an officer initiated a traffic stop due to the vehicle showing no insurance the registered owner also had a probation violation warrant the driver came up with a story that almost got her out of this arrest [Music] how are you reason why I'm point you over for some reason uh my system showing this car is not having any insurance on it do you know if you have insurance on it um I got all St okay do you have uh proof of it whether it's um like a physical copy or an electronic copy what had happened I was in a rental that side right there yeah yeah yeah yeah I was getting it Fe at the um thing and I was driving rental and I took the paper out for that rental yeah I took my um car insurance out it what you say it's all state uh-huh okay um in the meantime you got your license on you cuz I be selling clothes and stuff and I be dropping a different car yeah and I probably left ancient brother I got you and he's dead we just his birthday um would you able be able feel like the All State app or something be able to pull up policy information um I could try to pull it up in my email okay all right also um I think your break lights are out but I'll uh we'll do that in a minute got yeah th but it's your a car yeah it's my car and I just got to make Thursday to the point where I ain't got the oil chain for nothing out at my mother's law house we had a cook out my tent and I had bought clothes and selling clothes and I got I work for the government like I got these phones from the government and I just be I had jumped in this car and I ain't yeah all right maybe I'm so bad with faces probably freaking sisters man [Music] um all I got sir is my Chim card what my CH bank card you don't have anything with your name other than my nothing in your wallet or anything no um like I said this my daughter car I gave it to her she's going to the 11 right this is her car I had paid it off to get a her and I was getting that fix and I was a rental for over a month and I just jumped in this car today like I don't even Norm to drive this car it's just old um what a bus I just need oh I need something with your picture on is what I need you don't have you don't have a physical copy of your license no I left it in my otherz I I'm so sorry I model with my clothes right these the men clothes but I got women clothes in the TR yeah and I changed my bags like I I do it on um Facebook if you go my profile you can see me like I do and I change bags and only got one identification okay and I've been switching it up but but you're you're the owner of the car right well I bought I got it from my sister who's your sister my sister is that her first name or middle name that's her what we call that's her middle name what's her first name okay all right um reason why I was asking is cuz she fun fact which you can tell her she has a warrant out of arcade for traffic offense and I'm assuming she didn't go to court for my sister yeah it's just some traffic ticket I'm assuming she got a traffic ticket she got a court date and she didn't go car in this car well the the owner of this car is your sister that's why that's what I'm saying that's why I needed but we did like a title change it shouldn't be still running up in her name cuz we did like a title change where um she did like a bill of sale I bought the car from her and I went to the tag place and got it switched over to my name well it's it's it's still showing under your sister's name and her warrant's out of arcade you know where's arcade between here and Jefferson a city okay cuz I'm originally from We're originally from ten so arcade police is very like strict on traffic enforcement so they'll literally give you a ticket for anything um so I'm assuming that she got pulled over whether it's in this car or not I don't know and then they gave her a ticket and that ticket had a court date and I guess maybe she just forgot to go or something so now it's a failure to a warrant but how much is I have no idea um but we'll deal with the insurance at this point cuz I got to see proof of it otherwise you can't drive it on the road so are you able to pull anything up oh I'm [Music] sorry I mean if he can send you a picture of it that way he didn't have to come all the way out here you going have to come get me one well if the car has insurance and that's fine but if he if he can send you a picture of the insurance that's what I'm that's what I'm what that there's no insurance on it how positive are you there's insurance on the car I did it with all state and um but by the title not being in my name time my sister had to do had to put it on so I don't know okay um cuz I've been waiting on the tit to come with my yeah I can do what I need to do for my to okay I mean I would I would accept the ticket if that's what you have to do and I get somebody come pick me up but I don't know I can call her and see I mean either we can go that route and like you'll get the ticket and then the the car will get towed if you're certain that there's no insurance on it but even if you think there's a sliver of a chance if I was you I would be working to try to F find the policy number that way the car doesn't get towed um either way it's okay at a minimum I'm going to go and start writing that ticket um if you can find it then we'll rip it up but just to save some time okay that way we're not extending this longer than it needs to be okay no need copying yeah I think that's her I know man I'm so bad with faces any luck um like any like the rest of the X number you have anybody that can send a picture of your license I just got to make sure you are who you say you are I don't you said it's on your other purse yeah no where's your house at oh yeah that's too far can't you don't have anything else nothing with your base on it and you are who you say you are right you're not saying you're your sister huh you're not saying you're your sister yeah like you're giving me you're you are who you say you are right krina one you're not are you that's what I thought all right come over here Central uh I'm out with the r owner why you got to lie to me I was scared why you scared I ain't nothing to be scared about jail all right goad and stop me next line eat way all right stay that way that one yeah goad the reg 29 provation violation tag that's it I'm going this side all right so tell me about the ticket you got in arcade um I had a um expired tag maybe 2018 MH and um I didn't really understand cuz I never been locked up and um I had to pay some fine and I went to court did they put you on probation for it they was like um I'm on probation to I pay it or something okay I didn't understand it so I was calling every month but I went to court for it okay I guess somewhere along the way you violated the probation you're on I don't know if you missed the payment or what the deal is so that's where the warrant came from however ever I mean you gave me the wrong name so that's that's a different charge so we could have we could have dealt with that the correct I'm scared I understand I'm scared like I got a I'm so scared go to ja good and I I remember I had that in 2018 but I was certained at yeah I'm 1095 from my own charges though at that point yes I was s it wasn't no insurance on the car cuz like it was the truth about the car I just jumped in the car today like I haven't been driving that car that's the truth yeah well what I'm saying is that we could have dealt with that the right way instead of you giving me a completely different name like that's not okay I mean I I get I get you're scared I get it but that's not a way to handle it cuz now you're going to jail there was a there was a potential that you weren't going to go cuz what I was going to do is we' send a hit to AR and if they wanted you then we'd take you but if they didn't want you you'd be on your way look you gave me the wrong name okay there's I'm not I don't do that okay that's not okay all right sit down let me move this Shield out of the [Music] way wait real quick do you have anything on you no sir all right I'm just going to do a quick pat down don't go don't sit down yet okay you can sit down I'll roll the window down for you do you need anything out of your car it's going have to it's getting towed so it'll be it'll be secured whichever toe company comes and gets it it's going to be secured at at that lot fenced in um but what I'm saying is if you need anything now like your cell phone or wallet or anything to get out for the car or for you for me I don't know so when we take you to the jail they're going to book you in and then they'll tell you what your bond is you need your cell phone out or your wallet or anything go all right I'll grab it for you you almost got me man almost yeah we'll get all your stuff can you see what I see her [Music] ID I got these two things do you need anything else no okay look what I found dang girl you a got to do me you almost got me too man I was almost good thing you have a conscience how long I have uh typically depending on how busy the Geral is it takes about 45ish minutes to book you in they'll be able to explain more as far as um what your bond will be if you get one um sometimes they'll o Bond you which means you don't have to pay anything up front as long as you promise to go to your court date I to no well you're going to have another Court dat here in Athens that's what I'm saying right now we're just waiting for the tow truck and then we'll get on our way 27 drive it's be she got lucky with explains it and that's the crazy thing I've been calling like I've been calling for the last two months trying to resolve this they' been giving me the r around say I be in no trouble cuz this back seat all the time cuz there are some nasty people that get back there so I try to keep it smelling good don't worry the seat's clean but I need to get a new air freshener then I like Cherry andos
