on December 14th 2022 around 2: p.m. officers responded to a domestic dispute at a residence in Georgia upon arriving officers overheard an argument coming from inside the residence Hi man Police Department what's going on can you come out talk to him real quick you okay yeah go in your room and you know who that is yeah your boyfriend okay is he involved in this can you go stop mov it's okay it's okay it's okay it's okay what's going on what happened and it was wrong with me for throwing water water and he that's when I started getting he just here and then and then he open with his fist and then he was in my room he was ding me by the hair and he said he was done with me and I just told him we could cuz he wanted to get all these things that he got me over two years ago he was he was getting the shoes that he bought me and everything I was like okay let's do this later cuz I cuz I have a little sister and he just started getting more more M I called my mom she's on her way does he have any any weapons on him or anything okay um let me um do you need EMS come check you out or anything no you're fine I'm good is anybody else in the house oh yeah uh my baby sister and my sister where they at oh they I told them to go in the room okay did they see anything my my big sister too your big sister yeah I mean she's not big but you want her to come um yeah if you don't mind so hold actually no I'll talk hold on cuz we're still trying to find him he doesn't have any weapons on him or anything does he own any weapons or anything she so who all lives here oh my mom and all of us but he he just came here to see me for a little bit and then it started it just started going violence [ __ ] and I just told him to leave before it gets worse cuz he's supposed to be at school but he got out of school M and then he was going to go to work but he just came I was clean and then he just he just started telling things that oh you're jealous and all this I like jealous or what and he's the type of like he been doing this so many times like he just makes me feel bad about myself and I just had enough of it and I was like just stop stop telling me things and I was cleaning up my dog's water that fell so I grab a little bit of I it he got mad and then he he first and I went in room because of the water or yeah cuz I threw water at him and I was a little bit it wasn't even a lot it wasn't even like a cup it was a little bit and then and then I was like I threw a little bit of water of you I didn't put hands on you and he's like you always put hands on me and everything and like d then we walked away and he was like where's my phone where's my phone where's my keys and I was like I don't know I don't have it started accusing why did you throw water on him because he started making feel bad about myself tell me you're jealous and everything I and I told him cuz the baby was sleeping I was like just stop just stop before we wake her up he kept on going and then I walked away he came up to me and was like where's where's my phone where's my phone where's my keys you hear them you hear them and he started accusing me everything I never took like he was like oh you you stealer and all this I don't know why you take this and I was like I don't have them I don't have them it's okay it's okay all right and then um when you said you don't have them then what happened he just started getting more mad he said I know you have them I know you have and that's why I was on the phone with my mom his mom okay and then when did he I was in the room cuz first he T me by the hair and I was on the floor and I think my sister saw that but then I was trying to F myself and I was trying to defend myself and he got me so he drag your did you see anything can I talk to you real he was like what go back to school like that's a joke and then he got he was like oh yeah I Pi the baby first to sleep and I think that's where it all started because D was like no you didn't and then he got mad so when I went to my room you know why you got mad when I went to my room which is next to hers and our closet we could hear each other so all I hear is her closet doing this and I know was something so I went with the baby just in case she woke up and then I came back and she was like stop stop like he pulled her by her hair you saw that I saw her on the floor and she was crying and then next time I went in her room because I heard like like slapping I went in the room and I saw her grab her hand and she was like stop Bing I and she was like get out get out I told him to get out too I was like get out she already told you to get out you heard her and then he was like and then he was like he was like no I want all my stuff back give me all my stuff back including the shes he bought her and she you could out this was all in her room yes and then it escalated to the kitchen and living room and then after that I was like no you could get it later just get out he was like where's my phone where's my phone he started screaming and when you said when you meant get out you meant like out of the house yes like get out of the house get out of the house I don't know where the I don't know where my phone's at where my ke where's my phone and then and she was like I don't got your phone I don't got your phone then he was like you're hiding it I know you're hiding it and she was and she was like you hit it Jennifer I saw you you hit it and she was on the phone with his dad his dad what do you have his dad's number no she called him off Snapchat okay and then I told him to get out cuz he was waking up the baby M so I told him like get out you know he was like no I want all this stuff back I told him like just get out we can give it to you later just get out he was like no I want all my stuff back then he couldn't find his key you started screaming and he was like Jennifer don't do nothing to you you're the main