I don't want to f***ing die, dude Frederick was eventually taken to the hospital for medical treatment before being booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility after deputies spent much of the night attempting to contain the increasingly unstable encounter He was charged with disorderly conduct resisting deputies during the arrest, and for striking a responding officer According to investigators, Frederick continued making bizarre remarks throughout transport The case later concluded with probation and time served outcomes tied to several charges from the incident Frederick's legal troubles continued well beyond the RV resort confrontation He was booked again by the Bunnell Police Department on June 2nd, 2024 on allegations tied to trespassing, obstruction, and a probation violation Records later showed he remained in custody until November 23rd, 2024
