Most employees stay calm, but sometimes enough is enough. These workers weren't about to let rude customers walk all over them. Here are five cases when employees fight back against rude customers. Number five, everyone inside the restaurant was done with this woman. Our first case takes us to a local bar where staff called for help after an intoxicated customer allegedly assaulted the manager and refused to leave. Here's what happened when officer showed up. >> The one in front of the cigar bar. >> Yep. >> You okay? What's going on? >> Uh she tried driving, leaving my bar and then she put her hands on my manager and my manager told me to call. >> Okay. and dispatch asked me to call. >> Before stepping inside, the officer briefs his colleague on what led to the call and why they're likely taking someone in tonight. >> So that's a that's a a dive bar, right? Okay. All right. So he's saying that female was sick too. Okay. She tries to she tried to get drinks, correct? Or something. >> She was trying to leave. She was trying to leave out of there and drive. >> Okay. So she tried to get into the car. manager comes over and was like, "You're not Yeah, you're not driving. You're not driving." Uh tries to prevent her from >> driving. I'll get you an Uber. And then he's saying that he was pushed. >> Yeah, she pushed him and that's when he told me, >> "So, what's going on today?" >> Well, my bartender told me that there was a woman too intoxicated to drive sitting at her outside patio table one. I go out there to talk to her. She's on the phone with somebody and somebody and then she gets up and starts walking to her car. She hangs up her phone and then I was like, "Ma'am, you really should not be driving." She's backwards all the way through all that stuff. >> Then she opens up the car door. I was like, "Ma'am, if you go ahead and drive, I'm going to have to report this no matter what." And then she's like, "No, I only live a block and a halfway." I was like, "Ma'am, I'm really hoping that you don't drive." And I'm standing there in the doorway just trying to talk to her and she pops me >> where she in the chest. >> Do you have any marks? Can I see? >> It's nothing like it. She just >> Okay. Would you like to press charges? >> I just want to make sure she's not driving. That was my whole >> According to the bar manager, he only approached the woman out of concern for her well-being, but instead of cooperation, she lashed out. Now officers are about to confront her inside the bar's bathroom where she's locked herself in. I >> Yeah, you've been saying that. I I really just I just need to talk to you. >> I can't hear you because you're >> You got a ride coming to pick you up? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, I still need to talk to you. That's fine. I don't care where you live. I just need to talk to you, not through a bathroom wall. >> I understand that. But I can't leave until I speak with you. >> Yeah, we need that done because she's not going to be cooperative. >> What? >> Not going to be cooperative. >> Serious right now? >> Are youing serious? I don't know, but all I know is I'm going to be needing my inhaler soon. >> Oh, that's want to throw you in jail. We just want you to come out of the stall. >> The Cape Cor. >> Okay, I hear you. Listen, this establishment has asked that we trespass you from this establishment. So, close that. The suspect continues to resist, [music] locked in a standoff of her own making. But officers hold the line, warning her that dragging this out won't help her case. >> The bar you're in right now has asked us to trespass you. They no longer want you in the building and they would like us to escort you out. Therefore, you have two choices. One, you can come out of there and we will escort you out. Two, we will force our way in and you will go to jail tonight. Those are your two choices. So, pick one in the next 3 seconds. >> All right, turn around. Go ahead. Turn around. Put your hand behind your back >> for what? >> Being placed under >> So, this didn't have to happen. >> No, you made it happen. >> No, I >> You literally walked yourself into an arrest tonight by not coming out of this. >> Just want to let you know I I >> double plenty of times. >> Very nice. >> Yeah. >> I did. >> Okay. Come over here to the front of my car, ma'am. >> I don't have no car here. >> Okay. Well, that's not my concern right now. >> Okay. >> Keep walking back here. >> Hey, you. >> I always supported you. >> Okay. Right here. Right here. >> Are you serious? >> I'ming walking. I'm not even >> female search, please. Hey, >> can you stop? No. I