[Music] Hold my arm. >> Put your foot in. >> Okay, good. >> Want to go talk to her mom? >> Yeah, bro. >> Are you going to take her to jail? >> Yeah, she's going to jail. >> Yeah. Um, she So, >> you can show me 1015 and issue me a case number, please. So, I'm thinking, you know, we we've been trying to deal with this for years. Um, at this point, she has TBI. She was doing good this morning as soon and then, uh, we left. She said she was going to take a nap and then we went to the store and came back and she was gone. And what she told me, >> correct? >> Uh, she hangs around, you know, baths, that's what I call her, >> right? um Robert Hasso, >> right? >> Um and she he beats her up and steals from her. I mean, you know, I think there I think she's she might have I know she drinks an immense amount of alcohol >> and but I think I know they do method whatever kind of drugs they do because we found meth pipes and stuff. Um, so the story was um just now she she said that they came looking for her and I said all you have to do is lock yourself in the house and call the cops if they're trying to get you. >> Sure. >> And then of course she didn't agree with that. But she was um but then we know she's drunk so I said, "Well, how how did you get alcohol?" I think she left and got alcohol, contacted weird people. Uh, actually, I don't know if she was with anybody, but I know she's drunk. So, she went and got alcohol and then she came back all with the story. I'm hoping that um if she goes to jail this time because she just gets released. I I just picked her up yesterday from uh she was she'll do okay for a couple days and then she'll disappear and then she got picked up on Friday night um and in Bayard and then they took her to the hospital and she was probably flipping out like this and then they brought her down to um Santa Teresa and then she's been there for 3 days and she called me and said to come get her. So, I went and got her, but she needs to be locked up for a while, but jail isn't isn't the place that she needs to be. she needs to be some sort of mental institution where she can't walk out because um but um I talked to uh I talked to uh I used to work for Addis and and he's a counselor and uh Mark and um you can commit somebody or it can be court ordered and >> I'm I'm I'm hoping to go through the court somehow. um to get it court ordered that she can but is there any >> and maybe maybe that's something we can we can discuss whenever it goes to court. >> Okay. >> Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to to just place somebody in a facility like that. >> I understand. >> So that the way that it works for us is, you know, they they normally end up in jail and then the the court would be the one that would have to order them to a treatment facility. >> Right. Right. So, >> but that's that's definitely something we can discuss. Um, once once she's been charged, um, the district attorney's office will be handling it at that point and they're they're probably going to get in contact with you. Yes. >> And then that's something you can discuss with them. >> Maybe I can talk to uh the district attorney about it or something >> and I don't know who who it will be assigned to right away, but >> but they will more than likely contact you once they receive the case because they'll go through the the list of witnesses. she'll be in jail for at least um who knows like this is this sort of thing where she soers up and then she sounds like she's okay then she's back out on the street and no judge I can't seem to get a judge to >> um I actually I I can't get any help. But can't she needs to be in a place where she can't just walk out? >> As far as it goes, like like for us, we don't have any discretion on how long she stays in jail or anything like that. >> She can be released tomorrow >> and more than likely she will be. Ju just to be honest with you, I don't see them holding her. And the the reason being is it's that part really isn't even on the the judges a lot of the times because it's up to the district attorney to file file a motion with the court to have them held in custody due to X Y and Z. >> Mhm. >> I saw the mirror. Was there anything else inside that was broken? >> She broke a lot of stuff. Cups, mirrors. >> Okay. >> Throwing everything >> like like mugs, like coffee coffee mugs. >> Just throwing whatever she could get her hands on. Obviously, um she'll be like this for a while and and she was real she's saying she's going to and her daughter, but when she's like this, I can't probably calm her down. I have to call the cops. >> Sure. >> Um I sometimes I can, but this one and then she's been like I said, she just I don't know you I know you've heard this sort of story before. I know there's a lot of crazy people out there. I I've actually never seen her like that personally. She's always very respectful with me. >> So, I don't know if it's >> the amount of alcohol or what. >> Yeah. I don't know. >> She's she's usually super respectful with me when I talk to her. >> Yeah. >> Um >> Yeah. She went out looking for trouble again. Thank you for coming. >> Give us a call if you need anything else. Okay. >> Okay. After breaking items during a domestic dispute, Mercedes Feathering resisted arrest, battery on a law enforcement officer, and refused commands. She was evaluated at the hospital and later booked into
