These folks thought they could get special treatment, but they walked out in handcuffs after officers gave them the reality check they didn't see coming. Here are five cases when super entitled Karens think they can't be arrested. Number five, woman's flight gets delayed and she decides to get arrested. In our first case, several police officers responded to a dispatch call after receiving a report from airline staff claiming that an aggressive woman was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Here's how the whole situation unfolded. >> Flight got delayed. Got delayed traffic control. Ended up going back closer to time. like that. Give me one second. I promise I'll hear your I promise. One. Okay. Okay. Um then she started taking pictures of us. Um we're not going to rep >> videos. Um and then she said, "I am great. Um just not where we're going to have to." >> Okay. So she's not understood. Did you refund? >> No. No refund. Okay. All right. Come talk to him for a second, please. So, tell me your side. >> I'm trying to go back right now. Okay. >> As soon as possible. >> Okay. And the flight got delayed initially. Is that >> 2 hours and 4 hours? And then we came here at the time and then we said blah blah blah. And now we got a new flight. >> Why did you get on a flight though? Okay. A little tipsy. I understand. >> Um, what did you get in an argument with them about? >> I still want to go home. >> Okay. Why did you not get on the flight? Did it already leave? >> They've been rude to me. >> They've been rude? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> You're recording everything, right? So, you can see the video previous. >> I don't have a camera in front of me right now looking at it. That's how I started to talk to. >> That's why I'm asking you your side so I can hear what your point of view is cuz >> right. And I was like, "Hey, excuse me." Blah, blah, blah. Okay. >> Yada yada. >> Can I go? >> They said that you're not flying because you're intoxicated or was it because you got upset? >> You know, neither were. >> Neither. Why did they say you couldn't fly? >> Uh, ask them. >> Okay. I talked to them. I'm asking you what they said. Why they said you couldn't fly? >> You don't remember. After getting the rundown from both the airline staff and the woman, the officer suggests the next best course of action for the woman. However, she gives a shocking proposition. >> No, I'm trying to uh I came here in a rush in a rush. >> Okay. >> I was like, hey, I'm trying to get to New York and they started treating me badly. >> Okay. >> Does it? Well, at this point they said that you're not going to fly with Spirit. They have the authority to do that cuz it is [clears throat] a private >> going to become a homeless woman. >> You can book a flight with a different airline back in the main terminal. I >> have a flight and paid $300. >> I know. And you can >> they got delayed. >> What am I doing? >> Yeah. They said that you're not going to fly with them now because of the interaction that you have with them. >> So you can book >> a different flight. No, >> my opinion doesn't really help either way. So, you're not flying with Spirit. You can book a different airline with another book >> with another flight to New York. >> Pay $400 to fly with them. >> Okay. >> They got delayed twice. >> Yes. >> Trace and then it came in the right time. >> Okay. >> But >> I hear I hear what you're saying >> and I'm telling you now that they're not going to let you fly. So, you can get back on the shuttle and go back to the main terminal >> and you can book with a different airline on the non-secure side. >> But right now, you don't have a ticket. >> You don't have a flight. >> Me and send me somewhere. >> I don't have a reason to do that right now. >> I don't have a reason to do that somewhere. >> I p I paid this 400 people. >> And you're going to pay more money to get out of jail in the morning if you go that route. >> Okay. >> Right now, we don't have a reason to do that. >> No, >> we we don't want to take that route. We want to try to make it as easy as possible. >> We don't want you to go to arrest. >> Okay. >> So, if you can get on the shuttle and go book with a different airline, you do not have to go to jail. >> All we're trying to do is just be civil with you, right? I didn't even get your name. What's What's your name? >> Nothing. Can I walk? >> Yes. Yes, you can. Go ahead. >> That's not the way out. >> Where's the way out? >> My bad. Goodbye. You're good. >> Having an agreement between the officers and the woman, it's safe to [music] say that things are going well. However, it isn't long before the situation takes a turn for the worse. >> I was >> I I walked up to 15 and that was that was my fault. >> Control 20. So, the individual is not able to rebook the spirit. So now we're following her to the ground transportation and she's going to head to the nowhere side to book another flight for Newark. >> Ma'am right here. >> I'm going go tell them if they could just move that bus right now so she doesn't interact with other people. >> Yeah, just take it right now. Okay. >> Yeah. Thank you. Hey, turn that bus. Hold on. