the sixy old got involved she came running towards her mom and she's like don't hit my daddy mom don't hit my daddy and the little one hit her mom by the eye on March 31st 2024 officers responded to a domestic disturbance the caller stated that while dropping off her boyfriend's kids at the mom's house the baby mama lost it and started to attack them apparently while the mom was attacking the dad the six-year-old daughter HIIT her mom attempting her to stop I can't to drop my daughter's off you know so I always dropp my daughter's off we can't drop her off you know she in the passenger side she came to drop the my my daughter's off and she tried to attack her on the driver side you know so what I did was you know like I stopped it from from her from hitting her who tried to attack who she tried to attack who who are they To You O that's the mom of my kids okay and that's my girlfriend in the passenger side she still in the car yeah D okay okay that's her so she so what I tried to do was close the door so she won't hit prevent that you know so that's what I did that's when she tried attacking me look I got scratched I don't know if y can see my face so were you out of the car or you yeah yeah cuz I was here trying to handle my kids yeah you dropping off the kids she came out I parked right here where I'm at right now you parked here you went to get the kid out of the car and she came down and text well she texted me I'm home okay so I'm home she Tex I'm okay so I went up the stairs to try to go KN but she beat me to the door so I could KN okay I said we try to get the the she got my daughter off on the passenger seat on the baby seat the car car seat about your girlfriend correct okay and you know the the big girl got out she get on her own she got out and then you know they exchange words and this and that but not to the point where they got to get behind you know so then she came down the stairs and try to hit her that's when I slammed the door the passenger side open so she can stop hitting her that's when she attacked me okay did she ever make contact with your girlfriend no she tried to no so when you tried to close the door to protect your girlfriend she attacked you yeah correct that's how I got is we fell on the ground I mean we fell on the ground I got I don't know if you can see my face and you know she even pull my shirt and then what happened then you call 911 that's that's when she called 911 correct that's she call 911 all you got your license on you you just get at the end who else was out here when this happened I don't know it was that I know was just us nobody was around and the kids yeah that's it I understand a lot of Georgia is the m what you mean for me how many kids youall got together you and your child's mom uh two but we're not married I know and uh you were r those kids here correct cuz it's it's time back to go to the mom yeah correct is there like a child custody agreement n it's just no yeah yeah you know we we you know I get the M the other weekend and today was my weekend and we always dropping M at 7:30 that's why I came back well I I stayed till 8 cuz I couldn't get in contact with her that's happened can you come over here and talk to me so I don't got my who is he is that that's my okay all right so what happened so he came I told him to come cuz he was coming to drop my kids off and he knocked on my door and he started talking so he was dropping your kids off yes okay and what happened and he knocked on my door and he started you know talking what was he saying he was saying don't be coming to knock on my door like how you did Friday and I was just like just leave me alone and give my kids and he said I'm a dumb I'm a stupid then what happened and then she got off the car she was bringing my kids me and her don't like each other she always when I call him for him to talk to my kids she always got something to say and then once upon a time she was talking all that on the phone so I told her like I try to put my kids in the house and I told her like come on you have all that mouth when I went over there to try to like to tell her like come on he grabbed me he slamed me on the ground he got on top of me trying not to get her and she locked the car and that's when he called the police she pulled up what did she say to you initially no she just sit she didn't say nothing okay she knew I she knew I don't like her she she don't supposed to come to my house and what did you say to her I told her come on like talking and then what she say back to you when you say what's up uh are you okay yeah I was just Lally taking the children out and we were going to handle the kids and wel to she just said I'm not de she looked at me she laughed she looked at him and she laughed again and she just said I'm not get off and she got in the car so I put my kids in the house and and I went to her you ain't going to be talking when you went to her then what happened that's when he grabbed me he slamed me on the ground okay so she was already in the car when you went to her she was no she wasn't in the car she was walking to towards the car and I stopped the door she was getting in when she slammed the door cuz that's when he was like close the door okay so so she went to get in the car and then as she was trying when she opened the door to get in no I didn't do I didn't grab the door I was just like what's up yeah so I got out the car un W with the baby got the on the car seat went behind the car started walking towards her and she just started coming out she would hit me and so I came back inside and she was still going