck? Somebody grabbed my neck. >> I don't know, but I did not. That's a lie. >> The officers keep trying to talk things through, but aside from accusing them of targeting her, she offers little cooperation. >> Can I go over there with my husband? Can somebody find my phone? Who else did they What else did she steal? A freaking employee stole my phone. >> What kind of phone was it? I know you said >> My hands are numb. You know what? No, I need to document this. I do need to go to the paramedics because >> Okay, so my uncle would say to document and I'm going to document. >> She wants the paramedics now. >> Yeah, I need to get the paramedics. >> I don't know what for, but she wants to know. >> Yeah, my my hands my hands are numb. And I was going to ignore it, but my uncle was this might be a lawsuit. >> What's your complaint now? My I have cerebral quality like I've been screaming. I'm glad this came around because I've been screaming the whole time. >> My whole body. But my wrist and my hands are numb. That's why I asked not to be handcuffed this way because I know that my muscles cannot take it. Now I'm going to be spazzed up for the next two weeks on FMLA instead of working serving my veterans like they serve guys cuz I can't talk. >> This is insane. This is missing out on money that I can use to feed my children. we evaluated. >> Please somebody get my phone and my kids when somebody comes over here and says are they just standing out. >> Did you see how many officers out there? >> You saw all the officers. >> Who knows the worker about to attack my child? >> Okay. >> I can't believe that this Oh, if you guys weren't here, I would have freaking defended myself against her. I am sorry. She snatched my phone. The little Excuse my first snatched my phone. She snatched my phone. My personal belonging. Something I paid for. >> She's not a cop. Why would she do that? >> Cuz they don't like being filmed. I'm going to tell you. >> I wasn't filming her. I was filming the cops jumping on my husband. >> But I'm saying they assume they're going to assume that you're filming them cuz they get called. >> But that's still against the law. You can't snatch somebody's phone cuz she snatched it out of my name. >> No, you can't. But >> the suspect keeps going. But the situation wraps up with her being charged with resisting arrest. >> It is legal to film whatever you want to film. That is not against the law, but it is against the law. She needs to be arrested. She physically attacked me by snatching my phone and it's on camera. Why isn't anybody arresting her? She snatched my personal property. The woman's husband, on the other hand, faced more serious charges, including attempted firstdegree murder of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, battery on an officer, and disorderly conduct. What's your verdict? Let me know in the comments, and I'll see you in the next video. As always, stay safe out there, folks.