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Oh, you want to help me? Huh? >> No. No. Listen. >> What is the rule? >> What the is you doing? >> Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. >> No, I can't. >> They told me. told me my flag. >> Come here. Just stand up. Stand up. I don't play those games. >> I'll throw this stuff at my officers. Do you understand? >> That's interesting. >> My is right there. >> That's not alcohol. >> They're not yell at me. >> All right, let's walk right now. Let's walk. [clears throat] >> Oh, yeah. She started screaming through a phone at him, so I'm not putting up with that. >> The woman causes a scene by screaming and throwing a phone at an officer, but the authorities decide that they will not tolerate such disrespect. There you go. Take deep breaths. Take deep breaths. He's knocking. >> Okay. Another way. Is he recording it? So I didn't have >> I didn't have yoga. >> Yeah. She started screaming when she got on the bus and he sat down to like talk to her to calm her down. She threw a stone at him and I was like, "No. It doesn't matter. No, I don't care. >> We'll just go to straight booking. >> We'll go second half a booking. >> All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's been a pleasure. What the going on? With a woman now in handcuffs and inside the police cruiser, she starts to lose all forms of composure in front of the officer. Hey, just relax. Just relax. Yeah. Just relax. Breathe. Okay. Breathe through. In through your nose, out through your mouth. Relax. In through your nose, out through your mouth. Okay. Just remain calm. Hotel 11. >> In through your nose, out through your mouth slowly. >> What? >> I can't control myself. I can't control myself. >> You can control yourself. You're okay. >> Mhm. >> Just breathe. Okay. Just focus on breathing. I got an email that my flight got delayed on 2 hours and 4 hours and then it came that my flight supposed to came through and then they said it's not the right time and then I said what the because my email said and they said what the is your email said I'm sure they have video right there and we can pull up the I'm going to pray the Lord. I swear to God, I'm going to pull up that video. [laughter] Very nice girl. >> That's what black woman. Okay, I'm being racist. Okay, I'm being angry right now. I'm I'm going to hurt a lawyer. This is not all right. This is not all right. >> With the officer's empathetic response to the woman, they managed to have a calm conversation. Unfortunately, the woman still does not recognize the weight of her mistakes. >> A lot in my life. A lot since I've been like 6 years old. This is not all right. I might be a little under over emotions. I am tit blackfaced. I never had that. First time. First time. Adventures. >> I'm going to remember that and have fun. I'm sure this is not fun right now. >> What did you come to Nashville for? >> Not fun right now. [panting] >> What did you come to Nashville for? >> [laughter] >> Metallica concert. Uh, >> what concert? >> So much fun yesterday. >> What concert? >> Metallica concert. >> Oh, that's awesome. >> That was awesome. >> I bet it was. [laughter] >> Did you come? >> Did you come by yourself or do you lose your fence? [laughter] >> Got to take a picture for all my reports. Don't you? >> Yeah, but I'm going to take a picture. >> That was great. >> Which uh are you from? Where you from? And you're national origin. >> Harry is going to have the videotape, right? Of everything. What happened? A drama queen. Yes, it's my old lady. Her husband when it's done. >> We'll we'll have it at the airport. will have it. >> They cool you. >> Yeah. Yeah. The the airport will have footage of everything and we will also have footage of how how you're behaving. >> But I'm telling you now, it's very convincing that what you did is what made us put you here >> or is what led led you to be here. But absolutely. >> Well, it's not just that. >> I didn't react. Okay. >> But but but you realize you threw a phone at us, right? >> What? >> When when I came inside when I came inside the bus, you threw objects at me. >> Yeah. >> And right now Yeah. >> Yeah. Just stand up. You're going to take care of you in here. >> In the end, the woman was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest. Number four, woman causes trouble after her first day out of prison. On March 17th, 2025, a police officer responded to reports of a woman causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, the woman in question immediately admitted that she caused a commotion because other people were treating her badly and giving her a hard time. Here's how the officer handled the situation. >> Why? I broke the window. >> Where? And I tried to call you. The white guy said he called you, but I was tired of these people, man. So why are you doing dumb? Cuz I don't People treat me wrong. I was just in prison. They didn't give me no release papers or nothing. L She's crazy. >> Do you have a PO? >> Yeah, I I went down there today. I I had her number in my pocket, but she didn't answer. >> Okay. Well, she's probably busy. >> I broke a window, so I guess I got to go to jail. >> I mean, we're probably not going to send you to jail for that. >> I have to go. >> You don't have to go. >> I do. >> Why? >> I spit on the I spit on the bus, people. >> Yeah. Why are you doing this? >> You take me to jail, please. >> Why? Why do you want to go to jail? >> All they have to do. >> I'm asking. Why do you want to go to jail? >> They know me. >> Okay, that's fine. They know you, but that's not an answer. Why do you want to go to jail? >> Well, I'm trying to marry them. >> Why do you want to go back to prison? >> Because when I was in this what happened, right? >> Yeah. When I was a man, I signed I signed releases for Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Toledo, and uh Cleveland. No, I didn't want to go to Cleveland. I signed release. I signed releases >> and they sent you here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> They they lied and said that they didn't accept me, but they but they never put the paperwork through. >> Who didn't accept you? >> The people working the people working at the um jail. I signed releases for them. I signed it in pencil and they never they never g they lied and said that they didn't accept me, but they did. They sent me down here. >> Okay. So, you're mad you're here, >> huh? >> You're mad you're in there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's no reason to want to go. >> Well, I mean, that's something you got to work out with your probation officer