there boxing or something I got that drive license with you yeah y'all stay here I stay no he stay here I I was just with him I got you okay who just ran in the house my cousin what's your cousin's name Ralph huh Ralph Ralph do you know his last name yeah we just trying to get to work okay where you work at oh I got you got you yeah he trying to get to work I got you man I was going to add a little bit far but you know the F that ran inside no me and him was at the back as yeah and like you know we work we got work at 4:00 and it's like what's why did he do that does he stay here he just figured he could run in there does he not have a license or something to I don't I cin like that try to go to it's 333 yeah we was in the leave okay and we came on we seen the police we were like was going on I asked what was going on brother hey did you got contact with him around back asked them if they knew that guy and they said no the ones in the house they came from around back they said they don't know who drives that vehicle did you knock on the front door yet no yet I was waiting for people cuz they came out back and there was like four people who he is I have no idea who he is let me find out okay hang tight for me appreciate you is that Ralph dude inside whose house is this my grandma your grandma said that it's his cousin and he ran inside his cousin yeah who said that that guy no this guy right here that was in the passenger seat says he lives here all right he got out he said he didn't he didn't run the stop sign and he walked into the house hey Conor he's W to know if you can move your car so you can get to work all right who's around back is there anybody around back still around back just him you want to go around back with him what does he look like uh long dreads he's pretty tall you know what he's wearing uh he's wearing blue shirt and like gray pants or something like that Polie come to the door me sir yes sir I'm moving I'm moving for thank you yes sir [Music] how you doing ma'am the gentleman that just ran in here Ralph something he needs to come out here and talk to us he probably ran out the back I don't know hey man y can't be cut through them bush priv what the gentleman that just ran in here he ran from an officer on a traffic stop hey okay what happened I'm not sure what happened but an officer called out and said that a male got out of the car and ran into this house he needs to come out here or we'll go in there and get him and he'll be under arrest at that point well so I just had a gentleman that lives here said he just ran in here so I know he's in here and he needs to either come out or we're going to go in there and get him I don't want to do that cuz you're not as mobile so I just come out the bathroom you can look if you want to he can't no he can't no he can't well you need to get him to come out here then all right so listen hey this is this is what it is he he's under arrest for obstruction we're going to go and get him or he can come out going get a warrant no I don't need I don't I don't need a warrant we're not searching private private who's buming in the house well I don't thank you for letting me know but we're doing our job so you can convince him to come out or we'll go get him your choice but those are the two options he's under arrest for obstruction he can come out here and explain himself if he wants I don't know but if he keeps if he keeps playing y'all stay here with me then I look cuz I just come out the bathroom I just pull well I just come out the bathroom I don't know what was he wearing blue shirt that's not him he came from around back with those other guys but he's got long dreads long dreads blue shirt what she saying she called to him and he didn't answer so I don't know you know his name who said it was his cousin is his name Ralph do you want to convince him to come out or are we going to have to go in there and get him what did he do so this officer made a traffic stop and he pulled in your driveway got out of the car and ran in here so it was a simple traffic stop for a traffic violation and he want running the stop sign so he ran the stop sign so I I wasn't there when the off well when somebody runs into a house absolutely yes ma'am so we don't know who this guy is we don't know what he's going why he's running and why he's running into this house we don't know if he knows the people here so yeah we're going to take every precaution to keep y'all safe and [Music] us but he is in here I don't know didn't I just tell him I don't know who come in here well you just hollered right so you knew who I was talking about you said he will come in the house you told me you told me said okay well this the guy that lives here told me that his name is Ralph and I heard you call out Ralph okay so can do you want to try to tell him to come out here otherwise we're going to go find them you said you you asked me said who come in this house I told you I didn't know I just come out well so you're not in any trouble but we're trying to do this as safely as possible I run my damn blood pressure oh I'm sorry do do you um what's Ralph's last name what what is Ralph's last name do I have to tell you all that no well I want to explain the so he is under arrest and if you don't want to cooperate and try to convince him to come out then we're going to have to go get him and I don't want him to try to nut up and fight and damage property in your house hope but that's where we're atone of y'all well we won't we won't I told we'll leave that up to him kind of stuff it it nerves me I understand that and I'm sorry that he put you in that