around the car she and this going to be sound like a dumb question um but how was she trying to hit me yeah how was she she tried she tried to she tried to attack she tried to attack baby yeah while I had the baby did she say what was she saying to you what was she saying I me she was start she was call like a trying to say all that [ __ ] yeah but you know I TR to kept it literally literally we have the attentions to come in here to talk to their mom cuz my my child has lies in her hair you know she had lies for like since January to the point that's I feel like that's neglectful you know like she's had it since January I know this is out of the subject but literally we were just going to come here and speak with her call me like hey you know what can we do to make this better like she just started getting really boud like to the point where she hit him they were on the floor she tried to attack me physically you talking all that stuff on the FL that's what he was just like shut the door that's when he shut the door I opened it and then she he he closed it back that's when he grabbed me and pushed me did you ever make any contact back with him cuz he pushed me on the ground and dropped him back with me and I started hitting him you ain't going to drop me back you ain't going to drop me on the ground and I the girlfriend friend got out the car the baby mom was like hey what's up and she came at her and the baby I mean the uh the girlfriend turned her back to get back in the car and then the child's mother went over to go I guess fight her and then he you know got in between the door and the baby's mom to to stop her and as she was coming w with the r you know he pushed her back and she fell down and she got up and started scraping and punching in and hit him in the face so what did they say she didn't say much I talk I'm having a Dayja moment that means your life was on the right path uh what the what the baby daddy said is basically what she told me too that she was getting the child out and as she was doing that she came at her tried to fight her and she got in the car that's when like we intervened yeah okay and while I holler uh the girlfriend yeah uh you you hear the stuff that's going on at P somebody I don't know someone's fot I ran over yeah there's a whole bunch of stuff can I talk to you over here man and get your side yeah yeah come I don't like being over there in the dark I like be able to see I know I'm saying I'm so sorry okay this this was not supposed to happen go stay here stay stay so what's going um okay so we came to drop off the babies right and we had called her since like 7:20 and we were like Hey we're going to go drop off the kids but she did not pick up the phone we called the mom and she said we don't know where Kelly is at so then we came to them off to see if they were here we called her sister she was like just called kelly so we did but Kelly was not picking up the whole time so Dan he got a text message saying oh Kelly's home so he was he got out the car he went to to be honest this this was even supposed to happen man drop them off man you always come here and drop them off yeah I always drop them off here every time it's never a problem it's never a problem oh have you tried taking this to court I want to take it to my daughter had license for 4 months man I would you think if your daughter had license how what you feel about that man look look where they live if you come inside the house right now man if you if you call defect on right now I could be right now and calls on them and they'll take them away from her literally because the way she BL you thank you knock and she came out and she was already upset for some reason and she was just starting crap to him about oh if you do this I'm going to do this as well like if you're able to do things and I do things too so then she was just like let me get the children and so then I got out the car and he got out the car to get the big one and I got the little one so I got out the car unbuckled the baby grabbed the baby got the iPad went around the car my mistake was to call her cuz you know she was telling me stuff so I'm like oh you are what she saying to you you are one she was like oh how are you taking care of my kids but you don't you can even take care of your kids um blah blah blah you're doing all this talking on the phone blah blah blah and so I was like you aren one crazy ass so I got the baby out the car went around the car and as I was walking towards the porch she just started you know with her threads about oh come at me like you know if you're going to do something do it right now but I'm like I have the baby and I'm not going to do that from the children you were holding the baby yes I was holding the baby so then um she was walking down the porch and that's when if you can uh go to the courthouse and just file for like a child custody agreement that way you guys will have like some kind of hearing mhm and that way there would be like a a order signed by the judge saying okay you get the kids this weekend um or who whoever the judge wants to decide the kids will stay with um and then like they'll they can designate like a place for the kids to be dropped off and picked up um no you understand what you're coming from so that's always a useful thing I said I didn't want the police to come here I just wanted my daughters to get dropped off you know I got to go to work early in the morning you know they're on spring break now this week so let me uh take pictures of your injuries can you see them face yeah then so yeah just put your arm