about moving. >> You can give me somewhere. >> Where do you want to go? >> South the whole cafe church. >> Okay. >> I got no family or nothing. Fortunately for the suspect, the officer is willing to hear her out and understand her situation. >> Yeah, I found this 43. Do we have anybody call in about their car window getting broken out? >> I don't believe so. >> They didn't call them. >> They're going to hurt me already in there. Who's going to hurt me? >> Just open your bag up. Let me look at it. Can you move your stuff around? >> Yeah. Yeah. Have a mask. I just want to make sure you don't have nothing in there that'll hurt me. >> No, I got my medication. >> Now, the officer decides to lend her a helping hand, but the woman seems skeptical of the whole thing. >> Hello. >> Thank you. >> Is that sound? >> Yes. Let me see. You get in. You want to get in? Do you want to ride or not? They call They called you for me. That's another officer that was coming to the call was asking if you have a seat. >> You want to wind down so I can compete a little bit? >> What's that? You want down? Yeah, I will once you get in. >> I get in, right? >> Yeah, you got to get in. >> Who you taking me to? >> You said you wanted to go to the Hope Cafe. >> Oh, yeah. But how do I know to go if they're going to take me or not? >> All right. >> So, we're not going to play this game. Okay. >> What do you want me to do? What? What do you What's your plan for today? >> Do you want to go to the hospital? No, I ain't I don't got AIDS or nothing. >> I didn't say you had AIDS. >> I just catch a bus. >> But are you going to cause issues on the bus? >> No, I'm cool, man. I'm I might just get out of here. Let's go. >> So, you don't want to ride? >> No, I'll be all right. >> Listen, don't cause any more. >> I won't. >> All right. >> All right. >> You want to go to summer county jail? Yeah. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. >> Appreciate you helping me. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> My It's good thing I'm going here cuz cuz I got to I uh I haven't had my meds in a couple days. I had nowhere to go. >> Yeah, I got you. Go ahead and have a seat and we'll get you all squared away. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Yep. While she's sitting in the back of the police cruiser, the officer asks her a couple of questions. Their conversation reveals a lot of concerning factors regarding the woman's current state of mind. [snorts] >> Thank you so much. >> Can I go in there now? I got to check with the unit in the back that car. >> Yeah. You in my bag, right? >> Yeah, it's up. >> Okay. Thank you. [snorts] >> Why you want to go to Sun County? >> Cuz cuz I was in um Mary'sville and they um I signed releases for other cities to go to and they told me that they denied me, but they never sent it through and they sent me back to Ara with nowhere to go. It's sad, ain't it? Ain't that sad, [snorts] >> man? About that car. I got to read you something real quick. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> You have the right to remain silent. You understand that? >> Yes, sir. >> Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You understand that? >> Yes. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer, have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. You understand that? >> Yes. >> If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You understand that? >> Yes. >> You get to decide at any time to exercise these rights, not answer any questions or make any statements. You understand that? >> Yes. >> All right. Having those in mind, what I I know you said you you busted the window, but why? >> I'm hurt by how people treat me. >> Was that someone Is that someone you know, or is that just taking your anger out? >> Yeah, >> I got you. What did you break it with? >> The rock. >> Oh, okay. Is it still in the car or something? >> Yeah, >> I got you. So, you're just upset you didn't have like any um any issue with this person that you know? >> No. >> Was that the only car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Let me check with him real quick. You want that window down? >> Okay. The officer delivers unfortunate news to the woman about what's coming next. And surprisingly, she's taking the bad news. Well, >> all right. With this, Sonica, we're getting you a ride. Just got to get your paperwork and everything together. Um >> I know we haven't did it yet. I know you got to go in cuffs, get transported down there and everything. >> Yeah, >> you've been cool. We're not trying, you know, it's just we have to put you in when we transport you or, you know, before we transport you. But, >> you know, right now you're uh >> I'm not trying to make you any more uncomfortable. We'll wait until you have to go. Okay. Oh, wow. It was my It was my um That's why. Ooh. No. Hey. Hey. Come here. Come here. Hey. Hey. H. >> The officers finally reveal the victim's heavily damaged vehicle. [music] With that and her other misdeeds, the officers decide to take the unexpectedly nonchalant woman away. Dear Lord Jesus, I'm sorry for bringing the devil like I did. I pray you don't send me to the hospital, Lord God, because I only want respect. 7. >> That's crazy as77 for you. >> We need cuffs. >> All right. Come on. Take this off. >> Thank you. No weapons, nothing on you. No. >> You know we got to put you in these, right? >> Yeah, it's fine. >> All right. Go ahead and turn around for me. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> You come around my um put put it over my >> Sure. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Yep. No problem. >> Turn your hand like that. Okay. >> Okay. All right, ma'am. >> Go with this. >> This way, please. >> Thank you. >> Hey, watch your head and watch your step. >> Okay. Step in here. >> Careful. Perfect. >> Are you sure? >> Yeah. Perfect. Cool. >> Thank you. >> Fantastic. Now transferred to another vehicle and on their way to prison, the woman pleads her case to the officer. Unaware of how disconnected she sounds with the reality of her situation. >> Hey, are you taking me to jail? Officer. >> Hello. Hey, man. God tired as man. >> There. >> I'm here. What can I help you with? I can't hear you from the front. I have to pull over in order for you to talk to me. What can I help you with? >> Thanks for help checking on me. I just want to make sure I get there. I don't want I don't want nobody hurt hurting me because I haven't did anything wrong. Just how people treat me and I'm tired of cuz I was a man. They couldn't stand. >> Okay. What did you want me for? Well, [ __ ] Okay, stop. It's 5 minutes to the county. >> Hang tight. My goodness. Okay. >> Ultimately, the woman was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and criminal damage. The unfortunate fact of all this is that she not only threw a massive rock at a stranger's car, but she also threw away her chance for a fresh start. Number three, woman's behavior pushes officers to their limit. For our next case, officers responded to a call of possible domestic battery and things were immediately off to a rocky start. You want to talk? >> Yeah. >> How you doing? Can I come in there? Talk to you. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Step outside then. >> Yeah. Okay, that's fine. >> Are you guys serious? Step outside. Let's talk. Tell me what's going on. Just don't have a body camera on. It's recording and everything. >> I don't really care. >> What's going on? >> Me and him were wrestling. >> Okay. >> Is that okay? >> Why are we wrestling? >> For fun. >> For fun. >> Correct. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You guys arguing? Well, not really. I mean, were you >> Have you never like watched UFC fighting and like wanted to do like a No, >> not to the extent to where we're getting called in. >> Okay. Well, then >> are you guys like arguing about something? I said, "Let's play the seas fight." >> Okay. Is that's what he's going to say? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. You look like you've been hit a couple times in the face. >> No. >> No. >> Look like you got bruises. >> No, I don't. >> Your hands all red? >> No. >> Okay. We have some alcohol beverages tonight. >> No. >> Don't lie to me. >> I don't need your ear while you're here. >> We're here to see what's going on. >> I'll show you what's going on. >> Okay. Hang on. We're trying to go in. >> No, we're staying out here. >> No, we're not. We're going into my apartment. >> Do not put your hands on me. >> Step back out. >> I better touch you. >> Make sure this is back over here. >> I touched you. >> Step back over here. >> I did not touch you. >> Stand over. You didn't say you did. >> No, she just said I touched her. >> Stand over here. >> I will. But really, >> I need you to calm down for >> I need you to now say I touched her. >> You just did again. >> Really? >> Yes. Are you guys going to stay here? >> Take a step back. >> Talk to her. >> Really? >> Listen, we just >> don't say that. You're psycho. Do not say I touched you. I'm going into my apartment. >> Correct. >> The woman is openly defiant to the responding officer and starts to have an aggressive body language towards the officer. With that, another officer swoops in to try to smooth things over. >> Am I going into my apartment? I tried to talk to you in the apartment here and talk. >> Well, we can go to the apartment. Don't say I touched you. >> Calm down. Take >> Just Just breathe. >> No. No. No. Can't touch me. Hey, we'll get all this figured out. All right. >> Okay. I didn't I want to go into my apartment. He said I touched her. I didn't touch her. Don't say that. >> Okay. Let's get this figured out. >> So, can I go? >> No. No. You cannot yet figure. >> Hey, we'll get everything figured out. We just got to get >> But don't tell me I touched her. I didn't touch her. >> Okay. So, take a deep breath. >> Okay. >> Cool. >> Well, now we stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're not cool because you just start yelling. Just take the deep breaths. Stop. We get all this figured out. Okay. This your first set of cops being here? >> Yes. >> Yeah. Ever? Your first time ever cops? >> No. >> Okay. We haven't This isn't our first time either. So, we got to figure out. >> And you're not Derek, are you? >> We've all been through this before. >> You're not Derek, are you? >> Derek who? Derek, stop call Derek. >> Okay, why not? >> He's been here. >> I'm gonna call Derek. Okay, >> call Derek. >> We'll get all this figured out. >> All right, call Derek. >> Did you already get her? >> No, I did not. >> Are you guys? >> Yeah. No, we are. >> Then I'm going inside. >> No, you're not. Not yet. >> You No. >> No. >> Do you're not going to tell me what I'm going to do. >> You are going to get in legal trouble for no reason. Honestly, >> you're going to tell me what the to do. >> I am until we figure this out. That's >> I'm going into my apartment right now. We're not right now. We're sitting here and figure out what's going on. >> We got to figure out what's going on in his hand. >> If you tell us what's going on, the sooner we can get you back into your apartment. >> Good. What do you want to know? >> So, Derek, >> can I Hey, can I get your basic information real quick? Can we do that? >> No. Can I get your basic information? >> Yeah. Becket badge number 515. >> Perfect. >> What is your first name? >> No matter the attempts the officers make, the woman keeps on with her aggressive attitude. But the officers quickly remind her that every person's patience has its limits. back up please cuz I want to go to my apartment. You cannot for I >> I can keep you guys at this point. I promise you I've been in the law for State Farm >> and I've been doing I've been I've been doing this 15 