Okay, can you look that way for me one more second? Thank you. Okay, you don't need the elbow in my face for that. Oh, leave it on. Actually, I don't have to have it on. Okay. Well, by law, you do. So, I can take Actually, you have you have I have to have it on before you start driving. >> Yeah. >> So, really, if I take it off, you can't start driving, right? Um, so I have her. She is willing to answer some questions about him drinking and stuff like that if you want to get whatever you need from her. It's >> So yeah, she's in the back of his car. She wants to grab some stuff out of the car cuz she took all of her. Is it her car or is it >> That's his car. But he took all of her stuff out of her car. He says some crazy [ __ ] He's like, "That's why your mom hates you. Your sister is a piece of shit." gold this this and that. You only like black and your he says your is so wide that you can't even make me and like he like like just like degrades me. Your grandma will nevering love you. Justin your whole family sucks. Like just mean mean things things that I can't even remember right now cuz I would I was just aruck. I was like, "What?" >> Well, you know, if you stay with him, your life is going to go downhill, and it's going to go downhill fast. >> Hi, >> my name is Tyler. I'm a Debbie with the sheriff's office. I just got a a couple questions. Okay, so I know um my partners asked you a bunch of questions. Okay, this is a little bit of a complex call. Okay, so there's almost two parts. There's a part that I'm dealing with with him and then there's a part um that's kind of the altercation that happened with you guys in the car. Okay. Um so from my understanding um there's a little bit of a drinking going on tonight. Is that true? >> Yeah. >> He he had like a family Christmas Eve party down in Green Bush. >> In Green Bush. >> I believe that's that's where it's like past. >> Yeah. Like kind of west like >> Okay. What time did you guys get out there at? We arrived I want to say at like 1:00 and we left around like 6 or 7. >> Were you guys drinking there? >> Yeah, we were drinking there. >> Okay. Um, were you driving at any point tonight? >> I was I was driving. So, we took my vehicle out there >> and then >> like we left like I was like, "Okay, let's go." And then in in my vehicle coming from Green Bush to my h my home in Shbboen, >> like for whatever reason, some little argument started and he just kept going and going and going. So like I took my vehicle from uh Green Bush to to Shabboan and then that's where like the larger altercation, fight, whatever, broke out and whatnot. And then he Yeah. And then obviously like we got into his car and then he drove me out here. Okay. Do you know the person that lives here? >> I do not. I don't know anyone here. Okay. >> He might. I don't know if he did cuz he called he stopped at some random street and was like, "I need to call my friend. I need to call my people. They're going to do something to you or whatever whatever he said." And they weren't answering. >> Okay. >> And so, >> yeah, he's like, "See the tree, go." And then pushed me out of car. >> Okay. So, you didn't voluntarily get out. He pushed you out. >> Yeah. He he said, "You see that tree go?" I can even show you the tree that it was. It was like >> and we're a real little little far away, but I understand what you're saying. >> Yeah. And so and but the the weird thing is he's like, "Okay, you see the tree go." And I was like, "Okay." So like I'm walking like I didn't have I thankfully the people the house that I went to gave me socks, but I was walking barefoot. I have shorts on and a shirt like I'm ready for bed. >> Yeah. >> And Yeah. It And then he was just following me like, "Get back in the car. get back in the car. And this at this point I was did not feel safe. So I just ran to the first house that I saw. >> Okay. >> We were at home for a bit. Like when the fight or whatever erupted, like he was just like getting in my face and pushing me and like >> where where did that take place? >> So he was doing the dishes >> and then I was sitting there like, you know, he was talking about my family. So I was getting like like worked up like just he was just saying very belligerent ignorant things and so I was getting worked up and he started like pushing me like he bit my finger and then and then yeah he had me on the ground at some point and I'm trying to I'm kicking him and trying to like claw him to get him away from me and he just would not leave me alone and so like the fight went from the kitchen to the bathroom. He's pushing me around to the bathroom that I'm calls my grandma and then I don't know where my phone is. He has my phone. He has my my >> I think it's in the car, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We'll we'll get there in just a minute or two. Okay. So, you drank a little bit um in Green Bush. How much did he drink in Green Bush? >> Probably