Udagala refused to move from the front desk, accused staff of robbery over a $2 water bottle and $5532 balance and bounce between drama queen and courtroom star. What's going on? What What the hell is going on? I I don't know. So I get an idea. So if a customer has a passing balance and they scan it on that machine over there, it pops up in the system. That was that thing that they keep using when they come walking in. Okay. So long story short after that, that situation popped up on our machine and it's our job to tell them like, "Hey, you have to open the balance." Okay. My manager tried telling her that, but she walked away. Okay. So before that, she went to go address it. She went to go grab a water. So I was like, "Oh, she's going to come back and leave her. We put a dress there." She just kept walking and I'm like, "Oh, excuse me." And then she just kept walking. So I had to like go to her. Where where are the waters kept? Just here. So you have to grab. So she took the water and went into the gym. So I was just like, "Hey." And then like I went up to her and I'm like, "Oh, excuse me." And I tried calling her and she wasn't listening. And I just kept like you have to tell these people the water if we're not a membership for her. So when I went to her and I was like, "Hey." And I was like, "I'm so sorry." And I was like, "I just needed to pay for the water there." She's like, "Why are you just not charging it to my card?" And I'm like, "All right." And I was like, "I didn't know to go ahead and do that." And I was like, "I was trying to stop you." And I was like, "Do you have a passive balance on your account as well?" And she's like, "I don't know why it's charging the other account. Just charge it on the parking." And I'm like, "Okay." And I was like, "I just want you to come over here with me." And I was like, "So is she?" She was like, "You just have my just do it." I'm like, "Okay." Um, so I went ahead and charged her for the uh water and accounted through. And then she came to me up here and being like, "You guys stole my uh money. Like, why would you go ahead and do that?" And I was like, "You just gave me because you didn't want to join me." Um, within that I told her she could give me a second because I kind of had two customers that weren't Spanish speaking because Spanish. Okay. Um, so I was like, "Oh, I'm like if you could just give me one second." I was like, "I'm just dealing with them." Then I keep talking with them. She's like, "Oh, what do you want better? Just give me 5 seconds." And started counting down. So the two customers, they're frequent here. So they were just like, "Just deal with her. Like it's fine. Like you can just help us later." And then that's when she started saying that we saw the money to give her money back and we should be waving it. Okay. Okay. Um, and then that's when she cops. Gotcha.