years. >> What we're going to do is we're going to No, no, no. You cannot hold me against >> We We can Hey, N. >> We can talk all day long. We can absolutely detain you until we figure out what's going You're going to get in legal trouble. Why are you getting in trouble right now? You're not detaining me. >> If you keep trying to go in there, we are going to detain you. >> I don't give a >> You are not detaining me >> for me. >> Back up. >> Really? Really? >> Seriously, why are you doing this? Stop. Stop resisting. >> Why are you okay? Yo, would you >> really That's what I'm saying. I didn't >> I haven't done nothing. I'm literally I am calm. You put your hands on me. >> Oh my god. You're >> I put my hands on you because I touched you to get in my door. >> The officers allow the woman to stay outside due to concerns for her well-being. But this courteous act from the police officers isn't enough to settle the woman's attitude. I didn't know that. You I've literally >> You have got to quit moving. >> I literally quit moving. >> I put my hands on you because I want it in my door. Sit down. Put your hands. >> So I I literally touched >> Sit down. Sit down. >> I barely touched. >> You're being >> Why are you saying that? >> All right. >> I barely touched. >> It's all on body camera. >> I barely touched you. >> I swear to God. >> Enough. DO I HAVE TO ARREST PEOPLE FOR THAT? >> You can't go somewhere. >> All the way. >> But just so you don't get ran over by this car again. >> Get these. Can you get these off? >> No, we're not taking the cuffs off. >> I already let you out of the car, which is way more than I need to. And that's cuz you were just hyperventilating. So, we're going to have medical check out and then then we're going to jail. >> Perfect. >> For what? For what? >> Here's >> Tell me about what I'm going >> This is why we can have a conversation between the two of us cuz every time >> Stop. Every time you ask me something, you start yelling like this. >> I don't know. Okay. >> I want to know why I'm going to jail. >> You were going to jail for aggravated battery of a police officer? >> Yeah. >> Who did I >> uh Debbie Frost there? Remy >> because what? Because I touched her. Wait a minute. Because her hands on the hand. That's fine. Let's go. Let go. >> Lawyer. >> Okay. Please don't ask me in 2 minutes why you're being arrested again. >> Lawyer. Okay. >> Touch you because I grabbed my door on my apartment. Let go. Let's go. >> Still want the ambulance. >> Ready? >> Ambulance and a lawyer. >> Okay. You want the ambulance? Okay. >> Both. the lawyer tomorrow. >> Yeah. >> And we'll see my I That's my door of my apartment. I didn't touch you. Lego lawyer. >> Well, at that point when we're here, you don't have the right to reach for it. >> I have Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't know my rights. >> The woman keeps on provoking the police officers and [music] tensions go higher. Her behavior towards the officers only turns worse from here. >> Really? I didn't know I didn't couldn't reach for my apartment that I pay for. >> Not when there's a deputy standing. >> Oh, is that the right go? Lawyer. >> Lawyer. >> I'm not asking any question. >> Lawyer. >> Fine. >> Real quicker. >> Real quick. Yeah, that's what people normally do when they ask for an attorney. Everybody just quiet. So, we're all going to be quiet now. >> You ask for an attorney. Let's everybody be quiet. >> Lawyer. >> Lawyer. >> We got attorney. >> I'll be out tomorrow. >> Oh, no. You asked for a lawyer. YOU CAN'T TELL ME. I BET you a million dollars I will be. >> Okay. >> Touch you. Yeah, I do. >> Okay. >> Have paid attorney. You don't know who the am. >> Tipman, look it up. >> Look it up. >> We know who you are. >> Oh, you think See, stop. See, >> you better calm down. >> Just enough of that. >> Just enough about enough of that. Kick me. >> No, I'm not. Get me up. Get Don't touch. You're sitting down. So why? Cuz you just acted like you were going to kick me. >> NO, I'M NOT. I'M getting up. Are you guys >> are we >> It's all on body camera. Okay. >> Do you have anything on you? >> You have anything on you that we should be worried about right now? Honesty goes a long way with me. The officer questions the woman further as the other officer checks the vehicle. >> Is there anything in the vehicle that I should know about before I show you? >> No. >> This your medical step back. >> Yeah. >> Y say there's something in the car just let us know cuz we can work with that. You ever been arrested before or something like that? I mean, I'm guess I'm guessing for DUI, right? So here's the um pat you down. We're going to use the car as our leverage. So your arms just face it. Don't lean on it. Just face the car. You're going to spread your feet. Spread a little bit wider. Spread a little bit more. Thank you. Do you have any Do you have any needles, anything on you that I need to know about? No. >> Are you sure? >> Yes. Okay. You have on two bras. A sports bra and a bra. No. >> Is that how the bra is made? Yes. >> Okay. You can put your hands up. >> Just a question that you know. >> As the female officer conducts her search on the woman. She discovers something that immediately raises a red flag. >> So that's You have on Hold on. You have on two bras or >> No, my bra is missing. >> No, no, no. Don't Don't remove from this from the stands. Listen. Okay. When I ask a question, you just answer. Okay. Um I know it's like being human, we want to touch it or, you know, show what I'm what you're trying to say, but just verbally tell me. Okay. >> Yes. I mean, when I don't I It's a It's a bra. >> It's a bra. >> Yes. >> Okay. It just feels like two bras. >> It's not. >> Okay. Maybe it's just how it doesn't feel like that. >> Okay. Okay, let me give a stretch just one more time. You got to stand with your feet. Spread it. Now, I don't want to I don't want to come off being like I'm being a jerk, okay? But if you move your feet one more time while I'm searching you, I'm going to split you. Okay? So, split me. I'm going to take your your foot and I'm going to yank it up because you keep moving from where I'm searching you from. Okay? >> So, you keep moving though. >> You keep moving your feet together. See, that's what you're doing. >> But I understand that. But man, listen. >> I'm not doing anything but allowing you to search me. >> You're not allowing me to search you cuz you're not staying in the stands. I'm not even done. I can't clip me. >> I'm not. No, it's called like, "Ma'am, I have to have control of your search." So that means you have to stay and I'm standing like this. >> Stay like that. You keep moving your foot. >> I'm not moving. >> You have your your other foot there. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Don't lean on the car. >> I'm not leaning on the car, officer. >> The woman continues to interrupt with a body search, giving off strong signals to the officers that she is definitely trying to hide something. >> I just don't want y'all searching. >> No, we can't. Don't move. I'm not even trying. I'm not doing anything. Every time I'm reaching for the front of your bra, I am allowing you I'm allowing you to do something. >> I have I have been searching my whole I have been searching for over >> I understand that but I'm not doing anything. I'm not resisting or anything. >> See what's going to happen if you keep moving. I'm going to take it to jail and if you got something on you, you're going to get charged with it. That simple. >> Because if you go to jail and you go through a scam, >> I'd rather go to jail. >> Go to jail. I'll go to jail. >> It's going No. Well, I'm telling you, if you go there and they find something on a scanner, it's going to be it's going to be introduction to >> jail then. >> You know what I'm saying? But I'm going to search you before you get in anybody's car. >> I'll go to jail. Ma'am, >> I'll just go to jail. >> I don't want Ma'am. >> Ma'am, you have to stop. No, >> it's not you. I'm not anything. Ma'am, you have to >> anything. I'm not doing anything. >> You keep resisting. You keep resisting. >> I'm not. >> I don't understand why you keep bringing your feet together. >> I want to know why you doing me like this. I haven't even anything. >> Let her search you. >> No, I don't want nobody searching me anymore. >> That is not your >> That's not your choice. >> So, you're either going to let officer stuff search you or you're going to go to jail for resisting. No more me. I'm not doing anything. >> What are you doing? >> What is she doing? >> I don't know what she's doing. She's holding my hand. What a sweet. >> The officers continue to proceed with their pat down, but the woman does not plan on going down without a bite. >> Ma'am, >> relax. Relax. >> Ma'am, what are you doing? Because >> Hey, stand back up. Stand up. Stand back up. Stand back up. >> I don't >> stand back up. >> Let me go. >> No, we're not letting you go. Stand back up. I think she's happy though. >> She's just grabbing stuff. >> No. >> Hey, >> okay. You going to fight me? >> No, I'm not fighting. Stand up. >> I'm not stand. >> Don't grab my hand. >> You're trying to grab something out of here. >> Are you You have something in your cool box or something? Because what are you trying to grab? >> I'm not trying to grab anything. >> I don't have anything. >> So, what are you doing? Because nobody's doing anything to you. You're bending your body. You're moving around. What are you doing? >> Because I don't want to go through this. I don't want to have to go through this for no apparent reason. >> Well, you're making yourself >> You're making it worse. >> So, just let her search and if if everything's good, then he's good to go. But just let her search you. >> Nobody's going to let me go nowhere. Nobody ain't going to let me go. Nobody's going to let me go. >> All right. So listen, >> I am Listen, man. I just don't want to be >> What are you doing right now? >> Nothing. I just don't want to be >> Why do you keep covering yourself? >> I'm not covering myself. I just don't want to have to go through this officer. That's it. I haven't even I haven't did not one single thing to go through this. >> That's why I don't want to go through it. I have not did anything and she's still here trying to search me for no reason. >> You know, you understand that when you go to the jail and they find something, it's another charge. >> I haven't even did anything. Officer, >> you understand that? You're resisting right now. >> So, you can go to jail right now. Yes, you are. You're tensing your body up. You're not letting her complete her search. >> What? Officer, I haven't even did anything. I have no idea what they hold. >> With enough attempts and methods tried, the police officers try a more forceful approach so that [music] the woman finally reveals what she's hiding. >> You're hurting me. Please, please, officer. Please, please, officer. Please resist. >> Please officer, please. Please, >> cuz I don't understand. >> Please, officer, can you let me go? >> Please officer. That's too bad. >> Please, please, officer. Please, please, please, officer. Please, please, officer. Who's >> please please officer please? >> Please, please. This is hurting me bad. Please, officer. >> You finished coaching her? >> I never finished. She won't let me finish. >> Please, officer. Please. Please. >> Please. Officer. >> She keeps putting her hand in the front. >> It's hurting me. That's >> Put your hands No, put your hands in the back. >> Leave your hands in the back, >> officer. They hurting me. >> No, put your hands in the back. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. I'm >> put you in the car. