On May 3rd, 2023, the Tampa Airport Police Department was called regarding a potential disturbance at the airport. And uh so I was probably about an hour one of the national an hour and a half ago by now and he was not anywhere near I let him go within the fight group noticed something about how he was talking towards some passengers morning. So they did not feel comfortable. So I facilitated the denial how you're appearing right now with your behavior. We're going to need you for tomorrow morning. So he didn't like that. He's like, "I'm not I'm going to call you. I'm not going to call him humbly." So, just he was being a little weird like that, but he eventually got off >> and we rebooked him and he gave me a hug even and all that. So, we knew he was drunk, but we he wasn't anything like that until after we had finished. And then he tried to go over to Mr. James' gate over there, thinking that was his final looked for that 38, but he did not go on that bridge. So I walked him back out to the walkway area and then he kind of paced back and forth by the fish tank which is when he called you called the dispatcher saying there's a guy that's so then as you guys that's when he saw Daniel opened his gate to meet the this is Ron the plane here that's just staying overnight. So that's when he took it over himself thinking this was his plane because he remembered this is the gate he was at earlier. So if you just follow >> then you guys I kind of were stopping him down like because I was checking on the woman who was sitting there. I turned around I saw one of your guys coming over and like come on and I was like I don't see him and then I heard Daniel yelling. I was like >> did you have to like physically stop him? >> I didn't touch him. He was probably like >> maybe about this far away. He was pleading to get on the plane. I told him you need to leave. I kept yelling that he needs to leave this jet bridge now. >> Okay. And that's when you went out. I never opened the plane between the two of them and just went like this. I said, "Do not get any further." I said, "And you don't want to touch me cuz if you touch me and he didn't hit any of you guys not being violent, I never opened the aircraft door and um he didn't touch any >> All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
