on October 16th 2022 officers responded to a domestic disturbance that just occurred between a 61-year-old mother and a 31y old daughter hey officer Thomas up in Scot County Police Department yeah I call okay got her real name nck t jumped on me see my face like this it's my foot back there okay and she push it on the ground right there and my leg the oh I she gone crazy she was holl for cigarette I told I had no more cigarette get her and then when she got mad and jumped on me okay oh you guys live together or huh you guys live together she don't live here she live in Spring Valley okay she just just came over oh the baby said she was hungry the baby called me this week said she was hungry I told her bring the baby before the baby can eat I can give the baby some food she been nagging me since she been over I told her to leave and the rent man I already told me he didn't be her from over here got come over here start proud with everybody okay uh so guys I live here by myself you just lived here by yourself yeah this this part belong to me not her she was over here yes for how long for uh three days want feeding the baby just three days yeah I feeding the baby cu the baby said she was hungry okay so the baby spring back with a man and girl is on Dr and she need some help but the baby if the baby say she want hungry she want been over here I want that over here I him just to feed the baby okay I don't want to see no kid hungry no kid nobody hry so then she got call me or a I'm not even one thing she called me so L up my face Stu scratch that up okay and this was right over here push me right over there did see anything okay hpal but the bottom line is she comes over here and plays the kids come over here then she cures andate the whole time she's over here I I don't I don't speak to her because the young lady don't have no respect and I with her landlord told her she got one time disrespect me I'm going call cuz I know I don't need to put my hands on her but bottom line is she's very AB that's Mom adoped her she's very abusive cussing very abusive to her children all of that she's bad business okay uh and you saw her push him on the ground right here p on the ground right there yeah all right you see the F see hit her or anything like that and she pushed her down her phone flew over there and she went back up on the it was just a little scuff she pushed her down okay and then she left right after that no she didn't leave she told her to leave and called y okay all right uh you have an ID on you no I'm not giving you my ID I got no I'm not giving you my ID I don't have to give you my ID I give you my name I live right here you don't want to be a wi I don't want to give you my ID that's cool you don't got a choice okay you don't want to be a witness for the report yeah you put my name there I can't put your name down if I don't know first of all I don't have no license right now that's fine I can get a credit card my car like I just need to identify name and date of birth okay uh what's up cuz I want you running my ID I don't want you okay uh if I can't identify him I can't use him as a witness for the report so I'll just get it logged up without that I'll just let me know I'll U I'll put that over there but I can't take out a warrant if there's no specific witness uh really yes I need your information for the report I got a credit card I need a name and a birthday I do not have a birthday you don't have a birthday I got something to show you mind I got what is that just checking your blood sugar okay since you said you're diabetic standard operating I'm going to go get you a case card real quick uh and then I'll uh put that report up for you for the injuries I'll log it down um as a battery and then I'll talk to him again in a second and we'll look at if I'm able to take out the warrants with the witness or if not uh when uh the detective reaches out to you they'll try and make contact with him as well to try and get his information and figure out what we can do okay that's I vict her already yeah she don't need problem every every time come he got a bad mouth cussing f m terrible yeah uh let me get your won't be able to put him as a witness um the detective will reach out later and try and get in touch with him my ID with oh you have the ID that's great I just didn't have it like that oh yeah yeah oh that's F I don't like the lady she's very very disrespectful all right I appreciate you guys all righty the daughter returned a little over a month later so the mother called police to inform them she was there my K would be trying to get my she keep back you come back TR and who are you Brenda okay and it's Katrina in the house okay does she uh how does she have any weapons with her and this is where you live yes okay what room is she in she she who else is in the house the baby okay I'll let you go in hey hey Katrina hi so you do have warrants out for us for what for CLK County for what um I don't know I can confirm him though for what I got what for 462 Central I'm out withina what I got a one for have my 462 Central can you tell me what the 29's for I'll let him knowy Family Violence first time with battery I it got the me it got throw it up okay so if I guess if it's your first conviction that then you should get a bond she's um she just wants to know if she can get some more someone went and took a warrant out themselves I wait would I get a BT day more than likely cuz the judge is still in just watch your toe there it's a little close to the door frame you should know were listed as a a party I don't know victim or suspect or witness or just involved in a battery this right that's my mom okay so there there was a battery uh call at that address on the 16th I don't time we being over here in a while okay this was from an alleged fight between you and your mom that happened on the 16th oh god this is my first time over here in a while I Haven been over October 16th so I don't know if if she's reporting that after it looks like she said it happened on the 16th if you if you are Trina that's in this call yeah okay then yeah uh it's from an alleged fight you know public information that you know everybody you anybody has record access to so this isn't anything secret she said allegedly you uh hit her in the face pushed her to the ground and now you have a cut on your foot so I don't know if the warant so I don't know if the warrant is about that um but when I click on your when I click on any calls involving you so that's like anytime that if you were in an accident or you know somebody stole something from you or you were you know ran over somebody's foot or something anything that involves the police um in you creates a file for you so that's just the based off the date of the sign warrant and the incident around that time it might be that again I'm not sure sure um but they they should give you that information I think in jail all