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind. Officer. Officer. Please. Please. Officer. Please. Officer. Please. Officer. Please. Please. >> She's not letting me search the other. Please. No, I'm not. Are you? No, I'm not. Please. Please. Please, please, please, please, please, please. No, no, no, no, no, no. LET ME GO. NO. >> Put your feet in. >> As their efforts produce no results, the police officers decide to take the woman down to the station. From here, another officer discovers what the woman was really hiding from them. >> This is crazy. >> If it's something going to be in the back of your car, it's probably because she probably has something on her >> cuz she's not letting me search her. You got to behave. >> Yes. >> So that's what you had on you. >> What? >> What was it? >> Nothing. >> So it's just piece that I had up underneath my thigh. >> Why? >> Because piece I was going to put the little piece of I had rolled. I was going to put it nothing in there. I was saving. Only reason why I was saving. Only reason why I was saving cuz I put the that I had in my purse. Put it in there. So, I'm going to ask you some questions. I'm going to read your rights cuz I want to give you the opportunity. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? The police officer gives the woman a final chance to give her side of the story and to come clean. >> Has anyone threatened you or promised you anything to get you to talk to me? >> Nah, you just slammed me on my leg for no reason. >> I mean, >> so first of all, what happened right there? Why you were just moving for just a search for for just >> Cuz I didn't want y'all to search me. I mean, I hope I already been. >> So, let this what's going to happen? I'm giving you the chance right now cuz as soon we close that doors and they find something on you, you're going to get charged with whatever they find plus intrinsic jail. >> I don't have anything. >> You don't have anything on you? >> Okay. So, you did all that for nothing? Literally, >> I didn't think y'all was going to let me cuz once you put me in there, I'm >> We told you you're detained. The officer even told you as soon they come in, they come out. >> Yeah. I ever said you're under arrest. >> Were you Were you sitting down in the back of the patrol car? >> No. Okay. So, >> I know this is hard. >> So, you just got to you just got to charge literally for nothing. I I never seen that before, honestly. And now it's too late. Put your feet in. The night ends with a woman being charged with resisting arrest and possession of illicit substances. She also received a warning for littering on a public roadway. Number one, entitled woman acts like a toddler and gets an unexpected reality check. For our final case, officers responded to a battery call at an indoor playground. Here's what happened when officers confronted one of the individuals involved in the incident. as soon as they're back here. >> Charges against her. >> All right, come on out here. Let's go out here. Come on out here. >> No one's leaving yet. You're both staying here. What happened? >> She attacked me. I was I was hugging the baby cuz the baby follow me and that's all. Okay. And she's threatening me about the baby and all of a sudden she just attacks me. >> Who does? What was they going to do to the little baby? There's hundreds of people here. >> Okay. Who? >> Hundreds of witnesses here. >> Who's the other person involved? >> What was they going to do to a baby? >> Who's the other person involved? >> Oh, she's right there. See my bag. >> Your bag's coming. Your bag's coming. >> All right. Do me a favor. What's your name, miss? >> Let me show you my ID and you'll be able to see who I am. >> Okay. >> Okay. Cuz there's like I need to report identity stuff, too. Maybe she's one of the ones that is doing the identity theft on me. You could jot it down who the heck she is. >> What's a good phone number? >> She's pretending to be me. >> What's a good photo? >> Take care of fingerprints, too. >> Okay. So, I'm going to press stretches cuz I think she's she's pretending to be me. >> Mhm. >> Calm down. >> And I have other other calm down. >> Okay, good. >> I already told officer that you >> he has to be one of the ones that is pretending. >> Officer knows you can get a little excited. >> No, no, no. bring me my best I can show him who I am. >> The officer tries to get a recap of the incident from the woman while the woman strongly passes the blame to the other party involved. She even goes and throws in a huge accusation. >> And you could you could take me to my house, see where I live, everything. See where my business was for 30 years. I can give you a list of my customer. Everything starts identity theft on me. He knows >> he's pretending to be me. >> Start from the beginning of what happened. >> That's why she got all insulted cuz she thought I caught her. >> Okay. Start from the beginning. What happened here today? >> Okay. I was with the baby. I was hiding this baby. No, her baby right there. Okay. >> Okay. >> And then I'll put her down and then she comes and starts threatening me. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> And then she just all of a sudden attacks me. >> Okay. How did she attack you? >> She just put me on the floor. >> Okay. Okay. >> What? >> So once I saw she attacked me, I grabbed her hair and well that's an extension she's got on. Okay. So she's a man. Okay. Attacking me. I am a girl. So obviously she was going to beat me. Like if you try to beat me, you're a man. You have the strength of a man, right? >> Okay. >> Okay then. >> And we were on the floor. Well, I was on the floor. Okay. because she is one of the probably the three people that is using my identity. So that's why she got all insulted because she probably thought I figured her out. >> Okay. There's no other reason for her to attack me like that. >> Mhm. >> All right. Stress charges identity theft on her. >> Okay. So you're you went up to her child, you hugged her child, >> you both got into an argument and you ended up on the floor, >> right? And then you guys she's using my identity. She thought that I caught on. >> How did she get you to the floor? What exactly did you >> She grabbed my hair. >> Grabbed your hair. >> So then I grabbed her hair and she kicked me or something to my face. To my mouth. >> You should have the video and I want a copy of the video too. