sisters they were arguing about their Mom's doctor's appointment when one sister started to throw hands my mom um came from the hospital yesterday needs to get needs to be in the doctor right now but she's letting this right here prevent her from going to the doctor which really is upsetting me my mom needs to be a doctor she was so bless that she I made her an appointment this morning I came over here to check up on her she was on the couch hurting and pain and severe pain I have two older siblings that stay here with her none of them was helping her none of them my oldest brother didn't left to go to work my little sister is in there you know I go in the house so after I make her an appointment I tell her I'll come back and pick you up or whatever I get here maybe at 1:10 yeah right at 1:10 I go in house I say okay Mom I'm here um as soon as I walk in my little sister oh you got her like I'm like no she's not like I made her an appointment and my mom oh don't say nothing I don't say nothing to her she kind attit and all this and then next thing I know she starts flying off at me you know just starts popping off you know for no reason I haven't said nothing offensive to her nothing out of the way to her nothing at all so me and my mama we coming out the house next thing I know she starts attacking me right now she's probably doing a suicide act right now that's what she does she want to sit there act like she's suicidal when she gets in trouble but like I said I want to press charges I have my son in the house I my son this car I would like to leave do you need me for anything else yes I need you please don't leave because I'm very upset that I was just for no Reas for no reason at all she in a room and r a knife in she like I said AR she has a knife in there yeah 9 will you stuff it out she's barricading herself in a room with a knife yeah that's what she does I still want to press charg for domestic violence like I said it's a situation where she don't want to jail J and now it's tip po no it's not [ __ ] she was in the wrong she will you come out here please I did not fight back I just stop I'm not coming in there right now until there's more an additional person here I'm not having her I'm not having her come out how you want to treat me and oh I'm a tip for she could have been want to take you to the doctor I dropped my kids off everything need her adding to adding Toc situation yeah so I can't understand so today though she ran out and attacked her no she ran out and attacked her yeah and now she want her to go to jail for something happened was in wrong true enough but her situation is her attitude is that to go to jail because she want to jail but I had what happened maybe five or six years ago okay what happened then did she attack her she attacked her yeah they always she was pregnant no they was no she was pregnant every time no okay but she's always been in and out of trouble and the the officer at that time couldn't get her to calm down like you can't get to calm down now and shut up and just you know K me and you know tell what happened in that situation she did turn hands on her okay and so now she want her to go to jail cuz get payback yeah but so so with the other extra stuff aside as far as like the history but today what you saw was she ran out and attacked her you R out attack her like closed fist open fist pull on hair what I don't you don't remember all that you just know she made physical contact with her but what was the reason for today though you want have a seat on the couch what it's hard to get I understand that so how long have they ever lived together yeah they yeah I assume so but I mean nowadays people she Liv her own apartment she got her own apartment she with you so she ran out attacked her she I had the doctor forment she was it's 115 why why today why why I don't know I can't reason I can't understand her reason okay but you know what from for the past one she so was there ongoing beef going on between the two they had been some beef where they was cussing each other out one time they quit she blocked her they went talking and that was it that was it but when she saw her today it just ignited everything yeah I don't know when it ignited her but she start by talking that you know but her situation today ain't nobody care about her nobody care about her attitude she get back to the car yesterday I mean it just you just sit tight for me I'm sorry I know you got to get to the doctor we just got to hand you back in here yeah okay I had appointment but I go back to was mine now my mama did not buy this phone for her she did not buy this phone she took the phone my mama wouldn't make her give it back because I didn't come ask for it soon enough because she had the phone for so long my mama felt like oh well at this point you should just let her have it despite the phone not being hers she still was like oh well I'm not F to take it from this is an old situation right but this is the situation that my mom's trying to say that leading to today I'm just asking about what happened today okay what happened today can you take some big deep breaths for me in through your nose and out through your mouth I know you've been crying so it's going to be a little difficult but huh look can you hold my hand real quick hey hey hey slow down okay slow down you before 8:00 I want to say okay it's before 8:00 when I get here my mom sitting on the couch yesterday my mom went to the hospital cuz she was in so much pain they told her she had okay she's been in pain ever since yesterday M okay my little sister stays here my oldest brother stays here all both of them over the age of 18 okay like I said I get her today my mom sitting on the couch she told oh thank goodness you here I need to go to the bathroom why she needs help to go to the bathroom yes she needed help to get up to go to the bathroom because she was in so much pain so why is you still sitting there you got a grownup that says in one bedroom and you have another grown up walking around your I don't say nothing no I get up I help my momma you know I see what else she needs I I helped her get dressed she took her a shower I helped her get dressed all that you know I went to the grocery store this morning for her you see that car right there that's her car she let my little sister drive her car yesterday to take her to the hospital so it's not like my mama don't let her drive the car I took my mama went to the grocery store for my momma came back put a grocery up in everything okay I made her a doctor's appointment before I left doctor's appointment was for 1:30 yes for 1:30 today okay the man told us because I had already given them all the information he said you don't have to worry about getting here early okay that's what he told me yeah okay I got here at 1110 yeah 1110 my little sister had called me which I did not see because my phone was dead my little sister called me twice at 108 okay I didn't answer because my phone was turned over and I was driving don't we have no hands on while driving okay so like I said I pull up here at 1110 I don't even