one who keeps on hitting me and all she do was spill water on him that's when he like no did you see anything physical or you just heard everything I saw it too cuz when I walked in the room she covered her eye and right here cuz that's where I walked away and I called my mom but then I ended the car cuz I was like okay I'm I'm going forgive him from this one you know a little fight and it just started getting worse it's not a little fight if he touched you that's not a little fight how long you'all been together he shouldn't be put together for 2 years we broke off and we tried it again it's been on and off did you see my yard you need when I noticed y'all were outside and I okay she threw one on me twice actually when I told her to stopped she threw one on you twice like first my shirt was off her whole floor is okay and then you said you talk to her mom and she was like no she was on phone with her mom she said she want her mom wanted me to stay to talk that was weird but I stayed but she to talk so okay her mom was telling you on the phone to stay to talk yeah I heard and and I I was okay we're going to talk about this you know to train train out but I guess you know she did that so cuz this one the guy here she didn't call her mom me and her would have Cal stuff down been back to normal but you know mhm it went to this okay and then you saw us out there and then went through the back went through the back yeah okay all right I'm not going to lie I could I could have ran but I'm stupid I thought I was going to check over there man cuz I was going to run down there everywhere y went over there weren y we everywhere man I Y went over there all right give me one second okay does she have injuries yeah she does her hers her cheeks are rosy red from being damn so this is what he said I'm going to go over mine real quick I think mine's a lot shorter than what yours is so he said start arguing about stupid was his exact quote and he she throws water on him and he retaliates by her with his open hand on the side of her cheek and then after she he she then back and then throws a metal box at the back of his head and then they start arguing again and then mom's calling her on the phone after they arguing again for the second time and then she's like trying to get her to stay over trying to get him to stay over here to hang out and talk it out while we get there cuz we were already called and next thing he knew a few moments later we were outside and then he ran out the back door so he he straight up said that the cheek on her left cheek with his open hand just once he didn't say anything else about physical stuff besides her throwing a metal box at the back of his head and then kicking him in the back he does have his knuckle right here is bloody and when I first started when I first located him I saw dried blood on his thing so it wasn't from running it was already there he was saying it could have been from running and try to get away from y'all so I'm going be honest it probably was cuz she's not bleeding at all she's not bleeding at all okay then it could have been he and he didn't know what it was from he was like it could have been from money it could have been from her yeah well sort of kind of like that but there's no box um the water is accurate the accurate and then he accused her of stealing her phone and his keys and then as soon as they got to her room he pulled her to the ground by her hair then the little sister came in said get out get out get out punch the wall on his way out and that's probably how he miss the that's probably how he h his even from what he was saying just cuz someone throws water on you and you arguing you can't escalate the face yeah and on top of that you're taking her to the ground draging her I'm going to give you a ride going to take it out with me okay um this you're going to get like three charges okay obstruction for leaving us for running from us um simple battery for uh the altercation with her so we are going to take them um there's several charges there's a criminal trespass for the door then the battery and running from us and then it was in the presence of Irma so that's four charges right there so um they should be contacting you as far as what goes on from here as far if he gets out of the jail he's supposed to not have contact with you but on the back end I would go to the court and file a temporary protection order okay so that's going to that's going to take away um text talk he can't send somebody else here to send you a message none of that if he does then call us again and then I'll be aggravated stalking so he um that's in place already or we have to go and do it so when he gets once he gets out there's going to be a bond order so the bond order is only good for a certain amount of days the temporary protection order that's going to be good for at least a year okay so I would do that just to double tap and then um you'll be protected from there okay because also she was saying um like every time he gets mad and she will tell him you know that that they wanted she wants to break things off with him he would threaten to post pictures of her um because they've been together and they has M so he's take he took pictures of her and he threatens to post it on social media on social social he me everybody's going to see it so every time he gets mad he tells her that if she leaves him he's going to do that okay I'll put that in the report that shouldn't be a well that should apply with the order and everything because that's if you're entrusted with somebody else's pictures then um that's a charge in itself and if he's already in jail and somebody else post it on his behalf then that could be um bad against him okay and that's um actually I think that's a f need level CL crime the boyfriend was charged with simple battery obstruction cruelty to children and criminal trespass [Music]