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Cuz I'm pressing charges. >> Where did all this happen at? >> Right now. Right there. Right in the middle. Right there. >> Yeah. Let's go out >> by the gaming machine. >> The woman continues pushing her identity theft narrative, even pushing the blame to the establishment. After doing so, she gives a detailed recap of what led to the other party to allegedly attack her. >> I was getting the pizza when I saw them. >> So, you didn't see anyone? >> Yeah. >> I was getting the pizza and I saw them like just >> and a security officer was like in between. Just go >> using mine. >> Okay. Why else would you do that? >> Okay. I wasn't calm down in a bad way. >> Just calm down. Calm down. >> There's hundreds of witnesses here. >> What was I going to do for baby? But she's using my identity. >> Just stop. >> Okay. >> That's the only reason I can see you attack me. >> Okay. Do you need any medical attention? No, I want to press charges. She's using my identity. >> Okay. >> All right. We'll talk with her. Is that your side of your story? It's possible. >> I just want you to know something. >> No. No. I just want you to know the >> security guard should have been protecting me. >> Suing companies and stuff. That's like a Monday thing. >> That is something beyond. >> Okay. Then I press charges. I've done any theft. >> I needed I went to the police. Let me finish talking. >> Hold on. on um Blue Island. They just ignored me. >> Okay. >> So, I got one of the ones that's using my identity. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> I got to run a name. Can you just stick with >> Let me ask you this. What was the main reason you went up to the to the kiddo and hugged her >> cuz they was trying to play. Oh, they I don't have a card cuz he didn't give me a card. One thing he was like, so I don't really do that. So, I bring literature whatever to read. So, she was trying to put it in. So I was helping her like swipe it and then hitting the little thing. That's all. So like to say goodbye, I just grabbed her and helped her. That's it. >> But that's when she attacked me. So >> you were helping you're helping kiddo play a game. >> Yeah, cuz she had the card that she couldn't put it in. >> Okay. Then you hugged her. That's when mom came over and >> Yeah, she did fine. Yeah. >> Okay. Thank you. >> The police officer meets with his fellow officers to compare the statements of the two parties. the staff of the indoor playground steps in to give their statement. >> Okay. She's saying that uh she was helping the kid play a game. She the kid was cute. Gave her a hug. That's when mom came over and started the whole issue because she was hugging her kid. The kids walking away. You see the kid walk. You see her just walk right up and just pick the kid up like it's mom walks up. You can see like right now she's good on you, man. >> Do you want to sign a complaint for battery? >> I mean, it's up to you. You tell me, man. trust fast on as well. I'll talk to the owner on that. Can you guys grab her, scoop her up, bring her into the station, get it going? >> So, right now, probably a battery and disorderly, I think. >> Okay. All right. Yeah, we'll grab her and then uh get I'll be right there. It's going to be one of one disorderly. Wait till the kids start moving out of the way. >> It's okay, miss. Here, >> let me let me show you another proof of my identity. >> All right, come on with us. Let me come on outside. Okay. >> Okay. At least I have it. Hold on. >> We already have your identity. Okay. >> You can see I'm the real Lord. Okay. >> Cuz I don't know how many are around using my identity. >> We're going to come on outside. Okay. >> All right. Let's go then. >> Like said, you can just leave this here. Your brother's going to take care of it. Okay. >> I don't trust anybody with my stuff. >> Thank you. >> You don't not even trust your brother? >> No one. All right. >> Over by this uh squad car over here, miss. This way, miss. This way, miss. What's going >> Oh, over this way. >> With all of the information that they gathered, the officers now have a clear picture of the matter at hand. It's time to act. Okay. >> Go ahead and take your bag down. Okay. >> Uh, >> you're being placed under arrest. Do me a favor. You just got to take your bags off. Okay. >> Why am I being placed under No. No. Officer, let me give this to my brother then. Let me give this to my brother. >> No. No. No. I'm going to No. Why are you putting me under arrest? I didn't attack her. I didn't attack her. I did not attack her. I did not attack No, I didn't attack her. >> I did not attack her. She attacked me. What are the rules here in Oaklan that when you get attacked and you the self-defense? You're not arresting me. You are not arresting me. >> You are under arrest. Now, if you if you continue to do this, we're going to charge you with resisting. I'm going to call >> you call. >> Yeah, I'll call him I'll call his godfather to go get me out of jail. >> Okay. >> The woman's now in cuffs and on her way to jail, [music] but that does not scare her off. Instead, the woman decides to remain aggressive and stubborn until the end. Is this what Oakland does? >> Is this the discrimination? >> Okay. >> We will hear from you in Washington DC. >> Okay. Okay. Because Oakan is discriminated against. They're trying to wrest. All you got to do is just be quiet. >> Okay. They're not they're not going to discriminate against me like this. Okay.