know cuz I don't not go into my mama's house you know like that's like a second home for me cuz I stayed here first when I first moved down here anyways go I'm like okay little lady I'm here let's go I don't say nothing to my little sister first thing she said oh you got her L she was supposed to be there 1:30 she was supposed to be there 15 minutes I said no I made the appointment I know what time she's supposed to be there my mom was like don't talk don't say nothing to her she got an attitude and so I don't say nothing else to her or whatever I walk on out the door by the time I get right here this little girl running out the house attacking me I do not hit her I do not touch her anything so she's mad so you show up at 1:10 and she said you're late and then that's over the phone or is that this is a person okay this is like where were you at when that happened okay we need to get this figured out you don't want to get this figured out talk to you talk to [Music] you I to talk to you are you saying they're not going to listen talking about me I'm here and I'm trying to get your side okay I can't get your side until you tell me when I walked in the house I was in the house when she you you were in the house yes I was through that I was past that room I was right there she was s her and my mom was sitting in the front room what we call no not this room oh in the back yes they were sitting in that room so you were walking into the house and she's saying this stuff yes well I was already in the kitchen she start um mama was supposed to be there 15 minutes before her appointment home I say no she doesn't the man told me and Mama over the phone that she doesn't have to be there early because I feel all her information my mom is telling me don't say nothing to her because she got attitude already she has an attitude because she just wrecked her car last night she just wrecked her car last night no she just wrecked his white car last night because her braks went out why because she fa to get them fixed she's for one thing she's not she's underage drinking okay she she likes to drink and smoke and you know waste her money should have been got a fix but did and now went out now she got attit with everybody so your mom's trying to like say and say don't worry about it um no my mom's not telling me not worry about it my mom's just telling me oh um don't say nothing to it which I don't I stopped talking to her at this point but this little girl but at this point I'm talking to my mom what is she what she just comes out of nowhere attacking me like I know you like what was it that I did what was I to provoke her that's the thing I said nothing to provoke her so hear me out hear me out I don't care who provoked who I don't care I just want to know what happened cuz I wasn't here it doesn't make any sense but I'm telling you I came here pick up my mom to take her to the doctor that that little girl could have done herself and she has an attitude because she red her C and she attacked so you were having a conversation with your mom after you said that to her cuz she said that hey don't worry about her she's got ready just let's go yeah and then all of a sudden out of nowhere she attacks you how does she so she runs at you start punching the face or what yes uh she snatches my wig off cuz I had a wig on my head where's the wig at oh it's in my car right there okay so I couldn't see it cuz she snatches my wig off and everything and just thoughts going Mayweather on me okay but I don't hit her back because I already know first of all I have a CNA license I'm going to school right now currently to be a medical assistant I'm not F to catch a charge and ruin my career where me and my kids have to sit here and done live in the projects forever I'm doing it I know how many about how many times you think she punched you in the face oh God uh I'm going to say about maybe three or four okay and then after that are you are you trying to get out or you running towards your car or what um at this point we end somehow we ended up over there because like like I said I was not trying to he so I was like this right in front y yes I had my sweater on so this what I'm like I'm like this right here like she's pulling on my sweater and everything all right so just whenever she got tired of feeding me did she stop and go in the house and I said oh yeah you're going to jail I might have to go to work morning day without can you tell me what happened today huh can you talk to me no can you tell your mom what happened today can you explain it to her if she don't explain what you would do we just have to listen to one side of the story just go on it unfortunately yeah if I you turn for to go to jail for what happened but it's not what I want to happen but if I don't have both sides of the story I don't know what else to do you know like I say it's chaos okay all right I appreciate you I'm going to talk to this other officer we're going see what what she's found out from her um do I need to sign anything any report I need to sign anything like I said I want to press charges not right now no um somebody will be in contact with you cuz obviously because you'all have a um you've been through this before and they may may not have informed you of it because you've lived with her before in the past and your sisters um you fall into the realm of Family Violence a Family Violence relationship so it's just like if it's like the difference between me seeing a stranger and punching him in the mouth and that stranger like you know what I don't want to press charges versus like a married couple they don't have the choice of press charges or not because it's Family Violence relationship does that make sense it's up to me if I have enough problem call Y going to press charges um I got to see so I like to get everyone's story first before make the determination cuz I don't like to make any hasty decisions right so I mean like obviously it's a big deal to rest somebody seiz them and uh take them a jaet right I like to get everybody stories um the other officer talking to your sister right now just trying to get your mom up for the doctor's appointment what happened M said mama said she was going to be late I told her I said I said said mama said she's going to be late so she yell at me started yelling at me and stuff about I don't know I don't remember what she I told her was like y need to go y just need to go work cuz I'm not trying to do all that just need to go and she just kept going and going and that's just what she does you just keep going and then I just okay and then what and then and then she turned around and she kept yelling at me so I hit her okay how'd you hit her I hit her I don't know I just hit her okay did you hey did you hit her like with your fist did you hit her just like slapping her she go no she's still sitting out there I just had to talk to her real quick get her yeah so we're going to have to take it to jail for B violence battery what's last now he's been removed from the room it's in the bedroom do he have any other weapons in there nothing you know we're
