she's so that causes an issue yeah what I'm thinking is we take her down to the jail parking lot and we release her to husband she doesn't want to go to the hospital she's not being chaptered we can't the thing I'm still I'm still going to be referring her up to the attorney's office so I'll send my reports to the attorneys and they're going to look at it and see if there's any criminal charges warranted or not okay that's going to be something that would happen down the road if anything okay so what we're doing is we're going down to the jail parking lot because she can't be here okay she has expressed multiple times you were there that she she needs to be here is what she said she cannot be here okay so what our plan is by releasing her to your custody you will take her home the officer now informs Charlie about what to do next so that that that's I got to be honest I don't want to see her put in jail I don't yep and that that's why and that's why I want you to kind of help she's going to continue going back there just for the community's sake she she's got to go into the okay terara was charged with a misdemeanor for her actions she was taken into custody processed at the station and required to post bail before she could be released ultimately what might have seemed minor at first turned into a serious situation number one when The menaced Neighbor finally gets arrested great neighbors are a true gift but not everyone is so lucky in this case police were dispatched after a second floor resident began tossing objects at her neighbors below Watch What Happens but I'm fine you you needs no my biggest thing is I'm tired of officers coming out here and nothing being done our complex let us all know a year ago they spent a million dollars on these cameras so between these cameras the footage that I have and that she has I'm pressing charges I'm done you don't tell you don't tell any children uh she has the ones of the objects coming down I just videoed call a piece of you got we yell out 56 6453 6453 and then she came out and she went to she was coming down the stairs and she came out throwing something down on HP for her but that's the part I caught when she was throwing stuff down fortunately two other neighbors captured the exact moment the incident happened so she was throwing stuff or her her okay sir shein going she ain't going to answer that she also threw a gate down did that [ __ ] last night too don't where where you live here 109 thank you man this is the stuff that she throw right one of after watching the video the officers have enough proof to confront and question the woman how you doing yeah it's going to be a 48 yeah she she came out was throwing sh down there hit her a couple time yeah was like a almost was that white thing like like a leg from a table no it it's a um you know how you have the umbrella for the for the beach and you have to put the thing the one that I used to scw on the sand okay so I missed and and then I went back and got the gate but I and it kind of fell on top of her but no I Jessica I didn't thr you throw it on her we saw it on the she came in my house officer okay you know what you you should have done you close the door and you call us right the same thing that they did and everybody saying that you the one crazy the One cusing issues the one you know arguing with everybody and fighting with everybody so everybody's pointing at you and we have videos of you throwing those items to to this uh uh lady over here after some time Jessica admits to throwing the object but continues to defend her actions the officers remain firm as the neighbors testimonies and her track record of repeated reports don't work in her favor just was taken back that she could go in there like that I don't I I just feel like very threatened here again the same happened in Venetian they all came out and clapped my my ex-husband I don't know who he is now or was but I just Jessica yes before we have a f officer here have to search you before we go any for them is anything on you no are you sure yeah even if it is a little bit of something that I could be a misso if if I push you back on my car and we find something at the jail here it's going to be a fon it nothing in you no no no no okay I don't have any I'm just trying to give you the opportunity to be honest all
