Then you were. No. The suspect was booked for obstruction of an officer, giving false name and date of birth to law enforcement, and driving while license suspended or revoked. On January 10th, 2024, the suspect played guilty to obstruction of an officer and giving false information to law enforcement. The charge for driving while license suspended was dismissed through a nolle prosequi. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to pay $100 in fees, and received an additional 12 months of probation on the remaining count.
