in reference to a battery that had occurred in this incident the victim and the suspect's parents met the police in a nearby parking lot this is when they broke down just how abusive the suspect truly is why you guys doing now it's a little complicated go I'm M okay to the to this child over here my let her come so it's your boyfriend okay and you're the mother of the boyfriend okay and that's the father okay how you guys doing all right so what's going on todaying me okay and I haven't had the nerve call I should have first started but I didn't all right I got today I kept calling and calling no answer so I go knock on the door he swings the door open and I can see something was going on in his eyes like she'll be out in a minute when she came out her shirt was wet like she been crying and she was like just get in the car and go I said what's going on she said get in the car and let's go but by that time he done W on her she saying all this is hurting and may is [Music] bruised okay all right so if you could show me the bruises from um where he hit you we can go from there yeah and when did that one happen last weekend and then so any from today I know it's I here in public sorry it's not Bo yet no no centr I'm saying right here he bit me okay and that was today M and and that's my mouth shut I and I when he did he did it so fast on on your neck and your chest and this is all from today little more all right and this happened from this morning okay around what's your name again typical you geia yep man we we don't want that you know we don't want that nothing bad to happen to him for us you know him getting attitude and then you having to you know what I mean yes sir he don't have weapons guns and all that but knes are in the home you know okay but he don't have weapons I don't hope he to be that dumb but I think he needs help that he won't get okay is it just a behavior that he needs help with or is it like drugs or alcohol it's mental mental mental health okay and have y'all been living together there we moved there in November is see there now there now Teri to go back home okay are they legally married no okay I got this place uh honestly it's in her name they came to lock him up for it uhuh because her family called M and when when they got there she said um something else happened this is why my mouth busted because this happened okay and they did not take me and how long ago was that two weeks after my S may may early May late May early June okay this past year got is he uh own any drugs or anything no maybe marijuana okay you have any weapons no but like I said NES are in the home yeah but he don't have what he don't have any Firearms no terrified to go home I can't afford to put them up in a hotel because I got that apartment for her to get off the right and we don't want no situation where you know he by E ass or whatever y'all have to you know what I'm saying we don't want that right but if y'all got to take to jail right well I mean right and we'll investigate that and then if there's enough there than Poss right he's two right that's first thing he just told me when I go now I want my child to go to jail but I'm also going to protect mine well definitely yeah they're young and innocent and can't protect themselves this is too much I don't want my child killed either though you know what I mean right well nobody wants that right and he might have he already might have anyway for probation violation was on probation for you think all kind of Dum stuff I got it soci everything you can run it well I think that's what that they live in now currently together they established res uh residency together so at this point it kind of cancels out if you want to press charges or not because now it's a Family Violence um charge and the state of Georgia charges that so we are mandated to make an arrest regardless of her saying she doesn't want to press char or not just because it falls under Family Violence um and that's the state of Georgia so saying go to jail um yes he's terrified to go to the house so he will he will go to jail just from the simp of fact like you have the alleged crime the evidence to it and the relationship I say with the state of Georgia with that I'll give you a victim's bill of right it'll basically run down uh as far as you having a TPO from from him if you want to have bunk additions they're probably going to have bunk additions with this stting that he can't be probably with um around you or the kids and you'll have to set up times where he'll have to see the kids and do you know where he's at at he's at the house right now her key is she left her key but we have a key but yeah okay have to and he going to look at that one see cop car well being mother and father do yall think y'all could probably possibly talk to him oh yeah he don't respect us no I mean that that's basically why that's why I want going to be that that's probably why I wanted to that's why I want to come and tell you you know I know how he is uhuh and I I don't want nobody to kill him I know if I come I'm I'm going you know what I'm saying do something I don't want to do okay okay we probably just have to go from that point we have to ask our cuz nowadays the climate of law enforcement we can't do stuff without going to our supervisors and asking them so we'll ask them see where in the morning and after that he was just talking and he's upset cuz I won't pay his formation anymore it's not my job to B it's not he he just sits there he don't she went to take her grocery shop