situation and and I told you uh these children when they come here to the house I don't be paying them children no attention and stuff I told you I just I heard didn't knock on the door and I came to the door but I'm I'm hurting I'm sorry you need an ambulance I don't uh do you need an ambulance no I ain't going to go no hital all right so you are certain he ran in here yeah he walked in the house and he wouldn't had time to go out the back he might have it's a possibility screen CL it is a possibility the screen door lock screen door well let's go look for here where where would be the best place for us to look for him to start out with ma'am I don't know okay let that boy call call his wait a minute he calling his mom whose Mama Ralph's Mama yeah well we're yeah we're Ralph you're under arrest come out now with your hand hands up hains you want with us is there anybody on who's entire life why would I run that and folks so stupid man like to see KN damn well I seen you to my right why would I why would I run it why would I give you a reason to come after me that don't make no sense that's dumb now was I on my phone I give you that yeah I was on my phone but stop sign the officers decided to call in the K9 unit the K9 alerted to the presence of Contraband so the officers searched the vehicle positive alert is it unlocked yeah it was unlocked oh of course you want to get that side Hard Times Hard Times first one to put the gloves on gets the search this side it's not nice to have it you could have just asked I would have gave it to you I'm a humbling you search more cars than you you want sech n Go ahead dude I'll save these gloves you search cars every day what was in there nothing nothing just I'm sure whatever if there was anything in there he probably went inside with it inside while searching the vehicle the suspect's mommy showed up and she was not too happy but look look at this know this right here that pisses me off and then what stop sign that he stop supposedly ran I wasn't the officer that made the stop the one right here that's almost on the ground is about to fall over and stuff that sometimes you can't even see it's the one that's coming this way that's what I know that one right there that we be begging for them to get fix what's upright so it it is now and mean it had has been on the ground but all this my mom is 80 years old and all this look at her house somebody ran into her house in January and we haven't even gotten it fixed a drunk driver so of course this is going to make her nervous all of y'all out here doing all this for a track hold on for a traffic stop we have murderers Al loose out here and y'all ain't even did all that for all them I don't like this I am a citizen as well I work in law enforcement as well so I know he does have rights if he wrong for any narcotics or anything in the car yes he's wrong whatever this is a traffic stop it ain't all this ain't necessary for no traffic stop y'all got the block lit up for a traffic stop okay this hole still in this house when that when he did all that all y'all didn't even show up this man like to kill my mom in this house what when I see you upset I can't speak for them I can only speak for what I know for right now and I hear everything you're saying or whatever I everything you're saying but it's just like hold on wait your turn I'm not going to stand here you don't have to you don't have to cuz I said my P sir so what you charge me with are you're getting the obstruction you're getting the red light and then you said you were on your phone so you getting the phone how you going give me my phone if I got bluo you said you were on your phone yeah Bluetooth I was on the phone then why' you say I couldn't stop you you said what you said you understood about the phone but not the stop sign y Bluetooth bro why would I stop you why would I stop you if you were using Bluetooth you said I would you understood if I stopped you for the phone yeah cuz I had the Bluetooth speaker up if you would have seen what do you mean a Bluetooth speaker it see that's how I know man a Bluetooth speaker right there in the cup so you weren't on your phone I was on the phone talking to somebody you see when I when you up all right well that makes more sense what you mean don't make you right I said that makes more sense all right I will take look I'll take that off before it said before you said that you were on your phone you understood why if I would stop so I took that as you were on your phone correct you took that as I was on my phone so basically you saying how you tried so basically you just picked me out of the number out of the ordinary to just stop me because I stopped you because of the I stopped you because of the stop sign look I'll take the phone off you can't run the game on me if you were on you on your phone my uncle's retired sherff everything that I know that's why I do not try to get in no trouble if you're on your phone just don't be on your phone anymore okay cuz that may have been the reason why you you missed the stop sign no man the Bluetooth speak BR now you putting words I'm not I not I said that may be why it could be a reason why if it maybe why so then you're maybe that's why you're charging me right maybe when we get to the jail show you the video you run a stop sign is that fair show me the video I'll show you the video if you show me the video then you can't charge me with no phone I'll show you the video I'm not charging with you ain't going to say that right you Ain you ain't going to say that right you ain't going to say that look look look you ain't going to say that