put your arms like that she was coming closer to me so what I did I went back around the car got inside the car got the baby in the car no the baby stayed outside cuz he had already given the baby to the mom and so I got in the car and both kids were outside and so then she was coming at me so I ran in the car and I closed the door and that's when he tried to stop her from attacking me okay and so then as I was in the car she just kept saying what are you going to do come out the car the door was closed yeah no no no I locked the car everything was close so I was like you are crazy so then when I locked the car she started beating on him she punched him and she scratched him he had scratches all over face and um they ended up on the ground she threw him on the ground okay and she pulled his pants down and they were still he was just like you need to calm down like he did not hit her he or try to do anything that could hurt her no he just tried to calm her down but she just kept wanting to fight both of us so who called 911 me I called 911 when they were both when she was attacking him on the ground that's why not call 911 cuz then the little one got involved the five the six year-old got involved she came running to what about my face I got some on my face yeah I take those in a second running towards her mom and she's like don't hit my daddy mom don't hit my daddy and the little one hit her mom by the eye okay she was being on the little one hit who the mom okay yeah so she was the kids was on the dad's side yes cuz mom was speeding on okay the dad all right did you you get your ID yeah it's in the car okay did you didn't give it to him your back okay okay so just one last sound I'm clear so you came here to drop the kids off correct uh you and your girlfriend get out the car with the kids uh well I got out first but yeah but both y out of the car with kids your child's mom and your girlfriend start yapping at it with each other uh so then your girlfriend goes to turn around and get back in the car correct uh as she's getting in the car your child's mom Char charg so you get in between the outside of the door and your baby's mom and kind of like SL slam the door in so the door was closed cuz if not she would have got hit so okay so then she the door was still open halfway okay so then she came towards you and then you pushed her and she fell down no I didn't push her she hit me first okay she hit you and then correct my baby mama okay yeah yeah she hit me she I guess she SE that I was protecting her so instead of to get her off you pushed her and she fell down well not n she well she that's when she H my shirt and that's when I fell to the ground that's why my shirt so ripped up okay all right uh did that's it did uh you got your ID or no uh yeah so if something would have happened who would the kids go to like I mean look I want the kids stay with their mom I know they if she wasn't here for whatever reason who would they go to would they go with her parents my sister or would they leave with you either I could take it to my sisters or I know they're in good child with their with with their with their grandparents I know they are that too CU spring break okay give me one second I think she already knows she's going to jail cuz she's like come my mom take the kids so she she knows did we get the mom is ID no I didn't get it uh nothing but I guess we'll just get it so we can put in the report that kids go her they be able to stay like with their mom or me uh I guess we'll see I mean would you guys be able to take the kids or can we they you stay with the mom what they are for they want the kids to go to the mom they say l daughter they got to go with the mom right what if other want that uh what yeah so there is who you don't you don't need be a part of this yeah go over there uh there is no law stat who the kids have to go to you guys aren't married right we're not so basically uh she has she has all the rights to the kids obviously you have some rights too um but I mean it' probably be best or I guess why don't you want the kids to go to a mom I mean I do man I do want them with I know they good with their mom cuz obviously I mean you said that anytime that you can't talk to her you talk to the mom um I H think probably best if the kids go with the mom what can I get a report of all this yeah we yeah we we're going to get you that uh case report number we get you a little pamphlet so nobody's going to jail huh I don't know yet uh forget I mean you aren't uh if maybe she will I don't know we just got to figure that out in a second um is it what she did to him M yeah cuz you guys have a family viol relationship and that in state of Georgia anybody who has kids together who has ever lived together or ever married siblings or parents M um once certain crimes are alleged or actually happen or when they happen we have to get involved oh well we have to write a report and if we have enough we have to make an arrest even if you say you don't want to press wind up in jail you know and you know you don't want your kids to go you know Fall by the wayside you know what I'm saying yeah I definitely agree with you sir but it's her going to my house knowing that she was just on the phone talking crazy you don't do that file for TPO against her so that way she can't be around F what a a temporary restrain in order against her so that way she can't be around whenever you know the kids and and you was around you know but you got to do things like the the the legal way or else you know what I'm saying apprciate your [Applause] words put yeah that