so that's why came and got her told her he could she better not be gone that long yeah be bad when we get back and stuff like that so I just that's why I I kept her we've been G for we've been trying to discovered that he already has a protection order for another victim which officers soon find out is a family member of his girlfriend protection order with another female and her family is it her have her cousin cuz they they said that he was um being rude to her saying rude things to her okay so this is unrelated to all that unrelated but it's her it's her pleas got you okay I just I didn't diagnosed with anything like uh been anger management or no what ADHD and all that kind of stuff yeah that's kind of normal that's normal but as he's getting older he's turning into there a monster okay that's why I asked about drugs cuz a lot of times people when they start doing they don't do what they normally would do like alcohol uh I know marijuana for a fat right but that's you get that not going to tell me no story right well that's good most children are truthful years old he know what he's talking about right I guess at this point we're going to go over there I'm going drop her before but he ran right to the house and they went right on he dumb he dumb how old is he just turned 23 but he got a m over five year old oh man so nobody else should be at the house nobody El okay violation on there what was a I didn't see a probation violation onen yeah what was it for or what is he on one for the car situation and one for this family violence thing with the little girl a mentally stable to be at nobody's house well there there's programs if if if he's willing to change and do the right thing that they'll help him out with it and there's anger management classes he can go to definitely it's something that he's going to have to want he's notz can't force him cuz he's an adult now but he's going to end up in a sounds like he's learning the hard way as what and I'm I'm I'm his mother I I have two sons of a 19y old and I have him and I am that mother that protects her sound like it it sound like it but at this point I'm a grandmother man right your priorities on them I understand you you've done what you could with with them right now I'm going to be upet and I'm going to go home and probably cry yeah we're going to try to get his side of the story and then go we have to act and it doesn't matter if the victim wants to come for it or not if we come out and investigate we see there's enough probable calls then we have to do what we got to do um right now you're under arrest for uh battery Family Violence now like I said you'll have your day in court you're innocent he proven guilty I will I be able to bond out on these charges uh you'll be able to go before a judge uh and since it's a DV charge and you'll talk to them and they will set the bond they'll probably have Bond conditions how many days do it take to have a bond oh you you'll probably talk to the judge either either they'll come in this evening or it'll be first thing in the morning but um he's going to go ahead and get this ball rolling so uh you might can talk to one tonight so if if if cuz I'm pretty sure that I mean those are are merely just trampoline like exell you know well you don't have to explain your case to me um it it's neither here nor there at this point um I can can I be honest I always like honesty like me and my that was my mother who she was with and you know my mother she she shares a slight bit of jealousy between me and her being together and with us having our own place because she helped us get this new place uh due to credit but my wife she she pays the bills here CU you know we just of course we just moved in here like like two months ago gotcha and you know um and my mom she shares a slight bit of jealousy and and and I tried to you know talk to my wife about you know her her being in the position that she is and how she needs to own her position I'm just going to stop you there for for your own benefit and and for you to learn from this situation you know I would listen to what the court has to say there there's there's programs that you can go into for DV domestic violence and anger management issues uh talk to them but I was going to finish uh by asking like what's up if hours to get out M due to me having two kids and due to me having like due to this being my home for real and this was merely just uh a a a slight misunderstanding but a fair uh conclusion um okay M would I still be able to come back to my home that is entirely up to the judge it's not up to us they will set the bond conditions and then if you violate those Bond conditions you'll be right back in jail so whatever they tell you make sure you follow to a te cuz you don't want to mess up you know your case when you go before the judge uh for when this goes to trial or goes before the judge because if you violate those Bond conditions they're going to look like this guy's not even listening to what we got to say so they're going to look at it and like hey he's he's not following these orders so that doesn't look good on your behalf so whatever they set forth with the judge through the bond conditions follow them to a te generally they they have a lot of times no contact and or no physical contact stuff like that so you just make sure you listen to what they got and they're going to give you a copy a physical copy make sure you go by those until your court date okay baby baby I'mma call you can I can you stop and say my mama please
