Jackson had him at the point. I came in and he was just right here and he was not listening. >> And he's walking into my face. >> Well, I can see all that on I'm I'm not questioning you. >> So, no, no, I'm just telling you that on the video. >> I had exiting circumstances. That's my kids's father. My last four kids, all besides my oldest son. So, the last four is here. Just listen to him. And um I had the stove on and I happened to look out the window and I seen him pull up in the back. Today's our six-year-old's birthday. So, there's a cake there. We had cake at 2:00 today. >> It's okay. >> He's did this before. He's very abusive. Um >> Where did he hit you? He grabbed my face >> and he just kept he he wouldn't let me go out the corner. >> And then he grabbed my arms and he kept just digging his skin, his nails into my skin. I said, "Just please stop. My kids are here. >> Our kids are here. >> Hey guys. >> Okay, I can see." >> And so like and he was like, "Um, >> you you're down on me." And I'm like, "Look, I'm not with you. I'm not we're not together. We just have four children together." So, did he did he come in here invited or he forced? >> Well, he just he didn't break in or nothing. I was in the here. My service is on. I was getting ready to make my kids some pizza. >> I looked out. I seen his car. >> He was coming to give our son something for his birthday. No problem. But when he got up here, I came out the bathroom. He started on me. You >> You're a [ __ ] He's highly intoxicated. >> Yeah, you're a [ __ ] I can smell it all in his breath. Yes. I had a couple drinks today. I'm right. But when he was in my face, I could definitely, like I said, and I'm like, he's hurt my oldest son before. Okay. >> And my oldest son did the right thing. And he called my sister and told him, "Call the police." >> Did he hurt any other children? >> No, he just wouldn't let them me go to my kids. And my daughter was sleeping. >> Summer 11, can you have respond to my location, please? >> And he wouldn't let he wouldn't let my um the kids go >> and I'm like And so I knew, but I I didn't I thought he went upstairs being scared. So I'm like, "God, I don't know how long this is going to go." And he kept saying, "I love you. I love you. You're the only one I love. You're the only one that understands me." He was just very aggressive. Very aggressive. You take care of my kids. I'm like, "How am I not? They're here with me. You you you don't you know I I can't get a job because I've got five children, three to go to school, different hours, and I got two that's no daycare. What are you talking about?" So it's always been about what I'm doing versus what he's doing. He's moved on. He's >> So it's big jealousy type thing. >> Yeah. And now it's my fault. the police. I sent him to jail. This and that and it's going to be a big So, I'm tell I know him. He's coming back here. >> I would definitely fall through. >> He's coming. He's going to come back here. So, I see you guys sitting in front of the school over there and here. Just please watch watch out for me. But anytime my son's got an iPhone, he'll call my sister and she will call the police like he did. >> Here's And I hate to interrupt, but here's one thing I want to point out. If >> if we follow through with this, cuz I mean, he's he's going to be take he's going to be taken care of today. Um, but we I I'm good. >> We need to follow through with this kind of stuff. >> I'm going I just don't want him to hurt my children or me. >> Exactly. And that's the most important thing. >> And I've done it before. I had a 5year restraining order and I can't not do it no more. If it's if you did that, you show me. >> But listen, but that right there, that that is something that we can enforce before he's even inside. So, nobody has to get to a point where they do call, where they do text or anything like that. So, right when we see him, we get to tell him he's violating the the Absolutely. Absolutely. That's why we got to fall. >> And you'll see in about Karan, our older brother. >> Yeah. He said he better have a gun because uh my son was telling him like, you know, you came around and you doing this and I hope you just follow through and help my mom take care of the kids. And he said he was talking [ __ ] and he better have a gun next time. >> Okay. >> You know, so you know, a lot of [ __ ] but it's him and it's like he was in his face. You >> mind if I go downstairs? >> Yeah. And I don't know about that dog. I'm finding my shoe right now. I'm coming right now. So do I just walk on the other side of the fire? Just come where it says St. Bernard. You'll see the big one. >> Come here, Kamari. Come up here >> and uh we'll we'll meet you inside. >> Okay. All right. Come on, Kamari. Come here. Officer >> Jackson and record. >> Okay. In record. Okay. 5 minutes. >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. >> Um do I need to I'll let dispatch know divert the police department like >> Did you send him? >> Yeah, originally. But I mean >> and you did get the call to call. put you in back seat here and uh >> to take the victim to the Sanford Police Department. Can you meet them there? I give you the address. >> I have the address. Copy. I'll meet them there. Thank you. >> All right, ma'am. Get you right down there.