am searching you can do it. >> So there's ANOTHER CHARGE. >> IF YOU TRY to touch me again, you're going to be arrested for battery. Okay. >> Battery my >> Oh, aren't you good? >> All right. Now we >> Okay, there's battery Leo. Congratulations, ma'am. >> Yeah. >> That's another charge. You're just making this. Okay. >> Just cooperate with officers. Seven up. >> Now you're being law enforcement. >> Yeah, because you're a >> You're making a series of bad decisions here and I'm trying to get you back. >> Making more jacket on. >> Oh, you you want me to take it off? >> No, I don't, >> actually. >> All right. Well, >> the suspect, later identified as 65year-old Pamela, was ultimately charged with battery. She was later released pending a court appearance. Number four, when staff have had enough of your entitled attitude and call the cops. On September 28th, 2025, officers were called to a restaurant after staff reported two heavily intoxicated customers who were refusing to leave. Here's how the confrontation unfolded. >> Good. >> Hi. >> How we doing? You uh this point I've asked them to leave. >> Yeah. All right, guys. You guys got to leave the property now. Okay. They do not want you here anymore. Okay. >> But I'm trying to understand why. >> Because Breakers does not want you here anymore. They've asked you to leave. >> Breakers. >> This is owned by the Breakers property. >> So management and the staff do not want you here. So you guys have to leave the premises. >> If you do not leave, you'll be arrested for trespassing. >> That's okay. >> Okay. But they don't want you here. So you guys have to leave the property. >> Okay. >> I'm trying to understand as well. >> Okay. Well, I don't know the reason, but they are asking me to leave. So you guys have to leave the property. Okay. >> But would it not be within my rights to ask why I have to leave? This is >> private property. They can tell you to leave whenever they want. Sir, do you have your ID with you? >> I do. >> Thank you. Can I see it? Thank you. >> Um, yeah, of course. >> What did I do? >> So, I don't know what you did property. Is this also explaining? All right. It's unreal. >> I've been dead. >> I just just just listen for a second. Just listen for a second. >> Right now. All right. So, let's just slowly start getting together. >> That's my friend. I'm trying to make her leave. >> Okay. Yeah. She's obviously >> talk to her for a minute over here. >> Tell her you guys have to go. Please allow me to please. I appreciate. >> Despite the growing concerns from staff and even her own companion, the woman [music] refuses to believe she's done anything wrong. Officers attempt to deescalate, but she's not hearing them out. >> Yeah, she's going to go to college. You >> mind if I actually see that? >> I do have off the top of my head. >> So he was cooperative. They were telling him security was telling me security was telling right and nobody's like >> no I want to know what I did here. No, I enjoy. >> You gave us I said if you refuse to leave, you're going to be arrested. >> I mean, she's >> You're not staying in the hotel. >> What? We don't have you in house. Uh >> I'm not saying this hotel >> in this room. >> Double down on that. >> Okay. >> No. >> Well, it's it's time it's time for you guys to go. Okay. >> No, it's not. >> You're wrong. >> It's time it's time for you guys to go. >> You're being asked to leave the property. You have to leave now. If you do not leave, you will be arrested for trespassing. >> What's your name? >> Officer Donardo. Officer, what? >> D Lonardo. >> Yes. >> Where you want to go? >> Do you have a >> Despite everyone's insistence, even her friends, the suspect remains stubborn and refuses [music] to leave the premises. The suspect starts to raise her voice. And as tensions slowly rise, the officers [music] decide that they won't take any more of the suspect's nonsensical behavior. >> I don't know why she's upset. >> Okay. Do you >> Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. I'm not going anywhere, >> man. Please. >> We're right across the street. Let's go. >> We're not trying to make this a bigger deal. >> No, I know where we're staying, man. >> Let's go home. >> No, I know. >> Let's go home. >> Let's go. >> So, you get no offense. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> Nick, I will not. >> Not Not right now. Let's just >> No. I'm going to all the numbers. >> No. No. >> So, what was the number that wasn't pulling up? Tell me. We know Stephanie. >> What's your name? >> Joe. >> Joe. >> Yeah. >> The only thing Stephird, right? Let me just explain. Let me explain something. >> Please, by all means, >> if you I'm very >> right. So, you're upset. Whatever happened. >> We got cold here. Our job now is to you guys need to leave. If you do not leave, it's your choice right now. You leave right now on your own reconnaissance. Go back to where you're going. Spend your night. Whatever. Right. >> Okay. a joke or >> I understand you're going to leave in cuffs and if you leave in cuffs then like your night's way worse. >> So that's up to you. It's your choice right now. You either leave right now on free >> this is this is about one one more attempt >> my best friend. >> Yeah, you're not helping me. This is a nice easy one. >> Yikes. >> You think it's going to end well for you, right? >> You're the one that's going to go to jail. >> I'm asking what your name is and why I'm being cuped. >> I already explained multiple times. >> Joe? >> Yes. We explain multiple times. >> Joe, why am I being >> Cuz you refused to leave the location that you were told. >> I was asking. It's okay. Even in handcuffs, the suspect remains smug and defiant. But as officers begin escorting her out, she tries something that quickly forces them to respond with authority. >> This is your phone, right? You have any other stuff here? >> I don't know. Is it? >> It's up to you. I don't want you lose your stuff. >> I don't know. It's my dad, though. >> It's okay. >> But do you have any other stuff? That's all. All right. You can have stuff. We'll ask your friend. >> Figure it out. >> All right. We have your bag. That's it. >> Hi, Dad. Uh, >> I don't want to do this. >> Yeah, I got it. >> Yeah, you got it. >> What's your name? >> I'm allowed to ask that, right? >> Make us carry you out cuz we will. Let's go. We're not doing. >> You can't tell me your name. >> We will tell you all of our names. >> You're really going to >> What's your name? >> You want me to grab right now? >> Do you want to tell me your name? >> OW. [screaming] >> You can't do this. I'm just going ON A REGULAR. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? OUCH. OUCH. OUCH. >> Why are you doing this? >> You want to walk? >> You want TO WALK? >> I'M JUST I WANT TO WALK. >> PUT YOUR SHOES ON AND LET'S GO. >> I want to walk. >> You got two more seconds. Put your shoes on right here and let's go. >> I'm asking your name. >> You're going the wrong way. First of all, >> what am I doing? >> What am I doing? >> No. Stop. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Please stop. Please stop. [screaming] [screaming] [crying] >> Eight. Right here. It hurts. It hurts. Why are you doing this? >> The choice to walk out. You want to walk out? We have to carry THIS IS EVERYTHING ALL [screaming] DO. >> You got You want >> I got her shoes. I got her purse. >> You got my shoes. >> I got your shoes. >> I have the other. >> With the reality of the suspect's situation finally dawning on her, she breaks down in tears. The restaurant's manager tells his side of the story and reveals more details about the suspect's unruly behavior. >> What's your name? No. >> Name's Joe. >> Joe? I want to know your last name. >> Paladino. Officer Paladino. >> Can I >> get in the car? I will show you everything. >> Excuse me, sir. Can I please your last name? >> Right here. Okay. I'm going to >> do you know? >> Yes. I'm going to put your >> basically I started noticing that there was a level of intoxication that uh I I addressed John for I said John's I think they've had enough. Yep. >> Um and then you know I was just kind of monitor the slurings kept you know getting pretty steady and then you know every once in a while >> you know they raise their voice and everything which is fine sometimes you know but either way I keep an eye on it >> and then uh >> at some point she started dancing. >> Okay. >> And uh and when she saw me walking over she's like I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm like okay. So then you know they kind of got an idea that I was keeping an eye on. Yeah. >> And then at one point I went into the restroom to clean up and check >> and uh and I go into the stall and the gentleman walked in and started slamming on the on the stall >> and >> and I just kind of said, "Hey, you know, he's I'm just walking with you, bro." Like, >> okay. >> All right. At that point, I was like, you know what? I've had enough. So, I just called security to make sure, you know, just to have somebody present. >> Yeah. >> Um I explained it to them like at this point they're just sitting at the end of the bar. seems like they're fine for now. Yeah. >> But, uh, I was like, let's just, you know, watch them and