That's when a customer return an item, so we CBP it. We decrease the price. We reduce the price. Okay. So, that way we're still getting some profit off it. All right. So, but it has to be all returned from a customer, so basically used or damaged or missing a piece. Like it's a item with three pieces. They're missing one, we we decrease the price, okay? So, what they're doing is like they're basically using all their credentials and decreasing the price of items Okay. for their own benefit. Okay. >> So, they decreasing the price basically twice in just different of a minute or two. And they're buying it the same at the same time. Okay. Okay. So, um some of the items they are PS5s, TVs, uh printers, computers. I mean, many. So, I ended up doing it and then they said they would do it for me and then I didn't cuz nothing was wrong with it. So, I understand that it was fraud that I was one making the purchase and asking them to do it for me. Cuz then my managers first told me that they wanted stuff. For example, said manager wanted some AirPods. I gave him the little slip, gave it to him and then he said, "Um if you um like the PlayStation and stuff, he CVP'd it for me and then I ended up buying it. Okay. Um and then I gave the slip to her despite there not being anything wrong with it. Then my other team lead, my direct supervisor, who wanted some AirPods and a gaming monitor, and made me CVP it and I gave him the slip as well. Then I ended up buying something that was CVP'd because they did it. And I understand that the CVP process is something that is like broken, tear, return, or like missing items. And that's about it. It was pretty much just like a snowball effect of managers telling me what to do then I tell my managers what I want to do. Okay. And who's that manager? Team lead Alex, team lead Cynthia.
