kids you know what I'm saying yeah that's what that's the only thing I was saying so she come home feeling all some type of way like doing all this crazy want to fight and I'm like hey man what's going on hey sir how are you all right how are you are you are you the dad father what's going on so she is going to jail on on misdemeanor charges Criminal Trespass damage to property she busted out the window what the criminal that just means you damage property damage property she with me he been threaten her all day right so like I said she's going he not going to ja he grab her it's both people right so she's going on just to trespass because as far as physical evidence goes she has a cut on her finger he has he has a bite mark on his arm which he okay and then the window is broken okay so really all we have to go on as far as chargeable things right now is the broken window what we're going to do she's going to get booked on the misdemeanor charges and we're going you know that not fast we're going to forward the report to domestic violence investigators okay sir it's no I'm I'm going get talk to don't let's I I would really prefer it if you just take your grandson and leave I pra I promise you I'm get t I'm say he know she have seizures okay bad seizures he do that [ __ ] she might have one back in the he do that [ __ ] all the time okay he can go out and party and do what he want to do but soon as she get with her friend it's he grabed her and all that and then she but again what officer Raymond said all that other stuff it's it's miss me it's so there's there's what we call a lot of lethality factors okay both both parties have access to his firearm because it's un secure in the house right right both parties have access to drugs they're using marijuana it's not a big deal but it's a lethality Factor okay there's obviously a high level of emotional involvement going on yeah okay she didn't do nothing bro right so she didn't do nothing we have to arrest her because we found probable cause for the broken window in in a domestic violence situation um I you know I'm not sure it's up to the judge um like I said it's just a Mis charge right now but these lethality factors genuinely make me believe now whether it would be him hurting her or her hurting him I don't know but with everything that's going on I genuinely believe that if we left here without making an arrest come to in the morning one of them is going to be severely injured she admitted to Breaking the window somebody holding you down you trying to get up and but it's also the statements that led up to her being as well we Tak which like like what like her coming in and being the aggressive physically no um I'm hot like it's like my head I want to have no se man this this this ain't
