The crazy thing about this is that the suspect has been in and out of jail for the same thing. He was released from prison a few months before this incident. Some people just never learn. And she didn't She was like, "It was so rude." She was like, "Oh, well, I told him like I'm your cousin, you know, I'm your dad's cousin or something." Whatever. So, I come in and I was like, "What?" said to my client. Cuz she's talking about canceling and at this point with my bad, bro. Right. >> Like, what's going on? Right. So, he's like, "Oh, I didn't say anything to her." And this this this Okay. If you didn't say anything, just Like, you ain't got to do all of that and whatever else you're losing your mind about. That's exactly how it went. And so, from there it was just kind of up and stuck. So, you're walking next to me and you're bumping into me. You just You keep bumping into me and I'm just like, "Look. So, you hear him getting short of breath and you get off like I told you this is this is this. I'm just tired of all threats. I'm just tired of all the [ __ ] all this all this aggressive behavior, all these aggressive talks, all the levels of insecurity. The suspect was booked for aggravated assault, two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree, and interference with government property. He was initially denied bond, but 3 months later on April 4th, 2022, he was released on a $11,400 bond. On September 14th, 2022, the suspect was found not guilty on all charges. He didn't stop there. 2 months later, he was booked for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts battery, and two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree. On May 8th, 2023, the suspect pled guilty to aggravated assault and one count of terroristic threats and acts. The remaining charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to 10 years of confinement.
