And [music] she is also a DJ who goes by the name DJ Skyh High Baby. She was arrested and charged with resisting without violence and is innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. The officers who helped to get Curly under control suffered many injuries including pain to the knee, left thumb swelling, scratches on the elbow and lower back, lacerations and bruising on the arms and knees, lacerations on elbows, knee swelling, and more lacerations and redness to the knees. Curley was taken into custody and charged with battery on a police officer, resisting without violence and disorderly [music] conduct. While this incident took place in January 2025, just four months later in May, Curley was arrested again and charged with battery for allegedly punching an ex-girlfriend of his who also happens to be an Olympic athlete, Allayia Johnson. >> Frederick Curley. >> Oh, Frederick Curley. >> Yes, he punches me in my face and then proceeds to fight. >> A year after the original incident in January 2026, prosecutors dropped both cases after Curley agreed to take a course in anger management.