like seven mixed drinks. >> Seven mixed drinks. Okay. All right. So, Green Bush drinking. You drove back home >> in my vehicle. >> In your vehicle. You guys were at home for a little bit. A little bit of altercation happened. Why did you guys drive? Well, >> where were you going or what was the >> So, >> what was happening? >> I don't that I don't really know. I went out to my car to get my keys cuz I had left my my keys in my ignition cuz I my thought process was okay, I need to get away. So, I'm going to take my vehicle and I'm going to go and I went outside to take the keys out of my car. And then he came out he came out and he locked the door like as I was in my car and then he walked his car. So, I I ran out of the house to grab my keys for my vehicle cuz it was still running. Yep. >> And he came out of the house while I was in my car and he locked it as I was like out there. He's like, "Get in my car." And I like, "Okay." So, like I got in the car, not trying to like be loud or noisy or anything with all of my new neighbors there. >> So, I got in the car and he said that he was going to take me to a farm somewhere and like just talking crazy like, "I'm going to kill you. I'm going to kill me." And like, yeah, just being nuts. >> Okay. Okay. So, you guys were arguing in the car a little bit. Sorry. So good. >> Yeah. And it was mainly silence, but when we pulled up to the area, >> like he's like just being dumb, like just saying crazy stuff like I don't even know how to like make it out saying that he's going to like feed me to the pigs and we're going to go to like we're just going to go to a farm somewhere and whatever. And he we stopped at some street and he called someone. They didn't answer. He called multiple times. So, I don't know what his intentions were there, but when they didn't answer, he just like, "You see that tree? Go." And then pushed me out of the car. >> Okay. How long have you guys been dating for? >> Okay. Um, I'm just going to give you a little bit of a a big brother talk. Okay? Take it for what you will. Okay? You are a grown person and you can make your own decisions. Okay? Um, in this job, I've seen some kind of nasty stuff go on with husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, whatever kind of domestic relationships, and it's not good. Okay? People get hurt, unfortunately, physically, mentally, emotionally. Okay? It's it's not good. Okay? You can see on your mom's face, she's almost in tears over this. Okay? 9 months is not a long time. Okay? You deserve better than someone like that. Okay. So, like I said, just think about everything that happened tonight and you got a long life ahead of you. Okay. All right. Do you have any other questions or anything >> for me? Okay. I'll get uh I'll get my partner over here. Like I said, I'm not sure if she has more questions or anything for you on her end. Okay. All right. Do you want the door open or closed? >> Closed. >> Okay. Yeah. Uh, you know what? These new squads don't have heat in the back. I'm sorry. Are you cold or anything or is that good? >> Yeah, but she gave me the sweaters. >> Okay. All right, ma'am. Do you have any other questions or anything for me? Did you happen to get those written statements done, my partner? Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Okay. All right, guys. Thank you. So, why am I getting a quarterly conduct? >> Like I said before, it's for whatever altercation you got in before. >> Is she getting the same thing? She's in the altercation. >> Okay. I I don't know how many other times I can explain this. >> Ask, you have a radio? >> Yep. >> Ask me your little buddy, whatever. Is she getting the [ __ ] >> Dispatch. >> Aaron, keep the belt on. >> Dude, you can't EVEN ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION. WHY THE am I getting charged with [ __ ] I didn't do? THAT IS [ __ ] WHY THE isn't [ __ ] getting anything? I got scratches on ME AND EVERYTHING ELSE. THAT IS [ __ ] And you KNEW IT. I DIDN'T do [ __ ] to her. Yeah. Look at the ground. Okay. Okay. Hold on. Sit down a second. Sit down a second. So, we're here for the blood draw. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, whatever beef you have with me has to be put behind us right now. Okay. Because the safety of us hospital staff and the nurses is most important right now. Okay. So, are you going to be compliant with them during the blood draw? >> Sure. >> Okay. Oh, by the little look on your face, I'm going to guess that's a no. >> I'm chilling. I'm pissed. >> Okay. I you need to be calm >> her too. Why don't you talk to her, too? >> Okay. If you're not compliant and you you end up hurting any of the jail stat. >> Okay. Do you want >> Why don't you talk to your little partner right here? You're sheriff at that. >> Okay. Do you want the wheelchair or do you want to walk in? >> I'll walk. Don't even wheelchair. All right. You turn on key for the door.