see if anything escalates. And then they started making noises and getting loud. And, uh, I was like, all right, that's enough. I think we we can get him out of here. >> Uh, and I told him, I said, you know what? I'm okay with just asking him to leave. >> Yeah. >> At this point, I didn't think a trespass or anything was necessary. >> Uh, but then they clearly didn't get the hint. >> Yeah. No, I didn't >> about, you know, being asked to leave. And then that's where >> in the end the suspect was charged with trespassing after warning and resisting an officer without violence. She was transported to the station without further incident and was released pending a court appearance. Number three, woman goes to Burger King for an in between flight snack and leaves with charges instead of a meal. On April 29th, 2021, officers responded to Spirit Airlines after staff reported a woman had assaulted a man at a nearby Burger King. Her companions weren't any better, harassing both the staff and the victim's family. And when officers showed up, all three women were already combative. Here's how the police handled the situation. >> Me in front of my kids, okay, talking rough and rude. My kids were there, the witnesses. She came off the wall. You start talking about you better get face this and that. Uh this and that. >> Hey stop over here. This man is clearly >> clearly that's fine. So back up to >> Back up. I'm going over there. >> With how combative and disruptive the women are, Spirit Airlines staff make it clear that none of them will be flying tonight. The real challenge, however, is getting them to accept that. >> I'm going to Atlanta. I'm sitting down. I wasn't >> 94. >> That's okay. I was standing out here by myself. >> I don't need to be there. >> My stuff is over there. >> We getting on the plane right here. >> Are you going to let him fly? >> I'm working. >> LIKE, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? My two kids were with me. We're in line now. They have that black girl thing. So I'm about to be next. The short girl comes and just goes right to the start doing it. I said, "Ma'am, we're in line here." >> She ignored me at first time. I said, "Excuse me, ma'am. We're in line here." She said, "Oh, no. I was in line." I said, "Ma'am, I you weren't you weren't in line. You're all here. Oh, yes I was. I I stepped out and came back in. I said, "No, you weren't." And she just started getting loud and rude for me. >> What you going to do about it? What you going to do? I'm here now. You want >> She said that to me. So, my two kids turned around, saw violence started walking away. And she just kept it on like my face blah blah. >> So, and you see how it's acting up now. And it was only a show. Her 12 friend just showed up just now. And now it's at the rivalry. the the students were here and all that they said. So I came I left her home and I came back over here, you know. >> So my wife wanted to get up with my daughter to go there to get something to eat and then it start and it started with her. >> It start with her like what are you looking at? You saw it. It just happened. And when I tried to go there and ask what was going on, I wanted to ask the cashier. She started saying, "Oh, oh." And she got in our face. I'm like, "Hey, >> that's what she did to us." Yes. Same thing. >> Same thing she did to us. >> All right. Let me try to calm it down. Just have a seat over here. That's why we want >> What time is your flight leave? >> About 20 minutes, half hour, 9:30. >> While the victim recounts what happened to one officer, the rest are busy attempting to calm the suspects down and explain the consequences. At this point, things are getting heated. >> I need my money back. I want my money. So then we need to speak to y like we're doing something to you That's crazy. That's crazy. throw that at you. Right, >> ma'am. Are you off? >> The situation crosses the line when one woman threatens the officers and the staff and continues lashing out. She's now in cuffs and her companions aren't far behind if they keep it up. This is situate here. Go ahead. Go ahead. Cuz they going to arrest me cuz I still Burger King while he is unlawfully recording me. So can you get his information so you can get his information so I can block >> a black? LAUREN. CHILL. We're in We're in Florida. Are we Are we Are we right? I'm not. Even outside the airport, all three suspects continue to scream at officers, making it clear they have no problem drawing more attention to themselves. >> That's exactly LOOK AT THE CAMERA. >> EXACTLY. Why would she let them on there? >> Demetrius, where are we taking them? smart people. >> You did survive in the military. >> No, they could NOT DO THAT AND they couldn't make the issue. >> HOW ARE WE GOING TO LISTEN to somebody who SAT THERE, >> BRO? THEY DON'T CARE. They do not give A THEY DON'T CARE. THEY DON'T CARE. THEY DON'T CARE. EVERYTHING >> Please calm down. LIKE YOU KNOW THEY GEEKING AND DO some giving me >> I don't care. Back up. >> Back up. Back up. All right. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Enough. >> Enough. >> You're under arrest. Who killed her? >> Authorities charged all three women with disorderly conduct before releasing them from custody. Number two, firefighter gets kicked out of bar then picks a fight with police. On October 21st, 2025, officers in Charlotte County, Florida, responded to a call from a local bar after reports that one of their patrons was acting aggressively toward both customers and staff. Here's what officers encountered when they arrived. >> What's up, man? >> Hello. How? >> He doesn't like the color of my shoes. I'm trying to pay for his drink and they're trying to get me to leave. >> Okay. Well, it's their business. So, if they want you to leave, you got to leave. >> You got to man. >> I do. >> You see that? >> All I want to do is pay for their drinks. His, hers, and hers. >> Thank you. [snorts] >> Want to buy buy their drinks and I don't understand why that's the problem. >> Well, if they're asking you to leave, you got to leave. So, if they don't want to uh serve you, they have every right to do that. >> Why? >> So, that's our worst. It's their business. >> I walked in. I asked to buy his drinks, >> right? Well, that doesn't matter. >> Tool. >> Again, that doesn't matter. So, if they want you to leave, you got to leave. That's as simple as that. >> Why? >> It's their business. >> Going to rest. >> They have right to refuse service. >> Yes. >> It's as simple as you doing a trespass warning and you walk away and we're done for the night. But if you don't leave, you're going to go to jail. It's your choice. >> You're going to send me to jail. If you don't leave this building. Yes. >> For what? >> For trespass after warning. >> I didn't do anything. >> You're trespassing. They want you to leave. >> For what, though? >> Because they they don't have to have a reason. They can let anybody trespass for whatever reason they want. >> So, I cannot buy their drinks. >> Correct. If they don't want to serve you, they don't have to. It's a private business. >> All right. Come on. Can you car back? >> Yep. >> Thank you. Let's go outside. I got some paperwork to do with you. >> That'd be so fantastic. >> According to the staff, the man became pushy after one too many drinks. And while he appears calm now, it doesn't take long for the officers to find out why he's really a [music] problem. Time for get up. Right. This way. This way. >> I'll go that way. >> We're going to go this way. >> No way. >> We're going to go this way. >> No. >> There he is. Mother's >> father. Brother. Okay. >> Put bring your right arm out. There you go. >> Bring your right arm out, >> bro. Really? >> I'll have to get on that. >> All right. >> This is not cool, bro. >> Stop pulling away. I'm not far away. Your >> feet back. >> I'm not feedback. >> Spread your feet. >> Okay. >> Your feet up. >> I don't have anything on. I got I've got to my >> I'm a fireman. I >> You shouldn't be acting like that. You're acting like a grown adult, but you're not. >> I'm not acting forward. >> I'm not acting weird at all. Rather than follow simple instructions, the man chose to challenge officers, trying to leave through another exit and giving them attitude. Now he's facing the consequences, but still claims he did nothing wrong. >> No, sir. Uh, literally all I did was walk into a bar. >> All right, he's good. >> No, I'm fine. Like, all I did was walk into a bar. >> What's your name? >> My name is Carter. I walked into this is ridiculous. What the I'm not I'm not I was not resisting. >> What? >> Grab a seat. >> Can I get my shoe back? >> Thank you. Can I get my wallet and everything else? Dude, this is this ridiculous. >> It is. You fit that on. Go ahead. Put it on. >> Okay. Am I >> All your stuff's come with you. All right. I just secured in the back. >> What did I do? >> Well, first off, you're trespassing after warning. >> I I literally walked in and >> that's not how it works. Are you from here? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. Well, in Florida, >> I work here. >> You work at what? Calico Jacks? No. >> Where do you work? >> I work at Cape. >> I'm a fireman. I like I legitimately walked in, asked for a beer, she said no. And I said, "Okay." And I looked over at my gentle like the friend next to me that I know and said like, "Do you want to play for shots?" He said, "No." I'm like, "Okay." >> Well, here's the deal. It's as simple as this. >> I don't want you. >> If any business whatsoever tells you to leave, >> I I >> you have to leave. There's no debating. If the owner wants you gone, the manager wants you gone. >> This is ridiculous. So, >> despite multiple explanations, the suspect keeps challenging the situation and the officers are growing visibly frustrated. >> Why did I get tackled to ground? That's insane, bro. Dude, >> no. No, no, no. Hold on. Hold on. Man, look, I just got you your shoe and I'll be respectful with you. I >> first and then we're going to deal with it to meet. >> Get your foot in. >> Get your foot in. >> I just gave you your shoe. >> Yes, sir. >> Um, they just want trespass and then >> what? Trespass after warning. >> Right now, I talked to everybody or whoever wanted to talk. >> I'm just saying that he he wasn't being rude. He was just refusing to leave. >> It doesn't matter. They want him out. got him out and he started getting aggressive. >> While the others deal with the suspect, one officer returns inside to hear directly from the bar staff about what led to the call. >> So, just kind of from the top in your own words, explain what happened. >> The gentleman came in, sat down, and before I could give him a beer, he was talking to one of the customers and asked him to shoot pool for $100. And I said, "No, we don't do that here." and he said, "Why not?" And I said, "Because it's illegal and we don't allow it." And he started to argue with me and tell me that it's not illegal in the state of Florida to gamble. And I didn't I didn't continue on with the conversation. I knew better. And I asked him to leave. >> Okay. >> And he refused to leave and he started to argue. And then he asked me for a beer and I said no. And he asked the gentleman again to shoot cool for $20. And I said no. And then he wanted to buy a beer for $100. I said no. And then it was 200, 400, whatever. I said no. He took his credit card and threw it across the bar one of my customers here. And um the customer did not want to shoot pool with him. And I asked him again to leave. No. >> He said, "No." And I said, "Well, if you're not going to leave, I'm going to have to call the police." He said, "Go ahead. They're my friends." And I said, "Okay." So, I called the police and I explained to the um non emergency um number lady um what was going on and um so the gentleman continued to argue basically with himself because I refused to answer him. And um the gentleman that he threw the credit card at asked him not to throw things at him and that was it. Um and then the police showed up. The man had every chance to end things peacefully despite being offered an easy way out more than once. The man ignored every chance to leave without incident. >> How many times did you ask? >> Four or five. >> Four or five times. And he refused. >> He refused four or five times. Correct. What? What's he doing? Just sitting down. >> He was sitting down arguing. >> Okay. >> And he was telling me he wasn't leaving and I was like, "Well, I'm going to have to call the police." >> How long you've been on? >> No, >> I'm not in a talking, man. >> How long have you been on? >> On? >> Yeah. >> Like 3 years. >> Okay. How long has he been on? bothering to me. >> All right. Well, why will you not give me any type of courtesy? >> I've given you more than enough courtesy. >> You have not. >> Yeah, I got chest pain. >> Hello. Chest pain, shortness of breath, EKG. Thank you. >> I don't work for anyone. >> Hey, get over here. >> Stay up against the wall. >> Okay. I my my heart hurts. I got chest pain. I got shortness of breath. >> Yeah. Uh I'm allergic I'm allergic to I'm allergic to nitro and aspirin. >> How long the chest pain been going on? >> Since they arrested me. >> Uh is it just in the center of the chest >> or is it moving? >> The center of the chest radiates to my left shoulder. >> What's your uh go base heel? >> 10. >> 0 to 10. 10 a little bit. >> We had a good rail. >> Oh, you don't have bad. >> No, we don't. >> Oh my god. >> Grab a seat. >> Grab a seat. >> Are you having chest pain? >> I'm having lots of chest pain. >> Let's go to the hospital. >> Yeah, let's go. >> Let's go. Have a seat. >> Sit back here. >> Can I get unc? >> No, >> please. It hurts. Ultimately, the man was charged with trespassing after warning, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
