on December 8th 2023 officers responded to a home where his brother and girlfriend allegedly attempted to end his and his parents' lives hello hi hi Sergio are you okay did you get cut no ma' I Tred around for my life but um yeah I just fell right there you fell okay we got an ambulance coming is it your knee that's hurting you yeah yeah okay you try to me that's I see a knife right there and I grabing mhm and they told my mom they want to come shoot the house and burn the house okay where did the knife come from do you know it it was in the ground it in the ground as soon as I see the as soon as I see the knife I grab it okay and he hit me with this type of metal thing with a pole yeah kind of Pole right there okay hit hit on my head but you know what I'm saying he's the one and stuff like that okay so my partner was out here earlier about how long did he wait before coming back about 1 an hour and something about an hour okay so not too terribly long so um yeah he he got man because I I make a report like we in my mom's car and everything yeah and Li my girl came and told my mom they want to burn the house and okay send somebody shoot the house and she went inside the room to check if she's there cuz he said I want to go right now okay that cut on your lip right here is that from earlier or is that from right now from right now okay so he comes up did he come in the house or was he just outside this time I was outside you were outside okay yeah she came and try to take the phone away from me were you on the phone with 911 when she yes you can hear you can hear the scream and everything okay yes sir yes this the number that's her number yes and I don't want to leave my parents by this so she called my mom and say she want to come and her okay when was that before they got here yes before I got here he shows up here outside you start arguing um she just he just came out of the car okay and and just grab a piece of metal thing he tried to grab that hammer thing right there too okay so he gets out of the car grabs metal and then comes at you yes and fil okay so you go running around along the house and I can't I can't even walk around no more and so I just grabbed the knife and still there okay but you found the knife on the ground when you were over there okay and it's that one all right and when you brought out the knife what did he do he just there there and and and throw that piece of metal okay so he saw the knife threw it and then took off yeah took off all right and then she went up on the porch Elizabeth yeah went to my mom's room went to your mom's room so she actually went inside the house yes with no permission okay okay sad very essential we're clear for Ms what kind of car were there in what toota do you know if it was like a Corolla a Cora or Camry oh they have contact with vehicle 10 for Ser you're saying it's a white tour to Corolla so what happened hey I was I was walk into a store buy some cigarette one of my friends give me a ride soon as I can my mom say I receive a phone call from from lisabeth I said what did she say say she she want to come everybody burn the house CU I make the report CU they be stealing money out of her account so I don't know if the police went to her house mhm and tried you know asking for her his mom be calling her and he said I want to everybody from the house and everything I don't know why but if you if you don't take money I'm sorry I think that was on I was responding to and they came right here and my brother came out of the car he said get off get off mhm him okay and this one my brother grabbed something a big metal thing he try to swing in my in my head so I thought and then he he raced that thing again and Tred swinging on me again he du I dug and then I start running and I fell right there with I can't even move can't hurt so much yeah it's a little bit swollen you fell off the stoop yeah that's when I see a knif right there I grab him he picked up the knife yeah and he left yeah soon as he swing in hit me with a piece of metal thing he said he hit you on the head with the metal where at no he h me but he Miss okay he tried to but he missed okay okay so your lip when did that was that when you fell you just cut your lip you know that that thing is like a metal oh yeah you see that's a metal thing see I think some nail there so we don't know if the knife is from earlier today or if it was just there um but brother has the pole he brings up the knife yeah brother Yanks that pole at him and then they take off in the car um so it's just a continuation of whatever happened earlier and then the cut on his lip is from earlier today um but the knee injury is from him falling off the porch with the whole new pole incident um but Elizabeth went into the house into Mama's bedroom you guys got everything y need from I'm going to take some pictures you guys take him to the hospital yeah I think I'm going to take I'm just
