Anything you can take could be used to get you to the court of law. >> Pushing back. >> On June 10th, 2023, officers responded to a residence after a caller reported that he saw a woman running out of her home naked. By the time the officers arrived, the man that allegedly broke into her home was already gone and she luckily went back inside for a towel. >> My window. A lot of officer just left my >> Where did he go? He went through that trail right there. >> Down this trail? >> Yeah. >> Is your son injured? >> No, but I'm pretty scratched up and he got saliva on my phone. >> Okay. What's he wearing? >> He got black pants and no shirt. >> Okay. So, nobody was hit in the head with a brick. >> No, he threw it and did. He did hit my son. >> He did hit him? >> Yeah, he hit my son. But my son had already had a head injury prior to this. >> Where's your son at? >> He's in the house. >> Let me see him. >> Me and my son just got out the shower. I was out here naked cuz he like walked in my house. Just walked in while I was upstairs in the shower. >> Let me see real quick. >> Kyrie, I'm trying to bring him back. >> I'm sorry. That man, I don't know him. He's my witness. >> Okay. Hey, buddy. >> He hit my son and you see it's rock gravel on his side of his head. You see like them dark dirt particles. >> Okay. After checking the entrance to the trail, the officer decided it might be a good idea to ask if the suspect had any weapons on him. >> Hey, when he was walking off, did he have anything in his hand? >> Yeah, he was throwing there, but he he seen me when he was walking alone. >> When he was walking off, did he have anything in his hand? >> He had something he threw it down. I don't know what it was. >> Threw it down. >> He seen me stop. It was made >> trying to help me get their mailbox prior to >> and they just gave me a project safe number. I can show you in there. And they told me if he come back, they told me to call y'all. I was just attacked in my shower. >> Okay, let's go inside. We'll talk inside. >> And he was trying to throw a brick through my car. He already busted those windows, but I couldn't prove it. But he just sent the text I show. >> You wouldn't mind just hanging out for a minute so I can get your name and everything. >> The baby I'm pregnant with and he kept throwing bricks at me. >> When was this? After the >> No, when he was when he rolled past, the man was throwing bricks at me trying to >> Hold on. >> I'm sorry. >> I know you're stressed. Yes, I am. >> Let's just take a breath. That's a lot. I get it. >> He came back and attacked me in the shower. >> Was this the one you talked to? >> Yes. >> Were you out here earlier? >> No. >> No. Oh, okay. That's the lady. >> I'm different. I just came on shift, ma'am. >> Oh, y'all did a shift change. >> Yeah. >> The officer that I just talked to right here. I >> about to say. >> Huh? >> I'm about to say I haven't got anything yet. >> Honestly, >> you want me to stay here and take this or you want me to go look for this dude? >> I'll take it. >> Okay. I'm gonna go get his his witness statement and everything like that before y'all came. >> Let me grab his stuff and then I'm gonna ride the trail. >> Yeah, I'm not making this up, ma'am. The officer and then the officer that was here, he was explaining to the other officer that I wasn't here because I was with him. I was in a whole another apartment complex and he told me if that man come back, call y'all. >> Okay. So, what happened today? Why the officer come out? >> Yes. He he called the cops and said that I battered him. But when they got here and it was the same officer that I was already with, he explained to the other officer, "Ain't no way she did that because I was just with that officer." You see what I'm saying? >> Yeah. >> And I told that man, he will hurt me. I just told him that. >> So what did you see? >> I just come around the curb and heard her yelling and and then she just recently got that to. I mean, she was out here, no clothes or stuff ripped off of him. >> He had something in his hand when she was called the police and I stopped and I put my car the truck in reverse. So he whatever he had in hand he put it down. He threw it down. >> Okay. Where did he throw it down? >> He he was back over here somewhere and then a water spot. He threw it down once you seen the one reversed and come back. >> Okay. >> And that's when he that's when he >> did you see him throw anything? >> I want to say he was throwing something at a uh bike. >> Did you see him hit anybody or anything? >> I didn't see him hit anybody. >> Okay. All right. >> She just kind of scratched up. >> What happened before we got here? >> Okay. This other girl called the cops because I was so I felt bad. She was in sleeping in the car with some kids she took in. She didn't want to leave my other apartments over there in Park. So, um she called the cops and I called the cops. So, this officer that did come to this address, he was out there at that apartment complex with me. I'm sorry. Give me one second. We Oh, okay. >> 10 up. >> I mean, I took pictures of the guy. He spit on my phone as you can see. This was just him. He was spitting at me. He spit it. This hit saliva on my phone. >> Okay. Oh, >> not trying to be funny, but >> No, no, no. You're fine. >> You know, this show the video showed the motion of >> So, who is he to you? >> He's the guy that I'm pregnant by and he was pregnant by. >> Yeah. He was throwing bricks at me trying to get me to lose my residence. >> I was trying to record him, but I was on the phone with the police. >> So, is he just upset that you called to >> No. As I was explaining, no, that's not what he mad at. So this silver matter, the girl they was being shield, I was looked at as the aggressor, but I wasn't aggressive. The police let, you know, it was a civil case, so they let it between the landlord. >> So officer Bailey is out here. I know who you're talking about. >> So after this, after this fact, the girl told the guy I'm pregnant about that it wasn't his baby. From then, they told me not to mess and that's why he left and left me with that. I got attacked in my shower with my baby. I came running downstairs. He throwing bricks, trying to throw bricks at my car, bricks at my stomach. I didn't scuff myself up cuz he trying to make me lose my baby on purpose. >> Did this all happen outside? >> Yes, he broke past and seen it. >> Okay. All right. >> And I