I didn't drink no beer that day on July 23rd 2022 officers received multiple calls about a couple fighting in a parking lot from what the wife says the husband ran her over luckily the witnesses stayed and explained what they saw also it was all caught on camera by the store nearby and we all know the camera never lies I get out okay do me give me a favor if you could start talking to this officer hey no you you come here and talk to me what's going on me the phone is that her phone okay so what's going them no me we hom right okay we hom people we home home what's going on he um he throw his bill all over me you got ID I got ID where's your ID at man my just wait I what's your name and data you got ID yeah I got ID all right well come over here come over here and talk to the officer come over here with me girl we're going to walk over here ran over me with the car okay come over here we're going to go back to here at the back of this car here what's your name honey 391 Central I can name it when you're ready no no no no be right will she did y'all witness in your yeah yeah are you the one who watched it yeah is that that the dude that hit with a turn around back phone back and then you know I didn't think much of it at first we get in the truck to start the lead and then about where that woman's standing over there um I saw him start to grab her and like put his arm around her neck and that kind of thing um and then I don't know where the car came from but I kind of circled back around and started and and called 911 and then while I was on the phone she was standing on the curb right there up against those bushes and he came by in the car and he like you know a tire didn't go over her but it was obvious that he hit her and knocked her down into the bushes and then he um he grabbed her and tried to get her to get in thank you sir hello hello how are you uh well very interesting yeah GL make here a thing yes so standing here we have a three-year-old to sleep in the car too so yes we were we were all the way on Village and then we heard hit her with the vehicle he was like oh my God yeah so um what would you like did you witness from the beginning or can you just tell me what you saw yeah absolutely so I was so I was nursing my son in our car and what ended up happening is uh the car shook so I thought somebody might stumbled into the car or something and they proceeded it multiple times to hit the car they were rolling and fighting and twisting around rolling in front of vehicle in the back yeah I was in the front they were in the the back of the vehicle I honked the horn I didn't know what was going on and then they moved to in between the two the empty space right here and proceeded to continue to fight what ended up happening is uh the man who was it seemed to be uh the instigator was wrapping his hands around her and she was trying to fight him off um and then they just were going in circles fighting and kept trying to um almost coming back getting multiple vehicles I called my husband told him he need to come outside and then they moved away to the bushes that's when he came out that's when the van got into the vehicle got into his car yes that's his car um the truck was stopped also watching over there my husband and saw you know Tred to hit her I'm going to call the police tried to hit her with the car yes did he actually did you physically see I did not I did not physically see that from my vantage point okay um but I do know that he got in the car um drove off very did you tell this already but but yeah he drove off he thought he was going to leave and then he came flying back through boom through right here stopped and said something to my husband with his window down and came back up and they started fighting again okay what do you think all right and then do you have your idea on you as well absolutely all right see we those cuffs or anything we here let's take the other financially the this number here give them a call and they can help you get set up with that Financial fund and helpfully get you some money so you can get away from him if that's what you need um Project SAFE if you're afraid of him and you need to get away from him they can provide you housing they can get you away to a place where he will never find you um they also offer counseling and all kind of different resources like that so that's the number I would call these two numbers first thing Monday okay you could call Project SAFE today I think they have an after hours um help line if you need that help today okay I would suggest you utilize that girl cuz if he hits you with a car today who knows what he' do tomorrow you know what I mean yeah this is not just going to go away go away minutes of video I know I know ain't nobody beating her up so they saw all this go down yeah we bus and was no fighting and then you got in the car and you clipped her and she went into the bushes she was covered in B she was covered in uh debris no she was I look at my wife sir she going why go no she told p p inside her get her we going l then she got mad said no I got rat side of of I I don't never hit while we do this [ __ ] every day every day I pull rat out of every day here's the problem Mr Marshall all right look you ever been arrested before today I'm ared before this but me and her they from from other day other day that same day went in the car so we get into on North Avenue she jumping out the car so she was driving here this what I'm okay this what I'm trying to say is important for you you can you can say that okay and you can say that when you go to court but here here's what the way it's going to look out okay three people that don't know y'all yes are going to say that you were attacking her uhhuh they're going to say that you hit her with a carh okay they're going to play her video cuz just like I'm doing now we record everything they've got video of her I've seen it where she says he was attacking me hold on he hit me with the car all right they've got pictures of leaves all over her back which means she went into those bushes watch our te one p side in the car baby girl you know we're like an inch from the bushes and she's covered in debris and leaves and and there's three Witnesses that said that you hit her with the car and that you were beating her up prior to the car getting in the car and we're going to go with nope that's all a misunderstanding beating on my wife and I called a about on said come on let's go is it beating C like that said come on let's go she wanted to go why'd you have to pull her no she man you don't know my wife [ __ ] me a help man she ain't been taking her mouth you pull her back every down day I got my PID law on my C okay he going back for me for me just because she's diagnosed with mental health issues doesn't mean that no we both we both mental health in the man we both me a help bad off we both okay but that's not an excuse for breaking the law we didn't break no law okay I sir all right looking I'm be honest with you all right then all right you're fre to go I don't have any more questions