took pictures and you can >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Let's slow it down. So I >> This was talking to me earlier. >> Okay. Okay. Let me let me get this right. So today was just a civil issue when they came out. >> The other address. >> All right. And this is because he believes or somebody told him that that wasn't his baby. >> Mhm. >> Okay. And so then he came out today. >> This is when the guy drove by. >> Did he enter the house? >> Okay. So, does he live here? >> He say, >> "All right." But he came into the house. >> Mhm. >> Is that when he came to >> I told you I was in the shower? Yes. He um the baby the you know the other little baby I got in there, he yelled for my name. I'm thinking >> to myself, you know, before I got in shower, just me, him, and my son. So I rushed downstairs to see what's wrong with him. >> See if something happened. >> Yeah. And when I got downstairs, I see him in my house and I ordered him to get out my house. He's barred from my house. I already bar like he's barred from my he was >> No, he's been barred. >> Okay. >> He's not. He wasn't even supposed to be on the premises. That's why they told me to take out a tpo. >> What's his name? >> Demetrius. >> A3 central. >> You know, I went ran out nowhere but naked. Like I'm really more embarrassed. I was trying to get get from him. He was throwing bricks at me. going to be aggravated assault. He hit the 2-year-old in the head with a brick. >> Also, it's going to be two counts, one for the child and one for the female. She's also been hit with bricks. >> Shing them. She thinks she being cute. I was trying to be cordial about the whole thing. This the second time the police the third time the police have been at me today. >> Where's the Where's the child with the injury? >> No, I'm in here with a whole He tried to attack me cuz this ain't my >> Yeah, I can hear you. Okay, sweetheart. What's your name? >> You shy? >> Yeah, he's a speech therapy. He was a preeie. >> Okay, I got you. >> He the uh the >> No, his his dad is in prison already. >> Okay. Okay. >> Okay. >> He told me >> me and my [ __ ] ass. >> So, how did he get >> He followed me. >> Okay. So, he followed you outside the childhood. >> I was running trying to get away asking the other child to come get the baby, you know. >> Yeah. And then he ran out with you and then that's when he started throwing bricks at the car. >> He was throwing them just throwing them. Throwing them throwing them. >> Okay. So he just had no intention of where to throw. >> Come on Jir. >> Yes. He was just throwing bricks. Okay. Was he saying anything during? >> Yeah. He was like I hope that baby you and your kids and all that, you know. I hope that baby like he was on purposely trying to make me lose my baby. >> Okay. So what I'm going to do, I'm going to get a camera um cuz I want to take pictures of the injuries. And so you are pregnant with his child. >> Yes. >> And he knows that. He's fully aware of that. >> Yes, he's fully aware. >> Okay. All right. I just got to ask. That's just a question that we got to ask. >> He just he just believes that it's not here now because of >> because of other other people saying stuff and putting stuff in his head. So he got upset. >> Okay. He hasn't lived here for a month. Nothing. He doesn't reside here. He doesn't have clothes here. >> No. >> Nothing like that. Okay. When's your birthday? >> 93. And the reason the man called cuz somebody seen me running butt naked. >> We got his statement. Yeah. >> Everybody looking at me butt naked. This embarrassing man. >> How many months are you? >> I'm 9 weeks. >> Nine weeks. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> I'm high recent. I probably had a baby now. He was determined to make me lose it. I don't know. He can listen to him. I don't give to >> All right. Did he ever hit your car with the bricks? >> I don't know what he did. I was ducking it. >> We're We're going to go look real quick. Okay. The officers took photos of the baby, which he did have visible scratches on his face. The woman went back outside with a single towel to show them her car and how it all went down. >> Are these the ma'am? >> Yeah, the brick right there. That's what I'm saying. >> Okay. >> I did not. >> Oh, center blocks. >> He was trying to throw it and I tried to stop him from throwing it to my car. He was just picking up and you know what I'm saying? He was just picking up brick from over there. >> And this is what this is what hit the baby. >> Yeah. This is what I was trying to shield from the baby. That probably why I >> somehow somehow >> I got stuff up. Yeah. And it probably hit, you know, the side just a little bit of the baby, but mostly me. >> Hey, buddy. Let's put the stick down. >> I'm sorry, y'all. Yeah. And he threw the stick actually hit my baby. He threw this at me, too. >> Okay. So, it's the stick that hit the baby. >> Yeah. Yes, ma'am. I'm sorry. It was happening so fast. >> You don't mind just like laying on the ground for me? >> I'm sorry. >> No, you're fine. I just want to take a picture. >> All right. Y'all were out here. He was trying. So he was like doing this trying to hit your car and then that's when you were shielding him to not hit your car. >> Yeah. I'm like, "No, you weren ain't going to hit my car. I'm >> So then So then that's when the cylinder block fell and he grabbed up this stick and the baby were coming from around that way and I grabbed my baby and he threw the stick >> and it hit. Okay. And he was like actively trying to >> Yeah. Okay. >> Now when he had the cylind cylinder block >> or what? >> Cinder. >> Cinder. Cinder, did um >> I'm sorry. >> Was he trying to intentionally hit you with it? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. >> I was trying to snap the picture, but the baby couldn't find the phone. So, I end up running back up there cuz I was lying to him saying I was calling y'all, but I didn't have the phone. >> Okay. >> I was trying to get away. >> Now that we got the woman in the towel side of the story, police find the suspect in a parking lot nearby. I really didn't give a damn about it. I work at a hire as a as a chef. >> Okay. >> Well, my my supervisor here is with state three houses up the street from >> Okay. >> He has a R. And I'm like, "Look, you said we weren't going to fight her. da da da. She was like, "Why the hell you didn't you say anything to your brother? I'm your girlfriend." Da da.
